This study aims to develop a group discussion learning model in an effort to improve understanding and learning activities of students in terms of student perceptions in the continuity of the learning model Sharing and Knowing (SHARK) in the subjects of Penjas Learning and Learning. The learning process that provides opportunities for students to be able to explore the ability of reasoning knowledge and improve responses to more positive social conditions so that it becomes material to enrich the learning model for lecturers, especially the Department of Physical Education. The research method uses research and development developed by Borg and Gall (1983) and Gay (1990) cited by Sugiyono. The research trials were carried out through small group trials and large groups in the 4th-semester students who contracted the Physical Education and Learning courses FKIP Siliwangi University in accordance with the needs of researchers. A small group trial was held in August 2018 and produced several inputs for the Sharing and Knowing Model. Then proceed to a large group trial of the results of improvements in a small group so that it can be concluded that the Model Sharing and Knowing can be recommended as one of the cooperative learning models in the class. But the level of effectiveness is unknown, so further research is needed to measure the effectiveness of the model
