The article examines the issue of cinematography as one of the ways of cultural self-identification. It is noted that while studying cinema art within cultural disciplines at higher education institutions as an important part of our culture, its influence on consciousness and Russian propaganda in cinema, it is important to use various online resources in the field of cinema. The article analyzes a number of the most popular online resources on the cinematography of Ukraine, and an attempt is made to structure these resources. It is pointed out that most of the selected online resources, as a rule, expand their activities in various communication channels, namely, in social networks, Telegram channels, author’s blogs, podcasts, etc.
 Descriptive characteristics of the specified online resources and relevant examples with links to typical Internet content are provided. The advantages and prospects of using the mentioned online resources at higher education institutions while studying cultural disciplines, as well as for all those who want to learn interesting facts about the cinematography of Ukraine, especially during the war, when we have to study and know our culture are outlined. It is concluded that the use of theoretical material or practical cases of selected online resources in the field of cinema in classes will ensure the diversification of the material presentation, as well as increase the interest and motivation to study own culture. Using them in classes will facilitate the exchange of important and interesting information, views, values and will contribute to individual development and professional growth.
