Descriptive Study: Implementation Of Keyboard Musical Instrument Learning Method For Students With Visual Disabilities At SLB N Branjangan Indonesia

The purpose of this study was to describe the learning methods used in learning to use keyboard musical instruments for students with visual disabilities at SLB N Branjangan. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach, with a case study approach with data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation with the research subjects being music teaching teachers and SLB students who take part in learning Keyboard musical instruments. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of keyboard musical instrument learning methods for students with visual disabilities in SLB N Branjangan includes planning, implementation and evaluation. Planning is done by compiling some material that will be studied specifically by students with visual disabilities, then in the implementation of learning using mixed methods in one face-to-face meeting consisting of lecture methods, demonstration / direct practice methods and exercise methods. the lecture method is carried out in a classical or comprehensive manner, while the demonstration method is carried out individually or alternately, while the evaluation is carried out by the teacher of each student at the end of the keyboard music lesson individually by asking questions and students are ordered to practice or play keyboard musical instruments

Pendampingan Pembuatan dan Penggunaan Alat Permainan Edukatif (APE) Untuk Guru PAUD

This article aims to provide assistance to PAUD teachers in making and using educational game tools for early childhood. This research began with observations of PAUD schools in Cihanjawar Village, Bojong District. The problems found in this study are the lack of availability of educational game tools in PAUD institutions and the teacher’s lack of understanding regarding how to use and apply them to learning activities. Therefore, it is necessary to carry out training and assistance regarding how to make and use educational game tools for PAUD teachers in Cihanjawar Village. The type of research used is Participatory Action Research (PAR) with presentation, demonstration, and direct practice methods. This research is expected to broaden knowledge and understanding of the importance of APE for early childhood and improve the skills of PAUD teachers in making APE from simple materials in the surrounding environment.

Pelatihan Pembuatan Video Pembelajaran Literasi Numerasi Siswa Slow Learner Bagi Guru Pendamping Khusus SMP Inklusi Kabupaten Magetan

Inclusive education is one of the efforts to realize educational services for children with special needs as regulated in Permendiknas No. 70 of 2009. Magetan Regency was declared an inclusion district in 2017. Based on the 2023 education report card data, junior high school students have the lowest achievement in numeracy literacy compared to elementary and high school students, namely only 41.14%, almost close to the poor category (<40%). Based on the results of interviews with Special Assistant Teachers (GPK), data was obtained that slow learner students had difficulty using writing in the Mathematics learning process. The training activity for making learning videos using OpenShoot videos was carried out using direct practice, mentoring and evaluation methods. The aim of the training is to develop GPK's digital competency. The result of this training is learning media in the form of numeracy literacy learning videos for slow learner students.

Pelatihan Penggunaan Aplikasi SIAPIK Bank Indonesia Kepada Pelaku UMKM Desa Krikilan

This community service aims to improve the financial literacy of MSMEs in Krikilan Village, Kalijambe District, Sragen Regency through training in the use of the SIAPIK application from Bank Indonesia. SIAPIK, or the Financial Information Recording Application System, is designed to make it easier for MSMEs to record financial transactions and prepare financial reports in accordance with MSME Financial Accounting Standards. Participants in this activity were MSMEs from Krikilan Village, Kalijambe District, Sragen Regency, totaling 20 people. This activity involved socialization and training using lecture, dialogical, and direct practice methods. The implementation of the training on July 18, 2024 showed positive results, with MSME participants now having a better understanding of the use of the SIAPIK application. This program is expected to improve the technical skills of MSMEs, facilitate access to financing, and improve the quality of their financial reports.

The Importance of Food Security at The Family Level in Preventing Stunting in Indonesia

Stunting is a condition where a child's height does not match the child's age. Stunting is used as an indicator of a child's growth process that is not good. Stunting is also used as an indicator of the achievements of a country's development process as outlined in the sustainable development goals (SDGs). Mojosongo Village is one of the sub-districts in Banjarsari District, Surakarta, Central Java. One of the sub-districts with still high stunting rates in Surakarta City. Handling of stunting in the City of Surakarta is carried out through several areas including economic, environmental, educational, facilities and infrastructure, and monitoring in the health sector. Based on the identification carried out, it was discovered that factor causing stunting is food availability at the family level or what is usually called food security. To support food security at the family level, one thing parents can do is provide food that is varied, nutritious and affordable for children. Efforts that can be made are by providing a varied menu as a complementary food for breast milk (MP-ASI). Fulfilling nutrition at the family level requires increasing family skills in providing healthy food, so it is necessary to provide training on MP-ASI processing for health cadres or parents. The training was carried out using lecture and direct practice methods and was attended by 46 participants consisting of health cadres in Mojosongo Village, UPPKB, and also parents. There are 4 high-protein processed ingredients provided, namely cheese potato sticks, milk corn pudding, macaroni schotel, and also soa noodles. Training participants, especially health cadres, gain knowledge and skills that are useful for preparing additional food (Pemberian Makanan Tambahan, PMT) for families of stunting sufferers.

PELATIHAN KETERAMPILAN DAN PENGETAHUAN HANDUK LEMBAB (OSHIBORI)

Moist towel (osihibori) skills and knowledge training aims to increase knowledge and skills in making and managing it. Oshibori is wet towel used to clean hands in hotels, restaurants and other public places. This training was carried out with the aim of improving service quality and guest satisfaction. Skills and knowledge training consists of understanding, folding techniques and presentation techniques. Training is carried out using lecture, demonstration and direct practice methods. The results show that participants can improve their knowledge and skills in managing oshibori well.

PENERAPAN AWARENESS TRAINING UNTUK PENINGKATAN PSYCHOLOGICAL WELL-BEING PADA KOMUNITAS SATRIA NUSANTARA SURABAYA

The Satria Nusantara (SN) Respiratory Arts Institute (LSP) is a martial arts college that develops the six human senses, where this institution was created as a form of defense of various traditional cultural values through pencak silat in order to achieve the goal of improving health and fitness as a form of physical endurance. and health promotion through exercise. However, apart from being physically healthy, mental health is also important. Psychological well-being is a healthy psychological condition, free from mental problems and functioning optimally. This is the background for the service team to provide training in the form of awareness training which aims to increase understanding of oneself and the behavior of others. This activity was held at LSP Satria Nusantara in Surabaya using lecture and direct practice methods. Participants in this training are all members of LSP Satria Nusantara. This activity lasted for 2 months. Through this activity, it is hoped that members of LSP Satria Nusantara Surabaya will be helped in their personal and social development

U.S. social work students’ attitudes on social media as treatment modality: A prepandemic national survey

Summary The present U.S.-based study adds to the ongoing discourse on the ethical use of digital technology in social work practice, made more urgent by the coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19). Following the achievement of Human Subjects approval, we obtained a stratified, random sample of 150 institutions of higher education with Council on Social Work Education-accredited undergraduate and graduate social work programs. Prior to COVID-19, we administered a 61-item, Likert-scale survey to social work program directors via email, who then communicated this information to student listservs. A total of 430 social work student responses were retained for analysis. The survey instrument included items related to the students’ social media use, their attitudes toward social media, and their knowledge of social media’s impact on society. Rao-Scott chi-square tests for independence were used to ascertain statistical relationships between U.S. social work students’ responses to the survey item, social media should be used as a treatment modality, and student demographic variables that include: Age, program level, course format, and social media use. Findings Statistically significant relationships were determined to exist between social work students’ endorsement of social media as a treatment modality and: (1) Age and (2) program level. Conversely, no significant relationships were found regarding (1) course format and (2) social media use. Applications Implications for social work professional education are discussed. Recommendations for future social work research are provided: (1) A national replication study; (2) qualitative studies; (3) a comparative study with social work educators and practitioners; (3) a global study; and (4) ongoing evaluation of direct practice methods.

Community Empowerment in Utilizing Local Agricultural Waste as an Effort to Recover The Red Onion Farming Economy

Enrekang Regency is the largest shallot producing area in South Sulawesi. The spread of shallot cultivation is found in several sub-districts in Enrekang Regency, especially in several sub-districts, especially in Baraka Sub-District, Banti Village, which is the largest producer of shallot commodities. Shallots require intense agricultural inputs so that farmers often insist on using chemicals in controlling pests and plant diseases that attack them, of course this has a very bad impact on the health of farmers and the environmental ecosystem, especially the shallot commodity itself which is cultivated is unhealthy for consumption because it contains dangerous heavy metals. Even though around the brand there are many agricultural wastes that are simply wasted and not utilized. These agricultural wastes can be processed into good organic fertilizer for plant growth and land rehabilitation. So that this community service aims to train shallot farmers to process and utilize agricultural waste that is around them to be used as good organic fertilizer for plant growth in the long term. This service activity was carried out with the partners of the Keinnawa Farmers Group in Baraka Village to increase awareness, concern, insight, skills and expertise in processing useful agricultural waste. The number of farmers involved is 55 people with community education, outreach, direct practice and mentoring methods. The results of this dedication resulted in the level of participation of farmers to be involved by 83% in activities and increased awareness of utilizing waste by 77%. The results obtained need to be continuously improved, especially the involvement of government officials to collaborate with academics to get assistance with Keinnawa Partners in maintaining the continuity of this activity.

The Strategy to Internalize Social Care and Leadership Values for Early Childhood in Inclusive Schools in Bengkulu

Early childhood education is an effort to stimulate and provide learning activities that will later produce children's abilities and skills. Early childhood education is carried out with the aim of helping early childhood in the aspect of development, with the existence of early childhood education children can express ideas through playing while learning. In addition, in early childhood education it is important to internalize character education, because character education is one of the efforts that can be made to help children's development involving knowledge, feelings, and actions. The purpose of this study is to determine the strategy of instilling character values of social care and leadership for early childhood students in inclusive schools in Bengkulu. The research method used in this study is mixed method or combined method with data collection through questionnaires and interviews. The sample in this study was TK B which amounted to 71 respondents and the subjects of the study were 5 kindergarten B teachers. The results showed that the categorization of social care and early childhood leadership profiles consisted of three categories, namely high, medium, and low. For social care profiles of 71 respondents, there were 32 people or around 45.1% in the high category, 33 people or 45.5% in the medium category, and 6 people or 8.5% in the low category. As for the leadership profile of 71 respondents, there were 21 people or 29.6% in the high category, 44 people or 62% in the medium category, and 6 people or 8.5% in the low category. Furthermore, the strategy carried out by teachers in instilling the value of social care and leadership using the method of telling stories, listening to speech, habituation, direct practice, and reminder methods. PELATIHAN DAN PENDAMPINGAN PEMBUKUAN PADA USAHA MIKRO KECIL MENENGAH (UMKM)

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play an important role in maintaining the Indonesian economy. MSMEs that are empowered, are able to open jobs and participate in increasing the capacity of community welfare. To be empowered and develop, MSMEs need good financial literacy to support their operations. The results of the Focus Group Discussion found that the lack of ability to carry out basic bookkeeping is a common problem, as well as the underlying basic assumption that this requires excess time and cost causing MSMEs to be reluctant to carry out bookkeeping routines for their business activities. The purpose of this training and assistance in bookkeeping is to increase the awareness of MSMEs in conducting bookkeeping and maintaining the stability of their business by making it easier to record transactions in their business. Direct practice and mentoring methods were chosen as methods in this community service.

PENDAMPINGAN PEMBUATAN BUKET UANG DAN SNACK DALAM MENINGKATKAN KUALITAS IQ RENDAH SUMBER DAYA MANUSIA DESA GALIS DAJAH KECAMATAN KONANG KABUPATEN BANGKALAN

Galis Dajah is one of the villages that has problems, especially in the quality of human resources, which are very minimal, including the people of Galis Dajah Village who do not take advantage of the potential that exists in the village, lack of water during the dry season, many people choose to leave the city to improve their economy compared to developing own village, and the declining mindset of students and even parents who think that working is more profitable than continuing their education to a higher level. This is a challenge for the group of real college participants to change the potential of the village with community service programs in the form of guiding children with low IQs and holding bouquet-making training. This program is carried out offline and field practice on the target object. in the program guiding children with low IQ, it is carried out with the method of slow reading repetition, in the bouquet-making training program it is carried out by direct practice methods with the community and students. The purpose of the program is to improve the community's ability and provide motivation for the achievement of quality human resources. The target in this activity is the community around the KKN location consisting of housewives, teenagers and children with low IQs.

IMPLEMENTASI PENDIDIKAN INKLUSI PADA SISWA SLOW LEARNER DI MI AN-NAZWA CIKEUSAL KABUPATEN SERANG

The purpose of this research is to dig deeper into inclusive education in schools to provide special support to creative teachers to create creative, interesting, fun and complete learning activities. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. According to Sugiyono, qualitative methods are usually called naturalistic research methods. The data collection techniques in this study are observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis techniques are data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The discussion in this study explains the planning of implementing thematic learning for slow learner students at MI An-Nazwa Cikesal, namely by looking at intelligence, children usually have an IQ below the age of normal children, learning abilities are slower. And social children tend to be more silent. While the implementation of thematic learning for slow learner students in the preliminary stages of learning activities is carried out with direct practice and various methods according to the themes being studied. Furthermore, in the core activities each teacher has a different way of interacting. Furthermore, in the closing activity, reviewing the learning material that has been applied or working on the questions given by the teacher, giving a motivational boost so that students have a sense of enthusiasm in carrying out learning activities

PENGOLAHAN LIMBAH FLY ASH DAN BOTTOM ASH (FABA) MENJADI PRODUK KOMERSIL DI DESA SEKURO

Sekuro is one of the villages in the Mlonggo sub-district, Jepara Regency. Geographically, Sekuro village has a lot of potential because of its strategic location. Apart from that, Sekuro Village also has potential human resources that have not yet been absorbed. To achieve the goal of Community Service, namely the creation of creative products to realize an increase in the community's economy and to solve problems currently being faced by the Sekuro village community in particular. So the approach method used is direct practice and mentoring methods along with teaching aids direct practice methods. The implementation of community service activities is focused on the Sekuro village community who have an interest in fly ash and bottom ash waste management and those who have pilot building material businesses. Some of the programs that have been implemented, namely the offer of cooperation in paving blocks for village development, training in making products from this waste. All participants looked enthusiastic in participating in the whole series of service activities carried out. So that from these activities there is input for assistance to be carried out to market the products produced in the form of paving, bricks, and ornaments.

Assistance for Independent Workers in Strengthening Business Proposals and Strengthening Business Financial Recording for Business Development

The purpose of mentoring activities in the community is to empower independent workers through capacity building in strengthening business proposals and strengthening business financial records. The implementation of the activity in Baun Bango Village, Kamipang District, Katingan Regency, Central Kalimantan Province involved as many as 20 (twenty) members who were representatives of 10 (ten) pond fishery groups that were activity partners. The method of implementing activities is carried out using counseling, training, and direct practice methods for assisting in strengthening business proposals and assisting in strengthening financial records. As a result of community assistance activities for independent workers, activity partners are able to develop pond fishing businesses.

Pembelajaran Inkuiri Melalui Media Loose Parts untuk Mengembangkan Sains di PAUD Terpadu Syaiful Jannah Tanah Datar

This research is motivated by the lack of children’s scientific ability in expressing their ideas independently without the help of the teacher. This can be seen from the children’s lack of interest in completing the activities designed by the teacher. The purpose of this research will be to use quantitative methods in the aplication inquiry learning through loose parts media to children aged 5-6 years. The number of research subjects was 14 children, 7 children in class B1, 7 children in class B2 os Syaiful Jannah Integrated PAUD in Tanah Datar Regency. Data collectiom techniques were carried out through observation and documentation methods. The instrument used is a test of learning outcomes. Which consists of pre-test and post-test, and treatments 1, 2, and 3. After analyzing the data, the results of the hypothesis test are 0,001 which is smaller than 0,05. This is said because there is a difference between the sciencetific abilities of the children in the experimental group using direct practice methods with loose parts media and the control group carrying out learning activities according to the RPPH designed by the teacher in the class.

PRAKTIK DISKUSI SARASEHAN DENGAN PENDEKATAN COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT

ABSTRACTPR IPM SMK Muhammadiyah 01 South Tangerang is a student institution based in SMK Muhammadiyah 01 South Tangerang. Since the Covid-19 pandemic has changed the climate of school life, this student institution has experienced difficulties in running its organizational wheels. The new habit pattern demands a change in the system and framework that has become the standard of work since the previous management periods. However, the adaptation of an organization, especially a student body, to the demands of new habit patterns is not an easy thing. The subgroup of Group 11 KKN UMJ 2021 took the initiative to provide education one method of discussion that is relevant to the characteristics of upper-middle-level students, namely discussion workshops. This program will be run through a technology-based community development approach, with direct practice methods through an online system. Through this community development approach, the program will be run in a participatory manner by proactively involving partners in every work agenda. The subgroup of Group 11 KKN UMJ 2021 will be the facilitator of this online workshop discussion practice, with the hope that through this program, PR IPM SMK Muhammadiyah 01 South Tangerang can get a new instrument that is useful in running the organization. Pelatihan Pembuatan Lilin Aromaterapi Berbahan Baku Kopi Pada Ibu PKK di Dusun Krajan, Patrang

In addition, the culture of using coffee as a drink has existed since ancient times and is carried out both at the household and community level. The benefits of coffee are increasingly being noticed during this pandemic, along with the many diversification of coffee products, this service is carried out by making aromatherapy candles with waste coffee raw materials in the form of ground coffee as the main ingredient. Imperfectly broken coffee which does not pass the market is generally marketed at a low selling price at the household level. Therefore this service is carried out for PKK women as an effort to improve coffee processing skills into other products. The service will be held in August 2021 using direct practice methods and offline presentation of material with representatives from PKK Dusun Krajan, Patrang District. Based on the results obtained that there is a change in both the knowledge and skills of the participants. Prior to participating in the training, the participants did not know the benefits of coffee and other preparations besides coffee drinks, but after participating in the training, the participants became more aware of the benefits and variety of preparations made from coffee, especially aromatherapy candles made from coffee. In addition, on the skill side, it also increased, where before the training the participants did not have the skills to process aromatherapy candles, after the training the participants became confident to make aromatherapy candles independently.
