Analysis of the Intra- and Inter-observer Reliabilities of Delbet Classification: Is Simplification Required.

This study aims to investigate the intra- and inter-reliabilities of Delbet classification and whether simplifying the classification improves reliability. The Radiographs of 58 patients under 16years old diagnosed with pediatric hip fractures between January 2012 and January 2020 were evaluated. Two separate Microsoft® PowerPoint (PPT) presentations consisting of 58 slides for Delbet's classification and its simplified form were prepared in which the order of cases was randomized and blinded. Then five orthopedic surgeons with different years of experience (more than 15years of surgical experience were accepted experienced group) in pediatric trauma surgery evaluated the presentations two times one month apart. In the inter-observer reliability analysis, a moderate agreement for the classical Delbet classification and a substantial agreement for the simplified Delbet classification was found in both evaluations. As a result of the intra-observer reliability analysis, there was substantial agreement in four observers, moderate agreement in one observer for the classical Delbet classification and substantial agreement in two observers, very good agreement in three observers for the simplified Delbet classification. The experience was not effective on agreement levels in the intra-observer reliability analysis of the classical Delbet classification system. The inter-reliability values of the less experienced group in the simplified classification were much higher than the classical Delbet classification. The simplification of the Delbet classification provides a significant increase in inter-observer reliability levels, especially in less experienced orthopedics and traumatology specialists, and a significant increase in intra-observer reliability levels. Knowledge, Attitude, And Practice Among Healthcare Professionals Regarding the Myths On COVID-19 Vaccination: A cross-sectional questionnaire study and demystification

Background: COVID-19 vaccine is the mighty weapon opted by all the countries across the globe in an attempt to eradicate the fatal COVID-19 pandemic. The myths on the COVID-19 vaccine are spreading widely, causing a hindrance to this noble preventive measure. The prevalence of such myths among healthcare professionals may be toxic and deadly. Aim & Objectives: To assess the knowledge, attitude, and practice of the healthcare professionals regarding the myths on COVID-19 vaccination and to demystify them.Materials and Methods: An 18-item questionnaire evaluating knowledge, attitude, and practice based on the existing myths on COVID-19 vaccination was circulated through Google Forms® among the 412 healthcare professionals of six disciplines belonging to a private University. The responses obtained were subjected to statistical analysis using SPSS® 20 software package. Results: A total of 385 health professionals participated in this study. The majority of them had medium knowledge (165) and positive attitude (273) with the mean knowledge and attitude scores of 3.82 ± 1.55 out of 6 and 4.3 ± 1.58 out of 7 respectively. Even though 312 participants got vaccinated, 72 of them failed to receive it. The knowledge scores showed a high statistically significant difference among the participants of different designations (p=0.001), but not with gender, field, and staff with different years of experience (p>0.05). The attitude scores were statistically different among participants of fields and designation (p<0.05) but not among genders (p=0.31) and staff with different years of experience (p=0.87). Knowledge and attitude scores showed a positive linear correlation and a high statistically significant difference (p<0.001). Conclusion: This study recommends more enhanced education programs on COVID-19 vaccination for the health professionals and demands an improved knowledge, attitude, and practice among them to achieve the goal of 100% vaccination so as to completely eradicate the COVID-19 pandemic.

Exploring the discord between pharmacy education and practice in antimicrobial stewardship.

Antimicrobial stewardship (AMS) is a critical global intervention aimed at optimising antimicrobial use and decreasing antimicrobial resistance (AMR) with pharmacists playing a pivotal role within AMS teams. However, AMS is not comprehensively taught in pharmacy curricula and little is known about the relevance of pharmacists' training to meet AMS needs in South Africa. This study aimed to explore the attitudes, knowledge and perceptions of clinical pharmacists towards AMS participation and training in South Africa. This study was conducted among clinically practicing pharmacists in public and private healthcare sectors in South Africa. A quantitative exploratory research design was selected for this study. The study was conducted using a self-administered structured survey. Categorical variables were analysed using simple descriptive statistics. Mann-Whitney and Kruskal-Wallis tests were applied to determine differences between variables. Pharmacists demonstrated good attitudes knowledge and perceptions towards AMS (median 4.3). There was statistical significant differences in AMS participation between pharmacists of different years of experience (p = 0.005), sector of employment (p = 0.01), position of employment (p = 0.015) and presence of AMS programmes (p = 0.004). Pharmacists indicated that their Bachelor of Pharmacy undergraduate studies inadequately prepared them for their role in AMS (median 4.3). Pharmacists show positive attitudes, knowledge and perceptions towards AMS. Education and training in AMS principles is obtained through master's programmes, short courses, Continued Professional Development (CPDs) and workshops and insufficiently incorporated in undergraduate programmes. This study confirms that undergraduate pharmacy programmes inadequately prepare pharmacists for their role in AMS.

Identification of the Language Network from Resting-State fMRI in Patients with Brain Tumors: How Accurate Are Experts?

Resting-state fMRI helps identify neural networks in presurgical patients who may be limited in their ability to undergo task-fMRI. The purpose of this study was to determine the accuracy of identifying the language network from resting-state-fMRI independent component analysis (ICA) maps. Through retrospective analysis, patients who underwent both resting-state-fMRI and task-fMRI were compared by identifying the language network from the resting-state-fMRI data by 3 reviewers. Blinded to task-fMRI maps, these investigators independently reviewed resting-state-fMRI ICA maps to potentially identify the language network. Reviewers ranked up to 3 top choices for the candidate resting-state-fMRI language map. We evaluated associations between the probability of correct identification of the language network and some potential factors. Patients included 29 men and 14 women with a mean age of 41 years. Reviewer 1 (with 17 years' experience) demonstrated the highest overall accuracy with 72%; reviewers 2 and 3 (with 2 and 7 years' experience, respectively) had a similar percentage of correct responses (50% and 55%). The highest accuracy used ICA50 and the top 3 choices (81%, 65%, and 60% for reviewers 1, 2, and 3, respectively). The lowest accuracy used ICA50, limiting each reviewer to the top choice (58%, 35%, and 42%). We demonstrate variability in the accuracy of blinded identification of resting-state-fMRI language networks across reviewers with different years of experience.

Performance of dairy processing firms in India- An empirical analysis across size and experience categories

The Indian dairy processing sector is characterized by the co-existence of organized and un-organized sectors, while the latter is predominant. For the progressive development of the dairy processing industry, the participation of the organized sector needs to be encouraged. In order to make this industry attractive for investing, its productivity, efficiency, and profitability need to be higher. Keeping these facts in view, this study investigated the profitability of the organized dairy processing sector in India using firm-level secondary data for 1991-2017. Comparative performance analysis was done across different categories of firms according to size and experience. There was a significant increase in profit margin over the period, while it varied significantly across different size categories of firms but not across firms having different years of experience.

Part Change Management: A Case Study on Automotive Engineering and Production; Domestic and International Perspectives

AbstractDue to interest in aspects such as process, strategies, and tools of engineering changes expressed in a literature review, a case study was done on a major automotive original equipment manufacturer (OEM) to assess the perceived quality of its part engineering change management process and supporting system through its employees’ eyes. A combination of 12 interviews lasting 12 h and 46 written surveys was used to capture the views of participants from all major functions found at the research and development (R&D) headquarters of the OEM: Purchasing, Production, Development, and one group consisting of all other functions (“Other”). Statistical analysis was performed to identify statistically significant differences between employee perceptions of an engineering change management system among different departments, amount of use, and years of use. It was found that statistically significant differences exist in terms of understanding the usability of the system between different departments and also between different years of experience.

Congenital lung malformations: can we avoid computed tomography? A five-year study.

Congenital lung malformations (CLMs) consist of a variety of pulmonary development disorders. In the CLM approach, computed tomography (CT) is considered the gold standard imaging technique due to the high-resolution for the lung parenchyma evaluation, the study of the vascular system after contrast injection, and the multiplanar reconstructions. In the paediatric population CT is considered too invasive due to ionizing radiation and the use of contrast agent. Therefore, the indications for the use of magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) are increasing. The aim of our study is to compare retrospectively MRI and CT in the evaluation of CLMs, to reduce or avoid the use of contrast-enhanced CT in the paediatric population. We retrospectively evaluated 22 paediatric patients with prenatal diagnosis of CLMs. All the patients underwent postnatal MRI in the first 2 weeks of life (except for a patient) and pre-surgery contrast-enhanced CT. A total of 7 blinded radiologists divided into 3 different groups independently reviewed each MRI and CT examination. Sensitivity and specificity of radiologists with different years of experience on the field, as well as of MRI findings regarding every pathology, were evaluated using a ROC curve. The interobserver agreement regarding the MRI findings was also measured. Analysing the ROC curves, we observed that MRI provided a satisfactory accuracy for diagnosing most congenital pulmonary diseases. Our study showed that MRI without contrast agent allows us to reach a CLM diagnosis in good agreement with contrast-enhanced CT, which is considered the gold standard imaging technique.

Application of S-detect combined with virtual touch imaging quantification in ultrasound for diagnosis of breast mass.

Ultrasound is a safe and timely diagnosis method commonly used for breast lesion, however it depends on the operator to a certain degree. As an emerging technology, artificial intelligence can be combined with ultrasound in depth to improve the intelligence and precision of ultrasound diagnosis and avoid diagnostic errors caused by subjectivity of radiologists. This paper aims to investigate the value of artificial intelligence S-detect system combined with virtual touch imaging quantification (VTIQ) technique in the differential diagnosis of benign and malignant breast masses by conventional ultrasound (CUS). respectively, and AUCs for them were 0.74, 0.86, 0.79, and 0.94, respectively. The diagnostic accuracy of CUS+S-detect was higher than that of CUS (P<0.05). The diagnostic accuracy of CUS+S-detect was higher than that of CUS (P<0.05). The diagnostic specificity of CUS+VTIQ was higher than that of CUS (P<0.05). The diagnostic accuracy and AUC of CUS+S-detect+VTIQ were higher than those of S-detect or VTIQ applied to CUS alone (P<0.05). The sensitivities of CUS for senior radiologists, CUS for junior radiologists, CUS+S-detect+VTIQ for senior radiologists, and CUS+S-detect+VTIQ for junior radiologists were 60.00%, 80.00%, 72.73%, and 90.00%, respectively, when diagnosing benign and malignant breast masses in 50 randomly selected cases. The specificities for them was 66.67%, 76.67%, 80.00%, and 81.25%, respectively. The accuracies for them was 64.00%, 78.00%, 80.00%, and 88.00%, respectively. The AUCs for them were 0.63, 0.78, 0.88, and 0.80, respectively. Compared with the CUS for junior radiologists, the CUS+S-detect+VTIQ for junior radiologists had higher sensitivity, specificity, and accuracy (all P<0.05). The consistency of the combined application of S-detect and VTIQ for diagnosing breast masses at 2 different times was good among junior radiologists (Kappa=0.800). CUS, S-detects, and VTIQ were used to differentially diagnose benign and malignant breast masses in 108 cases, and the final pathological results were referred to as the gold standard for classifying breast masses. The diagnostic efficacy were evaluated and compared, among the 3 methods and among S-detect applied to CUS (CUS+S-detect), VTIQ applied to CUS (CUS+VTIQ), and S-detect combined with VTIQ applied to CUS (CUS+S-detect+VTIQ). Fifty cases were acquired randomly from the collected breast masses, and 2 radiologists with different years of experience (2 and 8 years) used S-detect combined with VTIQ for the ultrasonic differential diagnosis of benign and malignant breast masses. The differences in sensitivity, specificity, accuracy, and the area under the receiver operating characteristic curve (AUC) of the 3 diagnostic methods of CUS, S-detect, and VTIQ were not statistically significant (all P>0.05). The sensitivities of CUS, CUS+Sdetect, CUS+VTIQ, and CUS+S-detect+VTIQ were 78.57%, 92.86%, 69.05%, and 95.24%, respectively, the specificities for them were 69.70%, 78.79%, 87.88%, and 92.42%, respectively, the accuracies for them were 73.15%, 84.26%, 80.56%, and 93.52%. S-detect combined with VTIQ when applied to CUS can overcome the shortcomings of separate applications and complement each other, especially for junior radiologists, and can more effectively improve the diagnostic efficacy of ultrasound for benign and malignant breast masses.

Prediction Analysis of College Teachers’ Happiness Based on the Graph Convolutional Network

College teachers are the source of creativity in the education system, and the happiness of college teachers can be fully ensured in order to cultivate better talents. To address the current problem that the trend of happiness of college teachers is unclear and the direction of enhancing happiness is unknown. We propose a method to predict the happiness of university teachers based on a graph convolution framework. We conduct a comprehensive analysis of teachers’ happiness factors in terms of academic innovation, job satisfaction, and student training rate to achieve a trend prediction of teachers’ happiness and provide a clear direction for improving happiness. We use the graph convolution structure to input the happiness factors as graph nodes into the graph convolution layer. We attach a sparse layer to the temporal convolution structure to obtain the time-scale information of happiness factor nodes in different research cycles. Finally, we cooperate with an e-commerce platform and use mobile app data as the feedback experimental database. The experimental results show that teachers with different years of experience perceive different levels of happiness factors, and different emotional stimuli also affect teachers' perceptions of happiness.

A Need Analysis on Development of Creative Thinking Skills: A Phenomenological Study

This study adopts a qualitative research design aiming at investigating the perceptions of English language teachers about creative thinking skills in their courses. Six teachers working at the School of Foreign Languages at a state university participated in this study. They had similar educational backgrounds and different years of experience. In terms of teaching English, participants were interviewed in-depth about the conceptualization of creative thinking skills. The purpose of the study was to identify teachers’ perspectives and their ways of implementing sub-dimensions of creative thinking in both face-to-face and online lessons. Semi-structured interview questions were used to collect data in the study and the data were analysed through content analysis method using NVivo 12. The findings of the research are grouped under the following headings: Barriers to Creating a Thinking Class Environment, Existing Supporters, and Defining the Concept. Results revealed that the teachers have defined the ability to think creatively considering the basic perception they had about the concept which is mainly creating new products. It is also understood that they evaluated the concept and associated the sub-dimensions accordingly. It can be inferred that a deeper understanding and well-organized teaching of creative thinking skills are required to be blended into the foreign language education.

Comparison of the RSNA chest CT classification system and CO-RADS system in reporting COVID-19 pneumonia in symptomatic and asymptomatic patients

BackgroundCoronavirus disease (COVID-19) is a new infection with three pandemic waves up till now. CT plays an important role in diagnosis with multiple reporting systems that can be used during CT analysis. We aimed to compare reporting using the recommendations of the radiological society of North America (RSNA) versus the coronavirus disease reporting and data system (CO-RADS) and to assess the performance of CT if used in asymptomatic patients as a screening. Two hundred and fifty-one patients who underwent chest CT scanning either due to clinical suspicion or as screening before hospital admission were included in this retrospective observational cross-sectional study. This was followed by RT-PCR for confirmation. Three radiologists with different years of experience interpreted the CT findings using the RSNA recommendations and the CO-RADS reporting. The data were collected and compared.ResultsThere was no statistically significant difference noted in the diagnostic accuracy obtained while using the RSNA recommendations and the CO-RADS reporting system. Also, a good inter-rater agreement was noticed while using the two reporting systems. The CT showed a highly significant value while used in the assessment of symptomatic patients in controversy to the screening of asymptomatic patients.ConclusionBoth reporting systems show similar diagnostic accuracy with a good almost similar inter-rater agreement. Both can be used while interpreting the CT images of cases with suspected COVID-19 infection. CT can be used effectively in the detection of COVID-19 infection between symptomatic patients while it is of a lower value in the screening of asymptomatic patients.

Automatic segmentation and detection of ectopic eruption of first permanent molars on panoramic radiographs based on nnU-Net.

The purpose of this research was to present an artificial intelligence (AI) model, which can automatically segment and detect ectopic eruption of first permanent molars (EMMs) in early mixed dentition on panoramic radiographs using the no-new-Net (nnU-Net) model. A total of 438 EMMs obtained from 285 panoramic radiographs were included in this study. An AI model based on nnU-Net was trained to segment and detect EMMs. The performance of the model was evaluated by the intersection over union (IoU), precision, F1-score, accuracy and FROC. Furthermore, the detecting performance of nnU-Net was compared with that of three dentists with different years of experience using the McNemar chi-squared test. The reliability of different dentists was evaluated by intraclass correlation coefficients (ICCs). The nnU-Net yielded an IoU of 0.834, a precision of 0.845, an F1-score of 0.902 and an accuracy of 0.990, whereas the dentists yielded a mean IoU of 0.530, a mean precision of 0.539, a mean F1-score of 0.699 and a mean accuracy of 0.811. The ICC of different dentists was 0.776. The statistical analysis of the McNemar chi-squared test showed that the nnU-Net results were statistically significant and superior to those of dentists (p<.05). This study validated an AI model based on nnU-Net for automatically segmenting and detecting EMMs more consistently and accurately on panoramic radiography.

Knowledge, Attitude, and Practice of Junior Doctors about Thalassemia in Babylon Province

Background: Thalassemia is a chronic condition that is caused by hereditary defects in hemoglobin production. Thalassemia is classified into two major categories, named α- and β-thalassemia, according to the hemoglobin gene defect. Premarital screening in the family members, followed by prenatal diagnosis is the most effective strategy for control of thalassemia. The most important thing is the determination of the traits or carriers of thalassemia. In our country, doctors acquired knowledge about thalassemia when they were students in medical college and after graduation, they worked in different hospitals. Some of them had worked in the thalassemia unit whereas others had not. Objectives: To assess the knowledge, attitude, and practice of junior doctors about thalassemia in Babylon province. Methodology: A cross-sectional study was conducted on 200 junior doctors (resident doctors and permanent doctors) who had different years of experience and places of work in Babylon province. The knowledge, attitude, and practice were assessed according to scoring by a group of researchers. Results: A cross-sectional study of 200 junior doctors (resident and permanent doctors), whose age ranged from 24 to 34 years with a mean age of (27.5 ±2.27) years. Most of the junior doctors were females: 145 (72.5%) worked in the emergency department 107 (53.5%). There were 92 (46%) junior doctors who possessed adequate knowledge about thalassemia. There were a significant association between knowledge and age, position/job, and smoking: P = 0.01, 0.02, and 0.04, respectively. The doctors had a positive attitude and good practice about thalassemia, 65 (32.5%) and 84 (42%) respectively. Regarding attitude, there is a significant association between it and position/job, P = 0.02 and in practice there is a significant association between it and gender, which is more in females (P = 0.02). Conclusion: The doctors had adequate knowledge, positive attitude, and good practice about thalassemia: 92 (46%), 65 (32.5%), and 84 (42%), respectively.

Healthcare professionals\u2019 perspective on delivering personalised and holistic care: using the Theoretical Domains Framework

BackgroundInterventions to improve personalised and holistic care delivery by healthcare professionals are more likely to be effective if they target the factors influencing specific behaviours. This study reports on the development and testing of a questionnaire to identify perspectives of healthcare professionals’ personalised and holistic care behaviours based on the Theoretical Domains Framework.MethodsThe study was conducted in public health services in Victoria, Australia. The questionnaire was developed and pilot-tested with behaviour change researchers and healthcare professionals. Doctors, nurses and midwives were recruited via notices and email invitations from Safer Care Victoria's website and mailing lists of healthcare professionals and invited to completed the questionnaire online (hosted on Qualtrics). Health services administrators and allied health professionals were excluded from the study. Confirmatory factor analysis was undertaken to generate the model of best fit and group differences were tested using univariate tests.ResultsOne hundred and four healthcare professionals from public health services in Victoria, Australia, completed the 39-item questionnaire focusing on specific personalised and holistic care behaviours. The final model consisted of 13 factors and 39 items, and CFA produced an acceptable fit, as well as adequate levels of discriminant validity and internal consistency (α = 0.60 to 0.84). Seven domains, “social influence”, “motivation & goals”, “environmental context and resources’, “skills”, ‘beliefs about consequences”, “behaviour regulation” and “nature of behaviour” were identified. Significant differences in the factors influencing these behaviours were found in groups with different years of experience and role seniority. These findings suggest that future interventions need to be targeted to specific groups.ConclusionThis study identified the specific behaviours and the factors associated with performance of personalised and holistic care among healthcare professionals. The findings suggest several interventions and policy functions may be taken to improve personalised and holistic care.

Malpractice knowledge, attitudes, and practices among physicians at a University Hospital in Saudi Arabia

Objectives: Methods: A cross-sectional questionnaire-based study was conducted in King Khalid University Hospital between November and March 2019. Both medical and surgical physicians were included. A convenience sampling technique was used with a sample size of 336. The questionnaire contains four sections: demographics, knowledge, attitudes, and practices. Results: A total of 293 out of 336 questionnaires were returned giving a response rate of 87.2%. The comparison of the levels of knowledge of the respondents for each form of malpractice showed a statistically significant correlation with gender where female high knowledge score was 73 (62.9%) and male high knowledge score was 50 (35.5%). Another variable that showed statistical significance is specialty where medical specialty doctors scored 81 (54.7%) high knowledge, surgery doctors scored 25 (34.7%) high knowledge, and other specialties scored 17 (45.9%) high knowledge. Other variables showed no statistical significance. About the other two outcome variables, both attitudes and practice showed no statistically significant correlation with all included study variables. Conclusion: The research results show good and bad aspects. The overall knowledge among physicians was good. Moreover, there was no significant difference in knowledge among physicians from different rankings, nor among physicians with different years of experience. Regarding attitude and practice, the results showed no statistical significance. Overall these results can contribute to the quality of healthcare.

Stain normalization in digital pathology: Clinical multi-center evaluation of image quality

In digital pathology, the final appearance of digitized images is affected by several factors, resulting in stain color and intensity variation. Stain normalization is an innovative solution to overcome stain variability. However, the validation of color normalization tools has been assessed only from a quantitative perspective, through the computation of similarity metrics between the original and normalized images. To the best of our knowledge, no works investigate the impact of normalization on the pathologist’s evaluation.The objective of this paper is to propose a multi-tissue (i.e., breast, colon, liver, lung, and prostate) and multi-center qualitative analysis of a stain normalization tool with the involvement of pathologists with different years of experience. Two qualitative studies were carried out for this purpose: (i) a first study focused on the analysis of the perceived image quality and absence of significant image artifacts after the normalization process; (ii) a second study focused on the clinical score of the normalized image with respect to the original one.The results of the first study prove the high quality of the normalized image with a low impact artifact generation, while the second study demonstrates the superiority of the normalized image with respect to the original one in clinical practice.The normalization process can help both to reduce variability due to tissue staining procedures and facilitate the pathologist in the histological examination. The experimental results obtained in this work are encouraging and can justify the use of a stain normalization tool in clinical routine.

TEACHERS’ EXPERIENCES REFLECTED IN THEIR TEACHING OF DESCRIPTIVE TEXT TO GRADE VIII STUDENTS OF SMPN 2 MEDAN

The study was aimed to see whether teachers’ experiences are reflected in teaching descriptive text to grade VIII students of SMPN 2 Medan or not. This study was conducted by using descriptive qualitative method through a collection of techniques used to specify, delineate, or describe naturally occurring phenomena without experimental manipulation. The data were gathered by administering interview to three English teachers with different years of experience and observing their teaching of descriptive text during a classroom session. The observation and interview result proved that the three English teachers did not reflect their teaching experience when teaching descriptive text to the students. The reason why the three English teach descriptive text in the ways they do varied from one to the other.Keywords: Experience, Descriptive Text, Qualitative Descriptive Research

University Lecturers’ Task-Based Language Teaching Beliefs and Practices

The present study aimed to investigate the beliefs and practices of task-based language teaching (TBLT) among lecturers in English as a foreign language (EFL) at technical universities in Vietnam. A total of 136 lecturers completed the questionnaire and seven of whom participated in semi-structured interviews. Findings indicated that the lecturers had positive views toward the TBLT approach and showed a willingness to use it in their classrooms, although they also shared notable challenges related to the technique. The results also showed significant differences in understanding of TBLT among lecturers with different years of experience; however, years of experience and qualifications did not affect the lecturers’ views on or implementation of TBLT. The study offers several implications for better understanding and more effectively implementing TBLT approaches in the classroom.

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على معايير تصميم المقررات الجامعية الإلکترونية وفق نموذج (ADDIE) من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس بجامعة تبوک، وذلک من خلال إعداد قائمة بمعايير تصميم التدريس المتعلقة بجودة المقررات الإلکترونية، واتبعت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي، وتکونت عينة الدراسة من عدد من أعضاء هيئة التدريس بجامعة تبوک من الجنسين خلال الفصل الدراسي الثاني من العام الجامعي 2021 وقد تم إعداد استبانة کأداة لقياس معايير تصميم المقررات الإلکترونية، تکونت من (65) فقرة موزعة على خمسة مجالات رئيسة، ولغرض التحليل الإحصائي تم استخدام المتوسطات الحسابية والانحرافات المعيارية، کما تم حساب ثبات المقياس باستخدام التجزئة النصفية وقد بلغ (0.85) ، واختبار ت لمعرفة اتجاه الفروق، ومعامل کرونباخ (ألفا) لقياس ثبات أداة الدراسة حيث بلغ ( 0.94) وقد کشفت نتائج الدراسة أن درجة توافر معايير تصميم التعليم في المقررات الجامعية الإلکترونية وفق نموذج ADDIE MODEL من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس جاءت في صورة مرتفعة . کما کشفت النتائج ايضا انه لا توجد هناک فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات استجابات عينة الدراسة حول الدرجة الکلية وفقا لمتغير الجنس، ولا توجد هناک فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات استجابات عينة الدراسة حول الدرجة الکلية وفقا لمتغير الرتبة الأکاديمية، ووفقا لمتغير التخصص العلمي فقد کشفت نتائج الدراسة عن وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات استجابات عينة الدراسة حول الدرجة الکلية حيث أشارت النتائج إلى اختلاف استجابات عينة الدراسة على اختلاف تخصصهم العلمي في مستوى درجات أعضاء هيئة التدريس نحو تصميم التعليم في المقررات الجامعية وفق نموذج ADDIE MODEL. ايضا کشفت نتائج الدراسة إلى اختلاف استجابات أفراد العينة على اختلاف سنوات الخبرة حول درجات أعضاء هيئة التدريس نحو تصميم التعليم في المقررات الجامعية وفق نموذج ADDIE MODEL. The researcher aimed in this study at knowing the standards of university courses according to the (ADDIE) model from the point of view of the faculty members at the university through developing a list of teaching design standards related to the quality of electronic courses offered online. The study followed the descriptive method. The study sample was consisted of (200) a faculty member from the faculty of (13) at the university, for the academic year (2021). The questionnaire was developed as a tool for measuring the standards of electronic courses, and it was consisted of (65) items divided into five main areas. For the purpose of statistical analysis, arithmetic means and standard deviations were used. The reliability of the scale was calculated using the split-half method that was (0.85), the t test to find out the direction of the differences, and the Cronbach's coefficient (alpha) for measuring the reliability of the study tool that was (0.94). The results of the study revealed that there are high standards of educational design in the university courses according to the ADDIE model from the point of view of the faculty members. There are no statistically significant differences among the means of the responses of the study sample regarding the total score according to the gender variable. The results indicate the convergence of the study sample responses, despite the difference of gender, in the level of the scores of the faculty members towards the design of education in the university courses according to the ADDIE model.
