ANALISIS PERILAKU BULLYING DALAM PERSPEKTIF AL-QUR’AN DAN HADITS

This bullying problem is a serious problem for the general public in general, because acts of violence in this day and age can happen anytime if we look at current technological developments, such as deviant behavior, bad ethics, morals and legal norms from the lightest. So the aim of this study is to analyze bullying behavior from the perspective of the Qur'an and Hadith, as we know that the Qur'an and hadith are the main sources for Muslims. The aim of this study is to look at the contents of the verses of the Qur'an and hadith regarding the explanation of bullying. This research method is a Library research method (library research) with qualitative descriptive-analytical analysis. The research results obtained in the Qur'an are the prohibition of insulting and criticizing others, the obligation to act fairly and reject acts of injustice, the prohibition of arrogance and belittling other people. Meanwhile, in the hadith of the Prophet Muhammad SAW it is explained that’s forbidden to mention other people’s shortcomings, to protect other people’s honor, to guard one’s tounge, andit’s forbidden to criticize other people’s physical appearance.

<b>Teologi Kasih dalam Konseling Pastoral: Pendekatan Solusi untuk Kenakalan Remaja</b>

Juvenile delinquency is one of the significant challenges faced by modern societies, including Indonesia. Factors such as lack of affection, family conflicts, and environmental influences are often the main causes of deviant behavior. This study aims to analyze the application of love theology in pastoral counseling as a solution-oriented approach to address juvenile delinquency. The study employs a qualitative literature review method by analyzing relevant academic journals and books. The findings indicate that love theology, focusing on unconditional acceptance, forgiveness, and active love, plays an essential role in guiding adolescents toward spiritual recovery and moral transformation. This approach is considered effective in building empathetic relationships, providing spiritual support, and creating space for sustained character development.

Legal awareness as a factor in preventing illegal (deviant) behavior

This article examines the problem of deviant behavior of individuals in society through their consciousness, namely through one of its types - legal consciousness. The purpose of the research is to establish the relationship between a person's deviant behavior and the appropriate level of his legal awareness. A significant number of methods were used in the study. One of these methods was: the method of analysis, which helped to examine the views existing in science on the main parts of the problem and to draw a conclusion about their mutual influence; the method of deduction helped to determine the ways of solving the problem of deviant behavior proposed in the article by establishing a connection between the components of the problem. With the help of these approaches, the essence of consciousness, the concept of legal consciousness, as a separate type, was determined. The ontology and types of deviant behavior were analyzed, one of which is illegal behavior. The connection between legal consciousness and illegal behavior was determined. Ways to eliminate illegal behavior through changing the legal consciousness of individuals were proposed. The result of the study was the identification of ways to overcome deviant behavior through increasing the level of legal awareness.

Pathways from supervisor incivility to workplace deviance: the mediating role of emotional exhaustion and supervisor-targeted aggression

PurposeDrawing on the frustration-aggression-displacement (FAD) hypothesis, this study investigates the link between supervisor incivility and workplace deviant behavior through the mediating pathways of supervisor-targeted aggression and emotional exhaustion. Additionally, it examines the moderating role of psychopathy in the relationships between supervisor incivility and supervisor-targeted aggression and supervisor incivility and emotional exhaustion.Design/methodology/approachData were collected from hotel employees through a three-wave study, and variance-based partial least square structural equation modeling (VB-SEM) was employed to analyze the hypothesized associations.FindingsResults indicate that supervisor-targeted aggression and emotional exhaustion mediate the relationships between supervisor incivility and workplace deviant behavior. However, psychopathy did not show any significant moderating effect.Practical implicationsThe findings provide valuable insights for managers to develop effective strategies for reducing organizational incivility and deviant behaviors.Originality/valueThis study identifies two mediating mechanisms linking supervisor incivility to workplace deviant behavior and adds to the limited understanding of how supervisor incivility can lead to negative employee behaviors.

Penerapan Layanan Konseling Individual dengan Pendekatan Mauidzah Al-Hasanah dalam Mengatasi Perilaku Membolos Peserta Didik Kelas X MAS Al Washliyah 22

This study aims to evaluate the implementation of individual counseling services with the Mauidzah Hasanah approach in overcoming truancy behavior of class X students at MAS Al-Wasliyah 22. Truancy behavior is a form of deviation that affects the learning process and academic achievement of students. The Mauidzah Hasanah approach, which is based on gentle and wise verbal communication, was chosen to provide advice and guide students more effectively and touch on their moral aspects. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The subjects of the study included a guidance and counseling teacher who implemented individual counseling services and seven class X students who had a history of truancy behavior. The results showed that the implementation of individual counseling based on Mauidzah Hasanah had a positive impact on changes in student behavior. The guidance and counseling teacher began by building a warm and open relationship, so that students felt comfortable expressing their problems. Advice and motivation given in a gentle and empathetic manner were able to encourage students to reflect on their life goals, understand the importance of discipline, and improve their attitudes towards learning. As a result, students showed increased awareness, motivation, and self-confidence. This study recommends the implementation of counseling services based on Mauidzah Hasanah values ​​as one of the solutions to overcome student deviant behavior in the school environment.

Exploring the Impact of Workplace Hazing on Deviant Behavior in the Hospitality Sector: The Roles of Emotional Exhaustion and Hope and Optimism

Workplace hazing remains a critical concern in the hospitality sector, known for its high-pressure environments and hierarchical dynamics. Drawing on transactional stress theory, this study explores the intricate relationships between workplace hazing, emotional exhaustion, and deviant behavior, with a focus on the moderating roles of hope and optimism. The research aims to examine how these psychological factors buffer the negative impacts of workplace hazing on employee behavior. Using a quantitative approach, data were collected from 494 valid responses comprising employees and supervisors from four- and five-star hotels in Aqaba, Amman, and Petra, Jordan. Convenience sampling was employed, and the data were analyzed using SPSS 29 and AMOS 26. The findings reveal that workplace hazing significantly predicts emotional exhaustion and deviant behavior, with emotional exhaustion mediating this relationship. Hope and optimism were found to moderate these effects, suggesting employees who maintain an optimistic outlook are better equipped to handle stress, which, in turn, reinforces their positive mindset, ultimately fostering healthier workplace cultures. The study offers both theoretical and practical implications. Theoretically, it extends the transaction theory of stress by integrating emotional exhaustion and deviant behavior. Practically, it suggests that hospitality organizations should focus on mitigating hazing practices, addressing emotional exhaustion through support mechanisms, and fostering positive psychological traits like hope and optimism to enhance employee well-being and minimize deviant behavior.

Mapping the field of workplace deviant behavior: a comprehensive bibliometric analysis

Purpose This study aims to conduct a rigorous bibliometric analysis of workplace deviant behavior (WDB) to identify prevailing trends, patterns, and themes in the field. The analysis seeks to outline the domain’s intellectual and social structure and provide a research roadmap. Design/methodology/approach The study employed a systematic procedure to scrutinize research scenario. A search in the Scopus database produced 1,677 papers from reputable publications spanning 42 years (1976–2023). Science mapping techniques, including co-citation, co-authorship, and co-occurrence analysis, were used to obtain insights into the research landscape. By implementing these techniques, the authors comprehensively understood the interconnectedness and patterns within the research field. Findings This study demonstrates an apparent surge in the overall number and impact of studies conducted on WDB, most of which are published in prestigious publications. Furthermore, the findings support Bradford’s law, defying Lotka’s law in this field. Through co-citation analysis, four clusters were identified in this area. Subsequently, co-occurrence was used to pinpoint several strong themes. Finally, the authors of the USA and China demonstrated the most significant collaboration. Originality/value This study is a pioneering approach to applying bibliometric analysis to explore WDB research; it addresses a gap in the comprehensive review of earlier research and contributes to enriching the body of knowledge in this area. The results of this research are helpful for practitioners, scholars and future researchers in this subject, even if it has its roots in scientometrics.

Реализация государственных мер по социальному призрению детской беспризорности в 1920-е гг. (по материалам городов Среднего Поволжья)

This article examines the problem of mass child homelessness, which struck the Soviet state in the 1920s. The implementation of state measures aimed at addressing the phenomenon of child homelessness was directed towards the eradication of this deviant behavior and the provision of financial and legal assistance to orphaned children. Mass child homelessness was a national problem, for this reason, the solution of national tasks was also carried out at the regional level. Local authorities allocated funds for the creation of orphanages, shelters, foster distribution centers and labor exchanges for street children. The measures undertaken yielded positive results; however, the struggle against homelessness was complicated by the challenging socio-economic con-ditions in the Middle Volga region during the 1920s. Particularly detrimental to the situation was the famine that occurred between 1921 and 1923, which exacerbated the plight of vulnerable children and hindered effective intervention efforts.

The impact of platform leadership on employee deviant innovation in digital transformation enterprises

Platform leadership (PL) has been increasing in digital transformation enterprises. This study explores the effects, pathways, and boundary conditions of PL on employee deviant innovation (EDI). In this study, 444 valid questionnaires were collected from ten digital transformation enterprises. Using conservation of resources theory and digital leadership theory, we built a parallel mediation model in which PL influenced EDI through psychological safety (PS) and creative self-efficacy (CSE), and verified the moderating effect of digital leadership (DL). The empirical results are as follows: (1) PL positively impacts EDI. (2) PL positively influences PS and CSE. (3) PS and CSE positively contribute to EDI. (4) PS and CSE mediate the relationship between PL and EDI. (5) DL moderates the relationship between PL and EDI, as well as between CSE and EDI. This study departs from traditional leadership theories by examining a new leadership style, PL, to inspire deviant innovation behavior among employees in digital transformation enterprises. This reveals the influencing mechanisms and provides new theoretical support for leadership and innovation management.

Legal mechanism for preventing deviant behavior of minors

The article describes the legal mechanism for preventing deviant behavior of minors, in particular, the relationship between social deprivation and deviant behavior in minors is analyzed, the content, forms and methods of legal work with socially deprived minors are revealed. Two types of deviant behavior are distinguished: external and internal, which differ in their goals. External deviant behavior of a minor is aimed at violating legal norms and social principles, which is dangerous not only for him, but also for society. Internal deviant behavior of a minor is aimed at disintegration and self-destruction of his personality, such actions create only temporary, short-term pleasure, and usually hinder his future successful development. It is noted that the main factor in the formation of deviations in minors is social deprivation - the deviation of the individual standards of a minor from the real social norms of society. Therefore, within the framework of the legal mechanism for the prevention of deviant behavior of minors, we can distinguish three main areas of work: socio-pedagogical and legal prevention, preventive assistance (psychological, legal) and correction, adaptation, rehabilitation and resocialization. The subjects of the prevention of deviant behavior of minors, which we have identified above, should actively participate in the implementation of these areas. Based on the generalization of scientific literature and practice of the prevention of deviant behavior, such effective areas as active informing adolescents about the consequences of the use of various types of alcohol, drugs and toxic substances by connecting the media and Internet content, distributing visual aids, holding «round tables», lectures and conversations; clarification of legal norms concerning various aspects of asocial behavior by involving legal professionals and establishing their close interaction with adolescents and their parents; formation of skills for active and cultural leisure activities; provision of advisory assistance in solving problems (consultations of a lawyer, psychologist, doctor, teacher, counseling through the media); updating the trend of a healthy lifestyle; creation of conditions for self-realization of the individual in various types of creative, intellectual, and social activities.

Criminological characteristics of juvenile delinquency

The article analyzes the criminological characteristics of juvenile delinquency. Juvenile delinquency is one of the components of all crime, subject to its general changes and laws. Family, social and economic criminogenic factors of juvenile delinquency were studied. It was established that the age of minors is divided into two groups: 14-15 years and 16-17 years. The majority of criminal offenses are committed by minors aged 16-17 (69,3%) who have completed basic secondary education. It is noted that in the structure of moral and psychological properties of juvenile criminals, the following prevail: violation of the emotional and volitional sphere, weakening of the sense of shame, lying, a distorted system of life values, pronounced cynicism, indifference to the experiences of others. The structure of criminal-legal properties assumes that most minors were preceded by deviant behavior. Four types of juvenile criminals are distinguished: random, unstable, negative, malicious. Qualitative and quantitative indicators of this type of crime were analyzed. It is argued that during the years 2022–2024, the level of juvenile delinquency will either increase or decrease depending on the year. In general, there is an increase in this type of crime from 1,291 to 1,363 registered criminal offenses committed by minors. It was established that two trends can be traced from the statistical data review: negative and positive. A positive trend, which consists in reducing the number of criminally illegal acts against property and leaving criminal offenses in the field of trafficking in narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances at almost the same level and a negative trend – an increase in all other types of criminal offenses provided for in the structure of juvenile delinquency, as well as an increase in the specific weight of particularly serious crimes in the structure of juvenile delinquency. It was concluded that a comprehensive analysis of the criminological characteristics of juvenile delinquency is quite important, since such a study is the basis for the further development of effective measures to counter this negative phenomenon.

Strategic communication for youth awareness during a Covid-19 outbreak: when the target becomes the creator

During Covid-19 pandemic, a communication campaign promoted by a municipality in Portugal was unable to modify the risk behaviour of teenagers in schools. With the increase in safety rules, the exhaustion of teenagers gave way to revolt and disrespect - students started to remain at the school gates without masks and sharing cigarettes among themselves. The “Every Day Counts” campaign was developed to fix the extremely top-down orientation of the first campaign and to increase the impact of target-oriented communication via local government. Based on a Manifesto to other schools, the students with deviant behaviours were invited to co-create this new initiative. Three complementary products were developed: an animated film; a set of physical billboards distributed throughout the city; and a collection of bracelets that the participants used to promote the campaign. The materials were shared by 80 schools and 7 of them asked for help to replicate the same participatory methodology with their students. Furthermore, reports of deviant behaviour at the municipal school became residual.

Legal liability and measures to prevent administrative infractions related to driving under influence

The article discusses current problems of preventing illegal infringements, protecting individuals and society, increasing legal literacy, and developing legal awareness among citizens, including drivers. It focuses on measures to prevent repeated offences related to driving on Russian roads. Statistical data on deaths and injuries in accidents involving intoxicated drivers, and judicial statistics are analyzed. The article highlights effective preventive practices in European countries, where special educational and rehabilitation programs supplement traditional measures of responsibility for correction of drivers who consume alcohol while driving. The author proposes improving Russian legislation by applying non-repressive measures to prevent administrative infractions. This can be achieved through various administrative instruments (regulatory, informational, financial, etc.), along with fostering a legal culture among drivers with deviant behavior

Mitigating Deviant Behavior in University Students through Education: How Structural Inequality Mediates and Functionalist and Conflict Perspectives Moderate the Process

This study aims to explore the impact of educational factors on behavioral deviance among faculty and guardian respondents, examining how various educational perspectives influence behavior. Using a quantitative approach, the research employs Smart PLS for path coefficient analysis, multi-group analysis, and reliability testing, with a sample size of 240 respondents (120 faculty members and 120 guardians). The findings reveal significant relationships between education, functional perspectives, and behavioral outcomes, with notable differences between faculty and guardian groups. The study’s implications highlight the importance of targeted educational strategies to mitigate behavioral deviance. The results contribute to both theoretical and practical knowledge in the fields of education and behavioral studies.

Enhancing Self-Control and Peer Attachment: Counseling Strategies for Reducing Juvenile Delinquency in Islamic Boarding School

This study examines the influence of self-control and peer attachment on juvenile delinquency among students at an Islamic boarding school. Islamic boarding schools, or pesantren, are unique educational institutions in Indonesia that emphasize both religious education and moral development. However, the strict discipline and regulations within pesantren often lead to instances of deviant behavior among adolescent students, who are particularly vulnerable during this transitional life stage. The study involved 219 students, with data collected using the Peer Attachment Scale and the Brief Self Control Scale (BSCS). The results of multiple regression analysis revealed that both self-control and peer attachment significantly impact juvenile delinquency, with peer attachment showing a stronger influence. Specifically, higher levels of self-control were associated with lower delinquency rates, while positive peer attachment was found to reduce delinquent behaviors. The findings suggest that targeted interventions in pesantren should focus on enhancing self-regulation skills and fostering positive peer relationships to mitigate delinquency. Additionally, the study highlights the importance of continuous supervision and collaboration between counselors, parents, and school authorities to create a supportive environment that promotes moral and character development. These insights provide a foundation for improving guidance and counseling strategies in pesantren, aiming to cultivate a more disciplined and ethically grounded student body.

Mesofactors of the regional pedagogical cluster development

Introduction. One of the trends in the development of teacher education is the tendency of clustering. The pedagogical cluster acts as an integral part of the educational cluster, preserving its specific features in relation to the system of continuous pedagogical education. Aim. The aim of the article is to study the factors influencing the formation and development of a pedagogical cluster; special attention in the article is paid to mesofactors. Materials and methods. Theoretical methods (analysis of scientific literature, comparative analysis of ideas and approaches to clustering in education, the essence of regional mesofactors) made it possible to determine the mesofactors of influence on the formation and development of a regional pedagogical cluster. The basis of the experimental research is the system of continuous pedagogical education of the Novgorod region. Methods of experimental research: survey to identify the realization of the potential of regional mesofactors (149 teachers of the Novgorod region (Russiam Federation) – 124 teachers, 25 managers), analysis of websites of secondary school (20 sites) to identify social partners. Research results. The theoretical result of the study was the determination of the educational potential of the territory, the specification of the content and objects of influence of mesofactors on the formation and development of the regional pedagogical cluster. A survey of teachers: of the variety of objects on the territory, predominantly objects with traditional recognized educational value are used in the educational process of the school – architectural monuments, outstanding people or events, historical places (noted by a quarter of the participants), which are used for excursions (71%) or only information about them (29.5%); teachers understand of the importance of the educational potential of the territory for transforming the learning process. The list of the school's main partners is limited to cultural institutions (libraries, museums), sports organizations, enterprises and organizations with which schools cooperate within the framework of career guidance, as well as partner institutions for the prevention of deviant behavior. Conclusion. The study confirmed that the consolidation of the efforts of educational organizations of different levels in the context of a pedagogical cluster is considered as a new vector of cooperation to increase the competitiveness and quality of pedagogical education in the region, the basis for which can be the educational potential of the territory.

Security Challenges: Analyzing Violence from a Multidisciplinary Research Perspective

This paper examines violence as a form of deviant behavior through a multidisciplinary lens, reflecting social, economic, and cultural tensions in contemporary societies. The text provides an introduction to the thematic issue on violence and, through a review of the content and research findings of the articles published in this section, examines violence in various forms, including physical, emotional, psychological, and structural, as well as the growing presence of cyber violence in the digital age. The authors emphasize the role of media in normalizing violence, particularly among youth, and argue for the need for holistic, interdisciplinary responses involving education, social programs, legal frameworks, and collective efforts to prevent and reduce violence. The study highlights the importance of empathy, solidarity, and resilience within communities, and calls for the rethinking of security from a humanistic perspective. The work concludes that sustainable violence prevention requires the involvement of multiple disciplines and actors, including educational institutions, local communities, and the media.

The Cases of Criminality and Law Violations among Young People and Minors

The chosen scientific article mainly scrutinizes the cases of criminality and law violations among young people as well as minors, which were characterized as crucial social problems. The study identified the main purpose of the spread of criminal cases among young people and the trend of their growth, as well as factors that actively influence this process. The criminality and delinquency among young people and minors are treated as a cybernetic system, which is justified from the point of view of the systematic approach envisaging a socio-economic system with special complexity, dynamism, emergence, and stochasticity in the paper. Global experience with juvenile offenders sheds light on the complex and varied needs of children in conflict with the law. Much of the growing literature on deviant behavior in juvenile offenders shows significant overlap between criminological, social, and medical research. Based on the econometric approach, multi-regression models of the dependence of criminality among young people on the influencing regressors of the environment were built, their qualitative characteristics were tested and mathematically justified that they are a suitable mechanism for optimal management and forecasting in the paper.

Sociological Analysis of Women's Involvement in Criminal Acts in Tanjungpinang: The Influence of Economy, Family, and Social Environment

This study aims to identify and analyze the factors that cause women to come into conflict with the law in the Tanjungpinang area, focusing on women as perpetrators of criminal acts. The research method utilized involved in-depth interviews with informants who have direct experience related to this issue. The findings indicate that economic factors, social environment, and family conditions are the main drivers of women's involvement in criminal activities. Urgent financial needs often force women to seek quick solutions through illegal avenues, such as fraud and theft. The social environment that permits and normalizes deviant behavior influences individuals' mindsets and actions, thus increasingly driving women to engage in illegal activities. Furthermore, the dynamics within the family, including internal conflicts and lack of emotional support, also contribute to women's decisions to confront the law. In addition to external factors, the psychological and emotional conditions of women, such as poor mental health due to stigma and discrimination, are significant factors that exacerbate their situations. This study emphasizes the importance of social support, appropriate rehabilitation, and educational programs for women involved in criminal behavior. Therefore, this research aims to provide valuable insights for policymakers and the community to develop more effective and inclusive prevention strategies for women in Tanjungpinang.

Analysis of the Development and Dynamics of Character Education and Culture of the Indonesian Nation

The problem of character education can be seen from various cases such as the failure of an institution in a school institution, the change of ministers that affects the change of curriculum, the existence of deviant behavior in the community environment that has an increasingly negative impact on a nation. This study aims to analyze the problems of the development and dynamics of character education and culture in Indonesia. This study uses literature studies. Data analysis techniques are collecting, reducing, presenting and drawing conclusions. The results of the study show that good character development will encourage generations to grow and commit to doing various things in a better and more progressive direction. To realize the national mission, civic education is very important to be an aspect of study in shaping the personality of citizens. Civic education is regulated as a subject of learning in improving the abilities of each generation to become superior, participatory, honest, noble and responsible human beings. The development of the direction and objectives of character education is very crucial in preventing multidimensional crises and the decline in moral values that can damage the quality of the next generation and the implementation of transformation in an ideal and progressive direction.
