Pemberdayaan Kepemimpinan Perempuan dalam Program Studi: Studi Kasus Universitas Swasta di Samarinda

Women's leadership in study programs can also provide inspiration and motivation for other women to pursue academic and leadership careers. This can help increase accessibility to educational and professional opportunities for women. This method involves an in-depth analysis of eight study programs led by women at one of the Private Universities (PTS) in the city of Samarinda. Researchers can examine how women's leadership influences organizational culture, policies, and study program outcomes. So a case study was carried out in an effort to obtain data related to leadership in eight study programs led by women. Role models that encourage inspiration, female leadership can be powerful role models for students and staff, especially for women, in demonstrating that a successful academic career is achievable for everyone regardless of gender. By inspiring and providing support, female leadership motivates study program members to reach their best potential and contribute to collective success. Women's leadership influences organizational culture, policies and study program outcomes. Women's leadership at private universities in the city of Samarinda not only has a positive impact on the progress and development of study programs, but also strengthens the values of inclusivity, empathy and equality in the academic environment, creating wider opportunities for mutual growth and success.

Student Perceptions of the Prospects of the Geography Education Study Program

Purpose of the study: The aim of this research is to describe students' perceptions of the prospects of the Geophysical Education Study Program. Methodology: The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. To obtain the desired data and in accordance with the interests of research explanation, the author used data collection techniques through questionnaire instruments and the techniques used in analyzing the data were in the form of percentages. Main Findings: Based on the results of the analysis in this research, the following were found: (1) the indicators of student views of the Geography Education Study Program are in the high category, (2) indicators of student responses regarding the Prospects of the Geography Education Study Program are in the medium category, (3) indicators The Geography Education Study Program students feel that they are in the high category in terms of study program development, which is good at providing education and learning, producing quality graduates, as well as developing the professionalism of internal human resources in order to produce superior and reliable figures. Novelty/Originality of this study: This research can be useful for the Geography Education Study Program, namely as information in the development of the Geography Education Study Program and as literature for further research, especially those related to the development of the Geography Education Study Program.

Digital Pedagogy to Transcend Education, Using Emerging Technologies

This research aims to generate knowledge about the teaching-learning process currently taking place both inside and outside the classroom through the utilization of emerging technologies in the educational sector, such as media and digital information and communication tools. It seeks to understand how the school community, including teachers and students, has adapted to the new normal resulting from the SARS-CoV-2 pandemic in Mexico. Information, Communication, Knowledge, and Digital Learning Technologies, collectively known as TICCAD, are fundamental tools primarily employed to enhance teachers' work on digital skills issues. Additionally, the significance of artificial intelligence (AI) and Three-Dimensional Immersive Digital Environments (EDIT) is underscored, as they facilitate innovation in teaching practices and student learning. The ongoing evolution in the educational sector has enabled us to analyze and identify both the benefits and areas of opportunity. These insights are crucial for the development of study plans and programs established by the Secretary of Public Education (SEP), ensuring a conducive learning environment both inside and outside the classroom. These emerging technologies have become invaluable allies in this regard.

Community Empowerment through Assistance on the Basics of Islam and Organic Horticulture Cultivation in Mu’allaf Village, Lembang Village Pinrang District

This community service activity aims to: 1) empower the community in the Muallaf village through mentoring the basics of Islam and Organic Horticulture Cultivation, 2) Developing the potential of students by involving them in community service activities, 3) Adding International Cooperation which will have an impact on the development of study programs, and 4) Adding lecturer recognition in the Tri Darma of Higher Education, namely in community service. Community Service activities are focused on two fields of activity, namely: 1. assistance in the basics of Islam in the form of reading and writing the Qur'an, prayer procedures, and other mass worship intended for all people who live in the mu'allaf village. 2. Assistance on how to grow horticultural crops organically which will be given to farmers who live in the Mu'allaf village. The solutions offered in community service are 1) Assisting the community by becoming a religious companion by assigning 2 students who are tasked with becoming preachers and staying for 2 months in the mu'allaf village. 2) Conducting training in making organic fertilizer by utilizing household waste, manure and other materials that are easily obtained from the surrounding environment, 3) Conducting training on horticultural plant cultivation procedures to farmers who live in mu'allaf villages and 4) Provide assistance to farmers to conduct trials of horticultural crop cultivation. This community service is planned to be carried out in 2 stages of activity, namely the first is fostering the basics of Islam in the form of mubaligh assistance by students who join the Community Service Team and the second is training and assistance in cultivating horticultural crops using organic fertilizers.

Crowdfunding as Entrepreneurial Funding for Investigative Journalism in Portugal

The 2007 financial and economic subprime crisis arising from the collapse of the Lehman Brothers Bank in the USA had severe impacts on all the economic sectors. Journalism in Portugal was highly affected, and the most remarkable impacts led to editorial budget cuts. These cuts led to a drastic decrease in human resources in newsrooms, leading to a consequent breach of investigative journalism. These aspects resulted in a surge in unemployment for many experienced journalists, a decrease in the quality of information, and the consequent impoverishment and reduction of research journalism, with losses for the entire Portuguese society. Considering this context there is the need to explore alternative sources of funding for research journalism. Crowdfunding has been portrayed as an alternative to traditional models of financing research journalism, capable of generating a new dynamic, to provide for a more skilled and informed society. The main goal of this paper is to analyze crowdfunding as a tool to fund Portuguese investigative journalism. The methods include a narrative literature review on the causes, impacts, and consequences of the decrease in Portuguese investigative journalism and a case study methodology focused on the Portuguese platform of journalism crowdfunding ‘I Fund News’. In addition, qualitative research was applied to analyze the curricula of Portuguese journalism degrees with minors in entrepreneurship, business, and economics. The results show that the number of ECTS courses in entrepreneurship, business, and economics in journalism and communication degrees is very low in the Portuguese higher education sector. A relationship between entrepreneurship, business, economics, and the capacity for journalists to readapt and find the necessary funding sources is established. These results may be of interest to Portuguese police makers and higher education stakeholders, to promote the development of study programs with increased entrepreneurship, business, and economics courses. More literate journalists in the referred subjects may enhance their entrepreneurial potential and, consequently, their freelance potential to develop investigative journalism projects.

Tenth Anniversary of the Audiovisual Translation Study Programme: The Commemoration of a Decade of Work

This review focuses on the celebration of the tenth anniversary of the Audiovisual Translation study programme that took place at Vilnius University Kaunas Faculty. TELL ME MORE: Translation Conference for Students and Early Career Researchers took place on April 25, 2023, and on the following day, April 26, 2023, the tenth anniversary of the Audiovisual Translation study programme was commemorated. In the article, the work carried out over the decade, the scientific publications and conferences organised, the changes in the study programme, the dynamics of the graduates, and the contribution of the social partners to the development and improvement of the Audiovisual Translation study programme were presented.

Compilation of Alumni Profiles Based on Tracker Study in the Doctoral Study Program (S3) of Postgraduate Education, State University of Gorontalo

The Doctor of Education Program at State University of Gorontalo will carry out the accreditation, where the alumni's track record and user satisfaction have a sizable portion in the accreditation assessment. This service aims to identify, record, formulate and analyze the profiles of graduate students based on tracer studies in the postgraduate doctoral study program, State University of Gorontalo. In particular, this study aims to: 1) Describe tracer study-based student and alumni profiles in the Postgraduate Education Doctoral Study Program, State University of Gorontalo; 2) Mapping the curriculum in the Postgraduate Education Doctoral Study Program, State University of Gorontalo. This service is designed using a mix method with data collection techniques using questionnaires, observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques using quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis. This service is expected to: a) be input or reference material in improving the quality of students and alumni in the Doctoral Study Program of Postgraduate Education, State University of Gorontalo, b) become a reference in carrying out study and postgraduate program policies in developing the vision and mission of the organization, c) be a reference in the development of study programs and postgraduate programs in preparing accreditation forms in the future, and d) be useful for the formulation of work programs for the Doctor of Education Study Program that are more responsive to the needs of students and alumni. The end result of this service is expected to be; 1) Formulate a Compilation of Profiles of Doctoral Education Graduates for Users of Postgraduate Education Doctoral Graduates, State University of Gorontalo, and also 2) a Compilation of the Curriculum for the Doctoral Study Program in Postgraduate Education, State University of Gorontalo, with the Outcomes of the Collaborative Service Program being; 1) Consolidated Service Report Formulation of Doctoral Education Graduate Profiles and Doctoral Education Curriculum for Users of Doctoral Graduates (S3) in Postgraduate Education, State University of Gorontalo. 2) Service Journal. 3) Publication of Service Activities in Gorontalo Post or Electronic Print Media; Instagram and FB. 4) IPR Grand Design Service Research Report Based on Tracer Study at the Doctoral Study Program of Postgraduate Education, State University of Gorontalo.

UNIVERZITETSKO OBRAZOVANJE – KAKO PROKRUSTOVU POSTELJU TRANSFORMISATI U OBRAZOVANJE ZA PROTEANSKU KARIJERU / UNIVERSITY EDUCATION - HOW TO TRANSFORM PROCRUSTEAN BED INTO EDUCATION FOR A PROTEAN CAREER

What is the purpose of universities - education or job training? What should be our priority - competences for the 21st century or finding a job within a year after graduating? The future is unpredictable and today’s actions are not necessarily good, but the worst thing to happen would be doing nothing. The survival and development of university depends on our vision of who are the generations to come, what we will teach them, how we will develop the curricula and how far we will succeed in moving away from linear careers as a Procrustean bed, punishing and forcing us to believe that what we have is the only thing possible if deviations from the prescribed norm happen or if one attempts spurring development. On the other hand, the context in which education takes place is constantly changing, and today’s careers, defined as a collection of all experiences and changes in values and attitudes (not advancement in the workplace) are changing their forms just like Proteus. Therefore, the important question is how to reject the Procrustean bed and accept the concept of a protean career as a guide in the development of higher education? The development of new study programs and the revision of existing ones should be guided by the following postulates: internationalization, interdisciplinarity, equality in access and adaptation to the needs of people who need to build their careers in the next dozen years. Innovative study programs should offer: experiences that will be attractive to students from all over the world, a holistic approach to the learning experience and multiperspective, equality in access to all interested parties at every moment of their lives, and flexibility that will allow the student to have his own pace of learning. Some examples of such programs are dual studies, short cycles, combined studies and recognition of prior learning. The University of Sarajevo is a participant in two ERASMUS+ projects aimed at the development of dual studies and short-cycle programs with the aim of increasing access to education and adapting to the needs of students and employers, which directly support the principles of a protean career.

Substantial Aspects and its Relationship with the Research Results of Lecturers

Based on the eight focus areas of educational research, it is necessary to support clear information on evidence based on the focus areas contained in the strategic research plan of the Ganesha University of Education. This study aims to analyze and describe the substance aspects and the relationship with the research results of lecturers at Undiksha. This research is a type of ex-post facto research with meta-analysis. The subjects of this research were all Undiksha lecturers and functional staff. The objects of this research are research schemes, fields of knowledge, research road maps, vision and mission, and lecturer expertise in research. Data collection techniques are observation, documentation, and response questionnaires. The results of the research show that (1) the need for lecturer knowledge regarding the basis for the preparation of the research road map. There is research with the qualification that 30.06% include an appropriate road map, 6.19% include an inappropriate road map, and 63.75% do not contain a road map. (2) Existing research is appropriate and supports the vision and mission of LPPM Undiksha. (3) Expertise and interest underlie the mapping of research groups in each study program. As much as 93.3% of the lecturer's research was on the need for study program development. The results of this study serve as basic support in developing sustainability designs in research for lecturers and the basis for forming research groups.

Mapping the Potential of Faculty of Teacher Training Education Lecturers in the Field of Study Program Development Innovation, Work Mindset, and Competitive Entrepreneurial Attitudes in the Digital Area

This study aims to map the innovation potential of Lecturers. Aspects of the study include competence, demography and socio-culture with work mindset variables, entrepreneurial attitudes, and Study Program development innovations. Next studied the relationship between these variables. Data collection was carried out by random sampling via electronics to the lecturer population at Faculty of Teacher Training Education. The results of the returned and valid questionnaire were 33 samples. Descriptive data processing of each component is studied one by one and analyzed followed by a simple correlation test, using SPSS software. The results of the study show that demographically and socio-culturally the lecturers have positive potential with high confidence from the dimensions of the work mindset and entrepreneurial attitude at a sufficient stage to carry out innovations in the development of the Study Program. Meanwhile, between one variable and another, there is no correlation with the innovation of the Study Program development. This research paved the way that faculty collaborative programs related to innovation in the development of Study Program with stakeholders to increase the social cohesiveness and entrepreneurial attitudes of lecturers. It is necessary to improve the quality of innovation collaboration between lecturers and colleagues to face the demands of competitiveness in the digital era. Further studies are needed on the innovation model of Study Program development for the synergy of work mindsets, entrepreneurial attitudes with innovation in the development of Study Program for all faculties in the university.

The existence of a study program can be part of the solution to problems faced by community members/institutions related to efforts to provide services /guidance/assistance to community members/institutions that are directly related to the scientific development of study programs (1) strengthening the scientific fields of lecturers, students and postgraduate students at UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang who are multi/inter/transdisciplinary; (2) strengthen the position of study programs in developing education and learning programs based on research for the development of education/non-education in Indonesia. In this study using a participatory action research approach aimed at improving the quality of education with the Educational Institution Empowerment Management Program at the Muslimat Khodijah I Kindergarten, Gondang Pace Nganjuk which aims to determine the increase in the quality of education after empowering educational institutions.. After this research was carried out, the results were obtained: The success of the collaborative recognition activity program for lecturers, students, and students does not only depend on the collaborative team of lecturers, students, and students but depends heavily on the cooperation of all parties involved. Empowerment management of educational institutions (services in Muslimat Khodijah I Kindergarten, Gondang Pace Nganjuk) is realized by participating in activities that are implemented in joint activities, namely Congregational participation, Congregational spiritual coaching, Compensation for orphans from congregations, Departure of Muslimat Khodijah I Kindergarten students, Gondang Pace Nganjuk.

Its development requires the creation of certain organizational conditions and methodological approaches. A professional and thorough approach to the development of educational programs (EP) and courses (subjects) is an important aspect of the activity of a university teacher. The development of high-quality study programs and courses that determine the knowledge, skills, and qualities of future graduates is the main sign of quality, and compliance with the standards of the educational process and an important requirement for accreditation. Well-designed programs help students choose the right courses and enable graduates to find decent jobs. High-quality educational programs help employers attract competent and qualified professionals.

Digital Transitions in Higher Education: European Dimension

In the article, the trends and approaches to digital transitions in higher education in the context of quality assurance are revealed based on the analysis and synthesis of the strategies of the global and European dimension, presented in the documents of the UN and the European Commission, as well as in the analytical and guiding documents of the EHEA. The global social development goals of the UN and the European Education Area are agreed primarily in terms of equal access to quality higher education for vulnerable populations, modernization of higher education institutions to create an inclusive educational environment, and are required the introduction of digitalization in higher education in order to achieve them. A trend towards the spread of digitally enhanced learning and teaching (DELT) in the EHEA covering both the traditional format of providing higher education and distance education has been revealed. The main approaches to providing digital higher education have been determined. A partnership approach to assuring high-quality and inclusive digital higher education requires the consolidation of public efforts based on the partnership of various stakeholders, and national policies and legislation should provide for such partnership and mechanisms for its implementation. The investment approach to financing the resource provision of quality digital higher education involves attracting appropriate investments in connectivity, equipment, and organizational potential and skills for successful digital transition in higher education. Digitally competency approach to the development of professional standards for University teachers and their professional development, re-training and professional excellence in the context of digital transition. An open approach to creating digital courses on platforms available for obtaining degree qualifications, partial qualifications and micro-credentials. A systematic approach to the creation and development of digital study programmes, which provides for high-quality educational content and quality assurance of digital higher education, in particular digital teaching, learning and assessment. It is emphasized that national strategic and other documents in higher education should be harmonized with international documents and strategies regarding digital transition in higher education to effectively introduce high-quality digital higher education in Ukraine and overcome the challenges of the state of war.

IAIN Bengkulu consists of four faculties. One of them is the Faculty of Economics and Islamic Business (FEBI). FEBI IAIN Bengkulu has a very small department and the only one in Bengkulu Province it has is the Zakat and Waqf Management study program. Of the 4 study programs at FEBI IAIN Bengkulu, only this study program has little interest. The purpose of this study is to explain the learning outcomes of graduates in the curriculum of the Zakat and Waqf Management Study Program. To Explain How SWOT Analysis Against CPL Zakat and Waqf Management Study Program. To Explain How the Planning and Development Strategy of Zakat and Waqf Management Study Program. This type of research is qualitative with research methods to find naturalistics carried out in natural conditions where the object develops as it is, research is not imitated and the existence of research on object dynamics is not influenced. So whatever is found in the field does not improve the data. That data is analyzed and then written in the research report. The results of the research are the Learning Outcomes of Graduates in the Zakat and Waqf Management Study Program Curriculum According to Users The graduates of the curriculum in the Zakat and Waqf Management study program have met the standards and some are in accordance with graduate users and some knowledge that needs to be adapted to graduate users including IT-based knowledge and applications, deepened Religious knowledge, especially Tahfis and about the ethics of a charity. SWOT Analysis of the CPL of Zakat and Waqf Management Study Program Graduates Based on Users Strategy is a comprehensive plan that integrates all resources and capabilities that have a long-term goal to achieve an expected goal. The Study Program can move quickly and correctly, when there is the ability to determine a new position with a new paradigm and orientation which is also called repositioning. The repositioning of the study program is carried out by assessing and reviewing the results of the SWOT analysis of the research results above from all strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats so that it can determine which ones must be improved and which ones must be strengthened according to the themes and components. Effect of Additional Stabilities (CMC) and Citric Acid in Red Guava Juice (Psidium Guajava L.)

This study aims to determine the effect of adding a stabilizer (CMC) to guava juice and to determine the effect of adding citric acid to guava juice. this research was conducted at the laboratory of product development and food analysis of the food technology study program, faculty of science, and technology, university of Muhammadiyah Sidoarjo from October to December 2021 using a factorial randomized design on guava juice. the first factor is the concentration of CMC namely (0,2%, 0,5% and 0,7%), the second factor is the concentration of citric acid, namely (0,2%, 0,3% and 0,4%). the organoleptic test was analyzed using the Friedman test. the results showed that the concentration of CMC and citric acid had a significant difference from the results for the texture organoleptic test. the best treatment was guava juice with a CMC concentration of 0.7% and citric acid concentration of 0.4% which showed an aroma organoleptic test of 3.00 (ordinary), texture organoleptic test of 3.30 (usual-like), and taste organoleptic test of 2.90 (dislike- usual), color organoleptic test 3.17 (usually-like).

The Perceived Students Opinion on Post-Graduate Job oppurtunities: Finding From UIN Ar-Raniry Islamic Communication and Broadcasting Master Programme

This research is a descriptive study that examines the development of Postgraduate Study Programs as well as to revitalize and to determine perceptions of study program work opportunities. Islamic Communication and Broadcasting Postgraduate at UIN Ar-Raniry, the alumni to become practitioners of political communication in various fields of the world of work, both government and private lines, are the study program of Islamic Communication and Broadcasting (KPI). To make it even simpler, the researcher made only two problem formulations; How to revitalize job opportunities for study program postgraduate students. Postgraduate Islamic Communication and Broadcasting Becomes a Political Communication Practitioner for the 2016/2018 class. And how is the process and influence of perceptions of interest in job opportunities into political communication on interest in choosing postgraduate Islamic communication and broadcasting study programs at UIN Ar-Raniry Banda Aceh. In this study, researchers used a data collection technique using a tracer study because this technique was not only useful for the internal Postgraduate Study Program of Islamic Communication and Broadcasting, Ar-Raniry State Islamic University, but also became a bridge between the Postgraduate and stakeholders. STUDENTS PERCEPTIONS TOWARDS THE INDONESIAN LANGUAGE COURSE

Directorate General of Higher Education Ministry of Education and Culture Republic of Indonesia issued a decree named SK Dirjen Number 43 regarding the implementation of the personality development course in higher education. The vision of teaching those courses, including teaching Indonesian language, is to provide source of values and guidelines in the development and implementation of study programs to lead students to establish their personality as Indonesian people. The study brings comprehensions about students acceptance of teaching the course and be useful for study programs that offers ELE. The programs can use the findings as a reference how they have to design their curriculum to meet students needs as well as in line with the government regulations. this study applied a phenomenology under the qualitative approach. Based on the result of the data analysis to capture students of English Language Education (ELE) perceive the teaching of Bahasa Indonesia course at the university level, the researchers put into two major themes. The first theme is students positive perceptions Bahasa Indonesia course, while the last is students negative perception towards similar course.

60 years of Geography development and 30 years of Tourism studies at the Department for Geography, Tourism and Hospitality Industry in Novi Sad

In 2022, the Department of Geography, Tourism and Hotel Management, Faculty of Sciences, University of Novi Sad is celebrating an important anniversary - 60 years of existence. This marks six decades of student education and development of study programs, scientific achievements and aspirations, spreading knowledge, cooperation with the economy, and all for the benefit of society as a whole. The department went through periods of great challenges, and it drew its greatest strength from a solid, primordial connection with space and people. The development of geographical thought, tourism as a scientific discipline and education in both areas, especially in Vojvodina, is inextricably linked to the Department of Geography, Tourism and Hotel Management - through staff training, research, publishing and work on significant projects. The study programs have kept pace with the times, accelerating the pace accompanied by the growth of quality every day and reflecting its place as a distinguished scientific and educational institution. The department, as well as the entire University of Novi Sad, has been involved in intensive processes of adaptation to international teaching and research standards in recent decades. Reform of the study system, inclusion in international research and study programs represent a challenge both for professors and researchers alike, as well as for society as a whole.

Growing globalization and continuous demographic changes impose the need for reviewing language programs that must follow modern trends and the needs of students that change in accordance with the requirements of the professional environment, both in the country and abroad. The development of language competencies, especially in the field of language for specific purposes, is a prerequisite for the success of a modern young man, thus giving him the opportunity to be competitive and functional both in education and in future professional activities. The theoretical part of this paper relies on the interpretations of basic postulates about learning English for General purposes and learning English for Specific Purposes, and discusses the importance of developing language competence in teaching English in the context of acquiring professional competencies of students in higher vocational education. The paper also gives an overview of the way in which all four language skills (listening, reading, writing and speaking) are developed in teaching of ELSP at Belgrade Business Academy for Applied Studies. The aim of this paper is to present the results of research concerning the needs and interests of students in higher vocational education in terms of learning ELSP, as well as to analyze students' attitudes about which language skills should be improved in teaching of ELSP, in order to approach the development of study programs and materials properly. The authors conducted empirical research with the use of a questionnaire as a research instrument. The analysis of data collected on a sample of one hundred students of Belgrade Business Academy for Applied Studies is seen in the context of further development of the curriculum of English language for specific purposes in higher vocational education.
