The Influence of Project Management Office, Education and Training, and Budget on the Implementation of Enterprise Resource Planning-Sap at PT Danareksa (Persero)

The application of information system technology in the company's business operations has the potential to have a major impact on the company's performance. In the last year, the development of information system technology has developed very rapidly by presenting various latest and cutting-edge innovations. The rapid development of information system technology encourages companies to be able to adapt to these changes, but not all types of information technology available are useful or in accordance with the needs of the company. In connection with the appointment as a Holding based on Government Regulation No. 113 of 2021. The company needs a reliable, practical and good information system to support overall operational transaction activities and also as a holding company and the desire to achieve a well-integrated and automated system. The phenomena that occur include: The implementation of Enterprise Resource Planning ("ERP") has not been maximized in carrying out the company's operational transactions and financial consolidation with holding members, The research approach used in this study is a quantitative approach. The results of hypothesis testing in this study are the first hypothesis to be accepted in this study. Based on the results of data processing, the t-statistical value of 3.194 is greater than the t-table of 1.96. The p-value of 0.001 is less than the alpha value of 0.05. That is, the first hypothesis shows that the Project Management Office (H1) has a positive effect, and Education and Training (H2) has no effect. It can be said that the Project Management Office has an effect on the implementation of ERP-SAP. The second hypothesis in this study, according to the findings of the study, the second hypothesis states that education and training on ERP- SAP implementation have a P-Value of 0.481 > 0.0. It can be concluded that Education and Training have no effect on ERP-SAP Implementation. ERP-SAP while the Budget has a positive effect on the implementation of ERP-SAP because it has an estimated value of 0.493. The Effect of Budget on ERP-SAP Implementation is significant because it has a p-value of 0.000 < 0.05. It can be concluded that the Budget has a positive effect on the implementation of ERP-SAP.

The Indonesian Agency for Agricultural Research and Development Ministry of Agriculture has developed a web-based Indonesia Integrated Cropping Calendar Information System (ICCIS). The ICCIS provides information for users in preparing planting plans. Likewise, Jaxa's Satellite-based Monitoring Network system (JASMIN-JAXA) web application that uses a satellite database covers all provinces in South Asia, Southeast Asia, and East Asia. This paper aims to review the use of web-based climate information systems in the ICCIS and the JASMIN-JAXA web-based application. Integrated climate information system in ICCIS, among others: flood estimation, drought and crop pests, prediction dry season and rainy season, district-level monthly rainfall prediction map. While JASMIN is a map (rainfall, drought index, soil moisture, groundwater index, solar radiation, surface temperature, and vegetation index) with time series and data sources. Both are able to monitor climate developments for agricultural purposes, dynamic, and growing. The importance of updating and verifying data in accordance with field conditions and equipment maintenance in the system is to be continuously improved to get benefits and accuracy of results in accordance with the interests of agriculture.<strong></strong></p>

Model Enterprise Architecture for Information Technology Services in Universities

Enterprise Architecture Documents are very important in the development of Information Technology systems in an institution. The Enterprise Architecture contains a strategic plan for the development of ICT and the services that will be run by the system. The preparation of the IS/IT strategic plan at Universitas Negeri Manado is a step in aligning information systems and technology in accordance with the Universitas Negeri Manado business processes and strategies. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative research using primary and secondary data and building an information technology enterprise architecture using the TOGAF framework model. Collecting data with interviews, documentation, questionnaires, and direct observation of the organization. The analysis used is the Value Chain, SWOT, PEST, Porter's Five Force, and Critical Success Factor (CSF) methods. The results of this study are the form or formulation of the Enterprise Architecture strategic plan of IS/IT in accordance with the Universitas Negeri Manado, in the form of data architecture, applications, and technology to support the business processes of Universitas Negeri Manado.

Perbandingan Strategi Pemasaran Online Dan Offline di Era Pandemi Covid-19

This research is motivated by the growing development of information technology systems which have an impact on the development of marketing, namely utilizing information technology in making online purchasing transactions. Purchasing online is one of the alternatives chosen in this era of the COVID-19 pandemic for reasons of convenience, speed and practicality. In addition, not a few consumers also choose to purchase offline for reasons of trust and security. There is convenience in purchasing online but the goods ordered do not match the picture. While offline purchases of the desired goods can be known specifications, but the range of locations and costs are obstacles for consumers. For this reason, the author is interested in examining the comparison of online and offline marketing strategies in the era of the COVID-19 pandemic. The purpose of this study is to determine whether there are differences in the comparison of marketing strategies with online and offline systems. The method used in this paper is a qualitative method. The results of this method are narrative data and not numbers. In the current era of the Covid-19 pandemic, people prefer to shop online rather than offline, so there is a great opportunity to use social media technology as a means of selling.

Gastronomic Tourism Travel Routes Based On Android Applications In Ternate City

The rapid development of information technology systems in the world has forced Indonesia to immediately improve its gastronomic tourism information technology system that is easily accessible by tourists. The city of Ternate is unique both in terms of traditional/local food, history, tradition, philosophy, way of eating, way of serving, and educational value. In addition, the city also provide experiences by enjoying nutritious dishes and having good ethics. The method used is descriptive qualitative, through depth interviews, surveys and FGD analysis of the gastronomic component in Ternate City. After that, the second stage was carried out, namely designing an information system in the form of an Android application. This application provides a variety of attractions, accessibility, amenities, and additional services with a menu display that is easy for tourists to use when visiting gastronomic tourist destinations in Ternate City, then spatial mapping is carried out by tagging coordinates so that travel routes can be made. The result of the research is that valid data regarding gastronomic potential data is obtained, and an Android application is made, then an alternative gastronomic travel route is given which is expected to make it easier for special interest tourists to enjoy gastronomic tourist destinations in the city of Ternate. Further research needs to be done in the future so that tourists can extend their stay while enjoying their gastronomic trip in Ternate City.

Introduction and purposeArtificial intelligence (AI) is more advanced than ever and finds more and more new applications. Attempts are being made to use computer data analysis in medicine. The aim of this study is to summarize the knowledge on the use of AI in the diagnosis of breast, prostate, skin and colorectal cancer with particular emphasis on the applications and effectiveness of AI in making diagnoses. A brief description of the state of knowledgeThe most frequently used form of artificial intelligence in diagnostics are algorithms that analyze databases and recognize patterns. They can capture the features of samples characteristic of tumors, such as abnormal cells in the biopsy material or the alarming size and color of the skin lesion. Additionally, AI is capable of analyzing magnetic resonance images, radiographs, and other standardized test results. In most cases, AI is more effective than clinicians, sometimes as effective as they are, and almost never less effective. As a rule, the most accurate and adequate diagnosis can be obtained by joining the forces of AI and medical specialists. Working with learning algorithms requires the use of very extensive data sets. Every effort should be made to protect sensitive information from patients' medical history. ConclusionsThe results of research on the effectiveness of AI in cancer diagnostics are very promising. Further research and development of information technology systems may positively affect the quality and effectiveness of tumor diagnostics.

The Effect of Technology Development, Leadership Style and Organization Culture on Employee Performance

This study aims to determine the influence between the development of information technology systems, leadership style, organizational culture, employee performance in the travel industry in South Sulawesi. The survey method approach was used in this study to examine the variables of developing information technology systems that developed with 141 respondents in the travel industry. Determination of the sample using purposive sampling method. The hypothesis was tested using the structural equation modeling (SEM) data analysis method with the help of software, namely Analysis Moment of Structure (AMOS) 20. The results of the discussion of this study explain that: 1) The development of information technology systems has a positive and significant effect on organizational culture. This means that the better the quality of electronic services, the more work culture will increase in the tourism travel industry in South Sulawesi. 2). Leadership style has a positive and significant effect on organizational culture. This means that the higher the level of leadership style, the higher the organizational culture in the travel industry in South Sulawesi. 3). The development of information technology systems has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This means that the better the quality of electronic services, the more employee performance in the travel industry in South Sulawesi. 4) Leadership style has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This means that the higher the level of leadership style, the higher the employee's performance in the travel industry in South Sulawesi. 5) Organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

The total score for validation is 28. Based on the above calculation, it can be concluded that the validation results from the experts show a value of 4.0 which is between 3.26 - 4.0 which is classified as a very valid category.

The administration of judiciary is a form of state obligation as the fulfillment of civil rights for citizens. Various efforts in improving the quality of court services is continue to be encouraged through a modern judiciary with the development of information system technology, a necessity in the era of globalization. In addition, there is a paradigm shift in public services from traditional model to modern, efficient, effective and transparent public service. This was marked by changes in the form of services from manual performance models to information system automation and digitalization. The general practice of fulfilling public demands for government services continues to evolve rapidly following a series of measures (optimal), while the ability and capacity of service providers in meeting the demands of services of the developing community are slower follows the calculation series. As a result, there is a gap that requires continuous improvement through service innovation that requires sufficient funding. At present, the main government funding sources from the taxation sector are no longer able to cover all state expenditures. The trend of state income from the two sectors of state revenue, namely the tax and non-tax sectors in the last five years shows that the income from the tax sector continues to increase, while the Non-Tax State Revenue (PNBP) sector is relatively declining.
