Some Aspects of E-commerce Business Process Automation

Automation of e-commerce business processes is one of the key elements in optimising e-commerce operations. Modern enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems and customer relationship management (CRM) systems contribute to the optimisation and automation of e-commerce business operations. The article discusses the benefits of business process automation, such as reduction of time, costs and risks, and data analysis for making informed management decisions. Some aspects of automation of e-commerce business processes are investigated, such as control of stocks of goods, tracking the movement of goods (logistics business processes), analysis of supply and demand, forecasting market trends, and planning and management of resources. The purpose of the article is to study and analyse various systems for automation of business processes, in particular, accounting and sales of goods, e-commerce; to identify existing problems and ways to solve them; to apply an innovative approach to the implementation of information systems for e-business support, which combines the guarantee of a high level of security and excellent performance with a wide range of functionalities that meet modern user requirements. The research methods are the main methodological approaches and technological tools for creating high-performance and user-friendly e-commerce business process automation systems. The novelty of the research is the analysis of modern technologies for developing platforms for supporting e-commerce business processes, the results of which can be used in the development of an in-house software product – a system for automating business processes, in particular, accounting and sales of goods. Conclusions. The paper examines the existing views on the modern approach to the development of e-commerce business process automation systems. The advantages and disadvantages of the known e-commerce business process automation systems are analyzed, and the importance of such systems in achieving the efficiency and competitiveness of enterprises in the modern business environment is noted. The introduction of IT and relevant business process automation information systems makes it possible to increase the accuracy of accounting, reduce the time and cost of operations, improve customer interaction and optimize resource management.

Marketplace are in great demand by all types of groups because they are able to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of users in shopping online. Starting from the choice of goods with various prices, brands, quality, to easy and fast transaction and shipping processes. However, along with its development, competition between marketplace companies has become increasingly stringent, causing several companies to experience a decline due to newcomers offering new experiences. This research was made with the aim of knowing the extent to which the influence of online user experience (online customer experience) in increasing marketplace ratings through online customer reviews as a mediating variable. Quantitative research method with proportional random sampling technique is the research method used for this research. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to 250 respondents consisting of students who have used the Bukalapak application from each tertiary institution in the city of Sukabumi. The data analysis technique in this study used structural equation modeling (SEM) using AMOS software version 22. The final results of the study showed that there was a positive influence from online customer reviews in mediating the relationship between online customer experience and marketplace rating. Ratings on companies can increase if they succeed in creating the best experience for users after using online shopping applications.

A Conceptual Framework for the Technological Advancement of E-Commerce Applications

E-commerce is an area in which success largely depends on the e-commerce applications used. Currently, there are many studies that focus on various technological innovations in e-commerce systems, but a comprehensive concept of their improvement is lacking. In this regard, the main objective of the article was to explore the technological possibilities for the improvement of e-commerce systems and to propose a conceptual framework for their maintenance and development. The chosen research approach included a combined methodology–text mining analysis of existing developments and identifying the key themes and trends in papers and deep scientific analyses of the most-cited developments. As a result, a conceptual framework for the maintenance and development of e-commerce applications was proposed. To test the approach, publications from the scientific literature database Scopus, on the topic “e-commerce applications” were used. Experiments and text processing were performed with the software RapidMiner Studio. Several main directions for the development of e-commerce systems have been defined: the application of modern development tools; the technological base; and the possibilities of integration. Future research may focus on detailing each direction.

A Novel Decentralized E-Commerce Transaction System Based on Blockchain

With the rapid development of e-commerce systems, the centralized service model gradually fails to meet the needs of SMEs. In the existing centralized e-commerce system, users’ transaction data and reputation scores are stored in a centralized cloud server, which has high storage cost, low processing efficiency, and the data is vulnerable to attacks and leaks. However, the existing decentralized e-commerce systems more than its reputation system to store the average credit score evaluation are receiving unfair evaluations against risk. The system of malicious nodes and no disciplinary measures, is not conducive to system development. To solve this problem, this paper proposes a blockchain-based decentralized e-commerce transaction system. The system commodity information is stored in the Interplanetary File System (IPFS) and the returned commodity addresses are stored in the blockchain to enhance the service performance. This paper proposes a reputation evaluation model based on multi-criteria decision making (MCDM), which can effectively resist unfair evaluation and collusion attacks, and proposes an incentive mechanism based on reputation value to reward and punish nodes, thus promoting the good circulation of the system. We implement the proposed system based on Ethereum. The experimental results show that the system has a small communication cost, accurately reflects the user’s reputation value, and has good availability and reliability.

Under such circumstances, a data model based on column storage was designed in this paper. In accordance with data compression algorithms, the main data of the product is rebuilt on the basis of full combination with the working principles of SAP TREX high-performance unstructured index engine. And this effectively addresses the Customer’s specific business needs. WCEM products in SAP mature package software were chosen to design and demonstrate the e-commerce platform of this article.</p> <p> </p>

Design and implement a new secure prototype structure of e-commerce system

<p><br />The huge development of internet technologies and the widespread of modern and advanced devices lead to an increase in the size and diversity of e-commerce system development. These developments lead to an increase in the number of people that navigate these sites asking for their services and products. Which leads to increased competition in this field. Moreover, the expansion in the size of currency traded makes transaction protection an essential issue in this field. Providing security for each online client especially for a huge number of clients at the same time, causing an overload on the system server. This problem may lead to server deadlock, especially at rush time, which reduce system performance. To solve security and performance problems, this research suggests a prototype design for agent software. This agent will play the role of broker between the clients and the electronic marketplace. This is done by providing security inside the client device and converting the client’s order into a special form which is called a record form to be sent to the commercial website. Experimental results showed that this method increase system performance in terms of page loading time, transaction processing and improves the utilization of system resources.</p>

SWOT Research on the Development of Rural Tourism E-Commerce System under the Background of Big Data Era

Economic development has gradually made tourism one of the most common options for people’s leisure and entertainment. The fast-paced life and heavy pressure in the city have made the relaxed and comfortable rural tourism sought after by many people. In our country, many villages have rich tourist attractions and unique cultural heritage, but they have not been fully developed due to information obstruction. Now, the advancement of Internet technology has made e-commerce, an emerging trade method, more closely related to rural tourism. Based on the background of big data, this paper has launched a research on the SWOT analysis of the development of rural tourism e-commerce system. Starting from the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities, and threats of the tourism e-commerce system, this paper discusses the necessity of combining rural tourism and e-commerce platforms in the Internet era, combining various internal and external conditions. From the perspective of the e-commerce system, all kinds of special features in the countryside can be transformed into product selling points on the platform to attract tourists, and the promotion of tourism revenue through the platform can further promote the continuous improvement of the rural tourism industry and form a virtuous circle. According to our data from the China Tourism Administration and related tourism statistics, the number of rural tourists in my country has increased from 630 million in 2011 to 3.13 billion in 2019, and the increase in rural tourism revenue has also reached 4.3 times. In order to prevent the rural backward marketing strategy from hindering the development of rural tourism, the introduction of a tourism e-commerce platform is a very necessary choice.

Development of E-Commerce Systems as a Learning Media for Entrepreneurial Education

This research was conducted at SMK N 2 Padang which aims to implement the e-commerce system as a learning medium for entrepreneurship education in order to increase the potential of students in entrepreneurship according to the chosen field of expertise. As well as preparing students to compete in the world of work and be able to open their own jobs by utilizing technology in the form of internet networks. The method used in this study is a Research & Development (Development Method) with a waterfall development model. This model consists of several stages including the planning stage, the software needs analysis stage, the software design stage, the implementation stage, and the maintenance stage. With the existence of an e-commerce system as a medium of learning in entrepreneurship education, students can understand business processes that utilize the internet network, be it the production process, the marketing process, or the transaction.

Analysis of factors affecting customer satisfaction in e-commerce applications using Condorcet - AHP method

The paper proposes a new approach of combining Condorcet voting theory with analytic hierarchy process (AHP) to analyse various criteria affecting customer satisfaction in e-commerce systems. AHP method has been successfully used to resolve MCDM problems in various sectors of human life. But the major weakness of AHP lies in the use of subjective assessment based importance scale point which leads to judgemental errors in results. Condorcet voting and quantitative ratio based method is used to derive the importance of the criteria affecting customer satisfaction eliminating chances of such bias in the traditional AHP technique. The consistency ratio values derived provide support for enhanced accuracy and consistency of the results. The structured analysis of the criteria in this paper thus provide immense insight which would benefit business personnel's to frame strategies pertinent to the most significant criteria impacting customer satisfaction for the overall development of e-commerce systems.

E-commerce is a set of dynamic technology, application and business process which connects certain companies, consumers and communities through electronic transaction. Trade of goods, services and information is performed electronically. The development of E-commerce system for MSME aims to change its culture which still relies on conventional purchasing into online shopping, improve MSME’s sales in order to promote, market and sell products to internet users through website without any space and time limits. The research subjects are people involving in MSME and communities of Jebres village, Surakarta. This study applies qualitative paradigm. The research subjects were taken using purposive sampling techniques. Data were collected using various techniques: structured interview, questionnaire, observation and content analysis or archive analysis. Data were later analyzed using four stages, namely data reduction, classification, data presentation and verification.</p>

Trust plays an important role in the development and implementation of P2P e-commerce systems. This paper proposes a novel Trust Evaluating Model Based on Reputation with Multifactor. By introducing many comprehensive trust factors in computing trust level and improving the computing methods of the local reputation and global reputation, this model can not only accurately reflect the node’s trust level, but also reduce the time complexity in computing trust level. Experimental results show that the trust model can improve the rate of successful trading compared with the existing trust models, and can be effectively applied to the P2P e-commerce system.

E-commerce system simulation for construction and demolition waste exchange

This article introduces a quantitative approach to e-commerce system evaluation based on the theory of process simulation. The general concept of e-commerce system simulation is presented based on the considerations of some limitations in e-commerce system development such as the huge amount of initial investments of time and money, and the long period from business planning to system development, then to system test and operation, and finally to exact return; in other words, currently used system analysis and development method cannot tell investors about some keen attentions such as how good their e-commerce system could be, how many investment repayments they could have, and which area they should improve regarding the initial business plan. In order to exam the value and its potential effects of an e-commerce business plan, it is necessary to use a quantitative evaluation approach and the authors of this article believe that process simulation is an appropriate option. The overall objective of this article is to apply the theory of process simulation to e-commerce system evaluation, and the authors will achieve this though an experimental study on a business plan for online construction and demolition waste exchange. The methodologies adopted in this article include literature review, system analysis and development, simulation modelling and analysis, and case study. The results from this article include the concept of e-commerce system simulation, a comprehensive review of simulation methods adopted in e-commerce system evaluation, and a real case study of applying simulation to e-commerce system evaluation. Furthermore, the authors hope that the adoption and implementation of the process simulation approach can effectively support business decision-making, and improve the efficiency of e-commerce systems.
