Analytics and Usage Gaps of Digital Platforms for Mathematics Education in Uruguay

Antecedent. Uruguay is known for its early and sustained incorporation of programs that foster the use of digital resources in public education. The country selected the mathematics education platform Bettermarks to support the educational process of students. Objective. This research analyses the data on access and usage of the digital platform for mathematics education among secondary school students both before and during the COVID-19 pandemic. Methodology. A descriptive and inferential statistical approach was used to analyze historical data on individual student interaction with the online learning activities. Results. The findings revealed that, from 2017 to 2020, there was a notable increase in the coverage rate, rising from 22% to 49%. Similarly, the activities completed by active users experienced an upward trend in 2020. The platform provided greater coverage; however, when analyzing the activity rate across the years, no significant differences were observed. Originality. The analysis tested several hypotheses to elucidate the heterogeneities in the access and interaction modalities among students using the digital resources. Statistically significant differences were observed in terms of coverage and activities performed by students based on different factors.

Pengaruh Program Samsat Keliling, E-Samsat dan Kesadaran Dalam Membayar Pajak Terhadap Penerimaan Pajak Kendaraan Bermotor Pada UPTD Pendapatan Daerah di Wilayah Kota Kupang (Kantor Samsat Kota Kupang)

This study aims to determine the effect of the Mobile SAMSAT program, E-SAMSAT and awareness in paying taxes on motor vehicle tax revenues at the Kupang City Regional Revenue UPTD or the Kupang City SAMSAT Office. This study uses a descriptive statistical approach. The population in this study were all taxpayers registered at the Kupang City Regional Revenue UPTD. The sampling technique and determination of informants in this study used purposive sampling. The number of samples in this study was 100 respondents and the data collection method was carried out by distributing questionnaires. Data analysis used in this study was validity testing, reliability testing, classical assumption testing, multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing using IBM SPSS Statistics 26. The results of simultaneous testing showed that the variables of the Mobile SAMSAT program, E-SAMSAT and awareness in paying taxes had a significant effect on increasing motor vehicle tax revenues in Kupang City. The Mobile SAMSAT and E-SAMSAT programs supported by increased taxpayer awareness will have a positive effect on increasing Motor Vehicle Tax revenues because they simplify the payment process and increase the fulfillment of motor vehicle taxpayers in Kupang City.

Alternatif Tanpa Riba, Solusi Keuangan Syariah di Era Kontemporer

This article discusses alternative Islamic finance as a solution without usury in the contemporary era. The background to this research focuses on the negative impact of usury practices in the conventional financial system and increasing public awareness of the importance of ethical transactions. The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of sharia financial products on people's financial welfare and to evaluate the level of understanding and adoption of sharia financial products in society. This research uses quantitative methods with descriptive and inferential statistical approaches, which include surveys of various community groups who use sharia financial products. The research results show that Islamic financial products such as murabahah, musyarakah, and mudarabah not only encourage more ethical investments, but also increase local economic growth and support sustainable development. However, the main challenge faced is the public's low understanding of sharia principles, which hinders optimizing the potential of this sector. Financial technology (fintech) and collaboration between sharia financial institutions and the government are identified as important factors in expanding access and increasing financial inclusion. In conclusion, despite challenges such as a lack of understanding and the need for better regulation, Islamic finance has great potential to become a key pillar in a fairer and more sustainable global financial system. This research provides recommendations that more efforts should be made to improve education, transparency and collaboration to strengthen the Islamic finance sector in the future.

The Influence of Financial Performance and Capital Structure on Tax Avoidance Strategies

This research seeks to examine how profitability, capital intensity, and sales growth impact tax avoidance practices. Employing a quantitative methodology, the study centres on companies within the food and beverage subsector that are publicly traded on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during 2020 to 2023. The sample consisted of 76 companies, which were selected by the purposive sampling method over four years, covering 19 companies. The data was analysed with SPSS version 29 software through a descriptive statistical approach, classical assumption testing, and hypothesis testing. The multiple linear regression technique is applied to the secondary data collected. The results of the analysis revealed that profitability (ROA), had a significant impact on tax avoidance with a significance level of less than 0.05. In contrast, the variables of sales growth and capital intensity showed insignificant results (significance value of more than 0.05), indicating that they did not have an impact on tax avoidance individually. However, simultaneously, profitability, capital intensity, and sales growth together have a significant impact on tax avoidance, with a significance value below 0.05.

ANALISIS PENGARUH KUALITAS PELAYANAN BERBASIS BUDAYA ORGANISASI TERHADAP KEPUASAN PENGGUNA JASA FASILITAS KAWASAN BERIKAT PADA BEA CUKAI MAGELANG

The aim of the research is to examine, determine and analyze the influence of service quality based on organizational culture on the satisfaction of users of Bonded Zone facility services at Magelang Customs. The method used is a quantitative method with a descriptive statistical approach. Research data at Magelang Customs. was obtained using a questionnaire and a sample of 49 respondents. The data analysis carried out in the research is statistical and mathematical methods through GAP Analysis, Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI), and Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA) measurements. The results of research on Service Quality calculations using GAP Analysis show that there are indicators from statement items that have negative values from the GAP Analysis calculations for each dimension of service quality with the total score obtained being -0.20. This value shows that the expectation score is greater than the performance score. Data analysis using the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) at Magelang Customs showed that 89.12% were very satisfied. The overall level of customer satisfaction by looking at the level of performance and level of importance of product or service attributes as measured using the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) at the Magelang Customs, overall expectations and performance are very good. Then, the results of the Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA) measurement show improvements in service quality which are focused on 5 indicators that are included in important services, but satisfaction is still low.

Perceived work-related stress and associated factors among the surgical workforce in a Nigerian tertiary health facility: A cross-sectional study.

Healthcare workers continue to experience high levels of work-related stress which continue to negatively affect their psychological, physical, and emotional well-being. This is even more prevalent among healthcare workers who work in surgical specialities, with the surgical operation room becoming a known stressor at hospitals. This study aims to assess work-related stress among surgical team members at Ahmadu Bello University Teaching Hospital in Zaria between January 2021-2022. Data analysis involved descriptive and inferential statistical approaches using the Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) version 23.0. The study found an overall high prevalence of work-related stress, with 65% of participants reporting moderate levels of stress. The majority of the participants have a mean age of 39.4 ± 7.8 years, most of them being physicians (66.3%), being males (59.9%), and identified with a Hausa ethnic tribe. Notably, the multiple regression analysis found that tribe (p = 0.008), professional cadres (p = 0.001) and age/years of experience (p = 0.0035) emerged as significant predictors of work-related stress. Key determinants of work-related stress among surgical team members include workload, complexity of work, and conflicting cognitive job demands that continue to subject professionals to increasing workloads and constant decision-making about their job. Organizational factors, such as job policy and procedure, communication problems, and the nature of facilities, were identified as the highest contributors to work-related stress in organizational, interpersonal, and physical/environmental dimensions. The findings lead to the conclusion that a considerable proportion of surgical team members experience a relatively high level of work-related stress, primarily attributed to workload and cognitive demands. In light of these results, urgent efforts are recommended to improve the working conditions and environment for surgical team members. Furthermore, the integration of stress management measures into the educational programs for the surgical team is emphasized to effectively address and mitigate the impact of work-related stress.

Diversity and ethnobotanical study of homegarden plants in Goba district, Oromia region, Ethiopia

Homegardens are one of the most diverse agroforestry systems and make a vital contribution to meeting various household needs, especially for smallholder farmers in developing countries. The aim of this study was to record the diversity and use of homegarden plant species in the Goba District. The households were randomly selected from five kebeles, with the number selected proportionate to the size of each kebele using the probability proportional to size (PPS) calculation. Seventy-one homegarden owners were chosen for the detailed study and data collection. Of the fifteen kebeles in the Goba District, five kebeles were chosen at random. Observations, semi-structured interviews, preference rating, direct matrix rankings, and paired comparisons were the methods used to gather ethno-botanical data. Descriptive statistical approaches, including density, frequency, relative frequency, relative density, and the Shannon and Wiener indices for species diversity were used to analyze the data. A total of 67 plant species belonging to 31 families were identified. Of the 67 plant species, 36 (or 54%) were herbs, 15 (or 22%) were tree species, 22% shrubs, and 2% were climbers. Twenty-eight (20.8%) species collected from homegardens had food and forage value, 17 (25.3%) had fence value, 12 (18%) had shade value, and 23 (34.3%) had medicinal value; moreover, 90% of the homes had home gardens, indicating that farmers value gardening plants that helps improve household food security and revenue generation. The involvement of the local population and government institutions in providing awareness through instruction or training on the sustainable use and management of plant resources is vital to conserve homegarden plants.

Effect of Psychological Resilience on Posttraumatic Growth Among Midwives: The Mediating Roles of Perceived Stress and Positive Coping Strategies.

To explore the relationship between midwives' psychological resilience and posttraumatic growth, and the mediating role of perceived stress and positive coping strategies. A multicentre cross-sectional survey was used. Data were conducted among 339 midwives from 24 Grade III A hospitals in Sichuan Province from April to July 2023, using the Chinese version of the Connor Davidson Resilience Scale, Chinese version Perceived Stress Scale, Simplified Coping Style Questionnaire, Chinese-Posttraumatic Growth Inventory and General Demographic Data Questionnaire. A descriptive statistical approach, Pearson's correlation analysis and the Mplus 8.3 were used to analyse the available data. There was a significant correlation between psychological resilience, perceived stress, positive coping strategies and PTG. Psychological resilience could have a direct positive impact on PTG of midwives, but it could also indirectly affect PTG of midwives through three pathways: the mediating effect of perceived stress, the mediating effect of positive coping strategies and the chain mediating effect of perceived stress and positive coping strategies. Results suggest that nursing managers should help to improve the psychological resilience of midwives and to reduce individual stress perception, enhance coping abilities and achieve positive growth. Prior to data collection, we obtained approval from the nursing department of each hospital. Midwives who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria gave informed consent and invited to participate in this study. This study was guided by STROBE. During the data collection phase, 349 midwives took the time to carefully answer the questionnaire items related to this study.

Analysis of Chemistry Interest Level in Merdeka Curriculum Implementation at SMA Negeri 8 Pontianak

Elective subject is the flagship program of Merdeka Curriculum..The elective subject program is based on students’ interest, talents, and aspirations. Therefore, students’ interest level in chemistry, as one of the options for elective subject program is a necessary to determined. This study aims to determine the level of student interest in choosing chemistry as an elective subject, so that teachers could find the best alternatives to increase students’ interest. The research was conducted with quantitative analysis methods and descriptive statistical approaches, using 139 students of grade 11th who have chosen chemistry as the elective subject. The level of students’ interest in chemistry is measured by students’ interest questionnaire. The questionnaire was adopted and developed by aspects of students’ interest: teachers’ role, students’ perception, students’ intrinsic motivation in learning, and meaningful learning of lesson. Content validation test using Aiken formula showed the questionnaire validity is very high, as value 1. Based on the analysis, the result stated that the level of students’ interest was included as high category with 76,11%. All aspects are categorized as high, aspects of the teacher's role in learning with 77.44%, students’ perceptions with 73.63%, students’ intrinsic motivation 78.99% and the meaningfulness of learning lesson with 74.37%.

Promoting Computational Thinking through Programming Trends, Tools, and Educational Approaches: a Systematic Review

This systematic research aims to provide a comprehensive overview of the development of analysis related to the use of programming in the development of Computational Thinking (CT), especially in the context of education from primary to tertiary levels. This study analyzed 88 articles from empirical studies related to the use of programming to develop CT sourced from the Scopus database. The analysis process followed the PRISMA 2020 guidelines and consisted of three stages: search, selection, and data analysis. Descriptive and thematic statistical approaches were used for data analysis. Instruments used in the selection of articles included Rayyan for screening based on inclusion criteria, as well as Microsoft Excel for coding and thematic analysis. The results showed that articles related to the use of programming to promote CT have appeared since 2011 but have increased significantly since 2016, with an annual growth rate of 17.6%. Most studies used quantitative approaches, followed by qualitative and mixed methods. Overall, 270 authors from 27 countries contributed to the study, with the United States having the highest number of publications. A total of 33 programming tools were identified, with Scratch being the most widely used tool, followed by Blockly, LEGO, Scratch Jr., Code.org, Python, Alice, App Inventor, Kodu, R, MakeCode, and Arduino. Scratch Jr. is most commonly used at the early childhood education level, while programming languages such as Python, R, and MATLAB are more commonly used in higher education. The implications of these findings suggest that the trend of using programming tools such as Scratch and Blockly has the potential to influence CT teaching strategies in the classroom, as well as the importance of using varied programming tools in efforts to integrate CT into the education curriculum.

Financial performance analysis is really needed in a company in order to see the extent of the company's financial performance over a certain period of time. This financial performance analysis can help the company in making decisions in the future. Analysis of financial performance in a company can be seen using financial ratio analysis. This research aims to determine differences in the financial performance of the Consumer Cyclicals sector, especially the media and entertainment sub-sector for the 2020-2023 period. This type of research is a descriptive statistical approach. The analysis method used is trend analysis. The research results show that there is an increase or decrease in the media and entertainment sub-sector listed on the Indonesian stock exchange for the 2020-2023 period using the debt to asset ratio, net profit margin, current ratio and total asset turnover.

Policy interventions and urban characteristics in modeling electric vehicle charging infrastructure utilization

The surge in electric vehicles adoption necessitates understanding the impact of policy interventions on public electric vehicle charging infrastructure in urban areas. This research investigates the influence of pricing frameworks on the usage of public charging facilities by analyzing both behavioral and spatial attributes of these infrastructures. Utilizing open data from Palo Alto, United States, this study employs descriptive statistical methods and interpretable machine learning approaches to scrutinize the relationship between policy initiatives and charging behaviors. The analysis underscores the significance of spatial attributes on charging behaviors. Policy interventions yield noticeable alterations in charging metrics, with locations near commercial hubs showing higher utilization, while local and frequent users resist fee adjustments. The research emphasizes the necessity for customized strategies to optimize infrastructure development and management, offering a framework for policymakers and stakeholders in sustainable urban transportation. Future research should explore similar interventions in diverse urban settings using real-time data and advanced optimization techniques to better tailor policies to the unique characteristics of specific facilities.

Evaluation of Urbanization Influences on Beach Sediment Contamination with Heavy Metals Along the Littoral Zone of Alexandria City, Egypt

The western coastal area of Alexandria City, Egypt, faces significant environmental challenges due to heavy metal (HM) contamination in beach sediments, driven by intensive urbanization, tourism, commercial harbors, and industrial activities. Therefore, this study focuses on geochemically assessing HM levels in sediment samples from 28 sites and employed various descriptive and multivariate statistical approaches, pollution indices, and sediment quality guidelines (SQGs) to identify pollution hotspots, define contamination grades, and assess the quality of beach sediments. The average concentrations of Cd, Co, Cr, Cu, Pb, and Zn were 25.7, 30, 2.2, 7.5, 2.9, and 8.0 times, respectively, compared to the geochemical background (carbonate sedimentary rocks). et al.-Hanuvil Beach, relatively elevated contents of these metals were recorded. In addition, samples showed Zn levels higher than the corresponding probable effect concentration (PEC) and effect range medium (ERM) values, suggesting adverse impacts on biota. The principal component (PC) analysis revealed the anthropogenic origin of Cd, Co, and Pb in PC1, the mixed origin of Cr, Cu, Mn, and Zn in PC2, and the natural source of Fe in PC3. According to the applied single pollution indices, HM contamination grades were ranked in ascending order of Mn < Fe < Cr < Cd < Cu < Pb < Zn < Co. In conclusion, the HMs (Cu, Zn, Cd, Co, Pb, and Cr) in the study area are anthropogenic, attributed mainly to untreated discharge of municipal and industrial wastewater and solid wastes, atmospheric deposition of air pollutants, and tourism activities.

Evaluation of Lifestyle for Women with Breast Cancer

Introduction: Breast cancer is a significant global health concern, affecting millions of women worldwide. While advancements in diagnosis and treatment have improved survival rates, the impact of this disease extends beyond physical health. It also significantly influences a woman's lifestyle and overall well-being. Objectives: The current study intends to analyze the lifestyle of breast cancer patients who are receiving therapy or are being followed up at the Oncology Teaching Hospital in Medical City, Baghdad, Iraq. Method: The present study uses a descriptive design with an application of an evaluation approach. A convenience sample of 100 women with breast cancer was selected from the Teaching Oncology Hospital at the Medical City in Baghdad City, Iraq. The study's objectives are served by a questionnaire. Physical, role, emotional, cognitive, and social functioning are its five functional domains. These domains are evaluated as low, moderate and high. Each study participant received a questionnaire explaining how to complete it, along with a form requesting their approval to remain anonymous. They also had the opportunity to leave the study at any time without being provided an explanation. A panel of (10) experts determines the questionnaire's content validity, and its internal consistency reliability is calculated via the split-half method with a Cronbach’s alpha correlation coefficient of (r=0.92). Data are collected using the study questionnaire, and they are then analyzed via a descriptive statistical data analysis approach on the basis of frequency and percentage. Results: The study revealed that the majority of these women experienced sleep issues, but most of them experienced problems with body weight gain (70%), social and community activity (70%), sexuality (60%), stress (60%), diet (56%), physical activity (50%) and smoking (45%), and some of them took birth control pills and used hormone replacement therapy (43%). Conclusion: This study revealed that women with breast cancer have experienced a variety of lifestyle domain-associated problems. These problems are clearly manifested in the results of this study.

Evaluation of an education program upon women's knowledge toward management of Breast Self – Examination(BSE)

To determine the evaluation of education program on women's knowledge regarding managing BSE. The present quasi- experimental study, Non-probability (purposive), sample consisting of (260) women who are employee, and students in both colleges (Nursing college, Medical and Health Techniques College). The sample consist of two groups, study group (130) including those in (Nursing college), and control group (130) in (Medical and Health Techniques College). A questionnaire was constructed which included, Demographic information, Reproductive information, Family history, Previous medical history, and information about women's knowledge toward management of breast self examination (BSE). Instrument validity and reliability was determined. Data were collected through the use of the questionnaire, the application of the educational program a post-test was done for the study only which use the lectures, booklets, training practice of BSE, and video film. Analysis of data was performed through the application of descriptive and inferential statistical data analysis approach. Revealed that the women in the study group had benefited from the implementation of the educational program; their knowledge regarding managing BSE was adequately improved and developed. The study illustrated significant difference between women's knowledge means in pre and post test periods regarding their managing for BSE. Implementation of proposed model of continuous medical education for women for BSE within the scope of their work.

Impact of maternal risk factors on the outcome of pregnancy in Baghdad city

To find out the impact of maternal risk factors on the outcome of pregnancy in Baghdad city. A descriptive purposive study was carried out on 100 postpartum women who had delivered for 1 hr. to 24 hrs. ago . the study sample was selected from three hospitals in Baghdad city ( Baghdad teaching hospital ,Fatima Al-Zahra'a maternity and pediatric teaching hospital and Al-Yarmook teaching hospital),during the period from 25 Jan. to 25 Feb. 2006. The data were collected through the use of questionnaire format reviewing pregnants' records and personal interview and were analyzed by using descriptive and inferential statistical approaches. The finding revealed that maternal pregnancy complications had weak effects on pregnancy outcome , while maternal employment &amp; spouse's consanguinity were predictors for poor pregnancy outcome . The study recommended the necessity of establishing health education programs for pregnant to be self monitoring &amp; early detection of complications that associate the pregnancy . In addition promote the system of follow up care during antenatal ,perinatal,&amp; postnatal.

Musculoskeletal Health Problems Among the Loom Weavers of Sirajganj District, Bangladesh

Land use change is increasing in West Nusa Tenggara province, especially in Bima district. This condition occurs because people who make land use change patterns that are utilized as agricultural areas for corn commodities. The limited agricultural land in Bima Regency with the potential for good selling prices of corn commodities is a major factor in land use change, this has an impact on flood disaster vulnerability. This study aimed to determine the condition of the livelihood assets of seasonal corn farmers in the Bima district. The research method used a descriptive presentative statistical approach. The sample in this study amounted to 97 respondents who were taken in 8 districts with flood vulnerability, namely Sanggar, Madapangga, Palibelo, Woha, Belo, Monta, Sape, and Lambu. Random sampling was used to determine the respondents. The results showed that the condition of the livelihood assets of seasonal corn farmers in Bima District from 8 flood-prone villages is dominated by human resources, where the average percentage value is 83%. This is followed by physical assets at 81% and natural and financial resources at 71%, while the lowest is social assets with a percentage value of 69%. The farmer livelihood assets with high percentage values in each flood-prone area are human resources in Sanggar, natural resources in Palibelo, financial and physical in Sape, and social assets in Palibelo and Woha. The pentagon of livelihood assets does not form a triangle, so it can be concluded that there is inequality between assets. The lack of agricultural land owned by farmers encourages the use of land cover as corn farmland. This can be seen from the use of land by farmers that is not their own, resulting in environmental damage that causes flood vulnerability. Level of Maturity in Sustainable Innovation Practices: an Application of the Eco-Mi Model in a Red Ceramics Company

Objective: To identify the level of maturity with sustainable innovation practices of a company in the red ceramics segment in the state of Paraíba, according to the concept and application of the Eco-Mi model. Theoretical Framework: The thematic contextualization recalls the concepts of sustainable development, innovation, sustainability and sustainable innovations. In this sense, (BARBIERI et al., 2010) defends the importance of considering the understanding of sustainable innovation practices, fully incorporated into the company's strategic objectives. The better this relationship between sustainable development through sustainable innovation practices and company objectives is defined, the greater the likelihood of success. Method: This is a descriptive and exploratory study conducted in the form of a case study, using a descriptive statistics approach with quantitative data extracted by applying a questionnaire. The type of sampling is defined as non-probabilistic by intentionality. SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Sciences) was used to analyze the data. Results and Discussion: The evolution of the level of maturity weighs up quantitative and qualitative aspects, since the author herself, who designed the Eco-Mi Model, warns that there are some limitations, mainly of a qualitative nature due to the participants' self-assessment, since the analysis requires knowledge of strategy, structure, resources and organizational culture. These limitations highlight promising directions for future research and for consolidating the model and spreading knowledge about eco-innovation. Based on the results obtained from the research, it is possible to conclude that it was possible to answer the research problem by showing that, among the 4 dimensions analyzed, the company moves through levels of maturity evolving between scale 2 and 5. The Strategy and Structure dimensions are not satisfactory, and the Resources and Culture dimensions are more satisfactory. In this case, the company needs to review its choices and practices of sustainable innovation, seeking greater homogeneity in the dimensions of the model used. The field of knowledge still offers ample scope for further research and consolidation of the Eco-Mi maturity model. Research Implications: The practical and theoretical implications of this research are discussed, providing insights into how the results can be applied to or influence actions in the field of sustainable innovation. These implications can cover the organizational areas of companies in the context of sustainable innovation practices. Originality/Value: This study contributes to the literature, as the topic of sustainability has incorporated the role of humans as equally responsible as industries, in a way that seeks to balance the relationship between human society (consumption and waste), natural resources, the current mode of production and the socio-economic system. The relevance and value of this research is evidenced by the results of the level of maturity perceived by the four dimensions studied: strategy, structure, resources and culture. The result reflects on the company's performance from the moment it characterizes in detail the levels of maturity according to the Eco-Mi model.

A comfortable and safe store atmosphere, coupled with excellent, high-quality service, are important factors that contribute to consumer satisfaction. Leng Coffee Pekanbaru, has strategically developed a safe and pleasant store atmosphere, and has implemented the best service which of course not only meets but also exceeds consumer expectations, as a strategy to face intense business competition. This research aims to assess the influence of store atmosphere and service quality on consumer satisfaction at Leng Coffee Pekanbaru. This research uses a descriptive statistical approach and quantitative statistics with an explanatory research model. The sample consisted of 100 respondents selected through the incidental sampling method. The main research instrument used was a questionnaire. The results of this research found that store atmosphere and service quality have a positive influence on consumer satisfaction both partially and simultaneously at Leng Coffee Pekanbaru.

This study aims to determine the effect of motivation and work discipline on the performance of employees at the Department of Population and Civil Registration of Tangerang City in providing administrative services. This research employs a descriptive quantitative statistical approach, using primary data. Data collection was carried out through questionnaires, with 93 respondents selected through random sampling, and data was processed using SPSS version 26. The results of the study indicate the regression equation Y = 2.423 + 0.382X1 + 0.628X2, showing that both motivation and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Simultaneously, motivation and work discipline positively and significantly influence employee performance, with an R square value in the determination test of 0.652. Thus, motivation and work discipline account for 65.2% of the variation in employee performance at the Department of Population and Civil Registration of Tangerang City, which is categorized as strong.
