Development of Learning Design Module on P5 Learning: Improve HOTS of Vocational Students

The implementation of Merdeka Curriculum in all educational units in Indonesia has a significant impact on the learning elements in it, including the impact on Vocacional School, which is a school with high demands for learning independence. This research aims to produce a learning design module product on P5 learning, especially the theme of work. Learning design module on P5 learning especially the theme of work has been developed through 3 steps: 1) Preliminary study, 2) Product development, 3) Product testing. The module was developed with the following elements: 1) Module profile and module objectives, 2) Subtheme 1 (self-recognition), 3) Assessment Rubric for Subtheme 1, 4) Reflection Sheet Subtheme 1, 5) LKPD Sub-theme 1, 6) Sub-theme 2 (equip yourself), 7) Subtheme 2 Assessment Rubric, 8) Reflection Sheet Sub Theme 2, 9) LKPD Sub Theme 2, 10) Subtheme 3 (Ability to Communicate Effectively), 11) Subtheme 3 Assessment Rubric, 12) Reflection Sheet for Sub Theme 3, 13) LKPD for Sub Theme 3, 14) Subtheme 4 (Exploration of Local Potential), 15) Rubric for Assessment of Subtheme 4, 16) Reflection Sheet for Sub- theme 4, 17) LKPD Sub Theme 4. Based on the results of product testing by media experts, material experts, and practitioners, it was found that more than 97% of the substance in the module was suitable for use and in accordance with the needs of learners.

The Dilemma and Choice of “Nora’s Departure” of Sexual Transversion —Taking “the Second Half of Shen Congwen’s Life” as an Example

Throughout Shen Congwen’s life, the great leap of identity has added legendary color to him. The starting point of all changes can be traced back to the period of Xiangxi. At the age of 14, he joined the army, tasted the warmth of human feelings in the army, and finally promoted to the scholar’s document with his own efforts. However, his yearning for freedom made him finally give up his well-paid stable work and go to Beijing alone with his dream to seek another form of independence. The classic female character Nora created in the “Doll’s House” seems to operate a happy life in the eyes of outsiders, and her heart has a demand for freedom and independence beyond the context of the times. Shen Congwen’s life trajectory in reality may provide a male interpretation for Nora’s text. This article is based on the book “the second half of Shen Congwen’s life”. The book uses a large number of direct quotes, detailed letters and various types of literature. It is of great significance to understand Shen Congwen and understand the ups and downs of individuals in the torrent of the times.

Evaluation of Theory of Remedial Secession in International Law and Its Corresponds to the Demand for Independence of the Kurdistan Region

The main subject of this study is “Remedial secession,” which emerged associated with the global development and promotion of human rights in a non-colonial context as a new theory of the principle of external self-determination right. In this respect, this study aims to analyze the direction and history of the Remedial secession paradigm and explain how the doctrine of this theory has formed and turned into conventional practice. Besides, in addition to a description of the foundation of remedial succession theory, several successful practical patterns of implementation of this theory all around the world have been introduced. Finally, the conventional position and legislation process of the theory of remedial succession in international law were evaluated and based on the current theory, the separation of the Kurdistan Region from Iraq was studied.

The Self-Determination Process in Sudan Towards the End of the Condominium

Upon the Mahdiyya era having been closed in 1899, a new period in Sudan called Condominium, designating the joint administration of England and Egypt, was entered in Sudan. This period, witnessing the struggle of both parties for influence evolved to a political state where British authorities were effectual. However, this ceaseless struggle for influence between the two countries carried on until the self-determination process of Sudan. Moreover, the contribution made by this contest to the self-determination process of Sudan is well-credited. The Anglo-Egyptian tussle could not avert the submission of the new generation in Sudan to independence in the years to follow. Just like in the whole World, the demand for independence in Sudan has been called out since 1940s. As a response to the irrepressible demand for independence, England gradually initiated the process which would lead to Sudan’s autonomy, and ultimately its independence. Sudan gaining an autonomous status in 1953 caused political parties to increase their efficacy. This process also facilitated an electoral system in Sudan based on self-governance for the first time. As a result of the general elections held towards the end of 1953, Ismail al-Azhari became the first Prime Minister of Sudan having won the elections. A short while later, the British and Egyptian bureaucrats serving in Sudan began to be replaced by the Sudanese. Upon constitutional regulations, total independence of Sudan was enacted by the Sudanese Parliament on 1 January 1956. Thus, the Sudanese owned an independent country the future of which they would determine like the countries in the rest of the world.

The Armistice of Villa Giusti

In the First World War, the Austro-Hungarian Empire was a part of the Central Powers. As from 1916, the Empire had been very keen for the war to end. The Austro-Hungarian Empire, which was deprived of the financial power to continue the war and faced with the demands of independence from the minorities before and during the war, approached the armistice proposals very positively that could end the war in 1916 and 1917. In mid-June 1918, the failure of the attack launched by the Austro-Hungarian troops against the Italian troops and the superiority of the Allied Powers over Germany on the western front in July-August put the situation of the Central Powers in the European fronts in trouble, and after the successful attack launched by the Italian troops on 24 October, there was no possibility for Austria-Hungary to continue the war. The Austro-Hungarian Empire withdrew from the First World War by signing an armistice with Italy on 3 November 1918 at Villa Giusti del Giardino outside the city of Padova. The armistice contained very harsh terms and severely limited the empire in every respect. The Armistice of Villa Giusti consisted of two chapters and nineteen clauses including eight military and eleven naval and maritime provisions. The additional protocol of the armistice consisted of two chapters and nineteen clauses, ten of which were military and nine of which were related to the naval forces and maritime affairs.

Revisiting the obedience orientation in India

The present study attempts to understand what happens to conventional values like obedience in a changing socio-cultural milieu. There are two possible courses. Either the society tends to move towards the values of autonomy, independence, and individuality from the conventional values of obedience and interdependence (Lerner in The passing of traditional society: modernizing the middle east, Press Identifier Glencoe, 1958 and Schramm in Mass media and national development. The role of information in developing countries, Stanford University, California, 1964), or old values are aptly modified by interacting with new values (Trommsdorff, in: Noack (Ed) Psychological responses to social change: Human development in changing environments, de Gruyter, Berlin, 1995). Indian studies demonstrate that co-existence is a preferred strategy of Indians to accommodate cultural changes (Mishra, In: Sharan and Suar (Eds) Psychology matters: development, health, and organization, Allied Publishers, New Delhi, 2007, Mishra, Sinha and Berry in Ecology, acculturation, and psychological adaptation: a study of Adivasis in Bihar, Sage Publication, New Delhi, 1996, Chaubey in Psychol Dev Soc 14:201–220, 2002, Mishra and Sinha in Soc Sci Int 28:159–175, 2012). Testing these ideas regarding obedience, a study was conducted in Varanasi, with 30 participants (15 boys, 15 girls) aged 18–19 years randomly selected for the sample. They were given a questionnaire with ten open-ended questions assessing obedience's meaning, significance, flexibility, and context. Thematic analysis showed that the value of obedience is very significant in the lives of young people. It serves four functions, viz., knowledge function, self-enhancement function, harmonising function, and other miscellaneous functions for them. However, signs of acculturation are also evident in increased demands for autonomy and independence. This makes obedience more flexible and context-bound than before. In an attempt to balance autonomy with relatedness, a guided autonomy model has emerged in India which helps Indian youth accommodate cultural change without getting uprooted.

Independence of judges as a constitutional principle and deontological basis of the judicial profession

A permanent condition for the justice and effectiveness of the domestic judiciary composes the observance of the constitutional principles of its implementation, mainly the principle of independence, both in the aspect of the judicial system and in relation to the legal profession. The principle of independence of judges should be considered as a mega-principle that has its demonstration in legal, ideological, economic, social, and other aspects. It is through the prism of the first two of the notable ones that the work examines the principle of independence. Having analyzed the legislative regulation and scientific approaches to the disclosure of the principle of independence, its dual nature is reasoned, the content of which is revealed through such a status of judges and the state of the judiciary as a whole, which provides for the implementation of judicial activity without any illegal influence, pressure or interference, but guided by the rule of law. It has been proven that the submission of judges to the rule of law acts as an additional guarantee of their independence and a reasonable limitation aimed at avoiding lawlessness and arbitrariness. Having revealed the meaning of the constitutional principle of independence of judges, the publication draws attention to the deontological principles of judicial activity, it is substantiated that the internal imperatives of judicial ethics, the basis of which is the demand for independence, determine the main vectors of building relations between the judge and other participants in the judiciary, ensure his resistance to various temptations to depart from impartiality in the case in their own interests or the interests of other subjects. It has been proven that internal independence is an individual duty of each judge, which comes from the moral and ethical qualities of a specific person and forms necessary potential for the effectiveness of his activity. After analyzing the legal regulation, including the principles of moral culture of judges at the level of the Constitution, a conclusion was formulated regarding the need for legislative consolidation of the fundamental moral qualities of a candidate for the position of judge and their main characteristics, as well as the development of clear methods of their verification for the proper formation of the judicial corps and the effective implementation of the judiciary.

Indonesia's Diplomacy Towards the Free Papua Organization (OPM)

Para diplomacy is conducted by a sub-nation entity, such as the Free Papua Organization (OPM), a representative of groups within the state to gain independence. Indonesia has had long negotiation experience with separatist groups, such as the Republic of South Maluku (RMS), pro-independence in East Timor (Fretilin), and the Free Aceh Movement (GAM). Indonesia's diplomacy with the three movements has succeeded in solving the problem with various peace agreements. Since 1967, with the signing of the referendum, Indonesia still had to resolve various issues that led to the demand for independence. This paper analyzes Indonesia's diplomacy towards OPM by implementing SWAA instruments, namely Strength, Weakness, Advocacy and Adversary, in bilateral and multilateral context. Based on para diplomacy’s main objectives to reinforce identity claims, build and assert claims through actions to influence the international community, the analysis is focused on Indonesian efforts to weaken claims. The purpose of the study is to determine the supporting factors or challenges of OPM’s para diplomacy. The study would become a reference to the government and decision makers while from a theoretical aspect, would enrich understanding of para diplomacy. Hopefully that the study could support the Indonesian vision to maintain state sovereignty and integrity.

Integrated conservative profitability evaluation for newsboy-type product in an OBM group

ABSTRACT Manufacturers in competitive markets can enhance profit opportunities by transforming their business model to own branding and manufacture (OBM). Note however that in situations involving limited storage and production capacity, OBM groups must determine the optimal preparation quantity and frequently evaluate profitability in all channels. This is particularly important when dealing with newsboy-type (i.e. single-period) products. The achievable capacity index (ACI) can effectively measure and estimate the profitability of a newsboy-type product. However, the ACI is applicable only to measure a single product in a single retail point. In the current study, we developed an integrated achievable capacity index (IACI) to enable OBM groups with owned channels to measure the overall profitability with multiple independent normal demands. To estimate the true IACI, we derived the statistical properties of the IACI estimator based on the historical demand data. The lower confidence bound on IACI (LCBIA) was also presented to prevent overestimation due to sampling error. The LCBIA values for various values of parameters were summarized as the generic tables for the manager’s convenience pertaining to decision-making in conservative profitability evaluation. Finally, the applicability of the proposed scheme was assessed by applying numerical and sensitivity analyses to a real-world OBM example.

Omni-Channel Distribution: A Transshipment Modeling Perspective

In our work, we develop a specialized optimization technique that adapts the general linear programming Transshipment model to the ever-growing needs of Omni-Channel distribution in Supply Chain Management. With the rapid adoption of “smart” mobile technologies, customers now acquire merchandise across multiple channels and devices. As a result, retailers are challenged with downstream operational complexities. Fulfillment of customer orders now changes the placement and amount of independent demand inventory organizations may hold. Our research integrates the use of Hub or Fulfillment Centers, locations where sellers fill customer orders placed through e-commerce, as an additional segment of demand. This adaptation to the optimization of Transshipment can result in significant benefits to the firm’s logistics presence, customer retention, and profit.

National Worldview as the Factor of National Security in the Classical and Domestic Philosophical Thought

Introduction. The opportunity of the multinational people of Russia to fulfil independently its vital needs becomes extremely important in the context of today’s civilizational confrontation. The demand for independence also refers to the philosophical doctrines aimed at forming the national worldview in terms of setting the goals, objectives, methods and strategies of ensuring the national self-preservation, self-sustaining and self-reproduction. As a rule, the borrowed foreign theories do not correspond to the national values and objective conditions required for existence of our people and plant the “seeds of manipulation” into the domestic systems of ensuring the national security. Thus, studying the domestic background of philosophical, religious and theoretical concepts underlying the national worldview becomes relevant, because although the institutions of undeclared struggle against the internal entropy have the universal importance, their institutional study throughout the history of mankind requires revealing the mental features of the society where they exist, since each society and state has its own path to sustainable development. The present research aims at elucidating and updating the classical philosophical and domestic religious doctrines for forming the national worldview on ensuring the national security of contemporary Russia. Materials and Methods. The research was based on the results of the analysis and index definition of more than 1 000 monographs and dissertations on the issue of national security. The multifacetedness of the philosophical foundations of the institution of national security induced application of the cross-scientific and cross-sectoral approaches, the use of the works on anthropology, philosophy, theology and history. The main method used in the research was reviewing the history of philosophical and religious doctrines through the prism of the theory of legal order of society and the theory of national security. The authors have also used a number of general scientific and specific scientific research methods — logical, system-structuring, as well as comparative legal methods. Results. In the present work, the authors refer to the domestic religious and classical philosophical doctrines as a benchmark of the unified worldview that had ensured the survival of the people in a series of historical challenges. It is stated that the Orthodox Christianity, as a religious doctrine multiplying the altruism of the people, managed to create the conciliarity as the unified ecclesiastic and secular worldview, which became a part of the efficient system of ensuring the security of a human, society and the state, thus predetermined turning to the Orthodoxy of the majority of the population of Russia and other nations. Discussion and Conclusion. In the modern world dissemination of the philosophy of egoism as a mainstream behavioural strategy among the masses of people has resulted in elimination of the collective form of their existence in time and space. The beingness of a modern human outside the people’s framework, whereas he is a form of the people’s existence, has led to his “nongenuine existence”. Neither the past or future of being within the multinational people of the Russian Federation have become the objects of security for a human and his communities, but his everyday life — “being there”(Da-sein), “being here”. Due to his egoism, a human does not recognise himself a form of existence of something bigger, thus cuts himself off the immortality of his people’s being. The attempt to present himself as a human without the Motherland, a citizen of the world, leads him to the breakaway from the environment and society where he lives. Such a human does not need to preserve the past and think about the future. At the current stage, the multinational people of the Russian Federation needs the unified national worldview for its efficient self-preservation, self-sustaining and self-reproduction. Taking into account the domestic experience of the radical egoism of the capitalism and the wasteful altruism of the socialism, the national worldview should be based not on the economic theories, but on the traditional religions, universal human values and the common history of existence of the peoples on the territory of Russia.

Validity and Practicality of Teaching Materials Based on Project Based Learning on Global Warming Material for Phase E

The Independent curriculum demand students to be active, creative and independent learners. The learning process requires teaching materials to support students' learning. Learning materials are organized materials that enable students to work independently, which is consistent with the demands of the independent curriculum. Appropriate teaching materials for the independent curriculum cannot ignore the three elements of meaningful understanding, provoking questions and possibilities for learning. In fact, there are teaching materials that do not meet the requirements of the independent curriculum. This article aims to explore the feasibility and usability of project-based teaching materials on the subject of global warming. The research methodology used the 4D model, research and development (R&D) through definition, design, development and disposal. The validity analysis results of the manual using three validators revealed a high category of 0.89 for the presentation component, 0.90 for graphics, 0.93 for content validity and 0.86 for language, while the usability test of the manual using three physics teachers and 60 students revealed an average of 95% and a very practical category of 81.65%. It was therefore confirmed that the E-level textbook based on project-based learning on global warming is valid and practical and can be used as a teaching aid.

Integrated Profitability Evaluation for a Newsboy-Type Product in Own Brand Manufacturers

Effective inventory management depends on accurate estimates of product profitability to formulate ordering and manufacturing strategies. The achievable capacity index (ACI) is a simple yet efficient approach to measuring the profitability of newsboy-type products with normally distributed demand, wherein profitability is presented as the probability of achieving the target profit under the optimal ordering quantity. Unfortunately, the ACI is applicable only to retail stores with a single demand. In the current study, we addressed the issue of measuring the integrated profitability of newsboy-type products sold in multiple locations with independent demand levels, such as own-branding-and-manufacture (OBM) companies with multiple owned channels. We began by formulating profitability in accordance with multiple independent normal demands, and then developed an integrated ACI (IACI) to simplify expression. We also derived the statistical properties of the unbiased estimator to determine the true IACI in situations where demand patterns are unknown. Finally, we conducted hypothesis testing to determine whether the integrated profitability meets a stipulated minimum level. For convenience, we tabulated the critical values as a function of sample size, confidence level, the number of channels, and the stipulated minimum level. One can make decisions simply by estimating the IACI based on historical demand data from all channels and then looking up the critical value in the corresponding tables. Consequently, the proposed methods make it possible for OBM managers to address integrated profitability evaluation, which is effective in deciding the optimal timing to pull unprofitable items from the shelves by looking up generic tables. Furthermore, we also performed numerical and sensitivity analyses for a real-world case to illustrate the applicability and some managerial implications of the proposed scheme.

Feminist analysis of women's role in the film Desperate Housewives

Desperate Housewives, an American sitcom aired in 2004, takes American housewives as the theme, sets in the middle-class area of Wisteria Lane, and tracks the lives of four housewives with different personalities, Susan, Lynette, Bree and Gabrielle, following the plight they face: all kinds of pressures in life, and the contradiction between the shackles of tradition and the demands for independence and freedom of modern women, which make these housewives almost desperate. In this paper, the reasons for the female plight in the context of the times will be analyzed, and feminism in Desperate Housewives will be explored based on intersectionality theory, feminist media study theory, and post-feminism. Finally, the female plight hidden in the opening animation will be analyzed through multimodal theory.

Evaluation of residential stand alone photovoltaic systems in mega cities of the world

ABSTRACT Growing concerns about the climate change accompanied with energy crisis due to the unrest in the world have pushed the energy market to utilize sustainable and secure alternatives such as solar photovoltaics (PV). However, for residential consumers, the primary concerns are the reliability of the supply and the cost of PV-generated electricity. This study reports on the economic feasibility and technical analysis of PV systems in megacities worldwide. Nine mega cities, Beijing, Berlin, Istanbul, London, New Delhi, New York, Paris, Seoul, and Tokyo, have been selected based on their significant population sizes and the pronounced demand for electricity independence among residents. The annual production, load matching, and PV-electricity and battery dispatch are discussed, with Lazard's levelized cost of electricity (LCOE) and net present value (NPV) employed as economic indicators. While calculated LCOEs ranged from $0.084/kWh to $0.27/kWh across different cities, the NPVs were predominantly negative, varying approximately between –$2,000 and –$20,000, with Berlin as an exception. Finally, a sensitivity analysis was conducted, revealing that the LCOE is more sensitive to financial parameters than to module efficiency and irradiation.

A non-local grouping tensor train decomposition model for travel demand analysis concerning categorical independent variables

With the booming of transportation big data, plenty of spatial and temporal features become available for developing travel demand analysis models. However, existing machine learning based travel demand fitting models could face significant model complexity issues once there are multiple discrete/categorical independent variables. This paper embeds a non-local grouping (clustering) process into the tensor train decomposition (NLG-TTD) to characterize the higher-order and nonlinear relationship between categorical variables and travel demand. That is, the transportation dataset with multiple discrete/categorical independent variables and travel demand is treated as a multi-mode tensor, wherein levels of a discrete/categorical variable are regarded as indexes of a mode in the tensor, leading to a “regression on index”. The proposed NLG-TTD model divides the full tensor into non-local sub-tensors, clusters sub-tensors with similarity, conducts tensor train decomposition (TTD) within each cluster, and aggregates cluster-specific learning results. Compared with a conventional TTD that generally works on image completions, NLG-TTD can reveal non-Euclidean and non-linear patterns between categorical/discrete levels in independent variables. It is expected to discover similar travel demand patterns among categorical levels and provide high-level goodness-of-fit. For numerical studies, we use bike-sharing usage data and metro demand data in New York City (NYC), in which several widely-used machine learning models are trained for comparison. The results demonstrate the good performance of the proposed model. Moreover, we apply the NLG-TTD model to analyze and predict the impact of land use shifts on travel demand.

Under Five Flags: Miguirditch Gumuchdjian, an Armenian shipowner of Constantinople and London 1900–1932

The shipping interests of Miguirditch Gumuchdjian stemmed from a coal enterprise established in Constantinople in the mid-1890s. A local business partnership operating as coal-mine proprietors and ship owners acquired its first vessel around 1900. From 1902 Gumuchdjian focused on coal importing and shipping, further vessels being acquired or managed under different flags between 1910 and 1914. In the early twentieth century the Turkish coal industry and the prevailing geopolitical situations presented both opportunities and risks. These factors were shaped by external conflicts, demands for independence within the widespread territories of the Ottoman empire, rising Turkish nationalism and the empire’s decline, resulting in the declaration of the Turkish Republic in 1923. The First World War proved eventful, with vessels requisitioned for war service and sunk by Allied naval actions. As an Armenian Christian, Gumuchdjian’s personal situation became difficult, necessitating a temporary relocation to London between 1915 and 1919 and a permanent move in 1923. His London-based shipping and trading business continued until 1932, when financial and management problems led to its closure. These events are examined in relation to the external contexts and the changing fortunes of a small shipping enterprise over more than three decades.

Challenges of refractive cataract surgery in the era of myopia epidemic: a mini-review.

Myopia is the leading cause of visual impairment in the world. With ever-increasing prevalence in these years, it creates an alarming global epidemic. In addition to the difficulty in seeing distant objects, myopia also increases the risk of cataract and advances its onset, greatly affecting the productivity of myopes of working age. Cataract management in myopic eyes, especially highly myopic eyes is originally more complicated than that in normal eyes, whereas the growing population of cataract with myopia, increasing popularity of corneal and lens based refractive surgery, and rising demand for spectacle independence after cataract surgery all further pose unprecedented challenges to ophthalmologists. Previous history of corneal refractive surgery and existence of implantable collamer lens will both affect the accuracy of biometry including measurement of corneal curvature and axial length before cataract surgery, which may result in larger intraocular lens (IOL) power prediction errors and a compromise in the surgical outcome especially in a refractive cataract surgery. A prudent choice of formula for cataract patients with different characteristics is essential in improving this condition. Besides, the characteristics of myopic eyes might affect the long-term stability of IOL, which is important for the maintenance of visual outcomes especially after the implantation of premium IOLs, thus a proper selection of IOL accordingly is crucial. In this mini-review, we provide an overview of the impact of myopia epidemic on treatment for cataract and to discuss new challenges that surgeons may encounter in the foreseeable future when planning refractive cataract surgery for myopic patients.

Demand for Statehood: The Case of Native Military Recruitment in World War II

Abstract This paper examines how the demand for independence appeared in the era of Decolonization. I argue that nationalist movements were more likely to emerge in places where the colonial authorities recruited the native population in World War II. The theory highlights the role of war veterans in creating the demand for independence and in facilitating it through organized collective action. Drawing on original World War II native recruitment data, an analysis of nationalist movements in sub-national units from 1945 to 1984 provides evidence consistent with the theory. The findings in this study help us better understand the rise of nationalist movements in the twentieth century and the political effects of military service.

Regarding consideration of the principle of primacy of arbitration in cases of invalidation of an arbitration agreement in economic proceedings

The article examines the principle of primacy of arbitration. It continued the doctrine of «competency of competence» and can be defined as an approach established by international legal obligations of Ukraine and special legislation on international commercial arbitration, according to which consideration of the issue on validity, effectiveness, and enforceability of an arbitration agreement must precede consideration of the corresponding claim in the state court, except for cases caused by clear disregard public order by such an agreement. It has been proven that consideration by the economic court of an separate claim to invalidate the arbitration agreement goes beyond the permissible forms of state court intervention in commercial arbitration. It is justified that the issue of the invalidity of the arbitration agreement can be considered exclusively together with the claim for the protection of the violated/disputed/unrecognized subjective right or legitimate interest of the party to the agreement. However, even in such a case, the principle of primacy of arbitration must be observed. It is substantiated that the admissibility of expanded perception by state courts of the competence to consider claims about the validity of the arbitration agreement significantly limits the competence of commercial arbitrations and creates the risk of assigning Ukraine to jurisdictions unfriendly to arbitration, contradicting the experience of the leading countries of the world, in particular France, Germany, and Britain. It is substantiated that the presentation of an independent lawsuit to the commercial court to declare the arbitration agreement invalid cannot be recognized as a proper and effective way of protecting a subjective right. It is emphasized that the right to apply to the state court with an independent demand to declare the arbitration agreement invalid should be interpreted in a restrictive way due to cases of abuse of procedural rights, when the sole purpose of initiating such cases is to delay the consideration of disputes and stop the arbitration proceedings.
