Research on the Path of High-Quality Development of Rural Tourism Empowered by Digital Economy

Abstract The digital economy is a part of the current industrial reform that should not be ignored. Moreover, rural tourism is an important way to realize rural revitalization and common prosperity, and the correlation and interaction between the two are crucial to rural development. In this paper, we explore the interactive influence between the two, use the entropy value method, kernel density function, global spatial autocorrelation analysis, and other measurement methods to measure the comprehensive development level of the two, and accordingly establish the coupling and coordination model for the high-quality development of digital economy and rural tourism. The spatiotemporal characterization of the high-quality development of the digital economy and rural tourism in 30 provinces in China is carried out, and the coupled and coordinated development of the digital economy and rural tourism in 16 cities and towns in Yunnan Province is explored as an example, according to which suggestions for the corresponding development paths are put forward. The digital economy development index of China’s seven major geographic regions during the five years of 2019-2023 is the highest in South China (0.473) and the lowest in Northwest China (0.219). Southwest China (0.518) has the highest rural tourism high-quality development index value, while Northwest China (0.386) has the lowest value. The degree of coupling and coordination of digital economy and rural tourism high-quality development in Yunnan Province increased by 0.0903 during the 5 years. The coupling and coordination of digital economy and rural tourism high-quality development in Yunnan Province in 2014, 2016, 2018, and 2020 Moran index was -0.0885, 0.0916, 0.1527, 0.1729, with the Z-value showing an increasing trend and the P-value showing a decreasing Trend. The coordination between the digital economy and rural tourism development in Yunnan Province has improved.

Research on the Logic and Path of Red Culture in the Information Age for Promoting the Casting of Chinese National Community Consciousness ---- Taking Guangxi as an Example

Abstract Chinese national community consciousness is an important task and distinctive main line to strengthen and improve national work in the information age, and the role of red culture as an essential carrier of Chinese national historical memory to promote Chinese national community consciousness cannot be ignored. The transformation of red culture resources through digital empowerment is described in this paper, and the digital development path of red culture in the information age is constructed. Then, it analyzes the internal logic of red culture forging the sense of community of the Chinese nation, and utilizes the coupling model and regression analysis to study the path of red culture forging the sense of community of the Chinese nation. Finally, taking Guangxi Province of China as an example for empirical evidence, the comprehensive score of Guangxi’s red culture development rises from 0.268 in 2016 to 0.735 in 2022, an increase of 0.123, and the degree of coupling and coordination between red culture and casting a firm sense of community of the Chinese nation is in the range of 0.3 to 0.5. It indicates that the red culture and casting a firm sense of community of the Chinese nation of Guangxi Province have an excellent coordinated development trend in the period of 2016-2022, and the red culture for the promotion of Chinese national community consciousness is a good solution. The trend of coordination development provides a practical path for red culture to promote the development of casting Chinese national community consciousness.

Analysis of the coupling coordination of logistics development level and environmental support system in central China and its spatiotemporal evolution

Abstract This research examines the synchronized progression of regional logistics and environmental support systems in China’s central region. Utilizing a comprehensive evaluation index system, the study employs a combination of entropy methods, TOPSIS analysis, and coupling coordination modeling to assess the development levels of regional logistics and environmental support systems across six central provinces from 2011 to 2020. The analysis focuses on comprehensive scores, coupling coordination degrees, and spatiotemporal evolution characteristics. The results indicate a synergistic relationship between the two systems in the six central provinces, with both comprehensive scores and coupling coordination D values demonstrating consistent growth over time. The study reveals a coordinated and orderly developmental pattern in the coupling and coordination relationship between the six provinces and the two systems within the central region. The overall degree of coupling and coordination in the central region exhibits a well-coordinated status, with provinces ranked as follows: Henan > Anhui and Hubei > Hunan > Shanxi and Jiangxi. This ranking demonstrates a spatial characteristic of high coordination in the middle and lower coordination at both extremities. The research identifies the underdeveloped state of regional logistics as the primary limiting factor. From the notable findings, this study’s conclusions offer valuable insights for policy formulation regarding the coordinated development of regional logistics and environmental support systems in China’s central region.

The Role of Vocational Education in the Integration of Culture and Tourism in the Information Age and Its Implementation Paths

Abstract This paper constructs the coupling logic of the two systems of vocational education and cultural tourism with the joint action of external and internal driving forces. It contributes to the coupling of the two systems through the synergistic relationship of same-frequency resonance and applies dimensionless processing to data checking and data cleaning of vocational education data. The coupling coordination development level of vocational education and the cultural tourism industry can be measured using the modified coupling coordination degree model. An empirical study of the coupling coordination degree of vocational education and cultural tourism industry in Province G is conducted using the entropy value method. The results show that the coupling and coordination degree of vocational education and cultural tourism system in province G shows a decreasing trend from 2013 to 2019, and the coupling and coordination degree between the development level of the cultural tourism industry and vocational education gradually rises to 0.658388 in 2022 after 2019, and the interaction between the two is gradually obvious. The integration of industry and vocational education in cultural tourism is promoted by this paper through valuable references and drawable ideas.

Digital Model Innovation of Leisure Sports Development in the Convergence Perspective of Culture, Sports and Tourism

Abstract “Sports-tourism integration” is becoming an important way and trend for the development of leisure sports and cultural tourism industry, and is also an important pillar for pulling local economic development. The research focus of the article is to measure the coupling and coordination level between leisure sports and cultural and tourism integration using the entropy weight method and to discover the factors affecting the coupling of the two. With the data related to the development of leisure sports and cultural and tourism integration in City A in the 10 years from 2014 to 2023, the comprehensive development level of leisure sports and cultural and tourism integration in City A in the past 10 years, as well as the coupling and coordination level of the two, are obtained. In 2014-2023, the 10 districts in the tourism demonstration county of city A can be roughly divided into three levels, and the district with the best level of development of recreational sports is district E, with an average composite index of 0.521. The level of development of the integration of culture and tourism in the 10 districts is also markedly different, and the district with the best level of development is the district I, with an average composite index of 0.606. The analysis leads to the coupling and coordination degree of leisure, sports, culture, and tourism industries in the tourism demonstration county of city A. The average value of the coupling and coordination degree of the culture and tourism industry is between 0.3 and 0.6, and the gray correlation degree is X6>X2>X3>X9>X4>X1>X5>X8>X7 in descending order.

Curriculum Mode Setting and Teaching Development of “Party Building + Civic and Political Thinking” in Chinese Universities in the Era of Big Data

Abstract This research delves into the critical evaluation of the “Party Building + Civic and Political” program within higher education, addressing the sector’s contemporary challenges and opportunities. By implementing the entropy value method and the efficacy function model, this Analysis spans an experimental cohort of 38 students from College J, scrutinizing their autonomous learning proficiency, educational outcomes, and the integrative impact of Party building on civic and political education. The empirical evidence showcases a substantial elevation in independent learning abilities among participants (with improvements ranging from 1.181 to 1.765, markedly surpassing the control group’s 0.257 to 0.563) and a remarkable increase in the coupling degree from 0.1542 in 2012 to 0.8186 in 2023. These results underscore the significant strides made in student learning and teaching quality through the “Party Building + Civic and Political” model, advocating its utility in enhancing the comprehensive capabilities of students and innovating higher education methodologies.

Analysis of coupled coordination and spatial interaction effects between digital and tourism economy in the Yangtze River Delta region.

The coupled and coordinated development of the digital economy and tourism economy has become an inevitable choice for achieving high-quality development in both sectors. This paper proposes a conceptual index system using entropy weight method and coupling coordination degree model for analysis of the coupling coordination relationship between digital economy and tourism economy. After that, the paper introduces the Moran's Index to examines the spatial heterogeneous effects of coupling coordination degree. This framework is applied to 41 cities in the Yangtze River Delta region during 2011-2021. The results show that the temporal changes of the coupling coordination relationship between digital economy and tourism economy in 41 cities are quite satisfactory, while the regional differences are large. Furthermore, the coupling degree between digital economy and tourism economy shows the strong spatial agglomeration effect, and the spatial proximity of regions with similar integration indicates that the "Matthew Effect" gradually highlights the clustering of high and low levels. Based on the results of analysis, this paper finally puts forward several policy recommendations to provide a referential path for the integration of digital economy and tourism.

A Community Aesthetic Construction Based on Big Data Enabling the Integration of Chinese Traditional Culture into Ethnomusicology

Abstract Ethnomusicology, as an essential part of traditional music, is uniquely characterized by Chinese cultural connotations and national spirit and continues to progress with the development of modern information technology. In this paper, after determining the evaluation index system for Chinese traditional culture and ethnomusicology, respectively, the data of both systems are processed and analyzed. The coupling relationship between Chinese traditional culture and ethnomusicology is verified by integrating it through the coupling mechanism, and the evolution model of the community aesthetics coupling system is established. Relevant evaluation criteria are established based on the efficacy model. The aesthetics of the constructed community were used in practice, and the coupling between the systems was tested separately. The value-added of the coupling coordination degree reached 0.35797 during the 14 years of the test sites, and the coupling degree kept developing at a higher level above 0.99 after 2012. The grade was raised from level 6 to level 9, which has reached the level of coordinated development. There is a slight difference in the coupling condition between the two test sites, and the coupling coefficients are 3.414 and 3.455, respectively. However, the coupling condition is excellent.

Evaluation Index System of High Quality Economic Development Level in Ethnic Regions-Comparative Analysis of Six Adjacent Cities in Yun-nan, Sichuan, and Guizhou Provinces

Building a high-quality economic development evaluation system in ethnic areas can well solve the problems of unbalanced and inadequate high-quality economic development in regions; Method: By analyzing the government data of six adjacent cities in Yunnan, Sichuan, and Guizhou provinces, five primary indicators and 27 secondary indicators covering economic vitality, innovation efficiency, green development, people’s living and social harmony were constructed. By combining obstacle degree, coupling degree, and coupling coordination degree models, the high-quality development situation was empirically measured; As a result, Chuan D is weaker than the other five cities and states in four aspects: economic vitality, innovation efficiency, green development, and people’s livelihood, ranking first; The conclusion is to use it to evaluate and analyze the results of high-quality economic development in the six adjacent cities of Yunnan, Sichuan, and Guizhou provinces, and to revise the basic indicators of the system in order to better guide and guide the practice of high-quality economic development in ethnic areas.

Research on Informatization Integration Strategy of Student Management and Civic Teaching Work in Colleges and Universities in the Internet Era

Abstract To do a good job of school ideological and political work and ideology work in the Internet era, it is especially important to integrate the organic integration of Civic and Political teaching and student management. This paper takes H city as an example and establishes an evaluation index system for student management and informationalization of ideological and political teaching. After normalizing and quantifying the indicators, the entropy weight method is used to solve the weights of the indicators, and the coupling coordination degree model is established to judge the integration level of the two informatizations. To investigate the integration factors of the two, the gray correlation coefficient and the degree of correlation between the indicators are derived using the gray correlation method. The results show that the average annual growth rate of the integrated development level between the two is 4.42% and 8.15% during 2011-2020, and the coupling degree is higher on the whole, with an average of 0.8994, and the coupling degree of coordination is also on the trend of increasing year by year. The gray correlation between the two is high, in which the correlation between the working mechanism of cooperative education in the informatization of the work of Civic Teaching and the quality of practice indicators and student management reaches 0.7806 and 0.7876. To diversify, it is necessary to develop the integration of student management and Civic Teaching based on the research in this paper.

Research on Civic and Political Education and Economic Development in the Age of Digital Economy

Abstract This paper constructs the evaluation index system of Civic and Political Education and Digital Economy Development and uses the entropy value method to calculate the weight value of each index in the evaluation system. A gray correlation analysis model is established to explore the degree of correlation and relevance of indicators in the evaluation system of ideological and political education and economic development. Analyze the synergistic development between the two subsystems of ideological and political education and digital economic development by using the coupling degree and the coupling coordination degree analysis method, and explore the degree of coordination of the coupling development between the two. The analysis of the relationship between civic and political education and economic development in the sample sites found that the integrated gray correlation between the two is 0.610, which is a moderate level of correlation. The coupling degree of the two is increasing year by year, and it will reach 0.525 in 2023. On average, the coupling coordination degree reaches 0.610, which belongs to primary coordination. This paper provides data support for the improvement of the coupling coordination between ideological education and economic development in the era of the digital economy. It lays the foundation for the common development of ideological education and economy.

The Infiltration and Integration of the Concept of Ideological and Political Education in the Employment of College Students in the Era of Big Data

Abstract This paper studies integrating and penetrating the concept of Civic and Political Education in the employment guidance of college students to improve the effect of employment education in the context of big data. This paper uses genetic algorithm and projection tracking method to construct a measurement and evaluation model of Civic and Political Education and employment integration level. It is found that the coupling degree between Civic and Political Education and student employment in college A has increased year by year from 2010 to 2023, showing the effective integration of Civic and Political Education and jobs. The coupling degree risen from 0.136 in 2010 to 0.987 in 2023, indicating that the penetration and integration of Civic and Political Education in employment increased significantly. Strengthening the integration of Civic and Political Education and Employment Guidance can help improve the quality of student employment and student employment satisfaction. This study provides empirical support for integrating civic and political education and employment guidance in colleges. It confirms the importance and effectiveness of civic and political education in employment guidance in colleges and universities in the era of big data.

Internet Technology-Driven Innovative Research on the Synergistic Development of Helo Culture Communication and Intelligent Tourism

Abstract This study explores the synergistic development between smart tourism and the dissemination of He Luo culture, employing a coupling model to elucidate their interrelation. Through a theoretical analysis, it establishes a connection between He Luo culture and intelligent tourism, utilizing the entropy weight method to ascertain the significance of various evaluation indicators. An assessment framework is constructed based on selected indicators to gauge the progress of He Luo culture and intelligent tourism. The research develops a coupling degree model to examine their collaborative growth, revealing a transition in the integration of the river Luo culture sector and the tourism industry from a phase of minimal alignment to primarily coordinated development from 2014 to 2020. The coupling and integration degree between tourism and culture industries within a city has seen a significant increase, from a low of 0.41736 to a high of 0.61014, marking an improvement of 0.19278. This investigation provides a theoretical foundation for enhancing Chinas economic development through the joint advancement of He Luo culture and intelligent tourism.

Effects of disorder on electron heating in ultracold plasmas

Starting from the beginning of their research in the early 2000s, the ultracold plasmas were considered as a promising tool to achieve considerable values of the Coulomb coupling parameter for electrons. Unfortunately, this was found to be precluded by a sharp spontaneous increase in temperature, which was often attributed to the so-called disorder-induced heating. It is the aim of the present paper to quantify the effect of spontaneous heating as a function of the initial ionic disorder and, thereby, to estimate the efficiency of its mitigation, e.g., by the Rydberg blockade. As a result of the performed simulations, we found that the dynamics of electrons exhibited a well-expressed transition from the case of the quasi-regular arrangement of ions to the disordered one; the magnitude of the effect being about 30%. Thereby, we can conclude that the two-step formation of ultracold plasmas—involving the intermediate stage of the blockaded Rydberg gas—can really serve as a tool to increase the degree of Coulomb coupling, but the efficiency of this method is moderate.

Learning Playing Piano with Bionic-Constrained Diffusion Policy for Anthropomorphic Hand.

Anthropomorphic hand manipulation is a quintessential example of embodied intelligence in robotics, presenting a notable challenge due to its high degrees of freedom and complex inter-joint coupling. Though recent advancements in reinforcement learning (RL) have led to substantial progress in this field, existing methods often overlook the detailed structural properties of anthropomorphic hands. To address this, we propose a novel deep RL approach, Bionic-Constrained Diffusion Policy (Bio-CDP), which integrates knowledge of human hand control with a powerful diffusion policy representation. Our bionic constraint modifies the action space of anthropomorphic hand control, while the diffusion policy enhances the expressibility of the policy in high-dimensional continuous control tasks. Bio-CDP has been evaluated in the simulation environment, where it has shown superior performance and data efficiency compared to state-of-the-art RL approaches. Furthermore, our method is resilient to task complexity and robust in performance, making it a promising tool for advanced control in robotics.

Optimizing the Synergistic Coexistence of Built Environment and Waterfront Public Space, a Quantitative Study in Shenzhen Bay Area

Abstract Waterfront public spaces and urban built environments are focal points in urban planning, yet more scholars need to focus on the coupling relationship between the two. Only through the coordinated development of these two can urban sustainability be promoted. Using vitality as a medium and drawing from the theory of coupling in physics, the study quantitatively analyzes the coupling and coordination degree between the built environment of 62 research units in the Shenzhen Bay waterfront area and the vitality of the adjacent waterfront public spaces. This is achieved by leveraging the population location big data from Baidu Huiyan, and vector data from Amap. The study finds that: (1) The overall coupling coordination degree between the public space vitality and built environment in the Shenzhen Bay waterfront area is relatively high, although the spatial distribution is uneven. (2) The built environment systems and waterfront public spaces of slightly and moderately discoordination units are predominantly in the process of development and construction, which manifests as a need for more completeness in the overall urban development. (3) Research units in an elementary coordination state mainly display that a moderate-intensity built environment has not spurred the vitality of waterfront public spaces. More units in a moderate coordination state show a relative lag in the urban built environment system. (4) Advanced coordinated and optimally coordinated study units are coordinated and co-developed with each other but can have a siphoning effect, leading to a less coordinated phenomenon in neighboring regions.

Synergistic development path of ecological civilization construction and rural revitalization

Abstract The core strategy for national development in the new era is the establishment of an ecological civilization. In contrast, the overall understanding of the three concerns facing rural communities in the new era is the rural revitalization strategy. The paper examines the present state of the linkage development between constructing an ecological civilization and implementing a rural revitalization strategy in rural areas. It does this by developing an evaluation index system and drawing on the theoretical underpinnings of the linkage development between the two strategies (rural revitalization strategy and ecological civilization construction). The entropy value approach is used to compute the comprehensive index and determine the weights of each index. The coupling and coordination degree models are used to measure the coordination degree and coupling correlation of the two, and the correlation factors between them are analyzed by constructing the gray correlation model. The findings indicate that overall, County A’s rural revitalization development level between 2012 and 2021 tends to be better, although overall levels are not very high. The comprehensive index of development for rural revitalization goes from 0.194 in 2012 to 0.754 in 2021. Yearly fluctuations in ecological civilization-building are evident, with the complete index of ecological civilization construction rising from 0.380 in 2012 to 0.945 in 2021. The overall trend is slowly increasing when the coupling coordination degree of 0.610 from 2015 is taken as a limit, but high-quality coordination is still a significant distance away.

The Innovative Integration of College Students’ Mental Health Education and Civic Education Paths in the Age of Artificial Intelligence

Abstract This article takes personalized education as the starting point, discusses the application in mental health education, and uses the plain Bayesian classification model to classify college students’ mental health in a refined way. The article proposes an evidential reasoning timeliness evaluation model for calculating the total assessment value of ideological and political education in colleges and universities and its actual effect to evaluate the ideological and political education quality. In addition, combining mental health education and ideological and political education, this study constructs an innovative collaborative parenting education model. The empirical analysis shows that the overall level of students’ mental health and Civic and Political learning quality in college L exceeds 2.5 points. By building a model of coupling and coordination degree of mental health and civic education, the study found that the integration benefit index of the two showed an upward trend in 10 years, growing to 0.97852. The coupling and coordination degrees in 2022 reached 0.996332 and 0.911752, respectively, which showed a reasonable level. Through the educational model proposed in this paper, the integration of mental health education and ideological education is more effective, which provides an effective educational method for colleges and universities to improve the overall quality of students.

Research on the Coupling Relationship between Professional Clusters and Industrial Clusters in the Pearl River Delta Region of China

The development of education should serve the needs of economic and social development by providing high‐quality and appropriate professionals for economic development. Recently, the implementation of Double High Plan has provided many opportunities for the cultivation of high‐level professional groups. In the process of professional group construction, the extent of coupling between the level of professional group construction and the level of regional economic clusters is an important evaluation. This work is based on the list of proposed projects for the construction of high‐level professional clusters in Guangdong Province between 2019 and 2021. This list is issued by the department of education of Guangdong Province. The quantitative indicators and coupling models are established to estimate the degree of coupling between the construction of professional clusters in 9 prefecture‐level cities located in the Pearl River Delta region and the level of regional industrial clusters. The results presented in this work show that the professional cluster construction and industrial construction level of four prefecture‐level cities, including Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Foshan, and Dongguan, achieve coordinated development, while the remaining areas are mostly in transformation and integration stages. This is because the development level of industrial clusters has surpassed the construction of professional clusters in universities, resulting in a mismatch between talent cultivation and the requirements of economic development. This mismatch is manifested in three aspects. First, the supply and demand do not align in terms of the scale of professional groups and industrial clusters. Second, insufficient integration of professional clusters and industrial clusters. Finally, this mismatch is evident in imbalanced resource allocation. The fit between the setting of professional clusters and the structure of industrial clusters is not high. Based on the aforementioned analysis, this work presents suggestions for promoting the integration of industry and education and school‐enterprise cooperation among universities in the Pearl River Delta region. This will eventually enhance the construction of high‐level professional groups in the Pearl River Delta region and result in coordinated economic and social development.

A coupling coordination development model of new energy electric vehicles and ecological environment

Analysing the degree of coupling and coordination between new energy electric vehicles and ecological environment in China is of great significance to optimize and enhance the development of new energy vehicles in China. This paper constructs the evaluation index system of China’s new energy development and ecological environment level respectively, and analyses the coupling and coordination level of the two based on the game theory combination empowerment method, the simulated annealing optimization projection tracing evaluation model and the coupling coordination degree model. The results show that the coupling degree of coordination gradually increases from 0.292 in 2010 to 0.828 in 2021, and the impact of the development of new energy electric vehicles on the ecological environment in China presents a positive and positive development year by year.
