PENGURUSAN JENAZAH COVID-19 DALAM PANDANGAN MEDIS DAN ISLAM

The Covid-19 issue is a dangerous global disease that cannot be avoided, including deaths from the outbreak. However, in this study, he wants to explain how his death should get a decent position like death in general. This research is a qualitative research. The formulation of this research is: (1) How to take care of the corpse in general according to Islam (2) How to manage the COVID-19 body according to the medical (3) How to manage the COVID-19 body according to Islam. This research method uses content analysis research methods. for collecting data, researchers used the method of interview, observation, based on exposure to data on research findings coded by the management of the bodies of COVID-19 in Islamic and medical viewpoints, it can be concluded that the management of the corpse is Fardu Kifayah by bathing, kafaning, tithing, and burying, according to Islamic and medical views. the method prescribed by Islamic law. Thus, handling the bodies of Muslims infected with COVID-19, must pay attention to the provisions of the shari'ah and the implementation of handling the bodies must meet the provisions in the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) of the medical party.

Qualitative study on attitude of PhD nursing students towards clinical work

Objective To investigate the attitude of PhD nursing students towards clinical work. Methods A qualitative research was made to ten full-time PhD students in nursing from six universities in a semi-structured interview, with the data so acquired analyzed using Colaizzi phenomenological methedology. Results Four themes were extracted from the analysis. They are their evaluation on nursing career and clinical work; their role in clinical work; their concerns for engaging in clinical work; and their expectations for clinical work. Conclusions Some of the nursing PhD students intend to engage in clinical nursing work after graduation, yet not without concerns, namely decent positions and career development. In this consideration, nursing administrators should take into full account of the students′ career expectations and value their important role in this field. In addition, a scientific hierarchical management system should be established, suitable positions should be set up, and new fields of clinical nursing practice explored, in order to fully leverage their talents and promote disciplinary progress to the field of nursing. FATWA KONTROVERSIAL CRLO DALAM PANDANGAN KHALED ABOU EL FADL (Studi Kritik Otoritarianisme Fiqh)

El Fadl parse some CRLO fatwa that is considered controversial and not oriented to benefit. Among the controversial fatwa is considered Case On Bra, high heeled shoes and Marriage Covenant, slander arising from Bury Pilgrimage Practices for Women, Devil In Cars and Danger Woman Traveling Without Mahram on prostration husband and wife as a submission to the husband.At least , to find out the methodological framework of thought El Fadl can be observed from some analysis tehadap contemporary theme of Islamic world. El Fadl, tried to analyze the sociological aspects of women’s lives in Saudi and the things that cause them to have less decent position in society . Sociological and political aspects in Arabic which causes them to have less decent position in society .Here then it can be stated that, El Fadl seeks to reposition religion critically, rationally and liberal, reconstruct Islamic heritage by giving new interpretations. For indeed, Muslims have the culture and traditions ( Turath ) nice and steady.
