Meningkatkan Hasil Belajar Siswa Pada Mata Pelajaran Matematika Materi Bilangan Desimal Metode Demonstrasi Siswa Kelas IVA UPT SD Negeri 028 Kubang Jaya

The aim of this research is to describe and analyze students' relatively permanent attitudes or behavior from experience or training with Decimal Number material through the application of the demonstration method. This research method uses qualitative research with the type of Classroom Action Research. Primary data source for students and teachers in class IV A. Data collection techniques used observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques use data reduction, data triangulation, and data collection. The repairs were carried out in class IVA UPT SD Negeri 028 Kubang Jaya, Siak Hulu District, Kampar Regency with a total of 39 students consisting of 20 male students and 19 female students. The results of data findings using the analysis and problem formulation above show that the learning improvement program is carried out by teachers to improve student learning outcomes in Mathematics subject matter. The application of the demonstration method and the use of decimal number image media can improve student learning outcomes for Decimal Numbers in Mathematics subjects. Results achieved by students after applying the demonstration method. Changes in student learning outcomes after using the demonstration method.

A strategy to enhance the quality of public administration services at better Tadulako University

The study aims to explore strategies to enhance public administration capacity at Tadulako University, using a qualitative approach through case studies. This research mainly focuses on understanding how the applied strategies can improve administrative processes and provide better services to students and staff. Researchers collect data by conducting in-depth interviews, live observations, and document analysis with administrative staff, students, and faculty. Researchers conduct thematic analysis to identify key themes and comprehend the effectiveness and impact of implemented strategies. Research results show that integrating information technology, staff training, and revising bureaucratic processes are critical factors in improving the efficiency and quality of administrative services. Data triangulation reinforces these findings, ensuring the validity and reliability of the results. The research provides insights into best organizational practices and offers valuable recommendations for other higher education institutions facing similar challenges. These implications extend beyond operational improvements to enhancing student education experiences, illustrating the connection between effective administration and academic success in higher education institutions.

The Image Of Ummat Party In The 2024 General Election

This study will examine the Bandung Regency Ummat Party's political communication and image as a new party ahead of the 2024 election. The research strategy employed was a literature review and in-depth interviews with numerous connected sources. The data analysis approach draws findings using data triangulation procedures, specifically the data collection, reduction, and presentation stages. The data supplied is then tailored to the researcher's requirements for studying the research challenge. The study's findings indicate that the Bandung Regency Ummat Party is attempting to project a new identity that differs from its prior identity. The Ummat Party attempts to establish its political image through the use of mass media as well as the character and stature of party officials. According to the findings of this study, the Bandung Regency Ummat Party promotes social media operations in order to improve its political image. The Ummat Party realizes that, as a new party, identity and image are vital in attracting public interest and publicly introducing the party.

Management of The Head of Madrasah Aliyah in Entrepreneurship Development

Entrepreneurship in madrasah educational institutions is a necessity that must be carried out to support quality improvement with independent financing. This research has two main objectives: firstly, how the school principal manages to develop entrepreneurship in his institution, and secondly, how the Madrasah principal organizes the organization and implementation of entrepreneurship. This type of research is quantitative, where the data is obtained through informants. The location of this research is two madrasas in Tulang Bawang Regency. The informants for this research came from both madrasahs, namely the head of the madrasah, the deputy head of the madrasah, the head of administration, and the community around the madrasah. Furthermore, the data used is primary data obtained directly from informants through interviews. Test the validity of the data using data triangulation techniques. Meanwhile, data analysis techniques include the degree of trust, transferability, dependability, and confirmability tests. The findings of this research show that the suitable abilities and knowledge of madrasah heads in entrepreneurship influence planning for future educational development. This is demonstrated in the creation of academic curricula. In MAN 1 and MAN 2 Tulang Bawang, all subjects must include entrepreneurship. Apart from that, the placement that will be responsible must be based on the area of skill.

IMPLEMENTASI MBKM DALAM MENGHADAPI ERA DISRUPSI &SOCIETY 5.0 DI MAS KMI PADANG PANJANG

This article discusses about the implementation of the independent learning curriculum (MBKM) in facing disruption era and society 5.0 at MAS KMI Padang Panjang. The industrial revolution 4.0 caused changes in every single live quickly. The existension of humans is replaced by technology. Society 5.0 is coming as an answer to these challenges. Society 5.0 means that the concept of a human based on technology. Indonesia also tries to create superior human who are ready to go to international scale. MBKM was born as the government's effort to create human beings with superior quality and ready to balance the developments. This research is a field research with a qualitative descriptive approach. Data collection techniques were carried out by observation and interviews. The data collection instruments are observation guidelines and interview guidelines. Data analysis techniques use data reduction, data presentation and data verification. As for testing the validity of the data is using data triangulation techniques. The results of the study describe how the implementation of independent learning in MAS KMI Diniyyah Puteri Padang Panjang. MAS KMI Padang Panjang applied individual project-based learning, integration projects and independent curriculum projects, a form of assessment that is not only focus on kognitive aspects but also in affective, aesthetic, physical and social which is contained in 29 indicators of the Quba curriculum, called domain circle, the majoring system is carried out in class XI, a mini thesis munaqasyah session in 3 languages by class XII students, as well as an increase in student HOTS.Keywords: MBKM, Disruption, Society 5.0, MAS KMI Padang Panjang

Pola Pembinaan Kepribadian Dalam Perubahan Perilaku Di Lembaga Pembinaan Khusus Anak Kelas I Tangerang

The purpose of this research is to determine the coaching pattern of the Special Development Institute for Class I Children in Tangerang, to find out the factors that influence changes in children's behavior in dealing with the law, to find out changes in children's behavior in dealing with the law at the Special Development Institute for Class I Children in Tangerang. Children in conflict with the law are children who are in conflict with the law, children who are victims of the law and children who are witnesses to criminal acts. This research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive approach. Data collection was carried out by observation, interviews and documentation. The number of informants was ten people, including five supervisors of the Class I Special Development Institute for Children in Tangerang and five informants from correctional students. Determining informants using purposive sampling and testing the validity of the data using data triangulation. From the results of this research, it was found that the factors that cause children to encounter the law include social factors, lack of parental supervision, and economic factors. The coaching pattern includes personality coaching. The results of this research include personality development which has a positive impact on changing the behavior of correctional students in institutions in the form of increasing religious skills and increasing knowledge in formal education.

KAMPUNG KERBAU BANYUBIRU: PERSPEKTIF BUDAYA DAN SIMBOL KEKAYAAN

Abstract: Buffalo is a strong and large animal that is mostly bred by the people of Bulak Pepe hamlet, Banyubiru village. The motivation for buffalo farming in the village, apart from being inherited from generation to generation, is also based on a system of saving wealth in the form of livestock that can be bred. Hundreds of buffalo support the community's economy in which there are also values ​​and norms from customs and traditions that make Bulak Pepe hamlet a cultural village. he formulation of the problem in this research is, first, how are efforts to strengthen the Banyubiru buffalo village community as a symbol of wealth? second, how did the Banyubiru buffalo village become a cultural entity? The research method used is descriptive qualitative. The researcher served as the key instrument, sampling data sources purposively and snowballing, collecting techniques using data triangulation, and data analysis were inductive/qualitative, and the emphasis on the results was more on meaning than generalization. The theory used is the concept of habitus as the truth of symbolic domination which was initiated by Pierre Bourdieu. The results of this research are that the people of Bulak Pepe term the buffalo as a 'raja kaya' animal, meaning that the animal is treated as a king, manifesting as a symbol of wealth, namely the buffalo has a high selling value, its existence can be a symbol of wealth for the people of Bulak Pepe village, Banyubiru village. Traditions of cultural entities can attract tourists so that they can have an impact on the community's economy, including many buffalo buyers who come from the Ngawi area or outside Ngawi who are ready to buy their livestock.

Pelaksanaan Pendampingan terhadap Anak Korban Kekerasan Seksual Oleh Lembaga Burangir di Kota Padangsidimpuan

Case of sexual violence against children can be likened to an iceberg, of which only a small number are reported while most are not reported. The stigma in society that views sexual violence as shameful makes victims afraid to report. Integrated handling of cases of sexual violence against children to ensure the fulfillment of children's rights is very important. This research aims to describe the implementation of assistance to child victims of sexual violence carried out by the Burangir Institute. The type of research used in this study is descriptive qualitative research. The data collection technique used observation, documentation and interviews. Data validity is seen by using data triangulation techniques, while data analysis goes through three processes, namely data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results showed that the implementation of assistance to child victims of sexual violence by the Burangir Institute began with the establishment of a relationship of trust, followed by data collection and diagnosis of the child's mental health condition. Plans and interventions included emotional support, provision of information and legal education, monitoring the legal process, and access to support resources. Evaluation is used to assess the effectiveness of the assistance. Finally, the termination stage is conducted. Then, in the implementation of mentoring at the Burangir Institute, there are supporting factors and obstacles that affect the mentoring process.

Efektivitas Kebijakan Pemerintah Kabupaten Lamongan dalam Melestarikan Situs Pataan

Lamongan Regency, East Java, has many historical sites, especially those dating from the reign of King Airlangga, even allegedly the center of the king's government. One of the historical relics is the Pataan Temple Site located in Pataan Village, Sambeng District. The existence of historical sites demands the attention of the relevant local governments in preserving cultural heritage through various programs and policies that have an impact on the site itself as well as the economic potential that can grow. This research is a type of field research with qualitative methods. This article aims to see the extent of the effectiveness of policies issued by the Lamongan Regency Government in the preservation of the cultural heritage of the Pataan Site. This study used effectiveness theory with five indicators according to Richard Matland. Primary data sources are obtained from interviews, observations, and documentation using data triangulation techniques. The results of the study found that although the Lamongan Regency Government has tried to issue several policies and programs related to the preservation of the Pataan Site, it has not been effective because it encountered several obstacles. Here, the local government needs to revamp its policies so that this site remains sustainable and has a positive impact on local communities.

Exploring communities’ values and uses of intact and degraded forest areas in Central Kalimantan

Tropical peat swamp forest (PSF) values and uses by local communities have been identified as key determinants of sustainable forest management. Understanding these terms has become essential in the conservation strategy decision-making processes, as it integrates the impacted communities concerns of nature. This study aims to enhance understanding of the pressures and motivations for local communities working in the Borneo Orangutan Survival Foundation (BOSF) Mawas Conservation area in Mantangai, Central Kalimantan. To assess attitudes, usage, and livelihood changes within the intact versus degraded forests, we conducted focus groups in four Dayak communities. Semi-structured interviews were used for data triangulation. The values and uses of the forest were explored with participatory and gender-based analysis tools, analysed with qualitative narrative and contents analysis approaches. Using theme analysis, we assessed how the community protects the forest to determine their possible contribution to PSF protection. Here we present the main values (intrinsic, instrumental and relational) and uses of the forest described by the community, and also critical gender differences. We describe their relevance in relation to the development of a conservation strategy for the area. It also serves as a model for assessment of PSF in other areas and raise awareness of the understudied threats facing these forests and potential opportunities for their protection.

Instruction in Islamic Religious Education: Teacher-Student Communication at Padangsidimpuan State 1 High School

The purpose of this study is to examine how teachers communicate with students at SMA Negeri 1 Padangsidimpuan during Islamic Religious Education (PAI). This kind of research combines a literature study methodology with a qualitative approach. Quotations for data sources are taken from reliable websites like SINTA and Google Scholar. Data triangulation was then used to examine and validate the data. The study's findings indicate that, first, there needs to be communication between PAI teachers and deputy principals in the field of curriculum development, particularly when it comes to carrying out lesson plans, syllabi, and follow-up student assessments. Secondly, when PAI teachers communicate about PAI material, they truly take into account the students' backgrounds, abilities, and the fundamental skills that all teachers should possess, such as the ability to explain complex material in a way that students can easily understand and accept.

The Urgency of Contemporary Era Science Education in Islam

Every individual has personal potential according to the theory of multiple intelligences. For this reason, it is necessary to strengthen scientific aspects to sharpen the potential of reason and efforts to Islamize science, as well as the demands of the 21st century. This research aims to analyze the urgency of educational science in the contemporary era in Islam. This type of research uses a qualitative approach with a literature study method. Data sources are quoted from credible websites such as Google Scholar and SINTA. Then the data were analyzed and checked for validity through data triangulation. The results of this study conclude that the urgency of science in the contemporary era in Islam; the first is interpreted as an answer to the demands of 21st century science; second, increasing the potential of the human mind in realizing renewal (innovation); third, exploring the multiple intelligence potential of each student; and fourth, strengthening efforts to Islamize knowledge through proving the scientific process.

Strategi Mempertahankan Semanggi sebagai Warisan Gastronomi Surabaya

This research explores the disruption faced by Semanggi Surabaya, a legendary culinary icon, in the global era. Utilizing a qualitative case study approach with data triangulation, the study, from a nona helix perspective, aims to examine the viewpoints of various stakeholders regarding the exploration of Surabaya's culinary heritage, providing insights into preserving Semanggi. The findings acknowledge the declining trend and dynamic market shifts for Semanggi, highlighting the necessity for innovation in its conservation efforts. The study recommends leveraging information technology, optimizing marketing strategies, and reinforcing the unique values that define Semanggi Suroboyo to ensure its sustained legacy.

R Representasi Maskulinitas Pada Tokoh Dola dalam Anime Laputa: Castle in the Sky (1986)

This research aims to describe the representation of masculinity in the Dola character in the anime "Laputa: Castle in the Sky (1986)." This study is a linguistic research employing a qualitative descriptive method. The research theory used includes Roland Barthes' semiotics and the concept of masculinity by David Deborah and Robert Brannon. Data collection was conducted through observation and note-taking, and data validity was ensured through data triangulation. The findings of this study indicate that the character Dola reflects masculinity. Various signs of masculinity are evident through Dola's character design, which includes dominance, protectiveness, the ability to separate feelings from ideas, aggressiveness, ambition, physical strength, rationality, leadership qualities, daringness, competence and competitiveness. Despite embodying masculinity, Dola maintains feminine aspects in her appearance, as reflected in her wearing of a skirt, two braided pink hair, the use of earrings, and her tender-heartedness displayed through her affection for Sheeta and Pazu.
 

Genealogy of islamic education thought by zakiah daradjat

This study discusses Zakiah Daradjat's perspective on Islamic education and its contribution to Islamic education in Indonesia. The main issues discussed are: (1) The concept of Islamic education according to Zakiah Daradjat; (2) The contribution of Zakiah Daradjat's thoughts about Islamic education to Islamic education in Indonesia. This study used the library research method, with primary data sources obtained from the works of Prof. Dr. Zakiah Daradjat who focuses on 3 (three) books, namely Psychology, Islamic Education, and Religious Education in Mental Development, as well as secondary data sources in the form of books relevant to this research. The data analysis technique used by the author in this study is data triangulation. The results of the discussion concluded: the concept of Islamic education according to Zakiah Daradjat is the essence of forming human beings who have noble morals or in other words morals are good deeds. Morals are a reflection of faith in the form of behavior, speech, and attitude. Because Islamic education is not merely religious education, but the cultivation of a religious spirit by accustoming children to good qualities and habits. The goal of Islamic Education is the embodiment of Islamic values in the human person of the student that is endeavored by Muslim educators. The contribution of Islamic education thought initiated by Zakiah Daradjat can be seen theoretically, namely: The components of Islamic education according to him are educators, students, educational methods, and curriculum which are an inseparable unit, one with the other equally taking part in achieve the goal, namely to create a generation of good morals. In practice, he was a reformer of Islamic education in his day.

Challenges of Mobility and Access to Transport for People with Visual Impairment and Blindness: An Exploratory Study

The ability to move around to get things done to fulfil one’s wants, and needs is critical for independent living, irrespective of his or her age or existence of impairments or disabilities. Safe and efficient mobility with confidence is widely recognized as influential factors of the positive wellbeing of persons with visual impairment and blindness. Inability to confidently move around pushes persons with visual impairment and blindness to a risk of social exclusion. Even though research into this area is significant, such research in developing countries like Sri Lanka is quite limited. While aiming at bridging the said knowledge gap, this research intended to explore challenges and obstacles of mobility and transport experienced by people with visual impairment and blindness in Sri Lanka. This study adopted a qualitative method through in-depth interviews. Fifteen persons with visual impairment and blindness were purposively chosen to represent a wide range of social and economic boundaries and interviewed in May-August 2021. With the prior consent of respondents, interviews were recorded and transcribed. The interview transcriptions were analyzed using a thematic approach. Data triangulation was done through focus group discussion and observation methods. The results confirmed that persons with visual impairment and blindness confronted challenges and obstacles in mobility and transport that is discussed in six themes: deficient infrastructure, access to information, improper attitudes of sighted persons, service provider issues, personal attitudes, and support. The findings urge the importance of implementing the existing provisions while introducing relevant public policies and social awareness. Keywords: Access to transport, Blindness, Mobility.

ANALISIS PERSPEKTIF GURU DALAM PEMBELAJARAN IPA PADA KURIKULUM MERDEKA BELAJAR DI SEKOLAH DASAR NEGERI 2 RANJENG KABUPATEN INDRAMAYU PROVINSI JAWA BARAT

This research aims to determine educational problems at the Ranjeng 2 Elementary School, Indramayu Regency which has implemented the Merdeka Curriculum. The method that researchers used was the observation method, as well as interviews for teachers and questionnaires for students. This research uses data collection that utilizes interview techniques and documentation techniques, and analysis is carried out using data triangulation and method triangulation. Interviews were conducted with several sources who were considered to be directly affected by the changes to the independent curriculum that were being implemented in schools and were only specifically for class VI students. The conclusion from the results of this research is that changes in the curriculum have caused some confusion for the majority of teachers who teach science learning in class VI with an independent curriculum. The lack of direct guidance from the government regarding the implementation of the independent curriculum means that teachers can only imitate driving schools that have implemented the independent curriculum with direct direction from the government. The number of educators to foster the implementation of the independent curriculum in class VI is also considered insufficient so that many teachers feel overwhelmed, and even have to sacrifice mentoring hours for teaching schedules in other classes, where the existing schedules conflict. Teachers also feel that the implementation of project learning has several positive and negative impacts on students. The positive impact is that students have abilities that are honed by technological advances, while the negative is that students will get bored because project learning is carried out consecutively for two weeks without any material learning.

Music Icons, Allegories and Symbolic Representation: Iconological Analysis of Thai Murals Along the Mae Klong Riverside

Abstract This article examines the Thai music iconology – with a focus on the instruments and ensembles and their symbolic representations – of monastery murals along the Mae Klong riverside. It also investigates how Thai music iconology links to broader views on Thai music, including those from Buddhism, culture, and social realms. Thirty-eight murals from the Ayutthaya period to the King Rama V period were selected for analysis. Improvised tools from Kress and Van Leeuwen’s (2020) inter-semiotic, multidimensional approach and Panosfky’s (1962) concepts of iconography were employed in the data analysis. Additionally, an in-depth interview was conducted with key informants, including local intellectuals and experts in the related areas, for data triangulation. The findings show significant influence of music on Thai social forms, religious beliefs, as well as cultural and historical values.

Analysis Of Code Switching On Sunny Dahye Instagram Account

<p>This research is a descriptive qualitative research. The data in this study are the captions and comments of Sunny Dahye Instagram account. Technique of collecting data is documentation which is online Instagram. Technique of analyzing data is reducing data, displaying data and conclusion. To validate the data, the researchers used the triangulation data based on source, method, researcher and theory.</p><p>The research findings show that the types of code switching found on Sunny Dahye Instagram account are inter sentential switching with 72 utterances, intra sentential switching with 24 utterances, and tag switching / emblemtic switching with 4 utterances, The dominant types of code switching is inter sentential switching by the reasons of talking about particular topic with 18 utterances, interjection with 5 utterances, expressing group identity with 10 utterances, being emphatic about something with 8 utterances, repetition used for clarification with 12 utterances, to soften and strengthen request or command with 42 utterances, real lexical need with 5 utterances. Knowledge generation between design, data and theory

Design-based research (DBR) is a diversified research genre: The combination of two worlds – that of research and that of education – and the different backgrounds and intentions of those involved entail different emphases, epistemological ideas, ideas on valuable outcomes and normative claims. This becomes visible in very different kinds of reasoning: No uniform structure of argumentation can be discerned, and so far, a differentiation into clear DBR types has not been convincingly achieved. This is a challenge for the orientation of DBR novices, the quality review of DBR studies, and the legitimation of DBR in the field of educational research. This article provides an empirical contribution to the discussion on argumentation: In a literature review, DBR studies are examined regarding their outcomes, the rationales authors use to justify their outcomes and indications for specific challenges in DBR reasoning. The analysis confirms for the sample that preliminary, prescriptive theory is most common alongside diverse practical outcomes. Authors often justify them with emphasis on variation, iteration, cooperation, and data triangulation. Different (standard) orientations, multi-level reasoning, and sub-studies present challenges for authors and readers, going back to the complexity of DBR projects. To justify their results in a comprehensible way, authors are confronted with the task to actively select an argumentation strategy.
