Pengaruh Capacity Building dan Motivasi Kerja terhadap Produktivitas Kerja Pegawai Puskesmas Limo

UPTD Puskesmas Limo is a regional public health center for Limo sub-district which is underpinned by the health department and health facilities managed by the local government. The health Dcenter has the responsibility of providing primary health services to the people of Limo city. With these demands and types of work, training or employee self-development is needed to hone employees' abilities and work motivation. To find out how much influence capacity building and work motivation have on the productivity of UPTD Puskesmas Limo employees, this title was raised. This study uses quantitative methods using non-probability sampling techniques, namely saturated sampling techniques. The sample of this study amounted to 50 people. Then tested quantitative statistical analysis, multiple linear regression analysis and coefficient of determination analysis using a data processing program, namely SPSS 25 software. This study found the results using the t test stated that Capacity Building partially has a significant effect on work productivity with a significant level of 0.02 <0.05 and the t test results of 3.021> 2.008. and work motivation partially has a positive and significant effect on work productivity with a significant value of 0.01 <0.05 and a t test value of 3.146> 2.008 Capacity Building d is a positive and significant effect on work productivity.

The Effect of Social Media Marketing and E-WOM on Purchase Intention of TikTok Users

This study aims to analyze the role of E-trust as a mediating variable on the influence of social media marketing and e-WOM on purchase intention of TikTok users in Sleman Regency. The sampling technique uses a non-probability sampling technique with purposive sampling. Data obtained using a questionnaire technique in the form of a Google form, distributed online to 100 respondents. The data analysis method in this study used the Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) method with the SmartPLS 4.0 data processing program. The results of this study indicate that social media marketing has a positive and significant influence on purchase intention, e-WOM has a positive and significant influence on purchase intention, social media marketing has a positive and significant influence on E-trust, e-WOM has a positive and significant influence on E-trust, E-trust has a positive and significant effect on purchase intention, social media marketing has a positive and significant effect on purchase intention through E-trust as a mediating variable, e-WOM has a positive and significant influence on purchase intention through E-trust as mediating variable.

PT Complus Sistem Solusi (PT CSS) is an information technology equipment provider in the field of system integrators and other information technology solution providers. The purpose of the study: to analyze the influence of Employee Competence and Commitment in PT CSS in an effort to improve Employee Performance by mediating Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). Research method: using the Structural Equation Modelling method based on Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) with the SmartPLS data processing program. The results of the study: (1) Employee competence has a significant positive effect on employee performance, (2) Employee commitment has a negative and insignificant effect on employee performance, (3) OCB has a significant positive effect on employee performance, (4) Employee competence has a significant positive effect on OCB, (5) Employee commitment has a significant positive effect on OCB, (6) Employee competence has a significant positive effect on employee performance through OCB, (7) Employee commitment has a significant positive effect on Employee Performance through OCB.

PENGARUH KEMAJUAN TEKNOLOGI (SOSIAL MEDIA), LITERASI KEUANGAN TERHADAP MINAT INVESTASI MAHASISWA FAKULTAS EKONOMI DAN BISNIS UNIVERSITAS MATARAM

Technology is a symbol of progress in the development of the era. Technology changes the pattern of activities in a person's daily life. Many people use and manage their finances online because of its convenience, starting from savings, buying and selling transactions, In the field of investment, there is a lot of fraud due to lack of knowledge and people who are easily tempted by the returns offered, these reasons underlie the need for each individual to understand financial literacy before taking investment action. The purpose of this study was to examine how Social Media and financial literacy affect investment interest of FEB UNRAM students. With 96 respondents, this study used an associative quantitative methodology using a questionnaire for data collection and SPSS program for data processing. The results showed that financial knowledge and technology (Social Media) have a positive and substantial influence on investment interest. Furthermore, technology and financial literacy factors have an influence of 35% of the total influence, while the rest is influenced by other variables.

The Effect of Social Anxiety on Inauthentic Self-Presentation in Instagram Users

Instagram is one of the social media that is widely used to present ourself. However, this is believed to hurt its users because uploaded photos or videos on Instagram tend to be inconsistent with reflections from their daily lives which are then termed inauthentic self-presentation. Inauthentic self-presentation is the degree of contradiction between the self-presentation displayed on social media and the everyday life expressed by individuals. The phenomenon of inauthentic self-presentation is driven by various factors, one of which is a high level of social anxiety. Social anxiety is understood as anxiety or fear that arises because of the possibility of bad judgment from others when faced with certain social situations. Individuals with social anxiety tend to have concerns about negative evaluations from others and feel that they will do something embarrassing, so they develop inauthentic self-presentations to deal with the anxiety they experience. This study aimed to determine the effect of social anxiety on the inauthentic self presentation of Instagram users. This type of research is correlational quantitative. The sampling technique used quota sampling with a total sample of 120 people. The data analysis used is Pearson Product Moment with the help of a data processing program. Based on the study results, they obtained that the r Pearson’s value was 0.765. These results indicate that the hypothesis in this study, namely "there is an influence of social anxiety on inauthentic self-presentation on Instagram users" is accepted

Features of lipid metabolism in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and gout

The aim: To study the relationship between lipid metabolism parameters, chemerin, and adenosine monophosphate-activated protein kinase (AMPK) activity in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM), as well as in patients with a combined course of T2DM and gout. Materials and methods. To assess lipid metabolism disorders, 100 patients were examined and divided into 2 groups: - 1st group – patients with T2DM and gout (n=70), 2nd group – patients with gout (n=30), control group (CG) - practically healthy individuals (n=20). The levels of total cholesterol (TC), triglycerides, high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL), low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL), and very low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (VLDL) were analyzed. As markers of insulin resistance (IR), the content of AMPK and chemerin was investigated. Statistical data processing was carried out using the statistical data processing program package version 8.0 STATISTICA (StatSoft Inc). The results. A significant difference was found between the levels of lipid parameters (except HDL) when comparing patients with the combined pathology of T2DM and gout, with a monocourse of gout and representatives of CG (р<0.001). It was also found that among lipidogram indicators, in all groups, an inverse correlation of AMPK value with LDL level was found (strong for patients of the 1st group and medium strength for representatives of the 2nd group and CG). Another indicator with which AMPK levels in all groups were statistically reliably correlated was TC. The presence of a direct correlation between the levels of LDL and chemerin in the 2nd group and CG, as well as the levels of TC and chemerin in patients with a combination of T2DM with gout and an inverse correlation in the other groups (all p<0.05) was established. Conclusions: Statistically significant relationships were found between lipid metabolism indicators, chemerin and AMPK activity in patients with T2DM, as well as in patients with combined course of T2DM and gout

On the properties of lower mid-latitudes ionospheric scintillation observed over Chengdu, China

Low and high-latitude ionospheric scintillations are well-documented, but data on lower mid-latitude scintillations are scarce. Moreover, there is limited public reporting for the Chengdu station, which makes the data for the consecutive three years particularly valuable. This paper analyzes three years of ionospheric scintillation data from Chengdu and compares it with Chongqing. GNSS receivers in Chengdu (104.07°E, 30.67°N) and Chongqing (106.55°E, 29.57°N) recorded the data from 2018 to 2020. A custom data processing program for GPS/BDS/Galileo monitors was used. Results show diurnal and seasonal variations in the occurrence rate (OR) of scintillation events, with higher OR in spring and autumn, predominantly at night. There is a positive correlation between the annual OR of weak, moderate, and strong scintillations. Besides, moderate scintillation and strong scintillation events mainly occur at azimuth angles of 30°-90°, 150°-210°, and 300°-330° due to the aspect sensitivity of ionospheric irregularities. Solar activity, mesospheric winds, and ionospheric tides also influence scintillations. Notably, intense events were observed in May 2018(a year of low solar activity) due to post-sunset occurrences influenced by neutral wind and ionospheric tides, suggesting that in addition to solar radiation, neutral wind and ionospheric tides may serve as substantial driving mechanisms for ionospheric scintillation. This study provides a reference for the construction of a scintillation prediction in lower mid-latitudes.

Three-dimensional rainbow refractometry.

We propose a new, to the best of our knowledge, rainbow technique called three-dimensional rainbow refractometry (TDRR), with a cylindrical lens in the signal collecting system. With a TDRR model based on the ray transfer matrix developed, it is proved that the tilt angle of the rainbow signal is related to the axial position of the droplet, which helps to obtain the 3D position. By converting rainbow scattering angle calibration into the system parameter calibration, a new rainbow data processing program is written in combination with the model to obtain the refractive index and the particle size. With TDRR, we measured a monodisperse droplet stream of deionized water at room temperature for experimental validation and obtained the refractive index with an absolute error of less than 0.0015, the droplet size with an error within ±5%, and the axial position with an error within ±3%, which demonstrated a high accuracy of TDRR.

The Relationship between Organizational Climate and Teaching Innovation among Preschool Teachers: The Mediating Effect of Teaching Efficacy.

Preschool teachers' teaching innovation is an important factor in enhancing teaching quality and improving children's creativity. Based on ecological systems theory and self-determination theory, the purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between kindergartens' organizational climate and preschool teachers' teaching innovation and the mediating role of teaching efficacy in it. In this study, an online questionnaire was distributed to 2092 preschool teachers from different provinces using an Organizational Climate Scale, Teaching Efficacy Scale, and Teaching Innovation Scale. The study used SPSS 25.0 software and the SPSS PROCESS macro program for data processing. The results showed that there was a positive correlation among kindergartens' organizational climate, teaching efficacy, and teaching innovation, and that kindergartens' organizational climate not only directly and positively predicted teaching innovation, but also indirectly predicted teaching innovation through the mediating role of teaching efficacy. The study explored the internal and external influences on preschool teachers' teaching innovation and revealed their underlying mechanisms, providing theoretical support for research and educational practice on preschool teachers' teaching innovation and children's creativity.

Trait kepribadian openness to experience dan career exploration pada mahasiswa program studi psikologi Universitas Negeri Semarang

Abstract. Career exploration was an individual activity that involved identifying and managing information about careers, aiming to enable individuals to prepare for future careers. One factor that affected career exploration was the openness to experience personality traits. This study aimed to determine the relationship between openness to experience personality trait and career exploration in students of department Psychology of Semarang State University. Research participants were selected using a purposive sampling technique. Data collection in this study used career exploration scale and openness to experience scale. The data analysis employed the product-moment correlation techniques with the assistance of data processing programs. The results of hypothesis testing yielded a correlation coefficient of 0.635 with a significance level of 0.000 (<0.05), indicating a significant positive relationship between the openness to experience personality traits and career exploration in Psychology Study Program students at Semarang State University. This research provided insight into the influence of personality on the career exploration process in career preparation.

THE INFLUENCE OF THE VIDEO CRITIC METHOD ON THE UNDERSTANDING OF MORALS OF CLASS IX STUDENTS OF MTS AL-ITTIHADIYAH PANGKALAN MANSYUR

This research aims to determine the effect of the video criticism method on understanding morals in class IX MTs students. The type of research carried out was quantitative with an experimental method using a One Group Pretest and Post Test Design research design. The population in this study were all IX students of MTs Al Ittihadiyah Pangkalan Mansyur, with a sample selected using the Non Probability Sampling technique, namely class IX Ali, totaling 29 people. The data collection techniques used were pretest and posttest. The results of research using the IBM SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution) v.25 data processing program show that the average (mean) post test score was 76.38, while the average (mean) pretest score was 44.14. With the highest pretest score of 55 and post test of 90, the difference in score obtained is 35 (90-55). This shows that the video criticism method is able to improve students' moral understanding very well. Based on the mean difference test with Paired Sample T-test analysis on IBM SPSS Statistics v.25, the sign value (2-tailed) = 0.00 was obtained which was compared with the calculated result of sign a = 0.05 with a confidence level of 95%. From the results of these calculations, the sign is 0.00 ≤ 0.05, which means that H_0 is rejected or H_1 is accepted. Thus, the average student post test score is higher than the average student pretest score.

An Internet of Things-Based Cluster System for Monitoring Lactating Sows’ Feed and Water Intake

Acquiring real-time feeding information for monitoring lactating sows and their feeding requirements is a challenging task. Real-time data represent an important input for numerous tasks, such as disease monitoring, nutritional regulation, and feeding modeling. However, concurrently monitoring large numbers of sows and processing the real-time information for modeling is challenging using existing platforms. In this paper, we describe the design and development of a system that monitors and processes sows’ feed and water consumption in real time. The system was custom-developed using open-source networking technologies. The system consists of three components: an electronic sow feeder connected to a central controller via a CAN network, an MQTT service cluster, and a data processing program. The MQTT service cluster uses Netty to develop a single service node, and it uses Zookeeper and Redis to complete node registration, discovery, and scheduling. The data processing program is based on Spark and Flink. We conducted comparative testing of three common codecs (Java Serializer, Marshalling, and Protostuff) to further speed up data transmission. The results of the experiment show that, with three service nodes, the system can concurrently monitor up to 20,000 sows. Moreover, the system achieves optimal performance when monitoring 10,000 sows at the same time, with a TPS of 6399 pcs/s and an RT of 643 ms.

Use of Densitometric Indicators Free DICOM-Viewer’s and Digital Data Processing Programs in Surgical Treatment of Patients with Pulmonary Tuberculosis

Objective — to determine the potential of using freely distributed specialised digital data processing programs and free DICOM-viewers for assessing densitometric indicators obtained from computed tomogra­phy of the thoracic organs. This aims to facilitate the planning of surgical treatment for patients with pulmonary tuberculosis and to substantiate methods for preventing pulmonary-pleural complications. Materials and methods. A retrospective analysis was conducted on the examination and treatment results of 103 patients with specific tuberculous lesions of the lungs. Histological examination of the resected material determined the degree of the specific inflammatory process in the affected tissue, based on which patients were categorised into groups. Group I included 32 patients with low activity of the specific inflammatory process, Group II comprised 37 patients with moderate activity and Group III included 34 patients with high activity. Using five common digital processing programs, densitometric indicators of the thoracic organs' structures were obtained. The accuracy of density indicators displayed by these programs was analysed in comparison with the results of histological examinations. Results and discussion. According to our data, the densitometric indicators obtained using free DICOM-viewers and digital data processing programs show a strong correlation with the reference standard and among themselves. The determined density indicators have a strong association with histological findings of emphysema and fibrosis of the lung parenchyma. These indicators are reliably identified both in cases of high activity of specific inflammation in the lung parenchyma and in inactive processes, allowing for patient stratification. It was found that the average density values of the mediastinal lymph nodes in cases of inactive specific inflammatory processes in 80 % of cases were (54.4 ± 17.8) HU. Values of (15.0 ± 2.5) HU characteri­sed high activity of specific inflammatory processes and the progressive phase of the disease. Clinically, 89 (86.4 %) of the patients with significant deviations in the densitometric density indicators of the lung parenchyma from the norm experienced prolonged air leakage in the postoperative period. In 96 (93.2 %) patients with altered density of mediastinal lymph nodes, prolonged postoperative exudation through pleural drains was noted. Patients with altered densitometric indicators had complicated intraoperative and postoperative courses. Changes in the density of the lung parenchyma detected on computed tomography of the thoracic organs were confirmed in 96.1 % of cases by histological examination of the resected material. These changes were reliably detected by all the programs studied. Conclusions. Densitometric indicators obtained using DICOM-viewers and digital data processing programs enable the planning of surgical treatment for patients with pulmonary tuberculosis and the reasoned application of methods to prevent pulmonary-pleural complications.

Application of the thin layer chromatography method for the determination of the degree of hydrolysis of soy lecithin

The aim of this study was the determination of the degree of enzymatic hydrolysis of soy lecithin using thin layer chromatography in combination with a modern imaging data processing program. Hydrolysis of phospholipids was carried by the action of the enzyme phospholipase A2 (PLA2) in the presence of calcium ions for 2 h at a temperature of 50°C and pH 5.7. Chromatographic separation of the components of the reaction medium was carried out 10, 20, 30, 60, 90, and 120 min after adding the PLA2 in the chloroform: methanol: ammonium hydroxide system in a ratio of 6.5 : 2.5 : 0.4 (v/v/v). The following phospholipids and their lysoforms were identified: Rf = 0.41±0.03 for phosphatidylethanolamine (PE), Rf = 0.28±0.02 for phosphatidylcholine (PC), Rf = 0.09±0.01 for phosphatidylinositol (PI), Rf = 0.06±0.01 for phosphatidic acid (PA), Rf = 0.15±0.02 for lysophosphatidylethanolamine (LPE), Rf = 0.08±0.01 for lysophosphatidylcholine (LPC), Rf = 0.03±0.01 for lysophosphatidylinositol (LPI) and Rf = 0.02±0.01 for lysophosphatidic acid (LPA). It was shown that soy lecithin contained PC, PE, PI, and PA before the enzymatic reaction, the content of these compounds after the addition of the PLA2 decreases due to the formation of LPC, LPE, LPI, and LPA, respectively. The dependence of the degree of hydrolysis (α, %) of PC on the duration of the enzymatic reaction was obtained. It was established that the intensive conversion of PC to LPC under the action of the PLA2 occurred during 60 min (α = 82%). Further conversion of PC occurred insignificantly: 84% after 90 min and 87% after 120 min, which was due to the inhibition of enzyme activity by the final reaction product.

Pelatihan Metodologi Penelitian Analisis Data Menggunakan Microsoft Excel dan SPSS di STIE Tribhakti Bekasi

Carrying out research is an obligation carried out by lecturers and students at universities. However, a good research implementation must of course be supported by an understanding of research methodology and the use of available and qualified data processing program applications. The results of interviews conducted by the community service team of the Institute of Business and Informatics Kwik Kian Gie indicate that thesis supervisors and students who compose theses at STIE TRIBHAKTI Bekasi really need training related to understanding research methodologies and using data processing programs in this case Excel and SPSS and how interpret the output of the processed results. Based on this background, a training on research methodology and data analysis using Excel and SPSS was held on Saturday, March 31, 2021 at 13.30 – 16.30. This activity is carried out online using Google Meet virtual media. The material presented includes univariate, bivariate, multivariate, and path analysis. One part of multivariate analysis is multiple regression. After the training was given, the thesis supervisors and students who wrote the thesis at STIE TRIBHAKTI benefited from increasing knowledge and understanding of research methodology and becoming more skilled in using Microsoft Excel and SPSS data processing applications, so that this can be a motivation that moves lecturers and students to do research well.

The Influence of Online Reviews, Trust, and Risk Perception on Repurchase Intention on Online Shopping Sites

In this technological era, people look for faster, easier, and cheaper information. Consumers will choose online sales media to find information and carry out transactions. The required information is easily accessible and readily available for consumers to obtain. One of the possible sources of such an information can be obtained from online review media or internet sites in online shopping stores. Therefore, this research aimed to reveal the relationship between online reviews and purchase intention, as well as to evaluate the trust and risk perception variables that mediate the relationship between these two variables. This study focused on individuals between the ages of 18 and 50 who frequently use online shopping platforms like Shopee and Tokopedia. A sample size of 335 individuals was chosen through convenience sampling for this study. Data was primarily collected through a questionnaire. Next, the obtained data was analysed using the SEM approach and with the help of the AMOS—24 data processing program. The research results showed trust's important role in mediating the influence of online reviews on repurchase intention. Meanwhile, the relationship between variables involving perceived risk cannot increase the occurrence of repurchase intention. Therefore, online shopping sites still need to increase efforts to strengthen customer incentives in order to provide good online reviews and foster the trust; online shopping sites also need to increase guarantees of the low risk of errors perceived by customers.

The increasingly rapid development of computer technology provides convenience for humans in carrying out life activities, this has resulted in the use of computers being an alternative taken by various agencies because it is considered to provide more advantages than disadvantages. Computers are tools to improve performance in various fields. In solving data processing problems at the KSU " DANA MANDIRI " Cooperative, based on the survey carried out, the author tried to change the manual or conventional data processing program into a computer-based data processing program, namely by using the Visual Foxpro 9.0 program. This change aims to provide comfort for operators in carrying out their work. With old programs, conventionally inputting data still takes a long time and when searching for data you still have to look for codes one by one because it cannot be done automatically. With these problems the author tries to formulate the problem, namely "How to make a data processing program to save borrow at KSU " DANA MANDIRI " using the Visual Foxpro 9.0 programming language. The savings and loan data processing process can be accessed quickly and precisely and provides a more attractive appearance. In the article, using computer modeling, an analysis of the operation of distance protection of backup transformers is carried out, providing alternative power supply for the own needs of a nuclear power plant through a backup busbar when disconnected from the power system. During the transition from the main network to the backup network, there is a short period of power off to the sections. At the same time, the powerful motor loads of the sections that have received power begin to operate in the freewheel braking mode. Then the reserve is automatically switched on, which can occur at a more or less favorable moment. At an unfavorable moment, self-starting may be electrically more severe than a short circuit on the busbar. When combining a new network from a backup auxiliary transformer and an autonomous circuit of running machines, transient processes of electromagnetic interaction between machines switching to generator mode and the new network arise. There are some optimal favorable moments for merging networks when it is advisable to carry out self-starting. Due to the complexity of the mathematical description with a high order system of equations and a large number of interaction objects, it is advisable to study these processes using computer modeling. A practical question, which is answered by the calculations and computer modeling, concerns the value of the distance protection setting for the backup transformer for auxiliary needs. Using the developed structural simulation model in MatLab, a series of experiments was carried out on the run-down and self-starting of auxiliary sections with their given composition and load. The range of self-start time corresponded to the operation of automatic switching on of the reserve sections by distance protection. Calculations and modeling show that the adopted setting can be adjusted, ensuring protection of a larger length of the busbar with possible options for connecting auxiliary sections to it. The model is supplemented with an add-on in the form of an external program for detailed processing and visualization of data obtained from oscilloscopes of the MatLab structural model.
