Counselors are an indispensable element in the work of college students. Shortcomings and Improvement Suggestions of China’s Statistical Management System under the New Situation

<p>According to some researches, in the daily management work, statistical management work, as one of the important basic tasks, is conducive to helping relevant departments to effectively understand and grasp the real level of people’s daily life, and has important guiding significance for the development and implementation of related work. In recent years, driven by economic development, great changes have taken place in informatization level and interest pattern. Application of Face Recognition Technological Access Control System in College Apartment Management

Research on Intelligent Fault Diagnosis and Early Warning Technology of Gateway Electrical Energy Metering Device

As the most important daily management work in power application, electrical energy metering is carried out throughout the whole process of power production, transmission and use. Ensuring the accurate and reliable operation of electric energy measurement is the key to establish a fair, just and orderly electric power marketing market. At present, there are many problems in the inspection process of electric power measurement device, which include large workload, long verification time, sampling accuracy and algorithm performance constraints. In this paper, the remote on-line diagnosis of electrical energy metering decice is studied. Based on a large amount of sampling datas of power measurement, voltage and current, it introduces the parallel computing in data mining. Based on support vector machine, data and task parallelization fault diagnosis modelsare established,the online real-time monitoring and failure warning for electric power measurement device is realized, which contains abnormal characteristics and fault state. The visualization method is used to upload the device failure pictures in time and the diversified fault early warning technology is adopted, in order that the staff can timely analyze the electrical energy metering device in the fault or abnormal condition. In this way, the remote state monitoring and operation management level of the electrical energy metering device are improved.

Playing Chemical Plant Environmental Protection Games with Historical Monitoring Data.

The chemical industry is very important for the world economy and this industrial sector represents a substantial income source for developing countries. However, existing regulations on controlling atmospheric pollutants, and the enforcement of these regulations, often are insufficient in such countries. As a result, the deterioration of surrounding ecosystems and a quality decrease of the atmospheric environment can be observed. Previous works in this domain fail to generate executable and pragmatic solutions for inspection agencies due to practical challenges. In addressing these challenges, we introduce a so-called Chemical Plant Environment Protection Game (CPEP) to generate reasonable schedules of high-accuracy air quality monitoring stations (i.e., daily management plans) for inspection agencies. First, so-called Stackelberg Security Games (SSGs) in conjunction with source estimation methods are applied into this research. Second, high-accuracy air quality monitoring stations as well as gas sensor modules are modeled in the CPEP game. Third, simplified data analysis on the regularly discharging of chemical plants is utilized to construct the CPEP game. Finally, an illustrative case study is used to investigate the effectiveness of the CPEP game, and a realistic case study is conducted to illustrate how the models and algorithms being proposed in this paper, work in daily practice. Results show that playing a CPEP game can reduce operational costs of high-accuracy air quality monitoring stations. Moreover, evidence suggests that playing the game leads to more compliance from the chemical plants towards the inspection agencies. Therefore, the CPEP game is able to assist the environmental protection authorities in daily management work and reduce the potential risks of gaseous pollutants dispersion incidents.

Study on the Establishment of Land Information Management System

Along with the “digital Land” was put forward and the extensive application of the network technology, it brings profound influence to land information production and daily management work. This paper expounds a number of key technical problems and solutions in the establishment of land information management system with workflow, including system structure, history data management, GIS and OA integration and workflow issues. Combined with the characteristics of land information management system, this paper uses the component development method to realize land information management system with the integration of GIS and OA.

Concepção Político-Pedagógica do Curso de Especialização em Gestão de Sistemas e Serviços de Saúde do NESC/UFPB

Objective: To demonstrate by experience a teaching and learning problem-solving process that can contribute to the transformation of the reality of management workers and, consequently, of the set of actions and health services. Methods: The methodology used is of critical nature and reports an experience of training in the post-graduation course of the Center for Studies in Public Health (NESC / UFPB). The audience is public health management professionals working in municipal and state units of Paraiba province. The work was developed taking into account the reality of each student and through listening, study and debate movements, one sought to reframe the practices and / or incorporate new practices into the network routine. Results: The results point to the daily management work as a fundamental way for learning, once it allows the confrontation between theory and practice, helping managers to understand themselves as subjects within a pedagogical, political, ideological and technical process of disputing projects that affect everyone, individually and collectively. Conclusion: The dialogical training for collective learning from managers’ reality, impacts the work process in the Brazilian Health System. DESCRIPTOS: Health management. Education. Policy.

Research on the Urban Land Use Status and Potential Evaluation Information System Solution Based on OSGI Plug-in - A Case Study of Zhaoyuan, Shandong Province

Along with the rapid development of urbanization since 90s of the 20th century, the contradiction between land and people is more and more serious. At the same time, urban land extensive inefficient utilization phenomenon is very outstanding,so it is very importment for us to realize the urban land use status and potential evaluation. The urban land use status and potential evaluation information system is necessary. We use GIS to land daily management work . We can not only save the hole graphical data ,attribute data and text data through computers, but also can reduce the mistakes and improve work efficiency. Meanwhile, this system use OSGI plugins and optimum building block ,so we can update the work methods easily through the combination of different function plugins in order to deal with different land management work conveniently and then save a lot of time.On the other hand,we can provide data sharing service for the other land management departments. This paper takes Zhaoyuan in Shandong province for the exapmple to design the solution. The solutions offers the references to intensive land use evaluation system of the urban land .

The Importance of Students’ Self-help Organization to University Students Psychological Quality Education---Based on the Survey of 50 Universities

Objective: In order to understand the development psychological society in college and put forward the corresponding countermeasures of education, according to the research on the fifty universities' student-self-help psychological societies and the basic attitude of 100 undergraduates to the societies Methods: Through the investigation and interview to fifty universities and 100 undergraduates with questionnaire to analyze the results by the SPSS16.0 statistics software. Results: With the lack of students, 64 percent of community staff cannot satisfy the needs of campus students; the disproportion between the association scale and the large students of university; it is difficult to carry out lack professional psychological counseling work, in the daily management work, only 14% of the societies have perfect rules and regulations, and lack of regulations made societies management confusion, lack of continuity. Conclusion: School of university students' psychological societies should give more support and strengthen the instructor of the building, on the psychological societies not only in professional knowledge, activity funds to give support, more should help communities to establish and perfect rules and talent training mechanism, which enables the psychological societies long, persistent in ideological and political education work plays a more important role.
