We present an unusual case of diffuse venous malformation involving the left side of the body in a 15-year-old male patient who was referred to us for evaluation of a vascular cutaneous malformation. A whole-body, Tc-99m-labeled, RBC scan showed prominent uptake within the left side of the body, involving the left upper and lower limbs as well as the anterior and posterior chest fields, with a sharp delineation in the midline of the trunk (Figure).
