A study on the Development of Biopharmaceutical Companies Based on the Context of Big Data

Based on the requirements of the computer technology background in the new era, this paper takes Chinese biopharmaceutical enterprises as the research object, outlines the general characteristics of innovation in Chinese biopharmaceutical enterprises, and analyses the current situation of innovation development in biopharmaceutical enterprises from four aspects: policy, economy, society and technology, followed by an analysis of the current problems faced by innovation in Chinese biopharmaceutical enterprises and the reasons for their generation. Based on literature research, theoretical studies and analysis of the causes of the current innovation problems of Chinese biopharmaceutical enterprises, the factors affecting the innovation performance of Chinese biopharmaceutical enterprises are summarised. Research on public satisfaction of government typhoon emergency management under artificial intelligence: An empirical analysis based on Xuwen County

<abstract> <p>Typhoon natural disasters belong to one of the four major categories of public safety events. Typhoons have stochastic uncertainty and dynamic complexity, and frequent typhoons often cause heavy casualties and property losses in China's coastal areas, seriously affecting economic development and social stability. With the rapid development of artificial intelligence (AI) technology, intelligent disaster prevention and mitigation will become the trend of future development and a hot spot for research. Based on reviewing the current situation and trend of development, this study compares and analyzes the public satisfaction of communities using traditional technology methods and AI technology applications in typhoon disaster emergency management by constructing a public satisfaction model through the literature review, taking Xuwen County, China, as an example. The study shows that AI technology has an important role in the 3 main aspects of early identification, risk assessment, risk prevention and control, and provides a new technical approach to typhoon disaster emergency management. Finally, we propose the construction scheme of the typhoon emergency management system based on AI.</p> </abstract>

ABSTRACT Introduction The continuous development of basketball provides greater demands on its players. The traditional method of practical education hardly adapts to the current situation of rapid development, requiring updated teaching strategies. Objective Explore the teaching method concerning the posture taught in basketball based on sports training and skills. Methods Under a particular protocol, the outstanding sports skills of each athlete were analyzed kinematically with a marker ball, deficiencies in their sports skills were checked and corrected, and new tests were performed from the corrections. After the training, the kinematic data of the motor skills were obtained again. The before and after data were compared, analyzed, and discussed. A group of experts discussed a scientific training scheme dedicated to each practitioner’s sports skills. Results Using the kinematic movement analysis model, we can find in detail the athletes’ deficiencies in the sport process and adjust them, optimizing the outstanding aspects of each player. Conclusion The use of the mechanical model to analyze basketball sports skills and movements can complement scientific teaching programs for athletes, and further studies are recommended for its popularization. This article has analysed the important role of human resources in the conference and exhibition industry in Dalian, and the current situation of talent development in the conference and exhibition industry in Dalian through literature research, investigation and analysis, and then points out that the existence of problems such as vague target positioning of talent demand in the exhibition industry in Dalian, unreasonable talent cultivation structure, imperfect education system and supporting facilities, and the disconnection of talent cultivation direction from regional economy have affected the development of regional economy in Dalian. Based on this situation, the optimization countermeasures for the innovative development of talents in Dalian’s conference and exhibition industry are proposed.

The implementation of foreign economic activity at the current stage of human development is an integral factor of qualitative and effective economic growth of any country. Modern world realities with the constant growth of global tensions lead to the closure of some product supply channels, which forces us to look for alternative ways and ways to purchase the necessary products. In this regard, there are several possible options for obtaining such goods, some of which are the search for foreign contractors for the supply of sanctioned products through third countries, the search for new partners or the development of their own production within their own country. Each of them has its own positive and negative features, but with the combined use of all three, we can achieve maximum results. So, if at the moment the necessary products cannot be produced due to a lack of technological base, it is necessary to use foreign analogies. However, at the same time, we should strive to establish our own production of domestic products within the framework of the import substitution program, which will avoid dependence on foreign countries. The release of new products will not only replace foreign products, but also create new high-tech jobs, increase the inflow of investments through the opening of new production facilities, as well as bring the quality of domestic products to a radically new level through state support of key and most vulnerable industries. The conducted research was carried out in order to study the process of import substitution with a regional bias. In addition, the current situation, results and directions of import substitution development are analyzed on the example of the Saratov region. Statistical data confirming the importance of import substitution for the stable functioning of the state are presented and analyzed. It is concluded that the correct alignment of priorities for the development of the region will make the region one of the main centers for import substitution of certain types of products, where we are able to successfully compete with foreign products.

Study of Virtual Land Measurement and Influencing Factors of Cotton Trade in China

Based on China’s current cotton industry development situation, cotton trade scale and cotton trading partner countries, the researchers measure and analyze the total import and export volume of cotton on the virtual land between 1980 and 2021, calculate the virtual land content of cotton imported and exported to China from these countries based on their respective cotton yield per area, analyze the reasons for the net import of virtual land in China’s cotton trade and use Multiple Linear Regression on Stata to discuss the factors that influence the net import of virtual land in China’s cotton trade. The research results find out that China is the net importer of virtual land in the cotton trade and the trade is highly geographically concentrated. Domestic supply meeting demand tends to be the cotton consumption trend, and the net import of cotton virtual land is affected by both external and internal factors. Finally, the researchers suggest that China should promote the diversity of cotton import in the context of securing cotton import, raise global cotton trade efficiency through establishing standardized cotton tariffs, accelerate multilateral free trade, build premium global cotton value chain, establish friendly international relations, actively implement the cotton “go global” strategy and stimulate domestic market liberalization.

Rural tourism in the Akmola region of Kazakhstan: role in the development of rural areas

The goal – is to study the current situation in development of rural tourism in the Akmola region of Kazakhstan. Methods – review of the works of foreign and domestic scientists, comparisons, generalizations, SWOT analysis. To select the most effective business models of tourism business in the region, the TOPSIS method was used, based on questionnaire and expert assessment. Results – based on international and Kazakhstani practice regarding the concept of tourism industry, the author's definition of this category is given. The potential of agritourism is highlighted and its role in modernization of agricultural sector of the region is shown, resource opportunities of rural settlements included in its administrative territories, as well as for the spread of other types of tourism, are identified. To date, there are factors that hinder the increase in the volume of eco-tourism services in the republic: low living standards of the rural population, comfortable and high-quality conditions for tourists; limited external communications in rural areas, lack of necessary transport links, sites for leisure activities. To solve the problems of tourism sector, the State is taking a set of measures aimed at increasing the amount of funding, developing new programs, and creating effective mechanisms for public support. Ecotourism has significant reserves for support and growth of small and medium businesses. The authors note that in order to expand the scale of ecotourism, external investments are required, as well as the effective tax system and legal mechanism. Conclusions – as the experience of countries with a developed agritourism sector shows, tourism industry affects the systemic solution of a number of socio-economic issues: improving the welfare and income of rural residents, weakening internal migration processes, creating new jobs and ensuring investment activity.
