Observation of the clinical curative effect when adopt smoothing liver and invigorating spleen treatment to cure diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome

Objective To evaluate the clinical effects and safety when adopt smoothing liver and invigorating spleen treatment to cure diarrhea- predominant irritable bowel syndrome(D- IBS)characterized by liver stagnation with spleen deficiency. Methods 71 patients met the inclusion criteria of D- IBS were randomly divided into the treatment group(36 cases)and control group(35 cases), the treatment group used Shugan Jianpi therapy, traditional Chinese medicine Tongxieyao Fang and additive Shenlingbaishu Decoction; the control group taking Lactobacillus Complex Capsules treatment. Two groups of the time of taking medicine for 4 weeks.Observation and analysis of comprehensive effects and D- IBS symptom score before and after treatment. Results There was no statistical significance in the two groups before treatment, symptom total score difference, after the treatment group and the control group of symptom score were(4.83±3.30),(7.00±3.96), with a significant difference between the two groups(t= 2.51,P< 0.05); the total effective rate of treatment group was 91.67%, which was higher than 68.57% in the control group(χ2= 5.98,P< 0.05). Conclusion The adoption of the smoothing liver and invigorating spleen treatment characterized by the use of Tong Xie Yao Fang and additive Shen LingBaiZhu decoction to cure D- IBS patients with liver stagnation and spleen deficiency has a relatively satisfactory clinical curative effect. Curative effect observation of Depmas dual blood purification for severe acute organic phosphorus poisoning

Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of Depmas double blood purification system for acute severe organophosphorus pesticide poisoning.Methods Retrospectively study was carried out on 147 patients of acute severe organophosphorus pesticide poisoning.Patients were divided into four groups,the conventional treatment group treated with drug therapy,hemoperfusion group given HA230 hemoperfusion in addition to conventional treatment,plasma exchange combined with hemoperfusion group given HA230 hemoperfusion and plasma exchange therapy in addition to conventional treatment,and Depmas group treated with plasma separation by Baxter blood fiber and then given series HA230 and BS330 hemoperfusion treatment on the separated plasma in addition to conventional treatment.Survival rate,mean survival time of death patients,the concentration changes of cholinesterase and bilirubin in peripheral blood were observed.Results Compared to the conventional treatment group,survival rates of hemoperfusion group,hemoperfusion combined with plasma exchange group and Depmas group were higher,the mean survival time was longer,the cholinesterase concentration in peripheral blood was higher and the elevated bilirubin concentration was decreased with the differences statistically significant (P＜0.01).Compared to hemoperfusion group,the survival rates of hemoperfusion combined with plasma exchange group and Depmas group were higher,the mean survival time was longer,the cholinesterase concentration in peripheral blood were higher and the elevated bilirubin concentration was decreased with the differences statistically significant (P＜0.05).Besides,there were no significant differences between the survival rate,mean survival time,peripheral blood cholinesterase and bilirubin concentration of hemoperfusion combined with plasma exchange group and that of Depmas group (P＞0.05).Conclusions Depmas dual blood purification system has remarkable curative effect for the treatment of acute severe organophosphorus poisoning. Curative effect observation on uremic clearance granule combined with colon dialysis in the treatment of chronic renal failure

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of uremic clearance granule combined with colon dialysis in the treatment of chronic renal failure (CRF) at early and middle stages.Methods 76 cases of CRF in early and middle stage in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,two groups underwent 3 courses of treatment.38 cases of the control group,were given routine colon dialysis,38 cases in the treatment group,based on the conventional colon dialysis therapy,were added with uremic clearance granule retention enema.We observed and analyzed the patients of two groups before the first treatment and after the last treatment,detecting the blood urea nitrogen (BUN),serum creatinine (SCr),blood uric acid (UA).Results In the treatment group and the control group after treatment,the BUN,SCr,UA significantly decreased compared with those before treatment,the treatment group decreased significantly compared with that of the control group,showing a significant difference between two groups (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Uremic clearance granule combined with colon dialysis in the treatment of CRF patients has better clinical curative effect than the conventional colon dialysis,uremic clearance granule retention enema on CRF treated with colon dialysis has its advantages. Curative effect observation on 90 cases of acute angle closure glaucoma combined with cataract by phacoemulsification combined with goniosynechialysis

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of phacoemulsification combined with goniosynechialysis in treatment for acute angle closure glaucoma combined with cataract.Methods In our hospital 180 cases of acute angle closure glaucoma with cataract were divided into experimental group and control group,experimental group was treated by phacoemulsification combined with goniosynechialysis treatment,the control group used glaucoma combined with cataract surgery,two groups were observed before and after treatment in intraocular pressure,visual acuity,central anterior chamber depth and complications.Results After treatment,the intraocular pressure of experimental group patients (14.3 ± 2.7) mmHg was significantly lower than that of the control group (19.1 ± 3.4) mmHg,and the central anterior chamber depth (3.31 ± 0.15) mm was significantly higher than that in the control group (3.01 ± 0.11) mm,and the incidence of anterior chamber inflammation and ciliochoroidal detachment in experimental group patients was significantly lower than that in the control group patients,the difference was statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Phacoemulsification combined with goniosynechialysis for acute angle closure glaucoma with cataract has better clinical effect,can reduce the occurrence of complications. Curative effect observation on combination therapy of Sihuangshuimi and ultrared radiation in treating mechanical phlebitis

Objective To observe the clinical curative effects of combination therapy of Sihuangshuimi and ultrared radiation in treating peripherally inserted central catheter (PICC)-caused-phlebitis.Methods We collected 134 patients admitted in hematology department of our hospital from January 2012 to December 2013,PICC-caused-phlebitis had happened in 21 of the total 134 cases,and they were treated with traditional Chinese medicine Sihuangshuimi external application plus radiation therapy as a course of treatment,then the curative effect was observed.Result After a course of treatment,21 cases (76.19％) was effective without any other adverse reactions.Conclusion The combination therapy of Sihuangshuimi and ultrared radiation is effective to PICC-caused-phlebitis in hematological malignancy patients. Curative effect of Jiawei-Haiqi pill on senile osteoporosis

Objective To observe the curative effect of Jiawei-Haiqi pill on senile osteoporosis. Methods 124 patients in Shantou hospital of Traditional Chinese orthopedics were gathered from May 2010 to December 2012 in accordance with the criterion of diagnosis of senile osteoporosis. The 124 patients were divided into 2 groups randomly according to their case number. Sixty cases in the study group were treated with Jiawei-Haiqi pill, 6 gram per time once a day. Sixty-four cases in the control group were given 50 IU salmon calcitionin see calcimar via intramuscular injection once a day in the fist week, once every two days in the second week, and once every three days in the third week. Both groups were treated for 3 weeks with 3 months visit. After the end of treatment, symptom score, record the bone mineral density and biochemical markers of bone metabolism（serum alkaline phosphatase（ALP）, Fasting bone gla protein（BGP）, Urinary calcium（UCa） were observed in both groups. Results ①Comparison of curative effect of osteoporosis： After 3 weeks treatment, the total effective rate was 85.0%（51/60） in the study group and 79.7%（51/64） in the control group. There was no significant difference（P=0.776） between the two groups. ②Comparison of bone mineral density effect：the total effective rate was 40%in the study group and 39.1%in the control group.The difference between the two groups was not statistically significant（P=0.991）. ③Bone mineral density and symptom score changes bone mineral density in the two groups after 3 weeks and 3 months treatment [The study group respectively（0.69±0.08）g/cm2, （0.70±0.10）g/cm2, the control group respectively（0.69±0.0）g/cm2, （0.70± 0.13）g/cm2] increased than those in the same group before treatment[The study group （0.69±0.05）g/cm2, the control group （0.69±0.10）g/cm2], but there were no significant difference within group and between group comparisons（P〉0.05）;symptom score in the two groups after 3 weeks and 3 months treatment [The study group respectively（9.90±2.00）min,（8.50±1.70）min, the control group respectively （10.40±2.40）min,＆amp;nbsp;（9.00±1.90）min] reduced than those in the same group before treatment[The study group（16.10±2.00）min, the control group （16.20±1.80）min] （P〈0.05）, but there were no significant difference within group and between group comparisons（P〉0.05）. ④Biochemical markers of bone metabolism changes, after 3 weeks treatment, BGP in the study group（9.08±5.05）ρ/（μg·L）increased than that before treatment （5.10±3.50）ρ/（μg·L）（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Jiawei-Haiqi pill could effectively improve the clinical symptoms of aged patients with osteoporosis and elevate the levels of their BGP. Curative effect observation on self-designed Maxing-Chansu decoction in treating children cough or night cough

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of self designed Maxing-Chansu decoction in the treatment of infantile cough and night cough. Methods 100 dry cough and night cough patients were randomly divided into two groups, with 60 patients in a treatment group, 40 patients in a control group. The control group was treated with conventional treatment including anti infection, inhalation, and symptomatic treatment（with promethazine oral liquid as the positive control）. The treatment group was treated with Chinese medicine Maxing-Chansu decoction on the basis of the control group. The course of disease, cough and adverse reactions were observed in both groups. Results The total effective rate was 100%and 85%in the treatment group and the control group respectively, with statistical difference（χ2=15.2,P〈0.05）. The time of children’s anhelation remission, cough disappearance, lung rale disappearance in the treatment group was（2.5± 0.6）d,（4.1±0.8）d, and（4.2±0.7）d respectively, which were shorter than those（5.8±0.5）d,（8.8±0.9）d, （6.7±0.8）d, and P〈0.05 in the control group. The average hospitalization date of treating children with bronchitis, bronchopneumonia, and cough variant asthma was（4.3±0.4）d,（7.8±0.5）d, and（6.5±0.5）d, which were shorter than those（7.3±0.5）d,（10.8±0.7）d,（9.5±0.6）d in the control group, P〈0.05. Conclusion The traditional Chinese medicine Maxing-Chansu decoction in treating children cough and night cough was quick, reliable and with stable curative effect, which was worth further study and promotion. The curative effect observation of Danhong injection combined with atorvastatin calcium in the treatment of lacunar cerebral infarction of the elderly

Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of Danhong injection combined with atorvastatin calcium in the treatment of lacunar cerebral infarction of the elderly.. Methods 125 elderly patients with lacunar cerebral infarction were randomly recruited into two groups, a control group（n=60 cases） was treated with atorvastatin calcium on the basis of conventional symptomatic treatment, and an observation group （n=65 cases） was treated with Danhong injection combined with atorvastatin calcium on the basis of conventional symptomatic treatment, the courses of two groups were 14 d. The clinical curative effect, the degree of nerve function defect score, the changes of hemorheology of two groups before and after the treatment were compared. Results The total effective rate of the observation group（89.2%）was significantly higher than that of the control group（71.7%）（P〈0.05）. The degree of nerve function defect score（16.24±4.63）of observation group after treatment improved significantly better than that of control group（22.17±7.38）, P〈0.05, and the whole blood viscosity（high）, whole blood viscosity（low）, plasma viscosity and fibrinogen [（3.62±0.64）mPa·s,（8.07±2.45）mPa·s, （1.61±0.30）mPa·s, （2.76±0.28）g/L]decreased significantly than that of the control group[（4.73±0.85）mPa·s, （9.86±3.26）mPa·s, （2.05±0.33）mPa·s,（3.94±0.35）g/L], P〈0.05. Conclusion The treatment of Danhong injection combined with atorvastatin calcium for elderly lacunar cerebral infarction had a good therapeutic effect. Observation of curative effect of open reduction internal fixation combined with external fixation of intra-articular fractures of the distal radius

Objective To investigate the clinical effect internal fixation combined with external fixator incision in the treatment of intra-articular fractures of the distal radius.Methods 80 cases of intra-articular distal radius fracture patients underwent cut internal fixation combined with external fixator in the treatment of orthopedic were chosen,postoperative rehabilitation exercises,fracture healing after the removal of the external fixator.All patients were followed up for 8 months to 12 months,an average of 9.2 months.Results 80 patients were intraarticular fractures healed,the time required was 4 to 10 months,an average of 6.3 months.In accordance with the assessment of functional systems Dienst wrist,51 cases wrist function were excellent,21 cases were good,the good rate was 90％ (72/80).There were no clinical fractures common complication after surgery.Conclusion Open internal fixation combined with external fixator treatment of intra-articular fractures of the distal radius fractures not only makes reduction of fracture and immobilization satisfaction,but also conducive to the wrist of early postoperative functional rehabilitation exercise. Clinical curative effect and comparative observation in the Duckett operation between glans tunnel and longitudinal cutting glans to form urethral opening

Objective To explore clinical curative effect and compare observations of the Duckett operation between glans tunnel and longitudinal cutting glans to form urethral opening. Methods Retrospective study from 2011 to 2013 in Wuhan Children's Hospital, of 86 cases of hypospadias in children undergoing surgery to form urethra, with surgical procedures adopting Duckett surgical method to form the urethra.Urethroplasty was performed through glans tunnel or longitudinal incision to form urethral opening, and postoperation results were compared according to the conditions of the children with distal urethral stricture, urethral fistula, urethral diverticulum, glans wound dehiscence and wound recovery. Results Eighty-six cases were followed up for 6 to 12 months, with satisfaction of the straight penis, without recurved residue, or glans necrosis.Among the 49 cases of big glans in cylindrical shape without obvious scap-hoid fossa, 26 cases of children underwent longitudinal incision to form urethra, in which urethral fistula occurred in 3 cases.There were 3 cases of urethral stricture, including 2 cases of distal urethral stricture.There were 1 case of urethral diverticulum and 2 cases of glans wound dehiscence.Twenty-three cases adopted the tunnel method with the occurrence of urethral fistula in 1 case and urethral stricture in another, which both occurred at the ventral penile coronal proximal end.Among the 37 cases with small glans in flat shape and deep scaphoid fossa, 21 cases adopted the tunnel method with the occurrence of urethral fistula in 3 cases.Five cases of urethral stricture occurred at the distal urethra, 2 cases of urethral diverticulum, and 1 case of distal urethral split.Sixteen cases underwent vertical cutting method with the occurrence of urethral fistula at penis coronal sulcus in 2 cases, 1 case of distal urethral stricture.Children who had similarity in penis head shape, size and coronal sulcus depth adopted separately longitudinal incision or tunnel method to form urethra and prognosis difference was of statistical significance (P<0.05). The children with similarity in penis head shape, size and coronal sulcus depth adopted the same method (longitudinal incision or tunnel method) and there was a significant statistical difference in prognosis (P<0.05). Conclusions Tunneling method is suitable for the children with big glans in cylindrical shape without obvious scaphoid fossa; while longitudinal incision method is suitable for the children whose penis are small and flat with deep scaphoid fossa. 目的 观察布地奈德粉吸入治疗尘肺病的效果.方法 将尘肺患者76例随机分成2组,对照组38例,常规给予抗纤维化、止咳、化痰等治疗;观察组38例,在常规治疗的基础上,予布地奈德吸入200 μg,2次/d,连续用药6个月.观察治疗前后的临床症状和肺功能变化,进行疗效判定.结果 对照组总有效率65.79％,观察组总有效率94.74％,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).治疗后观察组用力肺活量(FVC)、第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV10)及FEV1.0/FVC均明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 布地奈德吸入治疗尘肺病对改善症状及同期肺功能有肯定疗效。

Changes and curative effect of serum cell cytokine of burning mouth syndrome(BMS) patients before and after medical treatment

Objective To discuss changes and curative effect of serum interleukin-2 and 6 and tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) of burning mouth syndrome (BMS) patients before and after medical treatment.Methods 50 cases of BMS patients were selected as case group,and who were given Clonazepam tablets (2mg) and Fluoxetine capsules (20 mg) one time daily for 4 weeks.Observe and compare the changes of serum IL-2 and 6,and TNF-αof patients in two groups before and after 4 weeks' medical treatment,and proceeded with the clinical curative effect observation.Moreover,30 cases of healthy subjects who just took the physical examination in medical examination center(MEC) at that moment was the control group.Results The serum IL-2 and IL-6,and TNF-αlevels of patients in case group before medical treatment was obviously higher than those in control group (t =4.31,2.97,3.84,all P ＜0.01).After 4 weeks' medical treatment,serum IL-2 and IL-6,and TNF-αlevels of patients had obviously declined than before (t =2.88,2.34,3.21,P ＜ 0.05 or P ＜ 0.01).After 4 weeks' medical treatment,there were 6 cured cases,14 cases with significant effect,and 24 cases with curative effect,and the total clinical efficiency reaches 88.0％ (44/50).Conclusion BMS patients have abnormal elevation of serum IL-2 and 6,and TNF-α,which may be the sensitive serological indicators of the early diagnosis of BMS.The changes of serum IL-2 and IL-6,and TNF-α levels may be the index of follow-up curative effect and prognosis observation. Observation of curative effect of oral particles medicine of spleen-strengthening and damp-removing concomitant with antiphlogistic and antipruritic lotion wet dressing in the treatment of eczema

Objective To observe the curative effect of oral particles medicine of spleenstrengthening and damp-removing concomitant with antiphlogistic and antipruritic lotion wet dressing in the treatment of eczema.Methods 90 cases of eczema were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,45 cases in each group.Treatment group was given the treatment of self-made spleen-strengthening and damp-removing particles medicine,one dose a day,infused with warm water twice a day in the morning and night,and combined with antiphlogistic and antipruritic lotion:20 g powder soaked with 2000 ml warm water for 20 min,after cooling to room temperature,5-6 layers of gauze dipped in the liquid for a moment,when the gauze didn' t drip wetted the affected area about 20 minutes,2-3 times a day.Control group was given the treatment of topical mupirocin ointment combined mometasone furoate cream.The treatment lasted for 30 days.Observed scores of pruritus,rash form,rash area and total score in two groups before and after the treatment,at the same time compared the clinical efficacy and adverse reactions occurred during the treatment.Results After treatment,scores of rash form and rash area in treatment group were lower than those in control group,with statistically significant differences (P ＜ 0.05 or P ＜ 0.01); pruritus score in treatment group was higher than that in control group,with statistically significant difference (P ＜ 0.05); there was no statisticallysignificant difference in total score between two groups (P ＞ 0.05).The total effective rate in treatment group was 86.7％,while that in control group was 77.7％,without statistically significant difference (u =-1.590,P ＞ 0.05).There were 3 cases of skin burning sensation and pigmentation in treatment group,8 cases in control group.Conclusions Oral particles medicine of spleen-strengthening and damp-removing concomitant with antiphlogistic and antipruritic lotion wet dressing in the treatment of eczema had the same overall effect as the treatment of topical mupirocin ointment combined with mometasone furoate cream,but the former was better in improving patients' rash form and area with fewer adverse reactions,which could be an alternative in the clinical treatment of eczema. Influence and curative effect of inhalation of formoterol/budesonide on matrix metalloproteinase of plasma-2 and 9 for asthmatic patients

Objective To discuss the influence and curative effect observation of inhalation of formoterol/budesonide on matrix metalloproteinase of plasma(MMP)-2 and 9 for asthmatic patients (AAPs).Methods According to the digital table,68 cases of AAPs in acute stage of attack were randomly divided into observation group and control group.The patients in two groups were given routine medical treatments like anti-infection,antispasmodic and relieving asthma,relieving coμgh and reducing sputum and etc.In addition,the patients in observation group were given the inhalation of formoterol/budesonide with 4.5μg/160μg,two times daily for 2 weeks.Except for formoterol/budesonide,the medical treatments given to patients in control group were the same with those in observation group.The changes of MMP-2 and 9 levels in blood serum before and after 2 weeks' medical treatment were observed and compared,and proceed with the curative and safety observation.Results After 2 weeks' medical treatment,the MMP-2 and 9 in blood serum both were declined sharply(t =2.87,2.97,2.21,2.31,P ＜ 0.01 or P ＜ 0.05),and the compared with control group,the decrease value(t =2.45,2.37,all P ＜ 0.05) was obviously higher.Meanwhile,the total clinical effective rate in observation group (94.12％) was obviously higher than that in control group (70.59％)(x2 =6.48,P ＜ 0.05) ; The numbers of untoward effect occurrence in the medical treatment period were 3 cases in control group and 5 cases in observation group,which both had light symptom and did not appeared serious untoward effects.The comparison result of untoward effect between two groups had no obvious statistical difference(x2 =0.14,P ＞ 0.05).Conclusion formoterol/budesonide has reliable medical treatment effect and high security to asthmatic,whose mechanism of action has effect on MMP-2 and 9 level adjustment,correction of degradation of extracellular matrix and dysequilibrium,and chronic airway inhibition and remodeling. Curative effect observation on fenestration discectomy for lumbar disc herniation with different pathological types

Objective To explore the effect of discectomy for different pathological typings of lumbar disc herniations.Methods 98 patients with lumbar disc herniations treated by discectomy were retrospectively analyzed.They were divided into four types by the nucleus pulposus shape and the size of fibrous rings breakage in the intraoperative findings,and to explore the effect of every type after 3 months.All results were analyzed statistically.Results Preoperative and postoperative JOA scores showed that backache,skelalgia,gait,daily activity limitation and the total scores were significantly different in all types (P ＜ 0.01).Except for type Ⅰ,backache and straight-leg raising test got significant differences in all types (P ＜ 0.01).Except for type Ⅳ,sensory,motility and bladder dysfunction were not significantly different in all types (P ＞0.05).Postoperative VAS scores of each type were significantly lower than preoperative VAS scores (P ＜ 0.01).The therapeutic effects were ranked by SC criterion such as type Ⅳ ＞type]Ⅱ ＞type Ⅲ ＞type Ⅰ.Conclusion After fenestration discectomy,backache,gait,skelalgia and the total scores of patients with lumbar disc herniation significantly improved,with good clinical effect.Prognosis was related to preoperative completeness of annulus fibrosus of intervertebral disc. Objective To explore the effect of traditional Chinese medicine direction inductive therapeutical instrument combined with golden bifid in the treatment of infantile diarrhea .Methods 188 infants aged from 1 month to 3 years who suffered from acute diarrhea were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group ,94 cases in each group .All the patients were treated with continued diet ,prevention and correct water and electrolyte bal-ance and other treatment ,the treatment group received traditional Chinese medicine direction inductive therapeutical instrument combined with oral golden bifid based on the above treatment .The time of temperature returned to normal , stop vomiting and diarrhea and stool frequency were recorded and analyzed .Results The time of symptoms disap-peared,obvious effective rate and total effective rate of the treatment group were better than those of the control group . Conclusion It is safe and effective to treat infantile diarrhea by traditional Chinese medicine direction inductive therapeutical instrument combined with golden bifid . Clinical curative effect observation of Juan-tong decoction hot compressing on Shoulder hand syndrome after stroke

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Juan-tong decoction hot compressing on Shoulder hand syndrome after stroke. Methods: Sixty selected cases were randomly divided into treatment group of 30 patients and control group of 30 patients．The cases in control group were treated with routine symptomatic treatment，and the ones in treatment group were treated with Juan-tong decoction hot compressing on the basis of above treatment．At last the curative effects were observed． Results: In treatment group 17 cases were recovered，10 cases effective，3 cases ineffective． The total effective rate was 90.00% . In control group 10 cases were recovered,12 cases effective，and 8 cases ineffective．The total effective rate was 73.33%.There was significant difference between the two groups. Conclusion: Juan-tong decoction hot compressing combined with routine symptomatic treatment has better effect on Shoulder hand syndrome after stroke compared to onlyroutine symptomatic treatment．
