User Flow Design Research for a Culinary Application Prototype to Improve Customer Satisfaction in Balikpapan

Balikpapan's economic growth is predicted to rise to 4.94% in 2022 from 4.56% in 2021. The Business Field for Providing Accommodation and Food and Drink has performed well, helping the city's economy. In Balikpapan, 23% of the creative economy is in the culinary sector. Culinary tourism is popular in the city, although finding gastronomic information, especially for foreigners, can be difficult. As a result, there is a need for a culinary application that can provide information about Balikpapan's different culinary delights. Prior to developing a culinary application, the initial step entails the creation of a user flow. This user flow aims to establish a development team for the purpose of creating culinary apps that align with user requirements and customer satisfaction. The process of developing a user flow encompasses multiple steps, including literature research, understanding context of use, specify user requirements, and design user flow solution. Several elements and processes that can be included in a culinary application have been identified through research conducted with 30 entrepreneurs and 30 food enthusiasts. Ratings, delivery services, promotions, menus, favorite menus, best seller menus, payment options, order services, training, reports, maps, and other features are available. By displaying the user flow and offering step-by-step instructions for users, this research serves as the first stage in constructing the culinary application. The user flow will aid in communication and demonstrating how the culinary application functions. The findings will also be used to develop a culinary application prototype that demonstrates the user interface and user experience.

The creative economy sector is one of the pillars of economic growth in Indonesia and creativity is the basis for economic development activities. Efforts to grow the economy after the COVID-19 pandemic are not easy and the adaptation efforts in the new normal era are to increase creativity for competitiveness. Bandung has many creative economy entrepreneurs, especially in the culinary sector and the contribution to local income is about 57%, its become the priority. sector. The favorite snacks of local people and tourists buy as a gift from Bandung is fried meatball chips. it's one of the top 10 gifts from Bandung. One of the micro business unit in the culinary sector that produces “modern” fried meatball chips is Hwaps.id. It has potential because the customer of this product is not only regional but it has been delivered several times outside Bandung and Java Island. The problem is packaging is very simple so it is less competitive due to the age of the product being less durable and lack of clear information on the label so there is a need for an innovative packaging strategy, and the ineffective use of social media because it is not managed properly so training is needed to optimize social media as a promotional tool.

The Resilience of Micro and Small-Scale Entrepreneurs

Entrepreneurs often face significant work challenges, such as financial issues, managing team members, external shocks, and rapidly changing business trends. Therefore, it is not surprising that resilience as a concept is needed by entrepreneurs in order to ensure the sustainability of their businesses. The purpose of this study is to describe the level of resilience among entrepreneurs, particularly in small and micro enterprises. A total of 143 entrepreneurs in the Jabodetabek area were part of the study, of which 83 were entrepreneurs in the culinary sector, and 60 were entrepreneurs in other sectors. Measuring Entrepreneurial Resilience uses an adapted Connor Davidson Resilience Scale (CD-RISC) version. Based on the analysis, the majority of those participating were found to exhibit moderate resilience. Higher levels of resilience were found among entrepreneurs with longer tenure. This study may have implications for further research and interventions that are effective in improving entrepreneurial resilience.

Pengaruh Kredit Usaha Rakyat (KUR) dan Pemanfaatan Teknologi Terhadap Produktivitas Serta Pendapatan UMKM Bidang Kuliner di Kota Denpasar

Until now, MSMEs engaged in the culinary sector in the Bali Province area, especially in Denpasar City, continue to face various factors that influence their competition. Therefore, it is important to understand the elements that affect the productivity and income of MSMEs in the culinary sector in the Denpasar City area. This study aims to 1) Analyze the influence of KUR and the use of technology on the productivity and income of MSMEs in the culinary sector 2) Analyze the indirect influence of KUR and the use of technology on income through productivity. The samples used were 99 units using accidental sampling techniques. This research uses path analysis techniques. The results of the study concluded that 1) KUR and the use of technology directly have a positive effect on the productivity of MSMEs in the culinary sector in Denpasar City. 2) KUR and productivity directly have a positive effect on the income of MSMEs in the culinary sector in Denpasar City and the use of technology directly does not have a positive effect on the income of MSMEs in the culinary sector in Denpasar City. 3) KUR and the use of technology indirectly have a significant effect on income through productivity in culinary MSMEs in Denpasar City.

Analysis of the Effectiveness of the Government's BPUM on Culinary Sector MSMEs in the Mass of the Covid-19 Virus Pandemic in Sawah Besar District, Central Jakarta

The economic chaos that has occurred in almost all parts of the world has an unstable global economic condition due to the Corona Virus. In the midst of the onslaught of the global economic crisis, small, medium and large businesses are all affected by the Corona Virus outbreak that has attacked the whole world. Since the Corona Virus attacked the entire world, many MSMEs have experienced many obstacles and obstacles, especially in terms of capital. The government is trying to solve this problem by launching a financing program for MSMEs and cooperatives, namely Assistance for Micro Businesses (BPUM). The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of Assistance for Micro Business Actors (BPUM) in increasing the income of MSMEs in Sawah Besar District, Central Jakarta. The data collection process was carried out by giving a number of questionnaires to several traders selling around the Sawah Besar District, totaling 10 respondents. This research approach uses quantitative descriptive methods. The results showed that the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic was that the MSME assistance program had a positive impact on MSME income in Sawah Besar District, Central Jakarta. So it is advisable for the government to continue to run the Assistance for Micro Businesses (BPUM) program to help MSME capital problems. Strategi Intensif Peningkatan Jumlah Konsumen untuk Mengembangkan Bisnis Food Court Koenyah

Growth of food court is not as fast as other types of culinary sectors, while the number of SMEs in Bandung are keep growing. Koenyah Food Court as concept food court needs to capture that opportunity. Koenyah Food Court is a concept food court that gathers food from well-known street vendors and new culinary venture around Bandung in etalage. Koenyah Food Court’s growth is insignificant after running for one year since July 2016. Koenyah Food Court’s tenants interviewing is done to determine the root cause. The questions were made based on the fish bone analysis. After analyzing the answers from tenants, mostly they chose low number of consumers to be the most urgent issue that makes this insignificant growth happen. Several marketing tools such as Marketing Mix (7Ps), STP Analysis, Porter’s Five Forces, Competitor Analysis and Consumer Analysis is needed to help researcher determined their SWOT. After analyzing using TOWS matrix, the best improvement for Koenyah Food Court are expanded target market to the nearby area by proposed new STP, grab the potential experienced tenant, explore affordable but effective marketing activities, pricing strategy to attract new target market, keep the affordable price, comfortable place and good service of Koenyah Food Court.

Do Economic Literacy and Digital Literacy among Business Actors registered in the Grab Application Contribute to Entrepreneurial Behavior?

This study aims to examine whether economic literacy and digital literacy among business people registered in the grab application contribute to entrepreneurial behavior. The type of approach used is a quantitative approach, the data source used is primary data with 97 respondents. The analysis method used is descriptive analysis and statistical analysis consisting of classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing, correlation analysis, coefficient of determination, validity test and reliability test. The results showed that there is a positive and significant relationship between economic literacy and digital literacy variables on entrepreneurial behavior. This means that economic literacy and digital literacy contribute to shaping entrepreneurial behavior in business actors registered in the Grab Application in Makassar City. These findings provide important implications for business actors in the culinary sector in Makassar city. In improving entrepreneurial behavior, they need to improve their understanding of economic concepts and make better use of digital technology. Participating in training and economic literacy programs can help business actors develop knowledge and skills relevant to the business world.

How Digital Payment And Social Media Marketing Affect Purchase Decisions Of Subang Culinary SME Customer, Indonesia

This research is an empirical study to see the relationship between the application of digital payment media and digital marketing for small and medium enterprises, especially in the culinary sector in the city of Subang. Why is this research being carried out in Subang, because there are not many small and medium entrepreneurs in the culinary sector in the city of Subang who have implemented digital payments and digital marketing in their businesses. The data in this research uses primary data obtained from 121 questionnaires to culinary business customers who make digital payments and search for information digitally before making a purchase. From the results of data processing, it is known that digital payments have a significant effect on purchasing decisions in small and medium businesses in the culinary sector with a T-count score of 6,357, and marketing using social media also has a significant effect with a T-count value of 6,609, and together digital payments and marketing social media has a significant effect with an F count of 114,804

Information Literacy and Entrepreneurial Behavior of Culinary Business Actors in Makassar City: Determinants of Small Business Performance

This study aims to analyze the determinants that affect the performance of small businesses in the culinary sector in Makassar City, with a focus on information literacy and entrepreneurial behavior. This study examines information literacy and entrepreneurial behavior both partially and simultaneously on small business performance. This research is a quantitative study with a population of 289 culinary businesses registered at the Makassar City Cooperative and SME Office. Data obtained through the distribution of questionnaires with a Likert scale. The analysis technique used is descriptive statistical analysis and inferential statistical analysis in the form of normality, linearity, hypothesis testing, partial significance test, simultaneous significance test, and coefficient of determination test. The results showed that partially and simultaneously the variables of information literacy and entrepreneurial behavior had a positive and significant effect on small business performance in culinary businesses in Makassar city. The results of the study clearly show that information literacy and entrepreneurial behavior are determinant factors of small business performance of culinary business actors in Makassar city.

This study aims to analyze the effect of Knowledge, Abilities, and Skills on the Business Performance of Culinary Entrepreneurs in Pekanbaru City. The data analysis method used is quantitative. Sources of data using primary and secondary in the form of questionnaires and interviews. The population in this study are culinary business actors in the city of Pekanbaru. For the population and sample because the total population is not known with certainty, then a total sample of 97 people. The results of the study indicate that there is a simultaneous significant influence between Knowledge, Abilities, and Skills on the Business Performance of Culinary Entrepreneurs in Pekanbaru City. Partially also found that knowledge has a significant effect on business performance, ability has a significant effect on business performance, skills have a significant effect on business performance.

Analysis of MSME Strategies That Survived the Covid-19 Pandemic (Case Study of MSME in the Culinary Sector, Baturaja Timur District, Oku Regen-cy)

This research aimed to analyse the strategy of MSME in culinary sector, east Baturaja District Oku Regency. The data in this research were obtained by conducting interviews, observations and literature studies. The population in this research were all MSME in the culinary sector, east Baturaja District Oku Regency, which consisted of 60 MSME. This research used a descriptive qualitative analysis technique. Based on the IFAS matrix on the SWOT Analysis, the strengths and weaknesses showed a total score of 2.64. this indicates that MSME were in a such a strong internal position. Furthermore, in the EFAS matrix showed that the opportunity and threat factors have a total score 2.99. this indicated that MSME could respond the existing opportunities in extraordinary ways and avoid threats in their industrial markets.

Therefore, a study was conducted to analyze the determinants of business performance based on market-orientation, entrepreneurial orientation, and entrepreneurial competence. The population is micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in the culinary sector in West Karawang with a sampling technique based on purposive sampling with the criteria of Karawang culinary or Sundanese cuisine. The analysis technique uses a quantitative approach with data collection techniques using questionnaires. 113 respondents were filling out the questionnaire. The results of the structural regression test identify that the influence of market orientation and entrepreneurial orientation is not significant, while entrepreneurial competence has a significant effect at the 5% on business performance. The results show third variable has significant positive effect on the business performance of the culinary sector UMKM in West Karawang. Therefore, local government needs to foster local economic growth while preserving traditional Sundanese recipes to maintain the sustainability of culinary treasures in the future.

PENGARUH INSTAGRAM MARKETING DENGAN MODEL AIDA TERHADAP KEPUTUSAN PEMBELIAN DI RESTORAN DAIJI RAAMEN BOGOR

The culinary sector is a contributor to the contribution of fairly large gross domestic product (GDP) in Indonesia with a growth of 37.77% in the 1st quarter of 2022. Small and Medium Industries (IKM) have become tourism potential in Indonesia. In Bogor City, Daiji Raamen is one of the culinary sectors in the form of a typical Japanese restaurant that has survived for 12 years. Daiji Raamen does marketing through Instagram marketing but has not been optimal due to the lack of response from followers. Model Attention, Interest, Desire, and Action (AIDA) is a model used to examine the response to a marketing effort. This study aims to analyze the influence of AIDA variables, the magnitude of the contribution of AIDA variables, and the form of AIDA variable regression equations on purchasing decisions in Daiji Raamen Bogor. The methods carried out include multiple linear regression analysis methods, simultaneous tests, and partial tests. The independent variables studied are attention, interest, desire, and action variables. The dependent variable under study is the purchase decision. The results showed that the independent variable had a significant effect on the dependent variable, with the F-test value (135.028) greater than the F-table (2.466), and the probability of significance was 0.000. The Attentation, Desire and Action variable significantly affects the partially bound variable, while the interest variable has no partially significant effect. The contribution of the AIDA variable in explaining the purchasing decision variable is 85%. The difference in multiple linear regression in this study was Y=4.238+(0.328)X1+(-0.418)X2+(0.367)X3+(0.702)X4

Analisis Dampak Pendapatan, Lama Usaha, Usia Terhadap Literasi Keuangan Pelaku UMKM

This study aims to determine the effect of income, length of business, and age on the financial literacy of MSME actors in the culinary sector. This type of research uses a quantitative research approach. The objects in this study are the MSME actors in the culinary sector in the Masamba sub-district, North Luwu Regency. The sample in this study was determined based on the minimum sample size, which is 10 times the number of measurement items used in the study. The analytical method used is linear regression analysis. The results of the study show that income has a significant impact on the financial literacy of MSME actors in the culinary sector. This shows that the higher the income generated, the higher the level of financial literacy. Meanwhile, based on age and length of business, there are insignificant differences in the financial literacy of MSMEs in the culinary sector.

THE ECONOMIC RECOVERY OF CULINARY TRADERS IN PADANG CITY, WEST SUMATRA PROVINCE BASED ON THE SURVIVAL ANALYSIS METHOD

Background. The COVID-19 pandemic has had an impact on the economy, including small businesses engaged in the culinary sector as a result of the social restriction policy. Many small businesses experienced a decline in production and were even forced to go out of business..Purpose. This study aims to analyze how assistance from the government and family affects the economic recovery of culinary traders in Padang City, West Sumatra Province during the COVID-19 pandemic.Method. This study uses a quantitative approach.The analysis of the research data uses the survival analysis method, which is a form of research that seeks to obtain information on the development of a particular object within a certain time..Results. The results of the study prove that government assistance and family assistance have a positive and significant impact on the economic recovery of culinary traders in Padang City, West Sumatra Province during the COVID-19 pandemic. Thus, the higher government assistance and family assistance, the faster the economic recovery of culinary traders in Padang City during the COVID-19 pandemic. On the other hand, if government assistance and family assistance are not available, the economic recovery of culinary traders in Padang City during the COVID-19 pandemic will take longer.Conclusion. Based on survival analysis, it shows that the higher the government assistance, the faster the economic recovery for culinary traders in Padang City, West Sumatra Province. Vice versa. If government assistance is low, the economic recovery of traders will take longer.
