Research on risk precaution of intellectual property infringement in cross-border e-commerce

Cross-border e-commerce is one of the innovative applications of Internet technology in the field of foreign trade. In recent years, China's cross-border e-commerce business has developed rapidly, but it is also faced with the challenge of intellectual property infringement risk. This paper takes the intellectual property rights in China's cross-border e-commerce as the research object, analyzes the current situation and main types of intellectual property infringement risks, and sums up the reasons why China's International online trade enterprises frequently encounter intellectual property risks from the perspective of infringement. For example, the relevant laws and regulations, the supervision mechanism of export products need to be improved and perfected, and there are differences in the determination of intellectual property infringement liability in different countries. Based on this, this paper intends to put forward relevant improvement paths from the aspects of perfecting relevant laws and norms, strengthening the legal supervision of intellectual property rights, clarifying the imputation principle applicable to tort liability and increasing the intensity of compensation for intellectual property infringement damages, in order to promote the vigorous development of China's foreign trade industry.

Cross-border E-commerce Business Data Processing in the Background of Digital Economy

Abstract This paper analyzes the cross-border e-commerce industry chain, and explores its customer value and impact on marketing strategy through data mining techniques.The whole process data mining methodology of data cleaning, integration, selection, transformation, mining, pattern evaluation and knowledge representation is adopted to deal with the cross-border e-commerce data.This paper focuses on the analysis of the customer value, the construction of the user profile, and the user behavioral patterns based on RFM model.The results show that the customer value is mainly determined by the customer life cycle and the purchase rate. The results show that the customer life cycle and purchase rate mainly determines the customer value of cross-border e-commerce.In the construction of user profiles, the characteristics and behavioral patterns of different users can be effectively identified through data standardization and the construction of user attribute models.The RFM model reveals the different levels of the user’s activity level, consumption ability and consumption value, which provides the basis for formulating differentiated marketing strategies.The data show that among the 4,130 user samples, the user behaviors and behavioral patterns were identified through clustering and knowledge representation. In the sample of 4130 users, cluster analysis shows that most of the users (72.64%) are ordinary customers. In contrast, the proportion of high-value customers (VIP customers) is only 0.24%, which suggests that cross-border e-commerce platforms need to formulate corresponding service and marketing strategies for different user groups to improve customer satisfaction and purchase conversion rate. At the same time, the cross-border e-commerce industry is experiencing changes such as platform fission, marketing innovation, and sinking of service targets, which poses new challenges and opportunities for e-commerce platforms’ operation and management.

INTERNATIONAL MARKETING STRATEGIES OF SMES IN THE DIGITAL AGE: ENTRY APPROACHES AND CHALLENGES

The objectives of this study included: understanding cross-border e-commerce business models and operations of SMEs, and analyzing entry strategies suitable for small- and medium-sized suppliers targeting ASEAN cross-border e-commerce. Through analysis of multiple case studies and secondary data, this study provides reference to SMEs looking to penetrate the ASEAN e-commerce market, thereby enhancing the innovative energy and scale of SMEs and the cross-border e-commerce service industry. The findings indicate that three strategies adopted by the case SMEs for cross-border e-commerce in the ASEAN market were: seeking third-party operators to perform marketing work, collaborating with overseas platforms, and building their own online platforms. Research results also found that when SMEs engage in cross-border e-commerce, their products, brands, and channels form the golden triangle of cross-border e-commerce and influence one another.

Exploring the cross-border e-commerce of agricultural exports and its logistics supply chain innovation and development strategy under digital technology

Abstract This paper constructs a cross-border e-commerce supply chain information synergy platform for agricultural products, which screens and processes data of relevant business information and finally outputs information that helps cross-border e-commerce business of agricultural products. Through in-depth analysis of the structural characteristics of cross-border e-commerce maritime and air transport international logistics network under the mode of overseas warehouse, we first describe this type of problem and the basic assumptions of the model, set the model parameters, take a set of optimal solutions of Pareto, and model the cross-border e-commerce logistics network under the mode of overseas warehouse under the mode of maritime and air transport, respectively. According to different objectives, the multi-objective model of the international logistics network of cross-border e-commerce sea transportation mode and the multi-objective model of the international logistics network of cross-border e-commerce air transportation mode are established, respectively. After the optimization of the logistics supply chain, the turnover days of accounts receivable are 20 days faster than in the past, which is still 5 days less than the specified target value. The inventory stock days have been decreased from 150 days to 110 days. In other aspects, although there is still a small gap between the actual situation and the target value, most of the score values are close to the established value, and there is a significant improvement compared with the original operational value after improvement through the method of this paper cross-border e-commerce enterprises’ procurement cycle time and order fulfillment cycle time are reduced by 10 days compared with the past and reach the target values.

Analysis of Strategies for the Development of Cross Border E-commerce, Taking Amazon as an Example

Business platforms have now become an indispensable tool in people's lives. Amazon, a household name in e-commerce, has achieved success in markets all over the world, except in China. This paper finds that the main reasons for Amazon China's failure are the intense competition from local e-commerce giants and the cultural and consumer behavioural differences between Chinese and foreign consumers. For Amazon China, Alibaba, Pinduoduo are very challenging competitors. The cultural differences between Chinese and foreign consumers are reflected in the fact that Chinese consumers find it difficult to accept the e-commerce platform's fee-based and slow delivery service, and are unable to use Alipay and WeChat as payment tools. Moreover, the user pages of the Amazon shopping software do not match the aesthetics of Chinese consumers. In addition, the paper makes recommendations on how cross-border e-commerce business in China can be improved and adapted to the Chinese market to address these factors.

This article will start with the definition of the origin of third-party payment, analyze how third-party mobile payment evolved from barter exchange to the use of currency and finally formed the current mobile payment method; and then analyze the mobile payment industry. Profit model, how the mobile payment industry develops at home and abroad, and finally use the SWOT model to analyze Alipay's strengths and weaknesses, combined with the company's opportunity and threat analysis, to comprehensively analyze Alipay's current position. Finally, it was concluded that Alipay should shift its focus from target markets to B2B cross-border payment business and establish a risk prevention system in cross-border e-commerce business.

Influencing Factors of Cross-border E-commerce Consumer Purchase Intention in Hanoi

The study was conducted to determine factors in product reliability that could influence cross-border e-commerce consumer purchase intention in Hanoi, approached by the level of trust with a view to improving the efficiency of these vendors. The article builds a research model based on an empirical one for purchase intention on foreign websites, surveying consumers living and working in Hanoi. Data is processed by Smart PLS 4.0 software. Research results show that cross-the border online shopping intention of consumers in, Hanoi is influenced by the level trust of the vendors. A few solutions are recommended including improving platform design, platform policy, vendor reputation, and building an effective cross-border e-commerce business model. The findings of this study will provide useful insights into cross-border online shopping and a good resource for those interested in the topic.

In recent years, with the continuous expansion of the scale of cross-border e-commerce industry, China's cross-border e-commerce has entered a stage of rapid development. Due to the higher cost of offline operation and the repeated COVID-19 outbreak, more and more traditional foreign trade enterprises have begun to transform into cross-border e-commerce. As one of the earliest cross-border e-commerce platforms in China, Alibaba.com has become the first choice for foreign trade enterprises to develop cross-border e-commerce business. Therefore, the marketing strategies used by merchants of Alibaba.com in cross-border e-commerce business are very useful for practitioners of other platforms or new merchants. This paper will observe the four aspects of visual marketing, product marketing, advertising marketing and independent marketing of Alibaba.com merchants in the past year, analyze the marketing effect and summarize the marketing strategy. The results show that in terms of brand marketing, most businesses can choose the appropriate style for store decoration according to their own brand characteristics and grasp the characteristics of B2B business. In the aspect of product marketing, businesses in the display of product characteristics and advantages, but also focus on showing the strength of the company. Most merchants can focus on customer needs, to attract customers to buy the product. In terms of advertising marketing, most businesses can reasonably choose advertising products according to their own needs, but there are also problems that it is difficult to achieve the desired effect after advertising. Therefore, when promoting products, businesses should be careful to choose the products to be promoted, so that advertising promotion can achieve the desired effect. Cross-Border E-Commerce Business Model Based on Big Data and Blockchain

In the context of the rapid development of Internet technology, the integration of the world economy has been strengthened. The continuous innovation of technology and foreign trade business forms has promoted the rapid development of cross-border e-commerce (CBE). Based on the research on the development status of CBE, this paper analyzes the reasons for the above problems in the development of CBE and discusses the innovation of CBE business models based on blockchain. Its purpose is to study the CBE business model based on big data and blockchain. This paper proposes to build a CBE framework system based on blockchain. It also uses blockchain technology (BT) to provide solutions to the problems of trust, customs supervision, cross-border payment, cross-border logistics, and cross-border data flow encountered in CBE. According to experimental statistics, China’s CBE exports were 7.29 trillion yuan, an increase of 40.1%, and imports were 3.76 trillion yuan, an increase of 16.5%.

Cross-Border e-Commerce Business Model Based on Wireless Communication Network and Blockchain

At present, traditional business models are gradually being replaced, and companies in different industries and fields are paying much attention to the innovation and reform of e-commerce business models. First of all, this article summarizes the e-commerce business model applicable to this article through the literature induction method, the detailed explanation of cross-border e-commerce business model, and the innovation of domestic and foreign business models. It categorizes business models and introduces cross-border import business. It also introduces the development process of cross-border e-commerce in China’s consumer market, business processes, and the success factors of cross-border e-commerce. And, it introduces an evaluation matrix to create a cross-valuation model. The final research results show that the cross-border e-commerce business model has been comprehensively evaluated based on the evaluation index system. From the evaluation indicators and weights, it can be concluded that the organizational value weight of the platform in the cross-border e-commerce business model accounts for the largest weight, occupying a weight of 0.6370. Among the secondary evaluation indicators, the weight of key business capabilities accounted for the largest proportion, reaching 0.8571.

The development of Internet information technology has provided reliable technical support for the advancement of the trend of globalization. Implications of Korea from Changes in China’s Cross-Border E-Commerce Policy and Consumption Policy

Purpose Purpose - The purpose of this study is to analyze changes in China s cross-border e-commerce policy and consumption policy and the contents and characteristics of the process and to suggest implications for Korea. Design/Methodology/Approach This study collected and analyzed data provided by research institutes and institutions, China s cross-border e-commerce laws and consumption policy-related laws, and various policy data of each government department. Findings First, as China s cross-border e-commerce revitalization policy and consumption expansion policy are combined, related industries will grow rapidly in the future. Second, China s cross-border e-commerce policy will be led by the government and utilized as a part of the export increase policy under more sophisticated management and supervision. Third, China s consumption expansion policy is leading to active expansion of domestic demand in rural and urban areas as a means to achieve a consistently high economic growth rate. Fourth, the proportion of B2C in the trade structure of cross-border e-commerce is steadily increasing, and this is largely thanks to the change in China s consumption level and the government s policy support. Lastly, cross-border e-commerce will more expand and grow due to the “Measures to Promote Promotion of New Consumption” announced in 2021. Research Implications This study analyzed the contents and characteristics of each of China s cross-border e-commerce policy and consumption policy from two perspectives and tried to find commonalities between the two policies. In addition, based on the contents of this study, we presented implications by deriving what companies doing cross-border e-commerce business with China should prepare and prepare for.

In order to comply with this development trend, more and more enterprises in our country have embarked on the development path of CBEC, and CBEC import models are becoming increasingly diversified. Among them, the choice of CBEC import models based on the AHP algorithm helps a lot. The purpose of this article is to study the selection of CBEC import models based on the AHP algorithm. This article first analyzes the current situation of China’s CBEC, compares the types of CBEC import models, and summarizes the advantages of various CBEC supply models. This paper analyzes and discusses the specific situation of our country’s CBEC model and its operation through specific analysis of the current situation and problems of H company’s CBEC and puts forward suggestions for the development of our country’s CBEC import model. Based on the analysis of the AHP algorithm, the total scores for the direct mail import model, bonded stocking model, and general trade import model of H company are 27 points, 19 points, and 23 points, respectively. Therefore, it is recommended that company H choose the import model of direct mail import when conducting CBEC business.
