Correlation femtoscopy provides information about the space-time structure and evolution of the fireball created in ultra-relativistic nucleus-nucleus collisions. The dependence of the femtoscopic radii on transverse pair momentum and charged particle multiplicity of an event reflects the mechanism of collective behavior. In this work, the femtoscopic radii of identical charged pions were calculated in the UrQMD model for Au+Au and p+Au collisions at and compared to each other at the same multiplicities. The physics implications of this comparison will be discussed.
