Learn more.Copy URL Following the publication of the paper “All-trans retinoic acid attenuates ultraviolet radiation-induced down-regulation of aquaporin-3 and water permeability in human keratinocytes”, J. Cell. Physiol., 215: 506–516. doi: 10.1002/jcp.21336, it has come to our attention that there were minor errors in the preparation of Figures 8B and Figure 9A. The corrected panels are now presented. The errors did not change the overall interpretation of the figures or the conclusion of the paper. Figure 8B HaCaT cells were treated with CuSO4 (100 µM), NiCl2 (100 µM), AQP3 siRNA knock down, or EGF (100 ng/ml) for 36 hours, in vitro cell migration was detected by the phagokinetic track motility assay. Figure 9A HaCaT cells were treated UV (20 mJ/cm2) and incubated for 24 hours with or without atRA (1.0 µM) pretreatment for 1.5 hours. Cell water permeability was analyzed by the calcein-AM fluorescence method as described in the paper (A), the water permeability of AQP3 siRNA transfected or CuSO4 (100 µM) pre-treated HaCaT cells were also shown in (A).
