The technique of construction of control system for biological sewage treatment technological process on the basis of hybrid neural networks

The paper describes the technique of construction of control system for technological process of the sewage treatment, based on the use of the hybrid neural networks presented in Matlab software on the basis of the ANFIS-editor of the Fuzzy package of indistinct logic. The application of the given method appears to be rather effective in the absence of sufficient volume of a trustworthy information about the given process, and also in conditions of uncertainty complicating the automation of the given process.

Software and Mathematical Support of Automated High-precision Laser Calibration System with optically reverse channels

The problems of the high-precision and automated control are actual for all branches of modern mechanical engineering. The main control problems in mechanical engineering can be effectively solved only with the use of computer laser measuring systems with two optical the turned channels (LMS TOTC). The following issues are described in the article: the developed program-algorithmic solutions for multi channel precision measuring systems automation (which can be integrated into operating automated control systems of technological processes); software of supervision, gathering, record and storage of the measuring information, and also automated data processing and objects visualization means and controlling methods are considered.

Mechatronic Systems with Linear Induction Motors of Dampers

The purpose of the paper is, from the view of system engineering, to investigate mechatronic systems with uncontrolled or pulse controlled dampers that are equipped with a linear induction motor (LIM), the secondary element of which appears as a moving element of a damper. The main technological parameters determining the requirements for linear induction drives applied in the automatic protection and technological process control systems were investigated. Methods to investigate electromagnetic, electromechanical and thermal dynamic processes at pulse control of large cross-area dampers were proposed, and application of results of the investigation was considered.

There was analyzed a structure of existing regulators. There are presented solutions for modernization of the existing process control systems. There are listened main advantages of automation and supervision control, which allow low-waste and cleaner technologies, saving of natural and energy resources. A methodical basis of a new direction of studies, intended for analysis and comparison of results achieved in the CCS TP design and application in industry is discussed. The procedures of data acquisition and processing for comparative analysis are proposed. Algorithms of CCS TP indices aggregation by normative grouping and by methods of factor analysis are given. Classification and method of the CCS TP model construction are discussed. The data bank for storage, automatic processing and representation to users the data about the CCS TP is created. The methodology proposed was checked in analysis of a group of systems developed for chemical, metallurgical and power plants at the Central Scientific Research Institute of Complex Automation.

The paper deals with methdology and some of the principles of constructing a new class of systems - dialogue control systems for technological processes. The distinctive features of the structure of such systems and the specific problems are discussed. The theory of dialogue systems is further developed on the basis of non-parametric adaptive algorithms. The algorithms for making decisions in conditions of goal uncertainty as well as for multicriterion optimisation are presented. The application of the proposed ideas and approaches in man-machine systems of control of raw material quality in cement industry is illustrated. There is a detailed description of the system as a whole, due consideration being given to the peculiarities of its operation.

This contribution refers to certain problems bearing upon the formation of a system generator programing medium of an automatic synthesis for the modular construction of a packaged program for real time technological process control. The package is made up of standard subroutines-functional modules, carrying out the basic control functions. The user defines the task in the problem-oriented "graf language" designed by an analysis of project documentation for automated systems of technological process control. From the viewpoint of software, this is an establishment of a communication and synchronization system, implemented by standard connectors and starting subroutines, operating over the central database and by a system of tables for recording required items of information on the structure of the control package.
