ANALISIS PENGENDALIAN PERSEDIAAN BAHAN BAKU GUNA MEMINIMALKAN BIAYA PENYIMPANAN MENGGUNAKAN ECONOMIC ORDER QUANTITY (EOQ) DAN PERIODE ORDER QUANTITY (POQ) PADA UMKM PIGOPE

UMKM Pigope is one of the umkm in Yogyakarta with the main menu of fried bananas typical of Sulawesi served with roa and chili sauce. The main raw material for this fried banana is banana kepok. In the production process, umkm Pigope requires approximately 80 bunches of kepok bananas per month. The problem in this umkm is that there are obstacles in controlling raw materials which cause the production process to be disrupted due to damage to raw materials in storage, considering that the age of ripe bananas is not too long. From these problems, it is necessary to control raw materials in order to minimize storage costs. Based on the results of the analysis that has been carried out, it shows that the control of raw material inventory applied by UMKM Pigope is not optimal. Umkm have run out of inventory to meet consumer demand, but umkm have not been able to minimize inventory costs. The use of the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) and Period Order Quantity (POQ) methods shows the number of economic orders as many as 48 bunches, with the purchase frequency of banana raw materials as many as 17 times the purchase of banana raw materials in one period (1 year), and the number of safety stock proposed as many as 15 bunches. With the proposed inventory control, UMKM Pigope can minimize the total inventory cost from Rp. 15,020,- to Rp. 14,195,584,-. When calculated using EOQ the company can save on inventory costs, the quantity and frequency of purchasing fewer main raw materials by taking into account safety stock and reorder points.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of labor productivity and raw material inventory control on the Company's Operational Performance (Survey on small shoes and sandals industry in Mangkubumi District). The method used in this study is a quantitative method, with a research sample of 64 respondents who are the owner, the person in charge of production, the person in charge of raw materials and the quality control team. The analytical tool used in this research is multiple linear regression. The results showed that simultaneously Labor Productivity and Raw Material Inventory Management had a significant effect on the Company's Operational Performance. Partially, Labor Productivity has a positive and significant effect on the Company's Operational Performance. Partially Raw Material Inventory Management has a positive and significant effect on the Company's Operational Performance.

Inventory of raw materials is one of the main elements to produce products in various industrial fields. Raw material inventory control is an important concern for the manufacturing industry. PT Alra Makmur Cahaya Selaras is a manufacturing company engaged in the fashion sector in Yogyakarta. Calculations in controlling raw material inventories are very important to reduce excessive expenses. The EOQ method is one of the appropriate methods to be applied to find out the best amount of raw material inventory needed by a company to maintain smooth production with an efficient cost. This method is often used because it is easy to implement and is able to provide the best solution for the company, this is proven by using the EOQ method not only to know the most efficient amount of inventory but also to know the costs to be incurred by the company. This study aims to determine how the influence of raw material inventory control on cost efficiency at PT Alra Makmur Cahaya Selaras. The type of research used is descriptive quantitative research, which is a quantitative research described in statistical numerical form that aims to discuss problems that are described, described, compared a data or situation, described and explained the results of the research. Data collection was carried out by means of interviews, documentation and observation. The results of this study indicate that by using the EOQ method the costs incurred can be more efficient when compared to calculations from PT Alra Makmur Cahaya Selaras.

ANALISIS EFEKTIVITAS SISTEM PENGENDALIAN INTERNAL ATAS PERSEDIAAN BAHAN BAKU PADA CV ARSY MULIA TAMA

One of the problems that is often faced by companies, especially large processing companies is regarding the processing of good raw material supplies. Because inventory is a fairly large company asset, so if the handling is not done properly, it will cause considerable losses to the company. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the system of internal control of raw material inventory in the adoption of COSO at CV Arsy Mulia Tama. The object in the study was CV Asry Mulia Tama which is a sugar producer company. The analytical method used is descriptive data analysis method. Data collection techniques, by observing the company, conducting interviews, and conducting literature studies with books, literature, materials obtained during lectures that are relevant to the problems studied. The results showed internal control of raw material supplies at CV Asry Mulia Tama has not been fully effective, in which the company's management has implemented the concepts and principles of internal control, and there are several procedures that reflect the concept of internal control that adopts COSO. But in control activities that still need to be improved due to the existence of multiple functions in the reception and storage section.

Analisis Rencana Implementasi dengan Metode EOQ Pada Manajemen Persediaan Material

Inventory of raw materials or materials at PT. PGP has not been planned properly so that one time the raw materials run out during the production process. Inventory management applied by the company has not paid attention to the economical order quantity, and also the point of reordering the raw materials. This of course has an impact on additional costs that should not be needed, in other words it is not effective and efficient, so that PT. PGP sees the need to apply the EOQ method in managing raw materials. This study aims to determine the application of the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) method to the control of raw material inventory at PT PGP. This study uses quantitative methods with the object of research at PT. PGP. The sample of this study used company inventory data in 2019 – 2020, which was taken using the purposive sampling method. The results showed a 59% reduction in costs. Initially, with the company's current policy, the total cost is Rp. 14,389,750.00 and when using the EOQ method it drops to Rp. 5,842,587.60. The presence of safety stock, reorder point, is also taken into account in this study. The results of the study prove that the EOQ method plays an important role in controlling raw material inventory at PT PGP.

Penerapan Pengendalian Persediaan Bahan Baku Ban dengan Model Probabilistik dan Sistem Kuantitas Pemesanan Tetap

Inventory of raw materials is very important for the smooth production of the company and meet consumer demand for the company in market demand. The demand for tire production fluctuates and causes the demand for products not to need to be met to order, due to the shortage of raw materials. To solve the shortage of raw materials, the company holds special orders in consideration of savings in ordering the cost of ordering messages. To overcome the shortage of raw materials, the company holds special orders or sudden orders which will increase the cost of the message. The purpose of this study is to determine the optimum ordering of raw materials to minimize total inventory costs by using a probability model of raw material inventory control with a fixed order quantity system (Q method). From the results of research using the probabilistic model of inventory control method Q method, obtained the optimal order quantity (q*), reorder point (rop), and safety stock (ss) with total inventory costs more efficient compared to the total inventory costs of the company's current policies. what is to be achieved in inventory control is to minimize the cost of ordering, and the cost of savings to the company.

Home industry Alfaro Aluminum as one of the companies engaged in the aluminum processing industry in Mulyosari Metro Barat. The problem that often occurs in the Alfaro Aluminum home industry is to carry out proper inventory control due to increases and decreases in orders and in certain months. Storage of raw materials that are not good will cause damage, such as glass that breaks easily when hit by an attack, spigot that bends easily, and wheels that get jammed easily. The purpose of this study was to determine the optimal number of orders for raw materials at the Alfaro Aluminum home industry using the EOQ method, to determine the optimal purchase frequency at the Alfaro Aluminum home industry using the EOQ method, to determine the amount of safety stock that must be available to maintain the production process and to find out the difference in the amount of inventory that the company can save when using the EOQ method in the Alfaro Aluminum home industry. This type of research is a qualitative research that is comparing the data collected with the basis as a reference material in several problem solving solutions. The results of this study are the optimal number of orders for raw materials for the company is 191 pcs for each order. The optimal purchase frequency when using the EOQ method is 12 times. The optimal safety stock when using the EOQ method is 12.33 pcs. The difference in the amount of inventory that can be saved if using the EOQ method is Rp. 1,440,112.63 for each year.

Analisis Pengendalian Persediaan Bahan Baku Pupuk Kapur Pertanian Dengan Menggunakan Metode Material Requirement Planning Pada PT. Galatta Lestarindo Di Kecamatan Pancur Batu

PT. Galatta Lestarindo is one of the industrial companies that process agricultural lime fertilizer (calcium carbonate) with limestone as raw material. The purpose of this research is to analyze the raw material inventory control system used by using the MRP (Material Requirement Planning) method in the fertilizer industry of PT. Gallata Lestarindo. The analytical method used is MRP (Material Requirements Planning) analysis. Based on the results of the study, it shows that the EOQ technique is able to save inventory costs of Rp. 348,314,000 (26.7%) compared to the inventory method carried out by the company in 2020. It can be concluded that this MRP method can be used and applied by companies in planning and controlling on the inventory of raw materials used to obtain efficient inventory costs.

Application of Multi-Item EOQ Method in Raw Material Inventory Control at Jofie Bakery and Cake Shop Medan

Inventory of raw material is one of the factors in the production process. Whereas lack of material would result in a slowing down of production, excess of raw materials would result in increased storage and other costs. The purpose of this study was to identify and analyze the control of the supply of raw materials applied by jofie bakery & cake shop. The kind of research used was quantitative research. The data source in this study USES secondary data sources directly from the company. The result of study showed that the use of EOQ methods on companies was resulted in cheaper cost when compared with the methods used by the company, and there was a difference in cost-saving expenses at 3.5% on average.

Penerapan Metode EOQ (Economic Order Quantity) dalam Pengendalian Persediaan Bahan Baku

The purpose of this study was to analyze raw material inventory control with the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) method on CV. BJT with 47 Embroidery Sukabumi City. The research method used is descriptive quantitative to describe and describe the data. The data is processed using the EOQ method using the EOQ method to determine the total cost of inventory. The results show that there is a large difference if using the EOQ method, the savings are more efficient. The conclusion is that by applying the EOQ method, we can optimize raw material inventory by minimizing raw materials with increased inventory.

Analisis Pengendalian Persediaan Bahan Baku Songkok ZNR dengan Menggunakan Metode Material Requirement Planning (MRP)

Background - This research is a case study research on the supply of raw material for ZNR skullcap which has advantages and disadvantages when product demand increases. Objective - The objectives of this study were to analyze how the implementation of raw material inventory control carried out by the company to determine the number of orders and the right time to place an order for raw materials so as to minimize the total costs incurred by the company by using the Material Requirement Planning (MRP) method. Design/Methodology/Approach - This research uses descriptive quantitative approach and MRP method with Lot Sizing, namely Lot for Lot (LFL), Part Period Balancing (PPB), and Wagner Whitin Algorithm (AWW). Findings - Using Lot Sizing PPB has the smallest inventory cost of Rp 229.820.- compared to LFL and AWW calculations. Research implications - In an effort to control raw material inventories related to costs, companies need to consider in terms of planning raw material requirements. Ensure the quantity to be produced in the next period based on the master production schedule so that the amount of raw material purchases can be ascertained so as not to experience overstock and raw material shortages. Research limitations – The PPB method will be difficult to use if the cost of storage is greater than the cost of ordering so it is difficult to determine the value of the Economic Part Period (EPP).

Tinjauan Atas Pengendalian Internal Persediaan Bahan Baku Pada PT ABP

The purpose of this study was to find out how the internal control of raw material inventory carried out by PT ABP was in accordance with the components of internal control according to the committee of sponsoring organizations. The types of data used were primary and secondary data. The data analysis method used was qualitative method. The results of the study shows that the internal control of raw material inventory at PT ABP is in accordance with all the components of internal control, namely the control environment, control activities, risk assessment, information and communication, and supervision.

Analisis Pengendalian Persediaan Bahan Baku Kardus Dengan Menggunakan Metode Eqonomic Order Quantity

This study aims to determine the optimal inventory control of cardboard raw materials at CV. Multirejeki Selaras, a Bottled Drinking Water company in 2020 using the Economic Order Quantity method. The research was conducted using quantitative descriptive methods by describing how the company controls inventory and then the data obtained were analyzed using the EOQ method. The results showed that the cardboard raw material inventory control was implemented by CV. Multirejeki Selaras is not yet optimal. This can be seen from the resulting TIC value whereby using the EOQ method the company can make savings of 53%. By using the EOQ method, the optimal number of cardboard purchases is 129,839 units with a frequency of ordering 13 times a year. The number of safety supplies that must be available in the company is 15,457 units. The re-order point for purchasing boxes is when the available boxes are 38,657 units.

Optimization of Raw Material Inventory Control CV. Dirga Eggtray Pinrang Using Probabilistic Model with Backorder and Lostsales Condition

This research discusses about the comparison of raw material inventory control CV. Dirga Eggtray Pinrang. It starts with forecasting inventory for the next 12 periods using variations of the time series forecasting method, where the linear regression method provides accurate forecasting results with a Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE) value of 1,9371%. The probabilistic models of inventory control used are the simple probabilistic model, Continuous Review System (CRS) model, and Periodic Review System (PRS) model. The CRS model with backorder condition is a model that provides the minimum cost of Rp. 969.273.706,20 per year compared to another probabilistic model with the largest difference of Rp. 1.291.814,95 per year, with the optimum number of order kg, reorder level kg, and safety stock kg.

ANALISIS PENGENDALIAN PERSEDIAAN PAKAN TERNAK SAPI PADA PT INDO PRIMA BEEF DI KABUPATEN LAMPUNG TENGAH

The purposes of this study are to analyze cost-efficient control of feed raw material inventory, anticipate shortages of supply, determine the correct time frame for reordering raw materials at the feedlot company PT Indo Prima Beef using the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) mathematical model and determine the inventory value of raw materials with the First In First Out (FIFO) assessment model. Data collection was carried out in March-May 2020 using a case study method. The data used were primary data collected using questionnaires and secondary data from literature studies. The results showed that the inventory cost applied by PT Indo Prima Beef was different from the calculation of the EOQ model. According to EOQ analysis, the largest amount of safety stock is corn sugarcane as much as 139,725.95 kg, and the lowest amount is salt around 870.63 kg. The reorder point for PT Indo Prima Beef with the largest amount was dry onggok as much as 139,926 kg, while the lowest amount was 724.87 kg of salt. PT Indo Prima Beef uses a perpetual recording system with the First In First Out (FIFO) inventory valuation method with a total raw material inventory value of IDR2,129,685,820 in one year.Key words: EOQ,FIFO, inventory, supplies

Analysis of Raw Material Inventory Control Using Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) Method at CV. XYZ

Companies need a control over their products in maintaining the quality and quantity, to be able to always meet the demands and needs of consumers. CV. XYZ is a digital printing company which is located at Jl. Sunan Abinawa, Patebon District, Kendal Regency (in front of SMP 2 Patebon). Raw material inventory control in CV. XYZ still uses the manual calculation method. With the Economis Order Quantity (EOQ), the inventory of raw materials can be kept to a minimum, the cost is as low as possible, and the quality is better. Based on the results of research and data analysis shows that the application of the EOQ method in CV. XYZ can produce inventory cost efficiency. This means that the raw material procurement policy carried out by CV. XYZ so far has not been efficient and has not shown minimum costs. While the inventory costs that have been issued by the company are still greater when compared to companies implementing raw material inventory control using the EOQ method. The total cost of inventory issued based on company policy is Rp. 14,899,999, while by using the EOQ calculation method the total inventory of paper raw materials can be made smaller, namely as much as 45.4 with orders 4 times a year.

Inventory Control Analysis Hospital Bed Manual Unit PI-108MS, PI-208MS, PI-308MS Forecasting and Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) At PT. XYZ

Raw material inventory control is a series of things to determine the level of inventory, the time of purchase and the amount of inventory that must be provided. The Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) method is one of the inventory management techniques by considering storage costs and ordering costs. The value is generated by the term reorder point. This value is used to place orders that the company needs to place. 44 units, 68 units, and 36 units are the quantities needed by PT XYZ in every order. So PT XYZ had to do 46 times, 73 times, and 27 unit orders to fulfill their needs.
