Prosthetic and orthotic students' attitudes toward addressing sexual health in their future profession.

Prosthetists and orthotists have a responsibility to direct treatment toward enabling their clients to perform desired activities and to facilitate participation of their clients in all areas of life. This may include provision of assistive technologies to help clients meet goals related to participation in sexual activities. To help prosthetic and orthotic students develop competencies in dealing with the sexual health of their future clients, it is necessary to generate knowledge of their own perceived competence and capacity. To explore prosthetic and orthotic students' attitudes and competence toward working with sexual health and to evaluate reliability and validity of the Students' Attitudes Towards Addressing Sexual Health questionnaire. Cross-sectional study. Students enrolled in all three years of an undergraduate prosthetic and orthotic program were requested to complete the Students' Attitudes Towards Addressing Sexual Health questionnaire ( n = 65). Reliability and validity were evaluated using the content validity index and Cronbach's alpha. Students felt unprepared to talk about sexual health with future clients and thought that they would be embarrassed if they raised the issue. No differences were identified between students enrolled in each of the three years of the program and few differences were observed between male and female students. The content validity index values were low but improved as the students' level of education increased. Internal consistency of the questionnaire was acceptable ( α = 0.86). Prosthetic and orthotic students are unprepared to address sexual health issues with their future clients. There is a need to provide students with training related to sexual health issues. This study indicates the need for additional education of prosthetic and orthotic students in issues related to sexual health and how to address sexual health issues with clients. Results can be used to develop training programs for students and will serve to improve the sexual health of individuals who receive prosthetic and orthotic services.

Testing the validity and reliability of the Self‐Administration of Medication (SAM) instrument in Chinese chronic disease patients: A cross‐cultural adaptation

To develop a culturally appropriate and functional standard Mandarin Chinese translation of the Self-Administration of Medication tool and to examine its validity and reliability. We used Brislin's guidelines for the translation and back-translation procedures. We recruited 130 patients from June 2015 to September 2016. Correlation analysis, Cronbach's alpha coefficient, split-half reliability, item analysis and the content validity index, and exploratory factor analysis were performed. Strong and moderate correlations were seen between the total Self-Administration of Medication score and nurses' and patients' perceptions. Item analysis indicated that the correlation coefficient ranged from 0.744 to 0.975. Cronbach's alpha ranged from 0.933 to 0.976. The split-half reliability ranged from 0.911 to 0.936 for the instrument's subscales, and 0.953 for the total scale. The content validity index value ranged from 0.823 to 0.972 for individual items and was 0.968 for the total scale. The factor loading matrix of the SAM ranged from 0.514 to 0.837. A moderate correlation existed between the scores of the Self-Administration of Medication tool and the Barthel Index. The Chinese version of the Self-Administration of Medication tool is statistically acceptable and can be used in the evaluation of self-medication ability based on self-report and nurses' assessment.

Psychometric Properties of Korean Version of the Second Victim Experience and Support Tool (K-SVEST)

"Second victims" are defined as healthcare professionals whose wellness is influenced by adverse clinical events. The Second Victim Experience and Support Tool (SVEST) was used to measure the second-victim experience and quality of support resources. Although the reliability and validity of the original SVEST have been validated, those for the Korean tool have not been validated. The aim of the study was to evaluate the psychometric properties of the Korean version of the SVEST. The study included 305 clinical nurses as participants. The SVEST was translated into Korean via back translation. Content validity was assessed by seven experts, and test-retest reliability was evaluated by 30 clinicians. Internal consistency and construct validity were assessed via confirmatory factor analysis. The analyses were performed using SPSS 23.0 and STATA 13.0 software. The content validity index value demonstrated validity; item- and scale-level content validity index values were both 0.95. Test-retest reliability and internal consistency reliability were satisfactory: the intraclass consistent coefficient was 0.71, and Cronbach α values ranged from 0.59 to 0.87. The CFA showed a significantly good fit for an eight-factor structure (χ = 578.21, df = 303, comparative fit index = 0.92, Tucker-Lewis index = 0.90, root mean square error of approximation = 0.05). The K-SVEST demonstrated good psychometric properties and adequate validity and reliability. The results showed that the Korean version of SVEST demonstrated the extent of second victimhood and support resources in Korean healthcare workers and could aid in the development of support programs and evaluation of their effectiveness.

The main purpose of this study was to investigate motor learning implementation for ischemic stroke from experts on the field of motor learning in stroke patients including the neurologist, medical rehabilitation specialists and physiotherapists. To collect the data and answer the research questions, statements were made on the basis of the study of literature and the grains exploration of the statements in the questionnaire using the Delphi Method. Formulation development model was based iteration or judgment of experts. Validation assessment statement grain tested by the Content Validity Ratio (CVR) and Content Validity Index (CVI) was used to analyze the data. The finding clear up that CVR value of each item statement was 1 and the value of CVI also 1. There were 6 indicators in a 26-point declaration on the implementation of the development model of motor learning intervention for ischemic stroke. Six indicators included basic theories that support the importance of intervention motor learning, motor learning stages, principles of motor learning, dosage, timing of and kinds of motor learning interventions that can be provided as well as application development intervention model motor learning, allowing given for ischemic stroke. In conclusion, based on the content validity of the results of the consensus expert judgments are six indicators of the importance of motor learning application for ischemic stroke.

Knowledge And Confidence Of Healthcare Providers Working At Hospitals About Appropriate Prescribing For Geriatrics

To assess the knowledge of health care providers (HCPs) about inappropriate prescribing (IP) in geriatrics, and their confidence in prescribing for this population. Six clinical vignettes were developed based on 2015 Beers criteria and the STOPP/START criteria version 2 to assess the knowledge. The confidence was investigated by asking the HCPs about their agreement on the following statement “I have confidence in my ability to recommend appropriate medications for the older patients”. The scale was validated by expert panel, piloted on 34 HCPs and then distributed to 123 physicians and clinical pharmacists working in general medical wards of two tertiary hospitals in Malaysia. The scale content validity index value of 0.95 and the Cronbach’s Alpha value of 0.717 indicate good content validity and reliability, respectively. Of the 82 HCPs who completed the questionnaire, 35% were clinical pharmacists, 9.8% had ever undergone a training in geriatric medicine, and 70.8% stated that about 25% of their patients are elderly. Only 7.3% had ever used the STOPP/START or Beers criteria when prescribing for older patients, and 60% of the respondents had never heard of either criteria. The mean (SD) score in knowledge part was 3.65 (1.46) points out of 6 and only 27 HCPs (22.9%) scored high (≥ 5 points). The frequent incorrectly answered clinical vignette was that pertaining to long-term pain management in patients with cardiovascular comorbidities. Overall, only 34% of HCPs rated themselves as confident in prescribing for older patients and this was significantly associated with their knowledge score (p = 0.02). The study showed low confidence in prescribing for older patients coupled with inadequate knowledge about IP in more than half of the participants. Educational program regarding geriatric pharmacotherapy is needed to boost HCP’s knowledge and confidence in prescribing for older patients.

Development of Postograph for the Healthcare Professionals in Selected Hospitals of Delhi

Postpartum is the time after birth, a time in which the mother’s body, including hormone levels and uterus size, returns to a non-pregnant state. The purpose of the study was to develop and evaluate postograph for the healthcare professionals. The study has been carried out in different phases: (1). Preliminary preparation of postograph, (2). Validation of postograph through modified Delphi technique, (3). Pilot study (n=20), to assess the feasibility of postograph and pre-test the scale for the language and sequence of items. After this phase, final try out of postograph (n=220), validity (content validity, face validity, construct validity) of postograph through exploratory factor analysis was done. For assessing quality and adequacy of postograph, reliability was done. For internal consistency, Cronbach alpha was used, for stability test retest (r=0.95) was done. Postograph consists of 51 items and it is divided into two domains. Content validity of the postograph was checked by calculating CVI (content validity index). The value of CVI was 0.98. Construct validity was done through exploratory factors analysis. Cronbach’s alpha was used for internal consistency; the overall Cronbach’s alpha of present scale is 0.98. Hence, a valid and reliable postograph is developed for the healthcare professionals to evaluate condition of mother and newborn during postnatal period.

The Development of Islamic Dentist Competence In Destistry Education

Background: The subject of dental health care has been receiving a lot of attention from Moslems in Indonesia, especially its accordance with Al-Qur’an and Sunnah. It has encouraged numerous researches which corelate dental health care through Islamic perspective, and ignored the perspective of dentistry. Consequently, this research is aimed to develop, formulate and validate the competence of moslem dentists.Method: Experts’ agreement was develop using Delphi method. The result then was developed into an instrument with 2 criteria was used to determine content validity index (CVI) and content validity ratio (CVR). The result was developed into a 5-point Likert scale instrument which would be used to determine internal consistency (Cronbach’s alpha) and corrected item–total correlation with Pearson’s correlation.Results: The qualitative method generated 4 domains. Domain shiddiq comprised 2 components, domain amanah 2 components, domain tabligh 2 components and domain fathonah 4 components with the value of agreement of each domain was approximately between 67% - 100%. The CVR value of the components of competence was between 0,69 – 1, while the CVI value was 0,877. The reliability test scored 0,923.Conclusion: The Competence Standards of Islamic Dentistry can be used as guidance for designing Islamic dental curriculum. Further research should be conducted to design assessment.

Development and validation of the Knowledge and Clinical Reasoning of Acute Asthma Management in Emergency Department (K-CRAMED)

Introduction : Asthma is a common non-communicable and chronic respiratory illness that affects individuals regardless of age. Suboptimal management of asthma will burden and restrict daily activities of affected individuals, unfortunately, approximately 40% of asthmatic patients received suboptimal management. Therefore, this study aimed to develop a tool to assess knowledge and clinical reasoning of healthcare providers on acute asthmatic management in emergency setting. Method : The tool was developed via three phases: 1) domain identification, 2) domain blueprinting based the GINA and BTS guidelines, and 3) item generation for each domain for assessing knowledge and clinical reasoning. Three forms of validity evidence related to content, response process and internal structure were appraised. Content validity index (CVI), face validity index (FVI) and intraclass correlation coefficient (ICC) estimate the content validity, response process and internal structure of the tool. Results : A new tool was developed, named as K-CRAMED, which assesses knowledge and clinical reasoning on three domains related to management of acute asthma – diagnosis, treatment and disposition. CVI values for the three domains were more than 0.83. FVI values for the three domains among doctors and paramedics were at least 0.83. The ICC between scores given by emergency specialists was 0.989 (CI 95% 0.982, 0.994, p-value < 0.001). Conclusion : The newly developed tool, named as K-CRAMED, is a valid tool to assess knowledge and clinical reasoning of healthcare providers who manage patients with acute asthma. Further validation is required to verify its validity in other setting.

Reliability and validity of the Persian version of patient assessment of constipation- quality of life (PAC-QOL) questionnaire.

The present study aimed to assess the reliability and validity of Persian version of patient assessment of constipation: quality of life (PAC-QOL) questionnaire in Iranian patients. Chronic constipation has significant effects on daily living, wellbeing and individuals' quality of life (QOL). Validated tools can help us to assessing QOL in affected ones and facilitating clinical management of them. The English version of Patient Assessment of Constipation: Quality of Life (PAC-QOL) was translated into the Persian language and was confirmed by back-translation. One hundred and forty patients with functional constipation, according Rome III criteria, completed the questionnaires .The questionnaires were analyzed using Cronbach's Alpha internal consistency score to determine the reliability. Twenty medical experts were then asked to evaluate the PAC-QOL and the results were used to calculate the Content Validity Ratio (CVR) and Content Validity Index (CVI). Due to obtained value for Cronbach`s α (0.975) and also for the subscale of physical discomfort (0.930), psychosocial discomfort (0.975) and worries and concerns (0.915), the internal consistency is established. According to medical experts' opinions, the value of CVR ranged from 0.5 to 0.8 and the value of CVI was 0.81. The Persian version of PAC-QOL questionnaire is shown to have acceptable reliability and validity to be used for psychometric evaluation in Iranian patients complaining of functional constipation.

The Levels of German Teacher Trainers Working in Turkey Regarding Reigeluth’s Organizational Strategies

&lt;p&gt;The purpose of this study is to evaluate the views of German teacher trainers working in Turkey about their level regarding Reigeluth’s organizational strategies and to analyze their views in terms of gender, geographic region, seniority, and graduated high school variables. While the population of the study consisted of German teacher trainers working in the seven regions of Turkey in the 2014-2015 academic year, the sample of the study comprised 53 German teacher trainers who were selected voluntarily accepted to participate in the study. Data were collected through “Organizational Strategies of German Teacher Trainers Scale” developed by the researchers. As the Content Validity Index value (0.92) was larger than the Content Validity Criterion value (0.56), the items were expressed to be meaningful. The findings revealed the participants to have a high level of organizational strategies. The results regarding the variables were as follows: a) Gender difference was mostly observed favoring the male teachers, b) geographic region difference frequently appeared favoring the Marmara and Black Sea Regions, c) seniority difference was seen favoring the 16-20 year range, d) graduated high school difference was mostly observed as a statistically insignificant variable. In-service training programs encompassing all the regions of Turkey were suggested to be designed regularly and systematically for professional development of foreign language teachers.&lt;/p&gt;

Developing and Validating an Instrument to Assess the Nurses' Professional Competence in Spiritual Care.

Spiritual care is an important issue in health-related professions and has significant effects on patients' psychological well-being. This study aimed to develop an instrument for assessing Iranian nurses' professional competence in spiritual care. First, extensive reviewing of articles and books on spirituality and spiritual care was performed to extract the primary items and then validation tests were conducted. A 38-item instrument was developed for assessing nurses' professional competence in providing spiritual care. The content validity index (CVI) and content validity ratio (CVR) values of the final instrument were .90 and .75, respectively. The Cronbach's alpha coefficient for the total instrument was .934. The instrument developed in this study has good CVI and CVR values and is useful in assessing nurses' competence in providing spiritual care.

Assessment of satisfaction in peritoneal equilibration test: a study on the validity and reliability of the peritoneal equilibration satisfaction scale

Aim: This study has been designed to develop an assessment tool to be used in determining the patients’ satisfaction level with the peritoneal equilibration test (PET) procedure. Materials and Methods: The development and validation of the peritoneal equilibration test Satisfaction Scale (PETSS) was completed in two phases. Phase I focused on instrument construction and included item development and establishment of concurrent validity. Phase II included the factor analysis and psychometric assessment of the scale. In statistical evaluation of the data descriptive statistics and non-paratmetric tests were used. Results: The first version of the scale that has 3.62 Content Validity Index value was composed of 20 items. It was found that the latest version of the scale that has 14 items explained 46% of the variance. It was found that the Cronbach alfa value of this scale, which has 0.52-0.89 coefficient of item-total correlation was 0.96. Psychometric assessment of the scale revealed that except for type of the PET application, none of the demographic and clinical characteristics effect patients level of satisfaction during the PET application. Conclusion: This preliminary study showed that PETSS was a valid and reliable scale that can be used for determining satisfaction level of patients during PET application.

A New Measure of Healthcare Resource Utilization in Heart Failure: Development and Content Validity Evaluation

Heart failure (HF) is a leading cause of healthcare costs. Measures to evaluate healthcare resource utilization and costs using a societal perspective are needed for future studies to fully examine the influence of HF on society, but few measures are available. To describe development and initial evaluation of content validity of a new measure of healthcare resource utilization in HF, the Modified Resource Utilization Questionnaire for Heart Failure (mRUQ-HF). The mRUQ-HF was developed by modifying the existing Resource Utilization Questionnaire that was designed to measure utilization for Type 1 diabetes (mRUG-T1DM; Smaldone, Tsimicalis, & Stone, 2011). All items of the questionnaire were revised to be consistent with costs of HF care. The final mRUG-HF is a14-item self-report questionnaire of comprehensive lists of choice related to healthcare utilization. Five items were designed to measure direct and non-direct healthcare costs and 9 items were designed to measure loss of time and productivity attributable to HF. Content validity was evaluated by five experts in HF and health economics research. Experts evaluated each item for clarity and consistency with constructs of healthcare resource utilization using 4-point rating scales (1 = not, 2 = somewhat, 3 = quite, and 4 = highly). The content validity index (CVI) was calculated at item and scale levels based on agreement across experts. The CVI for clarity of the individual items ranged from 0.80 to 1.00. Nine items were rated as highly clear by all 5 experts (CVI = 1.00). Five items were rated as highly clear by 4 experts and somewhat clear by 1 expert (CVI = 0.80). The CVI for consistency of individual items with constructs of healthcare resource utilization was rated as highly consistent by all 5 experts (CVI = 1.00). The CVI for the overall scale was measured by calculating universal agreement and average agreement (Polit & Beck,2006). For clarity of the mRUG-HF, universal agreement CVI was calculated by the proportion of items rated as ‘quite’ or ‘highly’ by ALL experts, and it was 0.64 (9 items out of 14). Average agreement CVI was calculated by the proportion of items rated as ‘quite’ or ‘highly’ across the ratings, and it was 0.92 (55 out of 60 ratings). Scale-level CVI, universal and average agreement for consistency of the mRUG-HF were 1.0 for both. Recommended minimum scale-level CVIs for universal agreement and average proportion are 0.80 and 0.90, respectively. Based on the CVI values, overall content validity of the mRUG-HF was acceptable. Initial content validity of the mRUQ-HF was supported. The new questionnaire is available for validation with HF patients in future studies.

Reliability and validity of Chinese version of the Client-Centred Care Questionnaire

Objective To translate the English version of the Client-Centred Care Questionnaire (CCCQ) into Chinese and to test the reliability and validity of the Chinese version of CCCQ. Methods The English version of CCCQ was translated into Chinese by the method of double translation-translation. Totally 320 chronic patients were recruited and they were investigated by the Chinese version of CCCQ. Results The Cronbach coefficient of the Chinese version of CCCQ was 0.925, P<0.01. The retest reliability was 0.807, P<0.01. The split-half reliability with r=0.883, P<0.01. The content validity index (CVI) was 0.956, and every purpose CVI values were above 0.8. Factor analysis got one factor, which explained 52.549% of the total variance, and each objective factor loading was above 0.4. Conclusions The Chinese version of CCCQ has been proved to be reliable and valid. It can be used as a valid tool for the chronic patients to measure their perceptions of the quality of nursing care. Screening for Voice Disorders in Older Adults (Rastreamento de Alterações Vocais em Idosos—RAVI)—Part I: Validity Evidence Based on Test Content and Response Processes

To identify the validity evidence based on the content and response processes of the Rastreamento de Alterações Vocais em Idosos (RAVI; "Screening for Voice Disorders in Older Adults"), an epidemiologic screening for voice disorders in older adults. This is a prospective, nonrandomized, cross-sectional, validation study. Criteria for defining the domains and elaborating the questions were established to confirm the validity evidence based on the content. A multidisciplinary committee of 19 experts evaluated the questions, and the relevance and representation of the domains were analyzed using the Content Validity Index for Items (CVI-I) and the Content Validity Index (CVI), respectively. For validity evidence based on the response processes, 40 individuals of both sexes, aged ≥60 years, were stratified by demographic and socioeconomic condition. They responded to the RAVI, made suggestions, and their verbal and nonverbal reactions were observed. The first version of the RAVI consisted of 20 questions related to sensations and perceptions associated with the voice. Although the CVI value of 0.80 was satisfactory, the CVI-I and the suggestions of the expert committee indicated that the scale needed to be reformulated. Consultation with older adults indicated a need for further adjustment. The preliminary version of the RAVI consisted of 16 questions. The two aspects of validity evidence described in the present study were essential for adapting the questions to better fit the construct of the questionnaire. Other aspects of validity evidence and reliability analysis will be described in part II of this study.

This study was ubdertaken to investigate the content validity of an instrument about knowledge on nasogastric intubation, based on the Pasquali model of content validation. Methods: methodological study developped with 23 nurses judges, teachers from public higher education institutions in the state of Rio Grande do Norte, by the application of Content Validity Index (CVI) and the Kappa index. The majority of the research judges were female (87%), age between 25 and 57 years-old, teaching time experience between 1 and 34 years and experience in the discipline of Nursing Semiology and/or Semiotics between 1 and 32 years. Of the total judges, 78.3% had master's degree as the maximum degree and 69.6% exercised exclusively the teaching. In the overall evaluation, the instrument obtained CVI values above 0.75, 0.94 the total CVI and 0.88 the total Kappa. However, some changes were made and focused on the requirements: vocabulary, clarity, updating and accuracy. The instrument showed reliability and trustworthy to observe the nursing care quality, however requires the resubmission of instruments to the same judges to retest, beyond its clinical application, for a more precise and specific content validation.

Assistance protocol to people with venous ulcers: a methodological study

Aim: To investigate the content validity of the Assistance Protocol for people with venous ulcers in primary care. Method: Methodological study, conducted from September to November 2012. A set of items to consider in multidisciplinary care protocol was produced. This proposal was submitted to content validation by judges selected from the Lattes Platform. With a list of items grouped into categories, 51 judges opined in relation to whether or not to keep them in the protocol. For the analysis, we adopted the Kappa index (K) and the Content Validity Index (CVI), with the cutoff point values > 0.80. Results: Nurses and doctors participated as judges. After removing items with K or CVI values lower than those previously set, the scores of categories achieved optimal values. Conclusion: The content of the protocol was validated, representing the initial consensus-based approach for people with venous ulcers in primary care

Penskalaan Thurstone pada Aitem Thyroid Dysfunction Questionnaire (TDQ) Berbasis Gejala Biopsikososial

Thyroid function disorders can affect the biological, psychological and social conditions of the sufferer. This study aimed at developing a thyroid dysfunction questionnaire (TDQ) based on a biopsychosocial phenomenon, which is the impact of hypothyroidism and hyperthyroidism. The development of this instrument began with identification of the measurement objectives, domains and items. The procedures of Thurstone Scaling were done with analysis of content validity using the Content Validity Ratio (CVR) and Content Validity Index (CVI), which were formulated by three experts of thyroid and endocrinology. Every item in the TDQ was determined through median analysis based on the valuation results done by 44 internists from hospitals and 44 doctors from Puskesmas (Public Health Center) with 11 categories of response (1-11). The results of CVR analysis ranged from 0.33 to 1.00 and the value of CVI was 78%. It showed that the experts had adequate rate of homogeneity to judge the relevance of the 33 items in TDQ. The median analysis showed that the 33 items of TDQ had scores ranging from 4 to 10. Thus, it was expected that the TDQ scores on this interval scale would facilitate observer to make an interpretation of the examination of thyroid function of the subjects. &#x0D; Keywords: Thurstone scaling, thyroid dysfunction questionnaire, experts’ judgment, biopsychosocial

Development and Validation of a Questionnaire to Assess the Effect of Online Learning on Behaviors, Attitudes, and Clinical Practices of Physical Therapists in the United States Regarding Evidenced-based Clinical Practice

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to evaluate the face and content validity of a modified self-report questionnaire adapted from previous studies’ questionnaires. The modified questionnaire will be used in a later study to assess the effect of online learning on behaviors, attitudes, and clinical practices of physical therapists in the United States regarding evidence-based clinical practice. Methods: An expert panel of nine physical therapists in the field of evidence-based practice reviewed and rated the modified instrument for the relevance and representativeness of each item based on a dichotomous rating of favorable or unfavorable. Their ratings were used to calculate the content validity index values of each final item. Items with content validity index (CVI) greater than 0.78 were included in the final instrument. Results: The final instrument contained 23 Likert-type scale multiple choice questions and 13 dichotomous “yes” or “no” response options, and 13 are ranked response options categorized under eight thematic domains designed to address the effect of internet use and online information resource use on evidence-based practice among physical therapists in the United States. Demographic and practice data were also collected. Conclusion: The preliminary findings support the face and content validity of this 59-item questionnaire pending further validation for construct and criterion validity.

Development and validation of the Menopause-specific Quality of Life Scale for menopausal Thai women

ABSTRACTObjectives To develop a new instrument, the Menopause-specific Quality of Life Scale (MS-QoLS), for Thai women and to study the experience of menopausal aspects in peri- and postmenopausal Thai women.Materials and methods Item generation was developed from a focus group discussion and in-depth interview, and the content validity index (CVI) was computed, using item relevance ratings by content experts. Items with CVI values higher than 0.7 were selected. The draft questionnaire was tested for language, format and content. The final questionnaire was administered and the construct validity and reliability were then assessed.Results Fifty-seven peri- and postmenopausal women participated in the focus group discussion and in-depth interview. Sixty-eight items across eight dimensions were generated based on content analysis result. The dimensions included Physical health, Psychological health, Sexual health, Daily activity, Family, Social, Treatment, and Economics. A total of 280 menopausal women were recruited from four collaborative hospitals for psychometric validation. After factor analysis, 22 items remained with six dimensions identified, that is, well-being, emotionality, anxiety/fear, family, social and sexual health. Cronbach's coefficient α of each domain was between 0.61 and 0.83.Conclusion The Thai MS-QoLS was systematically developed and validated for peri- or postmenopausal women. The initial assessment of the questionnaire showed an acceptable level of validity and reliability.
