Pengaruh Remunerasi Direksi terhadap Nilai Perusahaan yang Dimediasi oleh Agency Cost pada Consumer Goods Industry yang Terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia

This research aims to determine whether providing compensation to the board of directors can enhance the company's value. The theory utilized in this study is agency theory, which explores the relationship between owners and managers with a separation of power that leads to agency problems. The sample was collected using purposive sampling from companies in the consumer goods industry sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) during the period of 2019-2021. A total of 144 samples were examined using SmartPLS 3.0 to test the inner model and specific indirect effects. The structural model evaluation, known as the inner model, comprised tests for the determinant coefficient (R2), path coefficient, and hypothesis testing. The research model yielded an R2 value of 11%, indicating its weakness. The research concludes that compensation has a significant positive influence on company value, compensation has a significant negative impact on agency costs, agency costs have a significant negative effect on company value, and agency costs can mediate the relationship between compensation and company value.

PENGARUH STRATEGI BISNIS, TRANSFER PRICING DAN KOMITE AUDIT TERHADAP TAX AVOIDANCE (STUDI EMPIRIS PADA PERUSAHAAN SEKTOR CONSUMER NON CYCLICALS YANG TERDAFTAR DI BURSA EFEK INDONESIA PERIODE TAHUN 2018-2022)

This research aims to analyze and provide empirical evidence of the influence of business strategy, transfer pricing and audit committees on tax avoidance. This type of research uses a quantitative approach, an associative method using secondary data, namely in the form of financial reports. The population in this research is non-cyclical consumer goods industry sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in 2018-2022. The sampling technique in this research was purposive sampling and obtained research samples of 18 companies with a total of 90 research samples. The data analysis technique used in this research is panel data regression analysis using E-views software version 12. The results of this research show that business strategy, transfer pricing and the audit committee simultaneously influence tax avoidance. Partially, business strategy and transfer pricing have no effect on tax avoidance, while the audit committee has an effect on tax avoidance.

The Effect of Company Size and Working Capital on Net Income (An Empirical Study of Manufacturing Sector Companies in the Consumer Goods Industry, Home Appliances Sub-Sector Ladder Registered on the IDX from 2015 to 2020)

This study examines how working capital and firm size affect net profit (Empirical Study of Manufacturing Companies in the Consumer Goods Industry Sector, Household Appliances Sub Sector Listed on the IDX for the 2015 – 2020 period). Multiple linear regression analysis was used to determine the effect of two independent variables on one dependent variable. The population in this study is financial reports published by Manufacturing Companies listed on the IDX in the Consumer Goods Industry Sector, Household Appliances Sub-Sector. The sample was taken for six years, from 2015 to 2020, using the Financial Position Report and Profit and Loss Reports to obtain data, Company Size, Working Capital, and Net Income. According to the study's findings, firm size and working capital both have positive and substantial effects on net profit, with the latter having an influence on net profit that is both positive and significant. Other factors that influence Net Profit but are not analysed include the 83.3% outcome of the Coefficient of Determination and the remaining 16.7%.

Faktor-Faktor Yang Mempengaruhi Kebijakan Hutang Pada Perusahaan Manufaktur Sektor Industri Barang Konsumsi

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of liquidity, sales growth and profitability on the debt policies of manufacturing companies listed on the Stock Exchange in the consumer goods industry sector between 2018 and 2020. Sampling was carried out by purposive sampling for sample selection with 33 selected companies. The panel data regression model used is REM and tested using multiple linear regression. The results showed that there was a significant positive effect between profitability on debt policy, but liquidity had a significant negative effect on debt policy. There is no significant effect between sales growth on debt policy.

The Effect of Dividend Policy, Liquidity and Profitability on Company Value

Aims: This research aims to analyze the influence of dividend policy, company liquidity and company profitability on company value in manufacturing companies Place and Duration of Study: This research uses a sample of manufacturing companies in the consumer goods industry sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2017 - 2021 period. Methodology: Researchers use causal quantitative methods with secondary data sources. The method used is the purposive sampling method. The total population in this study was 72 manufacturing companies in the sub-food and beverage consumer goods industrial sector and 18 companies were selected as samples with observation data of 90 samples. This research uses descriptive analysis techniques, classical assumption tests, model feasibility tests and multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS version 25 statistical software as a tool to process data and provide conclusions. Conclusion: The results of this research show that dividend policy and profitability have a positive effect on company value, while liquidity does not have a positive effect on company value.

The Effect of Capital Structure, Profitability and Institutional Ownership on Tax Avoidance in Manufacturing Companies in the Consumption Industry Sector Listed on The Indonesian Stock Exchange in 2020-2022

Objective – This research aims to examine the influence of capital structure, profitability and institutional ownership on tax avoidance in manufacturing companies in the consumer industry sector listed on BEI in 2020-2022. Design/Methodology – The population in this research is all manufacturing companies in the consumer industry sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in 2020-2022. The sampling technique in this research uses a purposive sampling method with the criteria of companies in the consumer goods industry sector that disclose financial reports consecutively for the 2020-2022 period . The data used is secondary data. The data analysis method used is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis with the help of the SPSS 25 application. Results – The results of the research show that simultaneously and partially Capital Structure, Profitability and Institutional Ownership affect Tax Avoidance.

PENGARUH WORKING CAPITAL TURNOVER, INVENTORY TURNOVER DAN SALES GROWTH TERHADAP NET PROFIT MARGIN

The objectives of this study are 1) To find out Working Capital Turnover, Inventory Turnover, Sales Growth and Net Profit Margin in manufacturing companies in the consumer goods industry sector for the period 2019 - 2021 2) To determine Working Capital Turnover has an effect on Net Profit Margin in manufacturing companies in the consumer goods industry sector for the period 2019 - 2021 3) To find out Inventory Turnover affects Net Profit Margin in manufacturing companies in the consumer goods industry sector for the period 2019 - 2021 4) To find out Sales Growth affects Net Profit Margin in manufacturing companies in the consumer goods industry sector for the period 2019 - 2021. The research method used by this researcher is Quantitative research with Descriptive and Associative approaches because the data is in the form of numbers and is explained in the form of graphs, charts, and diagrams. The results of this study are Working capital turnover on net profit margin has a significant effect. Inventory turnover on net profit margin does not have a significant effect. Sales growth on net profit margin has no significant effect.

Pengaruh Reputasi Kantor Akuntan Publik, Umur Perusahaan, Dan Solvabilitas Terhadap Audit Delay

This research was conducted to find out and analyze whether during the Covid-19 pandemic audit delay was influenced by KAP reputation, company age and solvency. This test was carried out on manufacturing companies in the consumer goods industry sector listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange (BEI) for the period 2020 to 2022. A total of 61 sample companies used in this research were obtained using the 'purposive sampling' method, the data was tested using the technique multiple regression analysis processed with SPSS version 25 software. The results of this research can be concluded that only the Solvency variable does not have a significant effect on Audit Delay.

Corporate Governance memoderasi Related Party Transaction dan Financial Distress terhadap Penghindaran Pajak

This study aims to examine the influence of related party transactions and financial difficulties on tax avoidance with corporate governance as moderating variable. corporate governance. This research uses a population of 92 companies in the consumer goods industry sector listed on the IDX in 2018-2022. The research sample was carried out using a purposive sampling method and obtained 125 company data that met the criteria. The data used is secondary data in the form of financial reports and company annual reports. Data were analyzed using a panel data regression analysis model and moderate regression analysis (MRA) test with E-Views 12 software. According to the findings of the study, related party transactions and financial distress have an effect on tax avoidance. Corporate governance cannot moderate the influence of related party transactions on tax avoidance. Corporate governance cannot moderate the influence of financial distress on tax avoidance.

Earnings Management: Boon or Bane for Growth in Indonesia Consumer Sector?

This study investigates the relationship between earnings management and financial risk on company growth in the Primary Consumer Goods Industry sector listed on the IDX from 2017 to 2021. The findings show that earnings management practices positively and significantly impact company growth, indicating that companies implementing management profits tend to experience higher growth (Growth Companies). Enhancing positive and efficient earnings management practices can improve company performance and overall business growth. The statistically significant effect indicates that this relationship is not coincidental, emphasizing the strong relationship between earnings management and firm growth. However, financial risk does not significantly affect company growth and cannot moderate the relationship between earnings management and company growth. This observation highlights the complexity of the impact of financial risk on corporate growth, which various unmeasured factors, including changes in interest rates, market fluctuations, and credit risk, may influence. Other internal and external factors that affect the relationship between financial risk and firm growth may not be considered in this regression model, limiting its ability to capture the subtleties of this relationship fully. Nonetheless, this study shows that Financial Risk and Earnings Management significantly affect the dependent variable, Company Growth. The results show that companies that apply better earnings management practices in their financial reporting experience better or higher growth. However, this study had limitations, and future research should explore a different sector, as this may yield different results. In addition, future research may consider including control variables such as firm size, liquidity, leverage, industry growth, and other economic factors to understand their impact on firm growth better

Pengaruh Corporate Social Responsibility, Kepemilikan Manajerial, Dan Capital Intensity Terhadap Tax Avoidance

This study aims to obtain empirical evidence of the effect of corporate social responsibility, managerial ownership and capital intensity on tax avoidance. This type of research uses a quantitative approach. The data used is secondary data in the form of financial statements. The population in this study are manufacturing companies, especially the primary consumer goods industry sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017-2021. The samples used in this study amounted to 12 manufacturing companies with a 5-year observation period in the 2017-2021 period and the number of financial reports sampled in this study amounted to 60. The results of the research conducted show that corporate social responsibility, managerial ownership, and capital intensity have an effect on tax avoidance, corporate social responsibility has no effect on tax avoidance, managerial ownership has a negative effect on tax avoidance and capital intensity has no effect on tax avoidance.

The Influence of Institutional Ownership, Audit Committee, Independent Commissioner, Auditors Switching on The Integrity of Financial Statement and Audit Quality as a Moderation Variable in Manufactured Companies Listed on The Indonesian Stock Exchange in 2017-2021

This research aims to determine the influence of institutional ownership, audit committee, independent commissioners, and auditors switching on the integrity of financial reports in consumer goods industrial sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This research also aims to determine whether audit quality can be used as a moderating variable for the relationship between institutional ownership, audit committee, independent commissioner, auditor switching, and financial report integrity. The research design carried out was causal relationship research with a quantitative approach. The sample in this research was 35 companies in the consumer goods industry sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017-2021. The type of data used in this research is secondary data. The sample research technique uses purposive sampling. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis and a residual test for moderating variables. The results of this study show that partially institutional ownership and auditors switching have a positive and significant effect on the company's financial performance. Meanwhile, the audit committee and independent commissioners do not significantly influence the integrity of financial reports. Other results also show that audit quality can moderate the influence of institutional ownership and change of auditors but cannot significantly moderate the audit committee and independent commissioners on the integrity of financial reports in manufacturing companies in the consumer goods industry listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The Effect of Capital Structure and Intangible Asset Contribution to Company Value Moderated by Managerial Ownership

The purpose of this study is to examine how competently the impact of capital structure and intangible assets on the value of companies moderated by managerial ownership. The views in this study use secondary data sourced from the annual reports of companies in the consumer goods industry sector for 2018 - 2022 with a sample of 110 company data will then be examined using the eviews 12 statistical test. The results of data testing state that capital structure negatively affects the value of the company. Intangible assets have no effect on the value of the company. Managerial ownership does not moderate the capital structure to the value of the firm. Managerial ownership does not moderate intangible assets to the value of the company. Capital structure and intangible assets affect the value of the company.

Analysis of the Effect of Leverage, Profitability, Company Size, Sales Growth and Institutional Ownership on Tax Avoidance (Empirical Study on Manufacturing Companies Registered on BEI 2017-2021)

This study aims to examine the Analysis of the Effect of Leverage, Profitability, Firm Size, Sales Growth and Institutional Ownership on Tax Avoidance. The object of this research is a manufacturing company in the consumer goods industry sector (goods consumer industry). The sample used in this study was 115 samples consisting of 23 companies for 5 years. With purposive sampling technique, the method used is multiple regression analysis, classical assumption test and descriptive statistics. The results showed that Leverage had no effect on tax avoidance, Profitability had a positive effect on tax avoidance, Firm size had no effect on tax avoidance, Sales Growth had a negative effect on tax avoidance, Institutional ownership had no effect on tax avoidance.

The Influence of Financial Performance and Company Size on Company Value with Good Corporate Governance as a Moderating Variable

This research aims to determine the effect of financial performance and company size on company value with Good Corporate Governance as a moderating variable in the consumer goods industry sector in 2019-2021. The population in this study was 72 companies in the consumer goods industry sector, with a research sample of 24 companies. This type of research is a quantitative method. With the purposive sampling method, the data used is secondary data. The data analysis technique uses SPSS 26. The results of the analysis obtained are that Financial Performance has a negative and significant effect on Company Value, Company Size does not affect company value, Good Corporate Governance can moderate the relationship between the influence of Financial Performance on Company Value, Good corporate governance can moderate relationship between company size and company value.

KEBIJAKAN DIVIDEN MEMEDIASI PENGARUH STRUKTUR MODAL TERHADAP NILAI PERUSAHAAN

The purpose of this study is to determine the significance of the effect of capital structure on firm value mediated by dividend policy. This research was conducted on companies in the consumer goods industry sector on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2018-2021 period. The number of samples used in this study were 21 companies which were determined by the purposive sampling method. The analytical technique used in this research is path analysis and using SPSS software. The results showed that capital structure had a significant positive effect on firm value, capital structure had an insignificant positive effect on dividend policy, dividend policy had an insignificant positive effect on firm value, and dividend policy was not able to mediate the effect of capital structure on firm value.

The Effect of Audit Tenure, KAP Reputation, and The COVID-19 Pandemic on Audit Quality

This study aims to empirically determine the effect of tenure audits, the reputation of public accountants, and the COVID-19 pandemic on audit quality in manufacturing companies in the consumer goods industry sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2016-2020 period. This research is quantitative research with a population of 52 companies and sampling techniques carried out using the purposive sampling method to obtain a sample of 32 companies. The results showed that audit tenure has a positive effect on audit quality, meaning that the longer the audit tenure, it will encourage the creation of understanding for an auditor of the company being audited. Furthermore, the reputation of KAP negatively affects audit quality, this shows that non-Big Four KAP has no less good performance, so it can improve audit quality. The COVID-19 pandemic has negatively affected audit quality, which means that weak economic conditions have provided obstacles for the Company and also KAP, causing audit quality to decline.

Determinants Of Tax Aggressivity In Manufacturing Companies In The Consumption Goods Industry Sector Registered On The Idx

Tax aggressiveness is an act of tax avoidance carried out by companies by carrying out tax planning (tax plaining) by exploiting loopholes in the law with the aim of reducing company profits so that tax savings can be implemented but carried out both legally and illegally, tax aggressiveness can be measured using the Effective Tax scale Rate (ETR) is the most commonly used in some literature. The range of ETR values that can identify tax aggressiveness or not. This research aims to determine the relationship between capital intensity, liquidity, profitability, leverage and company size on tax aggressiveness. The population in this study was manufacturing companies in the consumer goods industry sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in 2019–2021. The sample selection method in this research was determined using a purposive sampling method which aims to obtain samples that comply with the specified criteria . The research results show that capital intensity has no effect on tax aggressiveness; the liquidity variable has no effect on tax aggressiveness; the profitability variable has a significant negative effect on tax aggressiveness; the leverage variable has no effect on tax aggressiveness; and the company size variable has no effect on tax aggressiveness.

Pengaruh Profitabilitas, Likuiditas, Struktur Aset, dan Pertumbuhan Penjualan Terhadap Struktur Modal pada Perusahaan Sektor Consumer Goods Industry yang Terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia Tahun 2019-2022

This research aims to test and analyze the influence of profitability, liquidity, asset structure, and sales growth on capital structure in companies in the consumer goods industry sector. This type of research is quantitative research with a sample of companies in the consumer goods industry sector. The independent variables used in this research are profitability, liquidity, asset structure, and sales growth, while the dependent variable in this research is capital structure. The sample in this study was 32 companies using the purposive sampling technique. The data analysis method used is multiple regression analysis. Based on the results of research conducted with a sample of 32 companies, it can be concluded as follows: (1) The profitability variable has a significant positive influence on capital structure because the company is carrying out expansion which requires a lot of funds to encourage increased profits in the future. (2) The liquidity variable has a significant negative influence on capital structure because sector companies that have high liquidity means they can pay short-term debt, so they tend to reduce total debt, which ultimately will make the capital structure smaller. (3) The asset structure variable does not have an influence on the capital structure because most of the company's fixed assets are financed with the company's internal funds. An increase in fixed assets is not always followed by an increase in long-term debt. (4) The sales growth variable does not influence the capital structure because sales tend not to be supported by an efficient increase in the company's capital, resulting in operational costs that are too high

The Effect of Profitability, Dividend Policy and Capital Structure on Firm Value of the Consumer Goods Industry Sector Listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX)

This study aims to examine and obtain empirical evidence that Profitability, Dividend Policy and Capital Structure, affect the firm value of consumer goods industry sector listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange in the 2011-2021 period. The study was conducted on 18 manufacturing companies listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2011 – 2021. The data used in this study is regression analysis multiple. The method used in this research is explanatory with a quantitative approach and the sampling used is simple purposive sampling. Analysis Explanatory is used to explain the relationships between the variables firm value, that profitability, dividend policy and capital sructure. The results show that profitability, dividend policy and capital structure has a positive effect on firm value. The results also show that the simultaneous test concludes that all independent variables affect the dependent variable.
