Technical Framework and Preliminary Practices of Global Geographic Information Resource Construction

Abstract. High-precision and real-time global geographic information data are fundamental and strategic resources in various fields such as safeguarding global strategic interests, studying global environmental changes, and planning for sustainable development. However, due to challenges related to ground control and obtaining reference information, the development of global geographic information resources faces significant hurdles in terms of geometric positioning, information extraction, and data mining. This paper starts with the characteristics of domestically produced remote sensing images and proposes a comprehensive technical framework centered around "uncontrolled geometric positioning, intelligent interpretation of typical elements, mining of multi-source data from abroad, and intelligent hybrid collection and compilation of Digital Elevation Models (DEMs)." The paper elaborates on the key technical challenges that need to be overcome and their corresponding solutions. It also outlines the development of relevant data products and production technical specifications. Multiple production-oriented software tools were developed, leading to the creation of a variety of data products in multiple types and scales, including global 30-meter land cover data, DEM data, core vector data, and more.

Statistical Evaluation of Webometric Analysis of Tourism Websites in ASEAN Countries

The webometric study analysis utilizes SimilarWeb, a tool designed for market intelligence to assess and evaluate various aspects of tourism websites. The objective of this study is to conduct a comprehensive review of these websites, focusing on their global and local standings, sources of traffic, user demographics, performance indicators, external sites directing traffic, and the influence of social media during the months of September to November 2023. The study examines how users interact with these websites and their overall traffic to understand how the internet is used within the ASEAN region. The research contributes to the field of webometrics, which is the study of the quantitative aspects of the construction and use of information resources, structures, and technologies on the web. It also provides insights that could improve digital marketing for tourism websites in ASEAN. The analysis reveals that Malaysia’s “tourism.gov.my” is performing notably well on a global scale, boasting a high global ranking at #14,949 and a strong presence within the country, indicating a solid online reputation in the world of tourism. The data also underscores the importance of Google as a source of organic traffic, emphasizing the need for effective SEO strategies to ensure visibility in search results. Vietnam’s tourism website is highlighted for attracting the highest number of visits, suggesting that the country’s online engagement tactics are resonating with users. Both Vietnam and Malaysia are identified as having robust performance metrics, an indicator of successful user engagement strategies. Furthermore, the study points out that the websites of the Philippines, Singapore, and Malaysia serve as significant referrers, which means they are important in directing visitors to other sites. This reflects the interconnected nature of these platforms and their role in enhancing a website’s overall online presence.

Classification and Informatization of Subject Resources for English Language Teaching in the Context of Data Theory

Abstract The construction of information resources based on the development needs of disciplines is the fundamental guarantee for carrying out disciplinary service work. An English teaching resource guarantee system is created by combining the OAI protocol with Open URL technology in this paper. Furthermore, the VIPS algorithm is used for style tree construction, combined with split bar weights and mixed text density for extracting web page body information. Then, the weight factor is introduced to improve the PageRank algorithm, and the critical resource selection strategy is combined to achieve the mining and classification of English teaching resources. In addition, the study introduces a knowledge graph for entity recognition and combines graph convolutional networks with user preference weights for optimizing teaching resource recommendations. Based on this basis, the performance of the constructed English teaching resources assurance system is verified for webpage information extraction, teaching resources classification, and personalized recommendations. It is found that the correct rate of English webpage information extraction is 96.42% when the text density of the preceding and following text is 0.334 and 0.527, respectively, and the personalized recommendation performance of English teaching resources is 4.12% higher than the best-performing KGCN model in terms of AUC index. The English teaching resources guarantee system can effectively ensure the precise classification of teaching resources in the English language and provide new guidance for furthering the automation of English teaching resources.

KEY TECHNOLOGIES FOR 1:10,000 RAPID MAPPING BASED ON GF-7 SATELLITE

Abstract. In order to solve the problems of low efficiency, high cost and long cycle of the traditional 1:10000 basic geographic information data production method (aerial photography combined with field mapping), this paper proposes a 1:10000 rapid mapping method based on GF-7 satellite data. It solves the key technical difficulties of automatic information recognition, extraction, integration and mapping of water body, building, road, vegetation, contour, and other elements. And an automatic software system of “image -> patch -> data -> map” is developed, which realizes the rapid production of 1:10000 basic geographic information data products and improves the ability of high-precision basic geographic information resource construction.

Higher Educational Information Resource Sharing Model Based on Blockchain

Through the sharing of high-quality educational resources in colleges and universities, various colleges and universities have carried out active and effective exchanges in teaching resources, avoiding the duplication of larger educational resources, and improving the academic and career development of teachers and students. The construction of a blockchain-based regional higher education information resource sharing model can solve the problems of scattered teaching resources and duplicate construction of teaching resources, difficulties to ensure the security of digital education resources, high operating costs of platforms, and urgent protection of intellectual property rights of resources. Most of the existing solutions rely on third-party certificate issuing centers or use a single key to encrypt the data flow of education information resources, which has hidden dangers of leakage of privacy information such as intellectual property rights, copyrights, confidential information of resources, other key information, and operation records. Therefore, this paper studies the regional higher education information resource sharing model based on blockchain and designs the data protection protocol of higher education information resources and its resource transaction relationship protection scheme. It introduces the blockchain-based regional higher education information resource sharing model mainly from three aspects: blinding the identity of authorized resource recipients, resource initiators publishing resource transactions, and authorized resource recipients publishing resource transactions. Experimental results verify the effectiveness of the proposed model.

Research on the topic discovery and hotspot evolution of the LIS field from the perspective of papers supported by the National Foundation

Exploring the fine-grained characteristics of the results of papers funded by national funds is helpful to help researchers more accurately grasp the research hotspots and frontier trends of the discipline to identify the frontier topics of scientific research. Starting from the projects approved by the National Natural Science Foundation of China and the Social Science Foundation of China from 2010 to 2019, this study took the state-funded papers published in the core journals in the field of Library and Information Science from 2010 to 2020 as the research object, constructed a domain dictionary according to the funds and keywords of the papers, and conducted topic discovery for the abstracts of the funded papers based on the LDA model. And explore the evolution trend of common keywords in highly cited papers. The results show that in the field of LIS, the social science fund has more diversified project themes than the natural science fund. Information resource construction and library management research are hot topics in the LIS discipline. With the development of The Times, topics such as information service, network public opinion, and big data gradually become the focus of research.

Design and Implementation of Dance Online Teaching System Based on Optimized Load Balancing Algorithm.

With the continuous improvement of the network hardware environment, people turn the demand target to the network application environment and the construction of information resources. How to build a network teaching platform for general undergraduate teaching to ensure the stability of the system and high-quality services during operation especially large-scale concurrent access will inevitably lead to the increase in the business volume of each core part of the network, the number of visits, and data traffic. With the growth of the network, the corresponding processing power and computing intensity also increase rapidly, which causes problems such as overloading of core network equipment, network bottlenecks, and network congestion. Simply pursuing high-performance hardware to solve problems will undoubtedly result in high cost investment; moreover, equipment with excellent performance cannot meet the needs of the current rapidly growing business volume. According to the design goal of the dance online teaching platform, to meet the online teaching load requirements of many people at the same time, the pressure of the web server cluster must be great. Because many people in online at the same time put too much pressure on the web server, this part of the network cannot be processed in time, which leads to the phenomenon that the performance of this part and even the whole network is degraded. In severe cases, it will even cause network communication services to come to a standstill, that is, the so-called deadlock phenomenon. If the protocol software cannot detect congestion and reduce the packet sending rate, the network will be paralyzed due to congestion. This situation will cause the problem of movement delay for online dance teaching, which will seriously affect the quality of teaching. Therefore, the dance online course system should be continuously improved, the quality of online courses should be continuously improved, and the study of the practical application of load balancing technology in the network teaching environment has become an important means to solve the relationship between supply and demand of network teaching. According to the experimental analysis, when the number of Worker' actuators is fixed, the execution time span of MakeSpan increases with the increase of tasks, while the time required by the optimized load balancing algorithm proposed in this paper increases by 1.32 s on average with the increase of tasks, and the time required by heuristic algorithm and bee colony algorithm increases by 3.68 s and 3.45 s on average with the increase of tasks. On the whole, the optimized load balancing algorithm proposed in this paper has obvious advantages.

The Refined Gravity Field Models for Height System Unification in China

A unified height datum is essential for global geographic information resource construction, ecological environment protection, and scientific research. The goal of this paper is to derive the geopotential value for the Chinese height datum (CNHD) in order to realize the height datum unification in China. The estimation of height datum geopotential value usually depends on high-precision global gravity field models (GFMs). The satellite gravity missions of the Gravity Recovery and Climate Experiment (GRACE) and Gravity field and steady-state Ocean Circulation Exploration (GOCE) provide high-accuracy, medium–long-wavelength gravity field spectra, but satellite-only GFMs are limited to medium–long wavelengths, which will involve omission errors. To compensate for the omission errors in satellite-only GFMs, a spectral expansion approach is used to obtain the refined gravity field models using the EGM2008 (Earth Gravitational Model 2008) and residual terrain model (RTM) technique. The refined GFMs are evaluated by using high-quality GNSS/leveling data, the results show that the quasi-geoid accuracy of the refined DIR_R6_EGM2008_RTM model in China has optimal accuracy and, compared with the EGM2008 model and the DIR_R6 model, this refined model in China is improved by 9.6 cm and 21.8 cm, and the improvement ranges are 35.7% and 55.8%, respectively. Finally, the geopotential value of the Chinese height datum is estimated to be equal to 62,636,853.29 m2s−2 with respect to the global reference level defined by W0 = 62,636,853.4 m2s−2 by utilizing the refined DIR_R6_EGM2008_RTM model and 1908 high-quality GNSS/leveling datapoints.

5G Embedded Sensor Network System for Sports Information Service Hotspot Recommendation

How to rationally allocate and integrate existing resources has become the top priority of the development of sports public information services in the transition period, but it is also a weak link in the construction of current social information resources. This article is aimed at studying how to develop sports information service hotspots based on 5G embedded sensor network systems. Methods such as the network structure based on 5G embedded sensors, the Kriging algorithm based on global optimization, and sensor distance measurement are proposed and also conducted experiments on the application of 5G embedded sensor network system in sports information service hotspot recommendation. The results show that people are satisfied with the sports information service of the wireless sensor network, with a maximum score of 9.8, which is suitable for the information provision of sports information services. The development of the times has met the needs of most people.

Research on Evaluation Model of Hospital Informatization Level Based on Decision Tree Algorithm

In order to improve the weight calculation accuracy of hospital informatization level evaluation and shorten the evaluation time, a research method of hospital informatization level evaluation model based on the decision tree algorithm is proposed. Using the decision tree algorithm combining fuzzy theory and ID3, the decision tree is constructed to analyze the hospital information data. By means of questionnaire survey, expert experience, mathematical statistics, and in-depth interview, information facilities construction, information resources construction, information scientific research application, management information, and information guarantee are selected as the nodes of the decision tree to evaluate the hospital information level. Construct the structural equation model, standardize the data, extract the weight of each evaluation index, and complete the evaluation of hospital informatization level. The experimental results show that the weight calculation results of this method are basically consistent with the actual results, and the evaluation efficiency is improved.

Modeling and Analysis of Massive College Sports Data Based on Cloud Computing

With the advantages of cloud computing in the process of education and teaching practice in China gradually highlighted, it is increasingly urgent to use cloud computing to promote technological change in education and promote educational modernization with educational information. The results show that the passing rate of freshmen, sophomores, juniors and seniors is 13%, 20%, 22% and 45%, respectively. The pass rate of high school physical education is the highest, the pass rate of freshman physical education is the lowest, and the pass rate of sophomore physical education is lower than that of junior middle school physical education.
