Empirical Analysis on the Mechanism of Industrial Park Driving Urban Expansion: A Case Study of Xining City

Taking Xining City as an example, this article analyzes the mechanism by which industrial park construction drives the expansion of urban population size and built-up area, based on a review of the process of industrial park development and urban population growth. It also discusses future urban governance models in light of urban development trends. The research finds: (1) In the process of urban development, industrial park construction is often the initial factor in the cumulative and cyclical development of a city; (2) As the level of development improves and the mode of economic growth changes, the government should timely adjust its strategies, shifting from the expansion of industrial park construction towards structural optimization and quality improvement. The most significant difference from previous research is that this paper emphasizes the importance of government planning. This study can not only demonstrate the general process of industrial parks promoting urban expansion, but more importantly, it explains the fundamental reasons for the transition of urban expansion to adjustment from a mechanism perspective, thereby eliminating the drawbacks of simply predicting urban scale evolution through data models.

Dynamics of development of industrial parks in Russia

The globalization of market conditions leads to the development of positions that influence the modification of the national economy. There is a change in business models, a rearrangement of the system of international division of labor. One of the modern business models is the investment and construction of industrial parks, industrial clusters that integrate on their territory the production and logistics capacities necessary for the optimal production and distribution of certain goods. The development of these models in the country, in addition to optimizing production and logistics processes, also makes it possible to influence the economy of the region in which the park is located, both from an economic and demographic point of view, providing jobs. The study describes the current state of development of industrial parks as one of the main sectors of industrial production.

Research on Implementation and Management Evaluation System for Protection and Utilization of Traditional Villages:A Case Study of Traditional Chinese Villages in Lingnan Waterfront

The protection and utilization of traditional villages have seen an increase around China since the country issued the catalogue of tra-ditional village protection. However, the effect of the protection and utilization of traditional villages has not been remarkable, as physical decline and constructive failure of traditional villages occur frequently. Consequently, traditional villages are faced with challenges through a lack of evalua-tion and poor construction management. As an important feedback tool, conducting an evaluation can shed light on achievements in implementation of protection and utilization of traditional villages and effectively reveal problems impeding such implementation. Establishing a scientific evalua-tion system for traditional village protection and utilization is of great significance to the sustainable protection and utilization of traditional villages. Currently, China has not introduced an evaluation system for the implementation of traditional village protection and utilization, and only limited re-search has been conducted in this area. Existing studies have emphasized the evaluation of the implementation of protection and utilization but pay only limited attention to the implementation process. Based on a comprehensive analysis of the characteristics of implementation planning and man-agement, and of relevant studies on this topic, the current study examined the methods used to evaluate the effect of protection and utilization, the protection measures and supervision structures from the perspective of achievements and processes around implementation. Moreover, a case study based on the traditional villages in Lingnan Waterfront was used in the current study, with a focus on the local characteristics of the implementation and management of traditional village protection and utilization. On this basis, an evaluation index system is established, which comprises settlement protection and planning implementation, an active utilization degree, new-old settlement collaboration, protection measures, implementation supervi-sion and management. In Lingnan Waterfront, 44 national-level traditional villages are chosen as samples to examine the implementation and man-agement of traditional village protection and utilization. The results shows that the implementation of traditional village protection and utilization in Lingnan Waterfront poses obvious non-equilibrium challenges. Concerning the implementation of traditional village protection and utilization, there are three levels: Good, moderate and poor. Government policy support, urbanization and industrialization represent important factors that influence the implementation and management of traditional village protection and utilization. For traditional villages that are protected, utilized and managed well, the implementation and management of their protection and utilization are aligned with the early attention paid by the Chinese Government to the situation, as well as the impacts of both industrialization and urbanization. Traditional villages which exhibit moderate implementation and man-agement of protection and utilization are often influenced by industrialization and urbanization in rural areas in the Pearl River Delta. Driven by demolition of old houses and the construction of new housing sites for villagers facing a land shortage, the rural landscape and appearance of villages have undergone different degrees of damage. For traditional villages with poor implementation and management of protection and utilization, the locations of such villages are significantly influenced by urbanization or industrialization in the Pearl River Delta. As traditional villages are attrac-ted by the economic benefits, protection and utilization encounter severe impacts caused by urbanization and the construction of industrial parks in rural areas, and are stuck in a dilemma. Ultimately, the implementation and management evaluation system of traditional village protection and utili-zation is established in the current study based on the case study of Lingnan Waterfront. The results of the study not only deepen the existing body of knowledge on the implementation evaluation of traditional villages, but also provide a reference point for action to address the situation.

Occupational injuries and contributing factors among industry park construction workers in Northwest Ethiopia.

Construction business is currently the second greatest source of injuries in Ethiopia after automotive accidents, with a risk of fatality that is five times higher than that of other industrial sectors. To establish measures for injury prevention, it is crucial to assess the severity of occupational injuries and identify the variables that contribute to them. Therefore, this study aimed to assess the magnitude and factors associated with occupational injuries among Bure Industrial Park construction workers, Northwest Ethiopia. An institutional-based cross-sectional study was conducted among 372 construction workers at Bure Industrial Park. The study participants were selected using a simple random sampling method. The data were collected using interviewer-administered structured questionnaire and work environment observation using structured checklist. In the descriptive statistic, frequencies, proportion, and mean were calculated and the results of the analysis were presented in text and tables. The bi-variable and multivariable logistic regression analyses were carried out to identify independent factors having associations with the occurrence of occupational injury. The overall prevalence of occupational injuries among Bure industrial park construction workers was 39.4%, 95%C.I (34.4%-44.4%). Factors such as sex (being male) [AOR = 1.74, 95%CI (1.02-2.97)], being married [AOR = 2.79, 95%CI (1.50-5.17)], no use of personal protective equipment [AOR = 1.67, 95%CI (1.12-2.85)], no training on occupational safety [AOR = 1.45, 95%CI (1.06-2.98)], and not satisfied with the job [AOR = 5.97, 95%CI (3.48-10.2)] were the factors associated with occupational injuries. The finding shows the public health importance of occupational injury among construction workers in the study area. Numerous factors have been linked to workplace injuries, including sex, marital status, the usage of personal protection equipment, training in occupational safety, and job satisfaction. As a result, in order to lower the rate of occupational injury, employers should prioritize offering safety training, encouraging the use of personal protective equipment while working, conducting routine workplace inspections, and ensuring that their staff members are happy at work by providing comfortable workspaces.

The Carbon Emissions Effect of China’s OFDI on Countries along the “Belt and Road”

With the continuous practice of the “Belt and Road” initiative, the countries along the “Belt and Road” have achieved rapid social and economic development. However, environmental problems have become increasingly prominent. Around the world, there are comments that China’s “Belt and Road” initiative is a result of resource plundering, transfer of backward production capacity, and environmental degradation of countries along the line. This study quantitatively evaluated the static, dynamic, linear, and non-linear effects of China’s foreign direct investment on the carbon emissions of countries along the line. The results showed that: (1) The direct effect of China’s foreign direct investment on the carbon emissions of countries along the route was significantly negative. (2) The economic scale and industrial structure effects of China’s foreign direct investment increased the carbon emissions of countries along the route. The production technology effect suppressed the carbon emissions of countries along the route and played a leading role. (3) The estimation results of the system generalized method of moments showed that the carbon emissions of countries along the route were significantly affected by the lag period, but the impact was small. (4) The results of the threshold regressive model showed that the GDP and proportion of industrial added value had significant threshold effects on the carbon emissions effect of China’s outward foreign direct investment. When the GDP of countries along the route exceeded 7.2696, China’s outward foreign direct investment carbon emissions reduction effect could not be realized; when the proportion of the industrial added value of countries along the route was lower than 4.0106, China’s outward foreign direct investment carbon emission reduction effect could not be realized. Based on the research conclusion, we concluded that China and countries along the “Belt and Road” should strengthen cooperation on carbon emissions reduction, jointly promote low-carbon construction of industrial parks, accelerate cooperation on green energy projects, and establish a green development fund to achieve sustainable development of the countries along the “Belt and Road”.

PPP Financing Model in the Infrastructure Construction of the Park Integrating Artificial Intelligence Technology.

The objective is to study the application of the Public-Private-Partnership (PPP) financing model in the infrastructure construction of the park. By analyzing the operation model of the PPP financing model, combined with the Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology, the theory mechanism that digital infrastructure construction and Internet use affect the quality of employment is proposed. Based on the selection theory of the PPP model for infrastructure construction projects in industrial parks, the application of the PPP financing model in infrastructure construction of industrial parks is discussed in specific cases. According to the actual situation of the case, the combination of the PPP financing model and government direct investment is proposed, and the predicted income results are given. The results manifest that the total score of the qualitative analysis of the value for money (VFM) of the project of the proposed financing model reaches 85.36 points, greater than 60 points. It indicates that the project has passed the qualitative analysis of VFM, and the profit of the project meets expectations. Among them, the after-tax (AT) internal rate of return of project investment reached 4.3%, and the financial internal rate of return of capital amount reached 4.23% AT, exceeding expectations. It illustrates that the designed PPP financing model meets the requirements. In the infrastructure construction of the park, the combination of digital technology and the PPP financing model can provide a more reasonable financing plan, which is feasible for the infrastructure construction of the park.

Land Acquisition for Industrial Parks and Household Income: A Study From the Mekong Delta, Vietnam

Along with the process of forming and developing industrial parks, the situation of land acquisition to serve the construction of industrial parks has been taking place across the country, especially in rural areas. Farming households whose land is acquired must cope with the change of resources to in their livelihoods and income. To develop industrial parks sustainably, for industrialization, it is necessary to pay adequate attention to the change of life and income of people who lost their land. In this study, we employed data collected from 280 households who have land acquired for industrial parks in the Mekong Delta. Binary Logistic regression model is applied to analyze the data to figure out 6 factors that affect income changes of the households. The factors include usage of compensation money for production and business investment after land acquisition, borrowing from formal financial institutions, having their employees working in the industrial parks, educational attainment of the head, dependency ratio and age of household head.

Sustainable Development Research of Green Smart Park in High-End Manufacturing Based on Internet of Things.

During the transition from industrial production to intelligent, there are still a large number of manufacturing industries in the traditional production mode. The problems of slow information transmission, difficult integrated production management, and complicated process parameter control have led to disconnect decision-making from actual production. In addition, the current manufacturing industry is more of a traditional management method, and the upgrade and iteration speed are slow, and it is not combined with the technology of the Internet of Things. Therefore, the purpose of this article is to use the Internet of Things monitoring technology to explore the improvement of high-end manufacturing and analyze the problems and solutions in the process of consistency of ecological environment and economic effects. This article will use the research methods of specific problems and specific analysis to compare the data and draw conclusions. This article will discuss the technical mechanism of the Internet of Things monitoring and introduce the collection and data of production status data of each station equipment in the production workshop during the production process: improving the current production model, learning foreign experience at the same time, quickly carrying out load curve and data center data accumulation on the service capabilities of the park, verifying multiple operating models, and simultaneously exploring new management models. Based on comparative advantage analysis, the study draws similarities and differences in the development of high-end manufacturing industries at home and abroad, learns advanced experience, proposes improved methods and paths, combines new environmental protection paths, and finally proposes energy operation in the park. Build a green and intelligent park to provide a theoretical reference for sustainable development. The research results show that computer monitoring technology and methods have effectively improved the production environment of high-end manufacturing, combined with the development status of the existing ecological and intelligent composite production system; the infrastructure construction of industrial parks in the new era, IT support, services, manpower resources, and industries has developed rapidly.

An Assessment of the Impact of Industrialization on Physical Environment and Socio-economic Conditions around the Alipur Industrial Area, Bangladesh

Massive industrialization promotes economic growth and causes environmental pollution and degradation. The purpose of this research is to determine the impact of industrialization on the physical environment and socio-economic condition at Alipur industrial areas, Habiganj, Bangladesh, by measuring water, soil, air, sound quality parameters and a random sampling questionnaire survey on socio-economic conditions. Most of the measured physicochemical parameters exceeded the acceptable limit of inland surface water. The pH of the effluent water ranged from 4.83 to 8.58, which was found lower than the standard level for two points. The DO level was within the range of 1.98 to 3.32 mg/L indicating that aquatic life is in danger because of the lower level of DO. BOD, COD, TSS, and TDS ranged from 133 to 255.8 mg/L, 330 to 566 mg/L, 1960 to 2170 mg/L and 4110 to 5500 mg/L, respectively. The concentration of Nitrates (14.63 mg/l), Phosphate (10.33 mg/l), and Copper (5.49 mg/l) in the water samples found more than the inland surface, public sewer STP, and Irrigated land standard. The concentrations of CO (10.71), NO2 (90.56), and SO2 (104.34) in the air are near the acceptable level, indicating that the air was moderately polluted. The Durbin-Watson statistic is 0.495 from the model summary indicating the research model has a positive auto-correction, and the coefficient of significance is at 0.00, and Test F at 150.345 suggests that the model is suitable. Furthermore, the coefficient of the land area lost due to industrial park construction is found at 0.00, indicating household income increased when people lose land and non-agricultural sectors like building houses, investing in services, traffic systems. On the other hand, it is undeniable that few members whose land is acquired turned unemployed during industrial parks, resulting in the high number of unemployed workers being high and income declines.

Challenges and Opportunities of University and Industry Nexus in Ethiopia: A Systematic Review

University and Industry Linkage [UIL] has been practised, with differing magnitude, as universities have long been recognised as rich sources of knowledge generation, innovation, and technological advancements. Strengthening the nexus between these two sectors and amassing the benefits arising has become a hot policy issue. Nevertheless, the progress of functional links between the two actors has been curtailed by many impediments. In the Ethiopian context, there is a paucity of researches that address the issue of UIL in general and those delineating the major challenges and opportunities about that in particular. Accordingly, this systematic review was conducted to pinpoint the main challenges that have been deterring the progress of the desired level of UIL and identifying the opportunities that can be seized to enhance the progress of the link. The study employed a systematic review method to collate all relevant evidence that meets prespecified eligibility criteria to achieve a given research objective or answer a specific research question. This systematic review was based on document analysis made on highly relevant and carefully selected documents, including journal articles, policies, strategies, plans, proclamations and books. The study revealed that despite the attempts of the government to strengthen and sustain a fruitful interconnection between the two sectors, UIL is at its infant stage, and numerous backlogs are waiting to be accomplished. The major challenges hindering the growth of UIL in Ethiopia include the presence of limited budget to research universities; mismatch between graduates’ knowledge and skills and industries’ demand; lack of sufficient skills and knowledge on the part of the staff of both sectors; absence of sound policy implementation strategies and plans; lack of ownership on the part of officials to implement policies, strategies and plans and cultural divide between the two parties.On the other hand, the main opportunities identified include a supportive policy environment, the proliferation of industries, issuance of intellectual property right protection laws, growing economy, the establishment of science and technology universities, construction of industrial parks, and relative improvements in infrastructure. Concerted government, universities, industries and other pertinent stakeholders need to be implemented to overcome the challenges mentioned above and reinvigorate UIL. Moreover, emerging opportunities delineated above need to be capitalised on, and creating an enabling environment for UIL to flourish ought to be reinforced with greater momentum

Industrial Park and Foreign Investment for Sustainable Development in Indonesia

In this era of globalization, foreign investment no longer needs to be seen as a threat. On the other hand, foreign investment can be considered as a driving force for national development, including for Indonesia as a developing country, including the construction of Industrial Parks. This study aims to determine the potential and challenges of foreign investment in the development of industrial estates in Indonesia. This paper uses a qualitative descriptive method, where this study describes events that occur and is intended to describe existing phenomena, both natural and human engineering. As a result, this paper finds that the Indonesian government has begun to improve infrastructure so that it is also sufficient to be one of the supporting factors. With a good location and infrastructure, the company's business activities become more effective. And more importantly, the Indonesian government is also willing to provide some fiscal facilities and licensing facilities related to company activities even though they are slightly contrary to sustainable development. Therefore, this research will contribute to the process of increasing foreign investment for sustainable development in Indonesia.

The characteristics of spatial expansion and driving forces of land urbanization in counties in central China: A case study of Feixi county in Hefei city.

Urbanization in Central and Western China has attracted increasing attention in the advent of new-type urbanization in China and the age of 'Global Urbanism'. Although land urbanization is at the epicenter of Chinese urbanization, its process and driving forces in counties beyond the Eastern coastal areas are less known. This paper therefore seeks to investigate the spatial expansion and driving forces of land urbanization in Feixi county, a relatively advanced county neighboring Hefei city proper in Anhui province in Central China. Based on the land-use change survey data, remote sensing interpretation data, and statistical yearbook data of Feixi county from 2002 to 2016, it is revealed that the overall scale of urban land in Feixi county increased remarkably, though with obvious temporal and geographical variants. The year 2009 appears to be the cutting line between quantity-based land urbanization and quality-based land urbanization. Land urbanization rate is sensitive to both geographical distance and traffic accessibility to Hefei city proper. Driving forces of land urbanization in Feixi county are summarized as: (1) central city expansion, (2) government-led industrial park construction, and (3) large industrial projects along traffic corridors. A better understanding of urbanization in Feixi county cannot be fulfilled without taking into account the wider spatial process in Hefei city and the Yangtze River Delta city-region.

Measuring the Smart Growth Spatial Performance in Developing City of Northwest China Plains Area

“Smart growth” is an urban planning concept. In this paper, the overall urban-rural smart growth efficiency is explored, which serves as an indicator to effectively measure the allocation of urban-rural spatial resources and structural rationality of the urban-rural space. Taking a developing county city in northwest China plains area as an example, the urban-rural spatial efficiency system was established and the evaluation model constructed by using the data envelopment analysis (DEA)-slack-based measure (SBM) model. The model was used to empirically analyze the characteristics in 2000, 2010, and 2018. The results show that the urban-rural spatial efficiency of the urban-rural space degree of a county in northwest China plains area exhibits growth trend on the whole, and scale efficiency increases the most. The increase of technical efficiency promotes the growth of spatial performance, which is mainly manifested in the construction of industrial parks. Although urban and rural spatial performance has made great achievements, there are still problems. Results of the test for each city indicate that the method proposed in this study is, in fact, quite effective in evaluating the smart growth pattern for developing cities. Finally, the corresponding improvement social and economic policies’ strategy is proposed.

Development of industrial parks and a new livelihood strategy for the people in Vietnam

This study is designed to analyze the influence of industrial park (IP) development on the lives of people living around the IPs in Vietnam and on new livelihood strategies for people after the industrial park was built and developed. Data were collected from a survey of 409 people living around industrial parks in three regions of Vietnam (Northern, Central, and South Vietnam). The findings show that the livelihood resources, such as financial resources, physical resources, social resources, and natural resources, have a positive relationship with people’s livelihoods after industrial park construction and development; though, the degree of influence of these resources is different. Whereas human resources have a positive effect (through the item – additional jobs created by the industrial park) and a negative effect on income (through the object – the unemployed labor by the industrial park built and developed). The findings also show that most households surveyed responded that their lives had changed for the better (about 41.36% compared to nearly 28.91% of households surveyed who said their income had decreased).

Research on the Whole Process Cost Risk Evaluation Index System of Real Estate Park

The development focus of real estate enterprises has shifted from traditional buildings to industrial park construction. After summarizing and analyzing the risk factors of the traditional construction cost, the WBS-CBS-RBS method is used to classify and identify the whole process cost of the industrial park. Finally, eight first level evaluation indexes and 37 second level evaluation indexes are established to form the whole process cost risk evaluation index system of the industrial park construction, which provides the basis for the whole process cost risk assessment of the subsequent industrial park construction.

Интегрированный агропромышленный парк как перспективная модель развития сельского хозяйства Африки

Integrated agro-industrial parks (IAIP) – is a new economic model, driven by the need to facilitate modernization and advancement of agriculture and to help developing countries carry out the structural transformation of the industry and commercialize it. In Africa, the first country to start implementing IAIP was Ethiopia, which already had experience at that time in the construction of industrial parks specializing in the production of manufactured goods. Ethiopia faces problems common in Africa’s agriculture: unequal incomes of rural and urban residents, high unemployment and poverty, low food security, underdeveloped agricultural infrastructure, limited opportunities for small farmers to centrally and profitably deliver their products with minimal losses, etc. All these problems can be solved through the introduction of IAIP. Ethiopia has also set itself the goal of competing in the increasingly globalized agribusiness market and needs to provide an enabling environment for the establishment and growth of agribusiness firms. In 2016, the country hosted the first International Agro-Industry Investment Forum, where investment projects of 4 startups were presented. Three of them were opened in February, March and May 2021 and focused on the production, sorting, processing, acquiring and other activities related to adding value to agricultural raw materials. The goals of creating IAIPs were not only to increase the production of agricultural products and enhance food security, but also to expand the volume and range of exported products, as well as to increase the production of agricultural products with added value. Several other African countries were inspired by the example of Ethiopia, and now the discussion of the possibility of establishing an IAIP is underway as part of the creation of a common agro-industrial park in Zambia and Zimbabwe.

Flood Risk Assessment for the Long-Term Strategic Planning Considering the Placement of Industrial Parks in Slovakia

The intention of the article is to demonstrate how data from historical maps might be applied in the process of flood risk assessment in peri-urban zones located in floodplains and be complementary datasets to the national flood maps. The research took place in two industrial parks near the rivers Žitava and Nitra in the town of Vráble (the oldest industrial park in Slovakia) and the city of Nitra (one of the largest industrial parks in Slovakia, which is still under construction concerning the Jaguar Land Rover facility). The historical maps from the latter half of the 18th and 19th centuries and from the 1950s of the 20th century, as well as the field data on floods gained with the GNSSS receiver in 2010 and the Q100 flood line of the national flood maps (2017), were superposed in geographic information systems. The flood map consists of water flow simulation by a mathematical hydrodynamic model which is valid only for the current watercourse. The comparison of historical datasets with current data indicated various transformations and shifts of the riverbanks over the last 250 years. The results proved that the industrial parks were built up on traditionally and extensively used meadows and pastures through which branched rivers flowed in the past. Recent industrial constructions intensified the use of both territories and led to the modifications of riverbeds and shortening of the watercourse length. Consequently, the river flow energy increased, and floods occurred during torrential events in 2010. If historical maps were respected in the creation of the flood maps, the planned construction of industrial parks in floodplains could be limited or forbidden in the spatial planning documentation. This study confirmed that the flood modelling using the Q100 flood lines does not provide sufficient arguments for investment development groups, and flood maps might be supplied with the data derived from historical maps. The proposed methodology represents a simple, low cost, and effective way of identifying possible flood-prone areas and preventing economic losses and other damages.

Administrative permitting activities in town planning

The article is focused on current issues concerning administrative permitting activities, which are the part of administrative activity as a whole. The field of town planning involves the interests of both business entities and people living in a particular territory. Economic development demands the effective regulation in order to attract investment in the construction sector, while people’s interest calls for fulfilling the principle of sustainable development of a territory. Thus, the administrative statutory regulation must on the one hand imply diminishing administrative burdens in order to provide the transparency and promptness of passing regulative procedures, and on the other hand be sufficient for ensuring the safety and appropriateness of development of a territory. Construction is one of vital and the most complicated sectors of the economy that is primarily aimed at providing people with residential property. To erect a residential building one needs high-quality communication lines, transport and social infrastructure. Construction of industrial parks, maintenance of existing industrial areas and transport infrastructure facilities and creation of new ones, providing people living in dilapidated dwellings with new residential space, housing resource renewal – these are the first key tasks for the authorities today. The circumstances mentioned above entail the demand for efficient administrative control over town planning sector. In this regard, the scientific comprehension of the term “administrative permitting activities” can raise the level of understanding all management processes running on the economy system, as well as the issues of exercising the powers conferred to executive public bodies acting in the related field.

Spatio-temporal pattern and driving forces of construction land change in a poverty-stricken county of China and implications for poverty-alleviation-oriented land use policies

Sustainable land use, targeted poverty alleviation (TPA) and integrated urban/town development are key issues for the poverty-stricken counties of China. This paper explored the spatio-temporal pattern and driving forces of construction land change in Longzhou, a typical poverty-stricken border county in southwest China, based on high-resolution remote sensing images and field investigations. The results showed that, from 2011 to 2016, the construction land in Longzhou increased by 10.08%. The largest increase shown by urban built-up areas (37.74%) followed by rural residential (25.48%), industrial and mining (20.96%), and transportation areas (15.49%) as well by tourist facility areas (0.33%). The accelerated urban development, rural housing construction, and construction of industrial parks and transportation facilities are main factors driving construction land expansion, while the implementation of TPA strategy and the booming of border trade activities are important policy drivers of the construction land expansion. Some of the major implications for improving poverty-alleviation-oriented land use policies were further discussed. The authors argue that land use policy innovation could play a key role in breaking the Matthew effect (poor get poorer, rich get richer) of China's uneven regional development and generating and accelerating the transformation development of poverty-stricken counties. It is fundamental to meet the demand of construction land for TPA, meanwhile raise the intensive level of land utilization. The authors suggest that the government need to further improve and implement preferential land use policies for poverty-stricken counties from the provincial level, appropriately increase the quotas of construction land, and effectively strengthen the rational, efficient and intensive use of the quotas of construction land, and provide solid land policy support for poverty alleviation and thus achieve the Sustainable Development Goals with higher quality.

Analysis on Ecological Suitability of Land Use Planning in Industrial Park

In the process of planning and construction of industrial park, it is necessary to analyze the suitability of construction land, and use it as a basis to guide and demonstrate the rationality of planning spatial layout and land use, so as to provide scientific basis for planning decision-making. In this paper, the ecological suitability of land use planning in Tongshan County Economic Development Zone Master Plan is taken as the research object, the planning land use types are combed, the ecological sensitive factors are screened by the method of benefit analysis, the evaluation index system and method system are constructed, the ecological adaptability of industrial park land use is evaluated scientifically, the ecological adaptability of regional land use is determined, the construction land is reasonably planned and the planning is improved.
