The effect of Polyethylene Terephthalate (PET) plastic addition to AC-WC in a wet mixture on increase of asphalt stability

PET (Polyethylene Terephthalate) plastic is one of the most common types of plastic used in Indonesia. Its existence has contributed significantly to various sectors, including the food and beverage, cosmetic, pharmaceutical, and other consumer product packaging industries. However, the use of PET plastic also creates a number of impacts that need to be considered. PET (Polyethylene Terephthalate) plastic has become an attractive alternative in the construction industry in Indonesia, particularly in its use as an asphalt mixture in road construction. This study aimed to determine the effect of the addition of PET waste to the asphalt on the value of Marshall characteristics as well as the optimum asphalt content and plastic content in the AC - WC mixture. Basic testing of 4 %, 5 %, and 6 % (by weight of asphalt) PET plastic mixture with wet mixing method where PET plastic is put into hot asphalt and stirred until homogeneous. Marshall test data will go through Formality Test, Homogeneity Test, Two-Way ANOVA, Duncan Test, and Correlation Regression Analysis to get the 3D graph equation. The result is that PET plastic affects the asphalt mixture by increasing the stability value and MQ value, for flow, VFB, and VMA values have decreased. VIM value increased at 4 % level and decreased at 6 % level. From the ribbon graph, the optimum asphalt content for each percentage of PET content is obtained, namely 4 % PET KAO value of 6.2 %, 5 % PET KAO 6.25 %, and 6 % KAO 6.28 %. It can be concluded that the mixing of PET with asphalt in AC-WC mixtures can be maximum if the right percentage combination of asphalt and PET content. From the 3D Graphic Method, it results that the maximum use of plastic PET is at a content of 5.40 %, and an asphalt content of 6.35 %, will produce an asphalt stability of 1714.232 kN

TRILOCK BRICK : INOVASI DESAIN BATAKO BENTUK SEGITIGA DENGAN SISTEM INTERLOCK

As the construction industry in Indonesia continues to grow, it has significantly impacted the demand for building materials, particularly in the construction sector. One such material is "batako," which is used as a wall filler, along with cement as a bonding material (grout). Therefore, there is a need for a solution that provides easier workability during installation and is cost-effective. The objective of this research is to innovate and analyze the design of triangular-shaped batako with an interlocking system on each side. The methodology used involves experimental testing in a laboratory and follows the Indonesian National Standard (SNI) 03-0349-1989. The process includes material testing, specimen production, compressive strength testing, absorption testing, and a cost comparison analysis. The research resulted in the development of "trilock brick," a triangular-shaped batako measuring 36 cm in length and 9 cm in thickness. The average compressive strength at 28 days was 9,487 MPa, with an average water absorption rate of 5.344%. The installation cost per 1 m2 was Rp. 76,802, with a grout thickness of 0,5 cm. This research demonstrates that this innovation possesses compressive strength and water absorption values comparable to conventional batako. Additionally, trilock brick offers economic advantages with a cost difference of up to 13% compared to conventional batako requirements.

Analysis of Productivity Loss In Ironing, Formwork, and Casting Work at Summarecon Mall Bandung Project

In a developing country such as Indonesia, infrastructure development is one of aspects that contribute to advancement for the country. However, construction industry in Indonesia has a problem regarding to low construction productivity. Lean construction regarded as the new method to improve construction performance and labor productivity. Using two principles of lean construction, benchmarking and labor production variability reduction will be analyzed to show how impact it caused to labor performance. Benchmarking will be used to analyze for Summarecon Mall Bandung Project with parameters of Disruption Index (DI), Perfomance Ratio (PR) and Project Manajemen Index (PMI). The project has DI<0,1 score that means abnormality days that happened was low, varied PR score in all construction operation, and low PMI score that represent good construction management system. In conclusion based on all parameters, Mall Summarecon Bandung Project is relatively good project and can be used as a benchmark for similar construction project.

The Effectiveness of the Procurement at the Construction Services Selection Implementation Center

The construction industry still faces various challenges in some developing countries, and one of the problems is the procurement of goods and services. The allocation of public procurement funds is significant to the national GDP. It is essential to conduct comprehensive research on government procurement in the construction industry in Indonesia due to the rapid growth of the construction industry in the last decade. This research focuses on the procurement of construction goods and services in the Ministry of Public Works and Housing by looking at the perception of the government as the project owner. This research aims to identify a model of critical success factors to improve public procurement performance in the construction industry from the government's perspective. The research method includes two stages, namely, the development of critical success, which consists of crucial factors and indicators that affect the performance of public procurement in the construction industry. It is a literature study of relevant previous research results from various countries that affect these critical success factors. Then, the second stage is a survey of experts' perceptions through questionnaires. The questionnaire data analysis used SEM-PLS software to quantify the relationship model of critical success factors to improve the performance of government procurement of goods and services in the construction industry. The development of a competency framework for architectural engineering graduates: Perspectives by the construction industry in Indonesia

The discrepancy between competence and real work in engineering graduates can be resolved with cooperation by the construction industry. Therefore, it is necessary to determine the appropriate and required architectural engineering competencies with the current demands and conditions of the construction industry. So this study aims to analyze the determinants of competence and test the competency development model for architectural engineering graduates according to the needs of the construction industry. The research sample method is non-probability sampling using purposive sampling. The research sample consisted of 240 practitioners and trainers from 40 construction industry companies. The PLS-SEM technique was used to test the measurement and structural models (3 dimensions, 8 elements, 47 constructs/indicators, and 9 hypotheses). The competence of architecture graduates is determined by the dominant factor, namely Utilities and Building Construction (UBC1 & UBC2, λ = 89.90%), and Building Estimation and Costing (BEC7, λ = 73.30%) is the lowest factor. The ability of the structural model to explain architectural competency measurements is 36.20% in the moderate category. The predictive relevance value (Q²) explains 47.5% to 56.0% of the phenomena predicted in the field and explains the level of strength of the observed value in the structural model. Furthermore, 9 hypotheses from 8 dimensions have a positive and significant effect. The results of this study can be a recommendation for schools in the competency implementation model, and efforts to improve graduates' abilities and skills so that they can be absorbed by the construction industry and reduce unemployment.

Implementation of Construction Safety Plan in The Building Project

Data on work accidents in the construction industry in Indonesia is still relatively high, so the government issued a Construction Safety Management System (CSMS) regulation in 2021. However, many middle to lower-class contractors still need help compiling it. Contractors still use job safety analysis as a substitute for the Construction Safety Plan (CSP) with minimal analysis. Therefore, it is necessary to research the preparation of CSP, which is integrated with the project technique method. The research method used is to describe CSP implementation in selected project cases. The study results show that contractors already have good resources and commitment to carrying out CSP but have limitations in understanding the techniques for preparing CSP documents accompanied by sound risk management analysis.

OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH (K3) BUDGET FOR CONSTRUCTION IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE OMNIBUS LAW

Our objective is to gain a comprehensive understanding of the Construction K3 Budget that aligns with the Omnibus Law in Indonesia and to analyze its impact on the construction industry in the country. The background of this topic is crucial considering the importance of understanding and implementing Occupational Safety and Health (K3) in the construction industry in Indonesia. With the changing times and technological advancements, K3 has become a critical aspect of carrying out construction activities. Therefore, we find it essential to explore and deepen our understanding of the K3 Budget to provide a comprehensive understanding to the readers. In this paper, we will delve into the K3 Budget and the laws regulating it. We will elaborate on the concepts, theories, and principles related to Construction K3. Comparison of Using Conventional Estimating and Sketchup Pro for Bill Quantity Takeoff Process

Departing from academic anxiety that the construction industry in Indonesia has made rapid progress with the adoption of computing technology and methods in recent years. Increasing infrastructure development encourages construction actors to effectively and efficiently improve project quality. However, the role of the quantity surveyor becomes crucial in facing challenges such as manual quantity picking which is prone to errors and cost estimation that is difficult to do based on rough schematic design. In the context of traditional construction projects, quantity lists are arranged based on 2D drawings, but the use of 3D models has diminished since the adoption of BIM. Sketchup, as a 3D modeling software, and its extension Quantifier Pro provide a solution by combining 3D models to produce accurate quantity takeoff calculations on the Bill of Quantity. This research aims to develop methods to improve the quantity accuracy of elements of an incomplete or incorrect Sketchup model, in the hope of reducing modeling time, improving quantity retrieval performance, and making Sketchup-based cost estimation more effective and efficient in the context of construction. This research method involves 3D modeling using the Sketchup Pro application, using secondary data in the form of Detailed Engineering Design (DED) working drawings. Volume calculation in the Bill of Quantity is done with the help of Sketchup Pro software. The research location is in the Mullberry Cluster residential project, Bekasi City, West Java. The house building in this project was chosen as an object of comparison between conventional calculation methods and calculation methods using Sketchup Pro software. The main focus is to overcome the challenges of manual quantity picking and cost estimation from rough schematic design, emphasizing the crucial role of quantity surveyors. The results showed that the use of 3D models in Sketchup can increase the accuracy of cost estimation and reduce modeling time. The conclusion of the study confirms that Sketchup as an effective alternative solution in increasing efficiency and accuracy in the construction process, especially in the context of taking the quantity of architectural work elements, contributes positively to the development of more sophisticated cost estimation methods in the Indonesian construction industry.

ANALYSIS OF IMPLEMENTATION DELAYS USING THE EARNED VALUE METHOD (ON THE PURWOSARI - SEKARMOJO ROAD WORKS, PASURUAN DISTRICT)

Along with the very rapid development of infrastructure and construction in Indonesia in the era of globalization, the Indonesian government has carried out various large-scale projects to achieve the increasingly complex expectations of society. This will trigger the growth of the construction industry in Indonesia and become one of the main goals in the framework of national development. An infrastructure development project is an activity carried out with limited time and resources to achieve a specified final result. One of the construction projects currently being developed is Road Works. The Earned Value method can be used to determine cost performance and implementation time during the project and the indicators used for analysis include: BCWP (Budget Cost of Work Performance), BCWS (Budget Cost of Work Schedule), ACWP (Actual Cost of Work Performance), SV (Schedule Variance), CV (Cost Variance), SPI (Schedule Performance Index), CPI (Cost Performance Index), EAC (Estimated At Complete) and ET (Estimated To Complete) and TE (Time Estimate). Conclusions from this research is to determine the estimated costs and time for project completion. In the data analysis in the 9th week, the project schedule performance (CPI) was 1.14, greater than 1, while (SPI) was 0.587, less than 1. The results of the calculation of projected costs for the remaining work (ETC) were IDR. 1,586,686,537.62 and total project costs (EAC) of Rp. 2,509,041,243.08.

Optimizing the Integration of Building Information Modelling using Response Spectrum and Linear Time History Analysis. Case Study: Irregular Hangar Structure

The increasing use of technology in the construction industry has introduced the concept of Building Information Modeling (BIM), which is widely utilized to streamline construction activities. BIM enables the exchange of data across various disciplines quickly, as well as facilitates analysis, design, and on-site construction processes. The implementation of BIM will be carried out in the analysis and design processes of structures with irregularities to assess the effectiveness and performance of BIM in modeling and analyzing structures. Considering the burgeoning development of the construction industry in Indonesia, there is a necessity for a laboratory hangar dedicated to conducting structural model tests and construction material examinations. The aim of this study is to compare the response and the volume output between the response spectrum and linear time history analysis of an irregular structure. The case study conducted in this research focuses on the 5-stories Laboratory Hangar in Indonesia. The software used in this study includes Autodesk Revit 2023 for BIM modeling and ETABS V21 for structural analysis. Data and model exchange are performed between both software platforms to evaluate the BIM integration between them.

Opportunities and Challenges of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) in Construction Companies in Indonesia: A Systematic Literature Review

This study delineates a systematic review of literature focusing on the opportunities and challenges associated with implementing Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) in construction companies in Indonesia. Through the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach, this article evaluates and analyzes several related studies published within the last five years (2019-2023). This method allows the identification and synthesis of data from various sources such as academic journals, related publications, and databases, which are then analyzed to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges related to ERP implementation within the context of the construction industry in Indonesia. The findings from this literature review reveal a variety of benefits obtained by construction companies after adopting ERP systems, including improved operational efficiency, better resource management, and enhanced strategic decision-making. However, challenges also emerge, including issues related to adapting to change, integration with existing systems, as well as significant implementation costs and time. This analysis provides deep insights into the ERP implementation in the construction industry in Indonesia, providing a foundation for better understanding and further development in facing challenges and leveraging available opportunities.

Analisa Metode Backpropagation Dalam Memprediksi Jumlah Perusahaan Konstruksi Berdasarkan Provinsi di Indonesia

This research aims to analyze the number of construction companies in Indonesia and gain an understanding of the trends and characteristics of the construction industry in that country. In this research, data related to the number of construction companies is analyzed using available sources such as government statistical reports, industry publications, and other secondary data sources. The data we use in this research is data on the number of construction companies by province in Indonesia from 2016-2021 which was taken from the website of the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) using the backprogation artificial neural network (JST) method. The analysis results show that the number of construction companies in Indonesia has increased significantly in recent years. It is hoped that this research will encourage strong economic growth and increasing investment in the infrastructure and property sectors has driven demand for construction services. In addition, government policies that support the construction sector, such as infrastructure development programs and regulations that facilitate foreign investment, also contribute to the growth in the number of construction companies. Apart from growth trends, this research also identifies several characteristics of the construction industry in Indonesia. The industry is dominated by small and medium-sized companies operating locally, although there are also large companies involved in large-scale projects. Competition in this industry is fierce, with companies vying to win construction contracts and develop a competitive advantage. The architectural models that we use in this research are 6 architectural models, of which the best architectural model will be obtained. The architectural models include 5-11-1-1 with an accuracy percentage of 61.8%, 5-12-1- 1 with an accuracy percentage of 70.6%, 5-14-1-1 with an accuracy percentage of 82.4%, 5-18-1-1 with an accuracy percentage of 64.7%, 5-20-1-1 with an accuracy percentage of 70.6%, 5-22- 1-1 with an accuracy percentage of 73.5%. So the best architectural model is obtained, namely the 5-12-1-1 model which produces an accuracy rate of 82.4%. with a Mean Square Error (MSE) of 0.00099997 with an error prone of between 0.001-0.05. These results are quite good in predicting the number of construction companies based on provinces in Indonesia

Sustainable Transformation In the Construction Industry: Reducing Environmental Impact and Enhancing Cost Performance through Waste Utilization and Lean Construction

This research aims to improve cost performance and reduce environmental damage in the construction industry in Indonesia through the implementation of value engineering and lean construction methods. Through a case study on high-rise building construction, the research findings reveal that utilizing concrete waste as a substitute for formwork and applying lean construction practices can achieve cost savings of 55.83% compared to the initial plans. Furthermore, this approach provides additional benefits such as increased construction efficiency, utilization of more sustainable resources, and enhanced corporate reputation in terms of environmentally-friendly practices. The results of this research contribute to achieving zero waste in the construction industry, improving cost performance, and actively participating in global environmental conservation efforts. Moreover, the study has the potential to enhance the sustainability of the construction industry in Indonesia and provide long-term positive benefits.

Job Characteristics, Work-Family Conflict, and Psychological Well-being in Construction Industry Employees

Indonesia's construction industry has experienced remarkable growth over the past decade, as evidenced by statistical data from 2010 to 2019. The number of companies focused on construction has surged in tandem with Indonesia's economic growth. However, this rapid growth has led to a significant discrepancy between the increasing number of staff and available companies. Such an imbalance places immense pressure on construction staff, straining their workloads and overall job satisfaction. To address this issue, a comprehensive research study was conducted employing a combination of field research and literature reviews. The research involved direct visits to the study site to gather primary data from respondents. Primary data collection methods included observations and the use of questionnaires, which probed various variables relevant to the study. Furthermore, extensive literature reviews were conducted, drawing insights from journals, articles, textbooks, and relevant government regulations. The primary objective of this research was to investigate the relationship between workload, work distress, sleep problems, and job satisfaction among employees within the construction industry. The study aimed to identify potential avenues for enhancing employee job performance by mitigating familial and sleep-related challenges. The research focused on employees working within multinational and international contractor branches, as the exact population figures were unavailable, necessitating a nonprobability sampling approach. The research employed quantitative analysis, specifically structural equation modeling (SEM), to examine the intricate connections between work-related factors and their impact on employees' well-being and job satisfaction. The findings of the study revealed both direct and indirect influences of work and family dynamics on job-related issues within the private sector. Notably, companies in the construction industry experienced heightened work pressure, attributed to their higher workload, yet also exhibited greater support from regulatory and business sectors. This research underscores the significance of distinguishing between different sectors when exploring the interplay between work and family dynamics. By shedding light on the unique challenges faced by the construction industry, this study contributes to the existing body of work-family literature, emphasizing the need for tailored approaches when analyzing work-family relationships in distinct sectors.

Mitigating Risk in Construction Business: The Impact of Contractor Business Size and Risk Location (Office and Field)

This study aims to evaluate the relationship between the size of the construction business and the location of the risk with the risks that arise in construction projects in Indonesia. The method used is two-way anova analysis by sampling 90 construction projects in Indonesia. The independent variable in this study is the size of the construction business and the location of the risk, while the dependent variable is the risk on the construction project. The results showed that there is a significant relationship between the size of the construction business and the risks of construction projects in Indonesia. In addition, there is also a significant relationship between the location of risks and risks in construction projects in Indonesia. However, there was no significant interaction between the size of the construction business and the location of risk to risk in construction projects in Indonesia. This research contributes to the construction industry in Indonesia in evaluating the factors that affect risk in construction projects. By knowing the relationship between the size of the construction business and the location of the risk with the risk on the construction project, the contractor company can improve the risk management strategy to minimize the risk to the construction project in the future. Future research may consider other variables such as contractor experience and expertise as well as external factors such as market and political conditions to better understand the factors that influence risk in construction projects in Indonesia.

Identification of People's Preference Towards the Use of 3D Construction Printing Technology as a Method for Home Construction Method in Indonesia

Various sectors have undergone changes and developments with the existence of technology. One of the sectors affected by the development of the technology industry is the construction sector. The construction sector is experiencing slow development compared to other sectors. The construction industry in Indonesia is still influenced by using quite a lot of human labor. One of the technologies in the construction industry is 3D construction printing. This technology is claimed to be able to build houses faster, cheaper, and more efficiently. The community as a market and players from the construction sector take an important part so that development using this technology becomes right on target, especially in the construction of residential houses for the community. The purpose of this study is to find out people's preferences regarding the existence of 3d construction printing technology for residential construction to open the potential for alternative methods of house construction other than conventional methods. The research method is carried out using a qualitative approach. The data collection method is carried out with an open-ended online questionnaire and distributed freely (non-random sampling). This research also showed about what kind of community category that interested to build their home using this technology. The collected data then analyzed qualitatively content analysis using JMP program. The results showed categories of public opinion regarding the use of 3D construction printing technology as a house construction method including Impressive, Sustainability, Innovation, Effectiveness, Inexperienced, Usefulness, Efficiency, Complexity, High construction costs, and Quality Test. Furthermore, regarding people’s preferences for using 3D Construction Printing as a method for building their homes, 41% said yes, 41% said maybe, and 16% said no, this shows that this technology is mostly accepted by the public but due to lack of understanding, research, and knowledge so that many answers as possible. The community category that most interesting to use this technology to build their homes are people who have a monthly income of around 3-6 million rupiah, and the occupasion are government employees and entrepreneurs with the same percentage 0,6 than other occupations are below 0,5.The categories are inexperienced, and usefulness. The results of this study are expected to be a consideration for stakeholders in building houses using the 3D construction printing method that can be used for residential homes in Indonesia. An empirical study to evaluate the student competency of vocational education

The low work readiness of vocational education (VE) graduates is caused by a mismatch of competencies with job demands. The unemployment rate for VE graduates is increasing due to low competency mastery and job absorption. The purpose of this study is to determine the competency needs of architectural engineering graduates according to the current demand for the construction industry. The research sample consisted of 193 respondents consisting of VE teachers and practitioners from the construction industry in Indonesia. The Covariance-Based Structural Equation Modeling (CB-SEM) analysis is used for the evaluation of the structural models of architectural engineering competency demands. The results of the analysis test using Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) show that the construct validity of the evaluation model is in a good category. The evaluation model testing met the statistical criteria of goodness of fit. The model substantially explains 89.75% of the various competencies that must be mastered by architectural engineering graduates and suitable for use in Indonesia and other countries.

MONITORING WORK PROGRESS OF DAM CONSTRUCTION BASED ON PHOTOGRAMMETRIC POINT CLOUDS AND BIM: PRACTICAL APPROACH TO TEACHING INDUSTRY

Abstract. Industry 4.0 encompasses a range of ideas, technologies, and procedures that impact engineering education and other fields. Building information modeling (BIM) has become a widely adopted practice in Indonesia's construction industry, prompting polytechnic universities to incorporate BIM skills and concepts into their construction engineering and management degree programs. Nowdays, more than 50 dam construction works occurred in Indonesia from 2014-2024. Monitoring progress regularly is crucial to ensure a construction project's successful completion. This can be done by visually tracking the project's advancement, which enables the identification of any changes or deviations that occur. Accurate measurement data is essential for reliable progress management, as it allows for the prediction of future project success or failure. Image-based object detection is highly beneficial for retrieving site information and monitoring construction progress. To monitor the progress of a construction project, comparisons between the building's as-built and as-planned states are necessary. BIM is employed to establish the intended condition of a building by providing information regarding its geometric characteristics and construction schedule. In this paper, we present a novel method for producing a point cloud that accurately represents the dam building site using photogrammetry. To overcome the limitation of capturing photographs from every possible angle at a construction site, we employ a combination of structure from motion and control points. This approach allows us to generate a scaled point cloud in a standardized coordinate system. The building's as-built and as-planned states are then compared using this point cloud. Structure from Motion (SfM) disparity maps are fused to create dense point clouds, which are then compared to the goal state for updating 4D BIM. This makes it possible to identify missing building components. To validate the presence of building elements, a secondary examination is conducted using the positions in front of and behind the model planes constructed as per the original blueprint. The research paper explores potential approaches and presents empirical results obtained from an actual case study.

Relationship between Functions, Drivers, Barriers, and Strategies of Building Information Modelling (BIM) and Sustainable Construction Criteria: Indonesia Construction Industry

With increasing sustainability concerns, such as the construction sector being responsible for using 42% of the world’s energy, 30% of its raw materials, and 25% of its fresh water, building projects have been encouraged to adopt green and sustainable construction strategies. Innovation in science and technology plays an important role to support the transition to sustainable development. Its ability to rely on advanced technology and effective construction processes makes Building Information Modelling (BIM) an opportunity that can bring great benefits to the sustainable construction sector. This research focuses on functions, barriers, drivers, and implementation strategies, which were analyzed for their relationship with sustainable construction criteria using structural equation modelling (SEM). It was found that the BIM function has a positive influence on sustainable construction with relevant indicators in the form of building digitization, improvement from 2D CAD methods, and integration between tools. Relevant barriers consist of lack of demand from clients and implementation that feels like additional work. Relevant drivers consist of increasing work productivity and reducing work errors. Meanwhile, relevant strategies consist of conducting further research, providing commitment, and setting up infrastructure for the application of BIM into sustainable construction.

Financial Performance Analysis and Financial Distress Prediction of Indonesia State-Owned Enterprises in The Construction Industry Listed on IDX Before and During Economic Crisis in the Covid-19 Pandemic Era (Period 2019 - 2021)

The Covid-19 pandemic has brought an immense impact on Indonesia’s economy. Indonesia officially went into recession after the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) announced negative GDP growth for two consecutive quarters, namely in the second quarter (-5.32%) and the third quarter (-3.49%) of 2020. Indonesia’s contracted economy has caused depression in many Indonesian sectors. The results of a survey by BPS in 2020 noted that the construction sector was recorded as one of the sectors that experienced the most decline in revenue, which was 87.94%. This study aims to measure the financial performance and health condition of Indonesian construction SOEs listed on IDX namely ADHI, PTPP, WSKT, and WIKA based on the decree of the Ministry of SOEs no. KEP-100/MBU/2002 as well as the financial distress prediction (bankruptcy potential) by using the Altman Z-Score method for the period 2019 to 2021. The result of the financial health rank level of each company from 2019 to 2021: ADHI (BBB, CCC, and B), PTPP (BBB, B, and BB), WSKT (BB, CC, and B), and WIKA (A, B, and B) respectively. According to the Altman Z-score result, all companies experienced declining in the total Altman Z-score results from 2019 to 2021 and were interpreted as being in a state of financial distress, except for WSKT. This study will complete previous research with a different approach and focus that can give a more equipped view regarding the impact of Covid-19 on the construction industry in Indonesia.
