This study employs a qualitative research methodology, utilizing data from scholarly literature, such as books and articles. The study shows that Islamic education is a comprehensive system that cultivates individuals with broad knowledge, exemplary moral principles, and a strong commitment to social duty. The curriculum emphasizes the fusion of knowledge, the example role model of Prophet Muhammad (SAWS), and the notion of Tawhid (the belief in Allah’s unity). Islamic education aims to provide knowledge while fostering moral and ethical principles that govern everyday life, preparing students for harmonious living in both worldly affairs and the hereafter. The results of this study question the traditional perspective on education and establish Islamic education as a holistic method that combines intellectual, spiritual, and ethical aspects. It emphasizes the significance of stressing the implementation and real-world application of educational ideas over theoretical debates, intending to develop persons who possess both knowledge and a strong ethical and spiritual awareness. Islamic education prioritizes the cultivation of critical thinking, moral integrity, and community spirit. This approach assures that individuals not only acquire knowledge but also develop empathy and fairness. By doing so, they make beneficial contributions to society and embody the core principles of Islamic teachings in their everyday actions.

The perspective of Islamic education in the study of the book Waṣãyã Al Ãbã' Lil Abnã' to shape the character of the students, where in the study of the book explains about manners which are transformed into advice about morality. Knowing How the Concept and Implementation of Islamic Education in the Book "Waṣãyã Al Ãbã' Lil Abnã'" To Shape the Character of the Santri, The method used in this research uses a type of Field Research, data collection is done by observation, interview and documentation. This study uses the data analysis model of Hiles and Huberman. The results of this study show that the book Waṣãyã Al Ãbã' Lil Abnã' is a book that is relevant to the formation of the character or morals of students, as seen from the concept of Islamic education in the book as adab seeking knowledge, rights and obligations towards Allah and His Messenger, so that the concept is applied through the activities of the students in the boarding school.

The Relevance of Fazlur Rahman's Concept of Education to the Independent Learning Curriculum

Islamic education in developing countries like Indonesia also incorporates elements influenced by Western education. It seems that a large number of educated Muslims rely on Western intellectuals as a foundation to build their understanding of optimal educational design. However, some Muslim scholars have extraordinary and unconventional ideas. One example is Fazlur Rahman, whose writings have received significant attention and analysis among Western academics. This research examines Fazlur Rahman's reformist ideas about the education model, particularly its application in modern Islamic education. This research aims to determine the application of this model to independent learning in the Indonesian national education system. So, it is expected to find relevance in the concept of education offered by Fazlur Rahman with independent learning. With the discovery of this relevance, it can be understood that the idea of independent learning implemented in Indonesia is close to the concept of Islamic education. As understood by a Muslim academic, the idea of education must be paradigmized in the values of Islamic teachings.

The basics of Islamic education are used not only as the main pillar but also as a filter when problems arise. In Indonesia, various problems in the field are allegedly a manifestation of the face of national education. One of the best books that can be extracted from it, the basis of Islamic education sourced from the life of the Prophet Muhammad, is the Kitab of Al-Rahiq Al-Makhtum. This type of research is qualitative because it aims to explore the basis of Islamic education in related books, with the research method using library research. Primary data in this study are writings extracted from primary sources, namely the Kitab of Al-Rahiq Al-Makhtum by Al-Mubarakfuri. The secondary data in this study are writings extracted from supporting sources, books, and related journals. The data analysis technique used in this literature research uses the content analysis method. The results showed that the basis of Islamic education taught directly by the Prophet Muhammad Saw. and contained in the Kitab Al-Rahiq Al-Makhtum there are three pillars: The first is monotheism, the second is following the revelation, the third is good character, which includes patience, professionalism, tawadhu', and being able to be a role model. Based on this, every Muslim teacher and educator should realize and even absorb this meaning and try as much as possible to implement it in teaching so that all parties can overcome moral degradation together.

This research aims to explore the concept of Islamic education from a hadith perspective in the context of a hadith course. Islamic education is an integral aspect in forming Muslim individuals who are full of religious and moral understanding. In this effort, the hadiths of the Prophet Muhammad SAW have a central role in providing guidelines and principles that are relevant for education. This research conducted a survey of a number of hadiths related to education from primary sources, including Sahih Bukhari and Sahih Muslim. Through diligent analysis, we identified the main concepts emerging from these hadiths which are closely related to Islamic education. The results of this research reveal a variety of educational values, methods and principles that can be applied in the context of Islamic education. An in-depth approach to these hadiths in studying hadith courses provides a deeper understanding of how the Prophet Muhammad SAW taught religion and ethics to his people. The concepts of Islamic education taken from the perspective of this hadith provide a solid basis for developing more effective curriculum and teaching methods in Islamic religious education.

The concept of fitrah developed by experts today refers more to the purity of a person's soul when born, meaning that it has not been impacted by the ideologies that develop in this life. However, this concept is apparently not in line with the Islamic education concept that fitrah is actually a universal concept of divinity within a person, namely recognizing the monotheism of Allah SWT. Even since the baby was in the womb, every individual has testified to this Unity, regardless of Muslim or non-Muslim families. The concept of fitrah based on the Qur'an was later developed in Islamic education. This research aims to describe the concept of human nature from the perspective of the Al-Qur'an and Hadith and its implications for Islamic education. The research method used is library research. The research results obtained are that the definition of fitrah according to the Qur'an illustrates that humans were actually created by Allah with religious instincts, namely the religion of monotheism. Therefore, humans who do not have monotheistic religion are a form of deviation from their nature. The implication of nature in Islamic education means educating people to deepen their understanding of the Islamic religion, to know Allah, and to know themselves. Thus, fitrah in Islamic education can be interpreted as the command to study the Islamic religion, the command to know Allah, and the command to know oneself, which humans undertake through the process of Islamic education.

The rise of acts of terrorism in the name of Islam in Indonesia and in the world, has drawn a lot of criticism and scrutiny and has placed Muslims as the party to blame. The method in this study uses a type of library research (library research). The research data consists of primary data and secondary data. Data was collected using documentary techniques, which were collected from books, papers or articles, magazines, scientific journals and newspapers. Data analysis techniques include deductive and inductive. The results of this study found: 1) The concept of Counter-Terrorism Education as an effort to prevent terrorism through education is the basis of philosophy in education, moral and religious values. 2) The concept of Islamic Religious Education and Moral Character in the Free Curriculum Islamic Religious Education and Moral Education taught in schools are subjects that aim to produce students who have a religious spirit and obey their religious orders. direct students to become people of faith and carry out good deeds according to their respective abilities.

The Development of Multicultural Islamic Education in the Modern Era: Relevance and Challenges

Multicultural Islamic Education is an education that emphasizes multiculturalism as one of the visions of education with the main character that is inclusive, egalitarian, and humanist but remains firmly based on spiritual and divine values based on the Qur'an and Sunnah. The type of research used is the qualitative method with a phenomenological approach. This research collected data through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. Researchers conducted epoché, followed by data analysis with three stages, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing/verification. The study's results demonstrate the relevance of developing multicultural Islamic education in the modern era, which provides high respect and guarantees for each individual. Therefore, it is incorrect to assume that Islamic education lacks humanistic elements. Furthermore, the study's findings indicate that the development of multicultural Islamic education is not a simple task. This study found challenges and obstacles in formulating and adopting multiculturalism in the world of Islamic education, including: differences in the boundaries of multiculturalism as an ideology, exclusivism in homogeneous groups, vague tolerance boundaries that have the potential to cause egocentrism, the selection of appropriate multicultural models and types for Islamic education, and the feasibility and readiness of each component of the Islamic education system. The study's results suggest several ways to enhance multicultural Islamic education, including the need to keep refining the discourse of multicultural Islamic education. Second, that must continue to deepen and explore the concept of education, which upholds values, beliefs, heterogeneity, plurality, diversity, and all aspects of community life within the context of studying Islamic teachings based on the Qur'an and Sunnah. Third, further research is needed to establish the concept and form of multicultural Islamic education that can be implemented in practice.

Early Children Character Education: Analysis of The Message of The Quran in Forming Human Morality

Character education is important to instill in early childhood. The purpose of this research is to see the concept of character education for early childhood from the perspective of the Qur'an. The importance of education is not only found in the perspective of national education but also in the Qur'an, which leads to the formation of human morality. The method used in this study was by conducting library research. This descriptive research used a qualitative approach. Simultaneously, the data analysis technique applied content analysis by emphasizing the constancy of the content of communication, the meaning of the content of communication, the reading of symbols, and the meaning of the contents of the interaction of symbols in communication. The results of this study show that the Qur'an pays attention to education to shape the morale of early childhood and Muslims so that they become a person with a strong character. The novelty in research is that the Qur'an has outlined character education for early childhood by forming human morals through a) education and science (Q.S al-Baqarah: 266), b) cultivation of faith (Q.S an-Nisa: 59), and c) implementation of the Shari'a (Q.S al-Ankabut: 45). The implication of this research is that it can be applied as the main principle in Islamic education to shape the character of early childhood and as an effort to reorient the concept of Islamic education contained in the Qur'an.

Muslims have figures who have greatly contributed to the fields of medicine, philosophy, education, mathematics, political astronomy and others. One of them is Muhammad Abduh, he is a Muslim intellectual figure in the modern era who carried out Islamic reforms in all scientific fields, especially in the field of Islamic education. With this, the author wants to understand the concept of Islamic education from Muhammad Abduh's perspective. This research is included in qualitative research based on literature study. The data sources in this research analyze works, books and journals related to the figure Muhammad Abduh. The results of the research explain that the main points of Muhammad Abduh's thoughts in Islamic education are: liberation of thought from taqlid, purification of Islamic religious teachings, renewal in Islamic education.

Abdurrahman Wahid and learning Islamic Education that is inclusive of current Islamic education. The type of research used in this research is library research. This research is a library research in which a lot of data collection is obtained through collecting data from various literatures. The literature studied is not limited to books or books, but is also obtained through documentation study materials, magazines, journals, and others. Meanwhile, the data analysis method used is content analysis. The results of this study state that the concept of Islamic education naturally should have an inclusive nature because Islam teaches respect for followers of other faiths and religions. Inclusive religion does not mean doubting their beliefs but accepting the existence of people of other religions/beliefs whose rights must be respected in society. With inclusive education, it is hoped that it will be able to foster a comprehensive view of students towards each other, make them aware that they are to cultivate an attitude of tolerance in differences.

This article is written to explain i) the concept of fitrah and khalifah from Hasan Langgulung's perspective, ii) Hasan Langgulung's Islamic education thought, and iii) the relevance of Hasan Langgulung's Islamic education concept to the development of human potential in the 21st century. The research method used in this research is qualitative-descriptive with the type of library research, with content analysis and interpretative methods. This research is expected to be the basis for designing progressive educational policies and forming individuals who can face the dynamics of change and challenges of the 21st century. According to Hasan Langgulung, in carrying out his responsibility as caliph, humans are equipped with various potentials (fitrah, human intellect, freedom of will, spirit, qalb, nafs) that need to be developed through education. Langgulung's concept of Islamic education emphasizes the development of human potential through the optimization of human intellect, creativity, the ability to work together, continuous education, and technology in education. In the 21st century, Hasan Langgulung's Islamic concept can be applied in forming "pious human beings" who are productive innovative, and contribute positively to building a "pious society".

Muhammad Naguib Attas' educational thinking is unique because apart from being based on the values contained in Islam, he also understands the development of Islamic education through linguistic analysis. The concept of Islamic education is widely discussed, but it is not an old topic that is worth discussing. The development of the times is becoming more rapid day by day, especially in the context of liberalization and secularization of modern ideological currents, so scientists' thoughts need to be integrated with current educational concepts. Sayyid Naquib Al-Attas was an Indonesian Muslim scientist whose ideas made a significant contribution to Islamic education. The approach to this research uses a qualitative approach, with the type of library research. The data sources for the research were obtained from journals related to research, books, and electronic media. The results of this research show that Islamic education is the equivalent of the term al-ta'dib which according to him is suitable to be used as a term in Islamic education because the concept of ta'dib was what the Prophet Muhammad taught his people in the past.

The data collection technique in this research is by reviewing various books in the library as well as books owned by the researcher and other people as well as trusted journals. The results of this research indicate that an understanding of the basic concepts of Islamic Religious Education and Integrative Character in Schools must be understood to gain a deep understanding of it.

The background of this research is to provide a comprehensive understanding of Islamic education in the era of globalization. The focus is on the concept of Islamic education based on reconstruction as a response to social changes and global influences. And referring to the views of experts, this research uses qualitative literature study methods to analyze the concept of Islamic education and the flow of reconstructionism. The research results highlight the importance of facing the negative impact of globalization on Islamic education and emphasize the need to protect Islamic teachings in the face of technological advances, while also emphasizing the importance of creating a generation that is not only intellectually intelligent, but also has moral integrity and readiness to face global change. Contextualization of Educational Management in the School, Family and Social Environments: Literature Study on the Concept of Islamic Education

This research discusses the contextualization of educational management in the community environment, which is divided into school, family and social environments. These three environments are one of the fundamental aspects of the educational management process that must be implemented. The formulation of the problem in this research is what is the concept of educational management in the scope of Islamic education? This research method uses a literature study approach, with data collection techniques using relevant research studies and several expert theories and verses from the Koran related to educational management. The results of this research show that there are three points, first, educational management in the school context, namely the concept of management in the school context is very important, because it can be an effort to achieve the goals of quality education. Planning in school management involves setting educational goals, developing curriculum, and planning learning activities. Second, discussing family education management, this is a management concept that is in line with family education which is the key to creating a home environment that supports positive growth and development of children. Third, namely educational management in the social sphere of society is an important foundation in ensuring quality and inclusive education for all individuals in society.

Hasan Langgulung is a thinker who is quite influential and has contributed significantly to the development of Islamic education in Indonesia and outside Indonesia. He is one of the thinkers of contemporary Islamic education, where he has contributed ideas that have been contained in several books that are thick with the study of Islamic education. Langulung thought has an exciting style and characteristic to study, especially about the development of Islamic education felt, by reviewing several aspects of its field of expertise, namely education, psychology, language, history, and philosophy. The purpose of this study 1) To determine the concept of Islamic education thought according to Hasan Langgulung. 2) To determine the implementation of Hasan Langgulung's Islamic educational thought in Indonesia. This study uses a qualitative approach. Data collection was done by interview, observation and documentation. Data analysis was done through data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results of this study indicate that 1) the thought of Islamic education, according to Langgulung, emphasises the word at-trading, namely, educating humans. The education process should pay attention to the basics of humanity, consider students intelligent creatures of God, and have the right to receive an education. Respect, love and guidance. 2) According to Hasan Langgulung, the Islamization of science must be carried out due to several factors that cannot be avoided, first, the current globalisation, which emphasises science and technology; second, the science of the Qur'an explains a lot about science; this is efforts to prove that all knowledge comes from the Qur'an and hadith.
