Application of computer information management system in universities in the information age

The application of computer information management system (IMS for short here) in university management faces problems such as incomplete system software and complex system design. Applying clustering algorithms (CA for short here) to computer student IMS can help optimize the system’s overall effectiveness. This article constructed a computer student IMS based on computer technology and applied it to the management of college students. This article also combined CA to conduct relevant effectiveness tests on the system, in order to optimize the overall effectiveness of the system. Under the algorithm in this article, the average connection speed for each user accessing the system was 9.17 Mbps. The average reaction time was 0.34 seconds, the average security level was 92.47%, and the highest memory usage rate of the system was 34.27%; Under the decision tree algorithm, the average connection speed of each user accessing the system was 8.82 Mbps, and the average reaction time reached 0.64 s. The average security level was 88.41%, and the highest memory usage rate was 42.58%. Under the artificial neural network algorithm, the average connection speed of the system was 8.47 Mbps, the average response time was 0.86 s, and the highest memory usage rate was 45.97%. Analyzing the data reveals that the algorithm introduced in this paper significantly enhances system connection speed and reduces reaction time. This improvement not only enhances security measures but also minimizes memory usage, effectively optimizing the overall efficiency of the system.

Design of Computer Information Management System Based on Machine Learning Algorithms

In order to improve the efficiency of office automation, regulate work frequency, and improve office efficiency, this paper presents a computer information management system design based on machine learning technology. Firstly, the basic design principles of computer information management systems are analyzed, and secondly, risk prediction is studied. The risk of computer information management systems is caused by the cross influence of different risk factor indicators, and has linear and nonlinear characteristics. Using a single prediction model cannot obtain accurate prediction results. Therefore, the risk prediction method for computer information management based on machine learning technology. The risk prediction method is established by using Analytic Hierarchy Method in machine learning algorithms, and the historical data is collected according to the index system. The weight of the initial prediction is determined by the combination of subjective and objective weight; In machine learning algorithms, risk prediction and benefit prediction are used as input and output methods for cloud machine learning. Through training and training, a risk prediction model is established to obtain higher prediction efficiency. The simulation results show that the prediction accuracy of this method is 95.5%, which can estimate the hazard existing in computer information management and improve the method.

Evaluation of Classroom Teaching Quality Based on Film and Multimedia Mixed Learning

Nowadays, the computer information management system has been integrated into people's life and work. Because of the rapid development of film and television industry, multimedia classroom teaching has become a trend of film and television teaching. More and more subjects have developed blended teaching models, and how to evaluate the learning effects of blended teaching has also attracted more and more attention from the educational circles. Therefore, based on the background of video multimedia classroom teaching and the theory of fuzzy synthetic valuation, this paper designs and implements a set of video multimedia classroom teaching quality valuation system. Firstly, based on the fuzzy synthetic valuation, the corresponding valuation indexes are designed. Secondly, the system design, according to the specific user application requirements, design the relevant functions; finally, the B / S mode structure system, using JSP / servlet web page development technology to achieve the system. In order to test the performance of the system designed in this paper, a small-scale teaching quality valuation system is constructed. Through the analysis of the application of the system, it is found that the teaching quality valuation system designed in this paper can well evaluate the teaching quality of teachers, promote the development of film and television teaching, and improve the teaching quality.

Front-End Model of Wireless Network Combined with Artificial Intelligence in Computer Information Management System

To address the security problem of computer information management, an artificial intelligence- (AI-) based information intrusion detection model is built in combination with wireless network. Firstly, the background and characteristics of wireless local area network (WLAN) technology are analyzed, and the relationship between AI technology and deep learning is introduced. Secondly, an intrusion detection model on account of long short-term memory (LSTM) neural network and gated recursive unit (GRU) is constructed after analysis of different neural network models. The L2 weight attenuation and dropout regularization strategies are combined with the neural network model. Finally, an intrusion detection front-end model combining wireless network and AI is established. From the comparison of intrusion detection experiments, the generalization ability of the model can be improved by using L2 weight attenuation and dropout regularization strategies. Nevertheless, the performance improvement is only slight, so the early stop method is adopted instead of the regularization strategy. Compared with the existing classification models, the overall performance of LSTM and GRU models is improved by about 17%. The performance of GRU model is not much different from that of LSTM model, but the amount of computation is reduced. Therefore, GRU model is the optimal choice to construct intrusion detection system. The intrusion detection models in WLAN and GRU can improve the security performance of computer information management system. To sum up, this work provides reference for the development of computer management system.

Twenty years in the 21st century: temporal and spatial evolution of Chinese medicinal processing equipment

Against the backdrop of "Internet+" and Made in China 2025, Chinese medicinal processing equipment embraces various opportunities and develops to an unprecedented level. In the 20 years of the new century, the processing equipment has gradually developed in the direction of high efficiency, energy saving, environmental protection, integration, and automation, and this field has tended to highlight the establishment and application of the linkage production line for the processing of Chinese medicinal decoction pieces. Integrating automation control technology, online detection technique, and the internet of things technology, the online detection system of Chinese medicinal processing equipment and the computer information management system of Chinese medicinal proces-sing are the mainstream development trends of Chinese medicinal processing equipment. Standard Chinese medicine processing equipment is the prerequisite for the standardization of processing parameters. A standard system for processing equipment and processing parameters is the key to the modernization of Chinese medicinal decoction pieces. This paper summarized the research and application of Chinese medicinal processing equipment in the 20 years of the 21 st century and predicted the development trend, which is expected to serve as a reference for the technological innovation and development of the processing equipment.

Task Performance and Information Technology Usage: The Mediating Role of the IT Department

This study aims at investigating the impact of Information Technology (IT) usage on task performance (TP) in Jordanian public universities (JPUs). In addition, the study examines the mediation role of the Information Technology department (ITD) in this relationship. A questionnaire survey was sent online to the employees in public universities, and the number of respondents was 997 employees. The data were analyzed using SPSS and AMOS23. The study's findings revealed that information technology usage plays a significant role in improving employees' task performance. The results showed that information technology usage positively and directly affects task performance. The results also showed that the information technology department plays a partial mediator role in the relationship between information technology usage and the workers' task performance. The current study suggests that an essential need to switch to computerized management information systems to a gradual switch to electronic management is needed to enhance task performance. Adopting internal electronic correspondence rather than paper contributes significantly to minimizing administrative financial expenses and speed task performance in order to completing work and developing E-HRM in universities. They have a crucial role in switching to electronic management and digitalization. Limitations and directions for future researches are, likewise, discussed.

Penerimaan Pengguna Terhadap Sistem Informasi Manajemen Rekam Medis (SIMRM) Di RSUD Tebet Jakarta Selatan Tahun 2021

Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Tebet, South Jakarta, has been using a computerized management information system for medical record services called the Hospital Information System (HIS) since 2017. The presence of the Medical Record Management Information System (SIMRM) at the Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Tebet, has brought many influences to services. Along with the implementation of SIMRM, it is necessary to assess whether the system is running properly and has been accepted by its users, in this case the medical record officer. The research method used The research method that the researcher uses is a quantitative descriptive method using the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) to assess the perception of technology users as seen from 5 constructs, namely perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness. , perceptions of attitudes toward using, behavioral intention to use and actual usage by distributing questionnaires to 16 respondents consisting of 7 medical record unit officers and 9 registration unit officers. The results showed that the average user acceptance of SIMRM in South Jakarta Hospital as seen from the 5 TAM constructs was 75% received and 25% did not receive which means SIMRM was received by the user. It is recommended for the hospital to conduct socialization and training in accordance with the needs of officers.

Factors affecting Beneficiary Attendance in a Community Youth Mental Health Promotion Programme (Yuva Spandana) in Karnataka, India

Background: Yuva Spandana is a unique community-based Youth Mental Health Promotion programme implemented to provide guidance and counselling services to youth having any issues through Yuva Spandana Kendras (YSKs) acorss Karnataka. We assessed the factors affecting beneficiary attendance to YSKs across Karnataka. Methods: A conceptual framework was developed to understand the factors affecting beneficiary attendance through stakeholder consultation. First-time beneficiaries attending guidance centres between 1st January 2017 and 31st December 2018 across 30 districts of Karnataka were considered as study subjects. Requisite data were drawn from the computerised management information system (CMIS) specifically developed for the programme. Multivariate linear regression was performed with factors affecting beneficiary attendance as the outcome and a host of hypothesised exposures. Results: For every sensitization programme where > 1 issue was addressed, the beneficiary attendance increased by 84%. Reaching out to parent beneficiaries through sensitization programmes and referring clients to resource mapped organisations significantly increased beneficiary attendance at YSK by 79% and 81% respectively. For every percentage increase in reminder calls to beneficiaries who sought support following a sensitization programme, beneficiary attendance increased by 2.18 times. Availability of internet connectivity at these guidance centres in 2017 increased beneficiary attendance by 18 times. Conclusions: This study provides important inputs towards increasing beneficiary attendance at large scale youth mental health promotion programmes in India.

Kaliwates General Hospital is a privately owned public service body with full accreditation status for five services and was established by the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia on December 31, 2010, No.Y.M.01.10/III/7957/10. At the beginning of its development, Kaliwates General Hospital managed data and information using still manual systems. In 2012 Kaliwates General Hospital began using computerized management information systems and changed vendors in 2015. This research is an analytical study with an observational approach. In this study, researchers tested hypotheses on the influence of institutional factors, social factors, and individual factors independently and together influenced the perceived ease and prestige of the usefulness of information systems. Institutional factors, social factors, individual factors, and ease of use significantly affect perceived usefulness in the Kaliwates general hospital management information system.

A probe into the application of English euphemism in college classroom teaching under multimedia network technology

With the rapid development of modern computer technology, computer information management system has basically replaced the information statistics based on handwritten records. Due to the rapid development of computer technology, big changes have happened in people's way of life. Accordingly, along with the network technology and the computer technology development, the teaching method also develops rapidly. From the initial projection technology to the current multimedia classroom, microphone audio screen is available. At present, most online teaching platforms provide students with a unified teaching process, and cannot provide corresponding learning resources according to the different characteristics of learners. In order to ameliorate the efficiency of educational information, it is necessary to arouse the enthusiasm of students in the process of learning, and a variety of multimedia network learning platforms begin to be established. English euphemism is also very important in English teaching, which can improve teachers' teaching level, and secondly, improve students' oral English communication level. In this paper, a network teaching system embedded in English euphemism database is proposed to provide more convenience and resources for teachers and students to learn English. Through the technology of network, database and so on, the design of the network teaching platform is realized successfully. Finally, through the actual test and investigation, the utility of the system is fully affirmed. The application of English euphemism teaching in multimedia has a very profound foundation.

Research on Computer Information Management Platform of Construction Technology in Construction Enterprises

How varying CD4 criteria for treatment initiation was associated with mortality of HIV-patients? A retrospective analysis of electronic health records from Andhra Pradesh, India.

BackgroundHIV treatment and care services were scaled up in 2007 in India with objective to increase HIV-care coverage. CD4 count based criteria was mainly used for treatment initiation with increasing threshold in later years. Therefore, this paper aimed to evaluate the survival by varying CD4 criteria for antiretroviral treatment (ART) initiation among of HIV-positive patients, and independent factors associated with the mortality.MethodsThis retrospective cohort study included 127 949 HIV-positive patients aged ≥15 years, who initiated ART between 2007 and 2013 in Andhra Pradesh state, India. The patient’s demographic and clinical characteristics were extracted from the patient’s health records from electronic Computerized Management Information System Software (CMIS). Incidence of mortality/100 person-years was calculated for CD4 and treatment initiation categories. Kaplan-Meier and multivariable Cox-regression analyses were used to explore the association.ResultsMedian CD4 count was 172 (inter-quartile range (IQR) = 102-240) at the time of treatment initiation, and 19.3% of them had ≤ 100 CD4 count. Incidence of mortality for the period 2007-08 (CD4 ≤ 200 cells/mm3) was 8.5/100 person-years compared to 6.4/100 person-years at risk for the period 2012 onwards (CD4 ≤ 350 cells/mm3). Earlier thresholds for treatment initiation showed higher risk of mortality (2007-08 (CD4 ≤ 200 cells/mm3), adjusted hazard ratio (HR): 1.86, 95% confidence interval (CI): 1.68-2.07; 2009-11 (CD4 ≤ 250 cells/mm3), HR = 1.67, 95% CI = 1.51-1.85) compared to 2012 onwards (CD4 ≤ 350 cells/mm3) criteria for treatment initiation.ConclusionsIncreasing CD4 threshold for treatment initiation over time was independently associated with lower risk of mortality. More efforts are required to detect and treat early, monitoring of follow-ups, promote health education to improve ART adherence, and provide supportive environment that encourages HIV-infected patients to disclose their HIV status in confidence.

Adoption of computerized information management systems (CIMS) functions: Urban versus rural primary healthcare providers

ABSTRACT This study examined whether there are differences in the adoption of specific Computerized Information Management Systems (CIMS) functionalities between urban and rural primary healthcare providers. A self-administered questionnaire was mailed to 1721 primary healthcare providers in both rural and urban areas in the state of Texas, with a 70 percent response rate (n = 1204). Chi-square goodness of fit was used to determine the frequency of adoption of specific CIMS functions and factor analyses for patterns of adoption. Findings revealed higher rates of adoption of key CIMS functions among urban primary healthcare providers compared with rural providers in the areas of clinical documentation and decision support. As such, many of the functions highlighted in the new Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) Promoting Interoperability (PI) seemingly are already being used by urban primary healthcare providers. Results also showed that higher rates of inadequate interoperability standards are related to clinical documentation, results viewing, and computerized order-entry functionalities by rural and urban primary healthcare providers. Accordingly, widespread technological interoperability inadequacy among rural and urban primary healthcare providers points to future challenges for federal policy makers as they seek to promote interoperability to demonstrate meaningful use of certified electronic health record technology (CEHRT).

Evaluation of clinician’s input in surgical pathology process in a developing country

Background: The clinician's role is paramount in surgical pathologist’s evaluation of surgical specimens. The study aims at evaluating clinicians’ role in the surgical pathology process in Nigeria.
 Materials and Methods: This is a three-year (2016-2018) study of all (1262) routines surgical pathology specimens (SPS) received at the histopathology department of Delta State University Teaching Hospital Oghara. Parameters analyzed include the quality of the containers and fixatives used during specimen submission and the information supplied by the clinician (Specimen nature, patients’ age, gender, address, , hospital number, phone number and clinical information. The information was analyzed using Microsoft Excel 2017 and the result presented in tables.
 Results: Nine (0.6%) SPS were not stored in appropriate fixative while in 88(8.3%) cases, the quantity of fixatives were inadequate. Forty (3.2%) of sample containers were inadequate while 86(6.8%) of the sample labels were wrongly placed. Fifty-two containers accommodated more than one SPS. The gender, age, address, hospital number, time of collection in day and hour were omitted in 21(1.7%), 18(1.4%), 627(49.7%), 921(73.0%) and 58(4.6%) of the cases respectively. The clinical request form, clinical findings, previous investigations, previous treatment history and presumptive or definitive diagnosis were missing in 288(22.8%), 192(15.2%), 282(22.4%), 424(33.6%), 340(27.0%) and 98(7.7%) cases respectively. Their names, contact telephone numbers and signature were omitted in the request in 58(4.6%), 1230(97.5%) and 143(11.3%) of the cases respectively.
 Conclusions: Among the parameters evaluated, Clinicians are mostly non-compliant in providing clinical information and their phone numbers. Continuous education and interaction with clinicians, computerized information management system and introduction of non-conformity registrar are possible ways of closing this gap.

Design and implementation of tax law enforcement service management system of Heilongjiang National Taxation Bureau

A Census of Medicolegal Death Investigation in the United States: A Need to Determine the State of our Nation's Toxicology Laboratories and Their Preparedness for the Current Drug Overdose Epidemic.

In 2007, the Bureau of Justice Statistics reported on 2004 data collected from the Census of Medical Examiner and Coroner Offices (CMEC). The CMEC was one of the first comprehensive reports on the state of the medicolegal death investigation system in the United States and included information on administration, expenditure, workload, specialized death investigations, records and evidence retention, and resources. However, the report did not include responses on questions that were related to toxicology such as specimen retention and type of testing. The purpose of this publication is to provide the community with toxicology laboratory‐specific responses from nearly 2000 medical examiner and coroner (MEC) offices. Data obtained from a BJS CMEC public use dataset for any remaining information that was not reported in the 2007 BJS report were evaluated specific to the operation of toxicology laboratories within a MEC office or specific to toxicology testing. The CMEC includes information on average operating budget for MEC offices with internal or external toxicology services, budget for toxicology/microbiology services, respondents’ routine uses of toxicology analysis, toxicology specimen retention time, average turnaround times, use of computerized information management systems, and participation in federal data collections. These historical data begin to address the present state of our nation’s toxicology laboratories within the medicolegal death investigation system and their preparedness for the current drug overdose epidemic.

Neurointerfaces or computerized management information systems using back coupling from a patient’s bioelectrical parameters during a treatment. They come into use for non-drug management of a patient’s functional status. A musical neurointerface with a double back coupling from a subject’s cerebral biopotentials was previously developed and successfully applied to manage stress-induced disorders. This paper deals with an experiment involving a musical neurointerface where a double light and musical back coupling coming from electroencephalographic (EEG) parameters is accompanied with control signals related to cardiac rhythm. During an examination period stressed volunteers listened to music-like flute-like signals whose key and intensity were varied in a smooth manner in a close relationship with current amplitude of a predominant EEG spectral segment (oscillator alpha EEG) and observed real-time light signals obtained by direct transformation of digitized EEG into LED twinkles. Flute sounds with variable key and intensity were accompanied with sound signals coming from current cardiac rhythm of a subject. These exposures resulted in positive alterations of objective and subjective parameters (including significant growth of EEG alpha-rhythm capacity vs. background, decreased stress index of cardiac activity, increased estimation values of health status and mood, reduced level of emotional deadaptation). These effects are associated with involved perception and processing of important interoceptive signals to multisensory integration and neuroplasticity mechanisms, as well as brain resonance mechanisms responsible for functional status recovery influenced by light and musical stimulation controlled by human cerebral and cardiac biopotentials.

Therefore, computerized management information systems is necessary to help much more convenient for manger to control and monitor all items in the branches. So, the supermarkets later on, much faster ,easier and powerful. Finally, it can helps to save time, money, and it makes the company become more accurate.
