Kebijakan Pendidikan Implementasi Program Wajib Belajar 12 Tahun

Education is an investment for the creation of quality Human Resources (HR). Through education, one can easily increase one's potential so that one can improve one's life in a better direction. Various efforts have been made by the Government to improve the quality and equity of education. One of the efforts is by holding a 12-year compulsory education program. The policy of the 12 year compulsory education program is expected to be able to succeed and improve the quality of human life. Writing this article using descriptive method and literature study. This research states that the 12-year compulsory education program in Indonesia has not run optimally. There are still areas that have not been able to implement the 12-year compulsory education program. As in Bogor district, which has not maximized the 12-year compulsory education program due to conditions that do not support access to education. Even so, the government continues to strive for this program to be realized properly. The government is trying to make strategies or steps that are expected to anticipate problems in education in Indonesia. This is evidenced by the success of the 12-year compulsory education program in Lampung, namely the large number of Lampung people who have successfully carried out education for 12 years, the large number of schools built in the city and in the interior as well as the participation of the Lampung people who support the implementation of this program..

Evaluating of the Implementing of the 12-Years Compulsory Learning Program in Southeast Sulawesi

This research aims to analyze the results of implementing the 12-year compulsory education program using the CIPP model in Southeast Sulawesi study using a qualitative approach with a CIPP evaluation method (context, input, process, and product). The research was conducted in the Province of Southeast Sulawesi, specifically at the Department of Education and Culture of Southeast Sulawesi. The participants involved were the head of the education and culture office at the Southeast Sulawesi Province Education and Culture Office and the head of the section responsible for managing elementary to high school education. School principals and teachers from elementary school, junior high school and senior high school are 50 people. Data collection techniques used observation, interviews, and documentation studies. Data analysis in this study consisted of three stages, namely 1) data reduction, 2) data presentation, and 3) conclusion. The study results showed that the 12-year compulsory education program had been implemented correctly. The context aspect had been carried out by the laws and regulations set by the government. The input aspect showed that program planning was adjusted to legality and field needs. However, the resources for education personnel were still lacking, and the government in Southeast Sulawesi government had appointed honorary teachers and provided various training to improve their competence. Whereas in the process aspect, it was shown in the lack of learning facilities and infrastructure, which still needs to be completed by developments in global needs so that graduates can be qualified, and in the product aspect, it has been shown by the achievement of pure enrollment rates and gross enrollment rates that exceed the initial target. So, this research has implications for the awareness of all parties involved in the implementation of education that the responsibility for the success of this compulsory education program requires cooperation.

Epistemological and cognitive aspects of the phenomenon of dance and corporeality

ABSTRACT This study explores the cognitive and corporeal aspects of choreography as a means of expressing the human subconscious. Recent interdisciplinary research, including studies of somatic intelligence and mirror neurons, suggests that dance can influence human cognitive abilities through psychosomatics. Mirror neurons allow for kinesthetic empathy, enabling dance observers to experience movements, emotions, and experiences as their own. The authors argue that dance, which engages multiple aspects of a person, is a crucial tool for educating the younger generation and should be included in compulsory education programs, rather than just as extracurricular activities.

Analysis Of School Cash Receipt And Disbursement Procedures In Improving Internal Control

School Operational Assistance (BOS) is a government program that basically provides funding for non-personnel operational costs for basic education units as implementers of the compulsory education program. The BOS program is expected to be managed according to the principles of School Based Management (SBM). Therefore, in managing BOS funds, schools are required to develop fund management in a professional, transparent and accountable manner. The purpose of this study was to analyze the accounting information system for receiving and disbursing BOS funds. The object of this research is Pandanwangi 3 Public Elementary School, Malang City. The research was conducted by analyzing the accounting information system on the organizational structure, documents, internal control systems and the resulting reports. This study uses a descriptive analysis method that describes as a whole the implementation of the accounting information system applied to Pandanwangi 3 Public Elementary School and compared with theories related to accounting information systems, so that the desired results of this study are obtained. The results of this study indicate that the accounting information system, especially the system of cash receipts and cash disbursements, is running effectively. This can be seen from the organizational structure that is in accordance with the characteristics of the school, adequate and well-designed documents, adequate internal control systems and reports, it's just that a flowchart design has not been formed in the accounting information system.

Local Government Financial Performance with a Value For Money Approach: Evidence from Jayapura Indonesia

The objective of this study is to evaluate the financial performance of the Jayapura City Education and Culture Office through the utilization of the Value for Money approach, which has three primary components: economy, efficiency, and effectiveness. This study is a descriptive research conducted to examine the financial performance of programs and activities within the Jayapura City Education and Culture Office. The study specifically focuses on analyzing the budget targets and actual outcomes as reported in the Jayapura City Education and Culture Office's Government Agency Performance Accountability Report (LAKIP) for the periods of 2019 and 2020. The employed methodology for data analysis is quantitative descriptive analysis, which aims to assess several dimensions of economy, efficiency, and effectiveness. The present analysis is based on research findings about the performance of the Jayapura City Education and Culture Office in three specific programs. These programs include the Nine-Year Compulsory Education Program, the Improvement Program for the Development of Performance and Financial Reporting Systems, and the Procurement, Improvement, and Repair of Educational Facilities and Infrastructure Program. The findings of this study offer a comprehensive analysis of the financial performance of the Jayapura City Education and Culture Office, thereby serving as a valuable point of reference for enhancing and advancing future projects.

PARENTS' PERCEPTIONS OF BOS FUNDING EDUCATION FINANCING IN SDN BASIRIH 1 BANJARMASIN

The purpose of this study was to determine parents' perceptions of education funding for boss funds at SDN Basirih 1 Banjarmasin. This type of research is qualitative research with a phenomenological approach. The data sources in this study are parents, principals, school committees and supervisors who are taken through interview and documentation techniques. The research instruments used in this study include researchers and interview guidelines. The analysis technique used is the technique of analyzing and interpreting research data using the Miles and Huberman analysis model through three stages, namely; data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results showed that parents' perceptions of BOS funding education financing at SDN Basirih 1 Banjarmasin. Based on the results of the data obtained, parents' perceptions of BOS fund education financing at SDN Basirih 1 Banjarmasin, parents are very enthusiastic in responding to the policies issued by the government, namely the nine-year compulsory education program, both in terms of opinions, responses, and assessments of parents are very positive towards BOS fund education financing, this shows that the BOS fund education financing program is very helpful. Also, the implementation of BOS funding education financing at SDN Basirih 1 Banjarmasin, starting from the planning to the implementation stage, always includes all elements of the community to provide input to the school as well as oversee the implementation of the financing

IMPLEMENTASI PROGRAM WAJIB BELAJAR PENDIDIKAN DASAR 9 TAHUN BAGI SUKU ANAK DALAM

The purpose of this study was to find out about the implementation of the 9-year Compulsory Education Program in Kelukup Hamlet, Dwi Karya Bhakti Village, Pelepat District, Bungo Regency, Jambi. The research method uses a qualitative-descriptive approach. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study show that the implementation of the compulsory education program has been carried out quite well but has not yet achieved satisfactory results. Socialization regarding the importance of participating in the program has been conveyed to SAD residents through related parties. Non-governmental organizations play the most crucial role, namely as coaches, supervisors, assistants, and facilitators in every educational activity for the children of the Suku Anak Dalam. There are internal barriers from the SAD community to accepting the program, namely their suspicious attitude, strong customs and traditions, lack of gender equality, shyness and low self-esteem of children, and difficulties in paying for children's school needs. These obstacles were overcome by continuing to provide direction, understanding, and motivation to the SAD community regarding compulsory education, efforts by teachers to visit from door to door to pick up students to study, and efforts to provide scholarships for SAD children in need.

Gender-Based Problems in Rural Communities: A Case Study

This paper aims to discuss gender issues that still often occur in rural communities in particular, namely the habit of marrying young children by their parents. This habit often contains elements of coercion, child powerlessness, “sexual violence”, and deprives children of their freedom to receive education, channel their aspirations for life, and so on. This paper is the result of research in a number of villages in two provinces in Indonesia, namely: West Java and Banten. The reason for choosing the location is because in this area there are still frequent marriages at a young age, and even tend to be maintained. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires to parents who had married children aged 12 -17 years, supported by field observations, and interviews with parents. local formal and informal community leaders. The results of the study found that early marriage was influenced by various aspects, namely: poor family socio-economic background, low family educational aspirations, pressure from the social environment, and low role of local government. From each of these factors, indicators that provide the strongest contribution are identified, namely: indicators of low income levels, and lack of production capital on socio-economic background factors; indicators of low educational aspirations and the location of school buildings far from their places of residence; indicators of maintaining tradition and religion are not prohibited in terms of the social environment; and consistent indicators of the implementation of compulsory education programs and socialization of maternal-child health incentives. These indicators need to be considered in an effort to overcome the problem of young marriage, find out the causes, and convince the negative impact of young marriage.

INSPECTORATE SUPERVISION PERFORMANCE IN THE UTILIZATION OF BOS FUNDS IN THE PROVINCE OF SOUTH SUMATRA IN 2022

This study describes the school operational assistance program (bos) which is a government program that basically provides funding for non-personnel operating costs for basic education units as implementers of the compulsory education program. According to PP Number 48 of 2008, what is meant by "non-personnel costs" are costs for consumable educational materials or equipment, and indirect costs in the form of power, water, telecommunications services, maintenance of facilities and infrastructure, overtime pay, transportation, consumption, taxes, and others. The results of this study are that the inspectorate has the characteristics/pattern of supervision related to boss funds which are internal, preventive, repressive, direct, indirect, and formal. In assisting the inspectorate task indirectly the 3 Palembang State High School Committee.

Penerapan Metode Topsis Pada Sistem Pendukung Keputusan Kelayakan Penerima Dana Bantuan Operasional Sekolah

One of the ways used to fulfill education. The Indonesian government implements a 12-year compulsory education program. Although there is a 12-year compulsory education program by the government, there are still some students who cannot continue their education due to factors from the family economy who are unable to meet the needs or costs of the education they take. The School Operational Assistance Fund (BOS) is a financial aid given to underprivileged students/I to be able to meet learning needs such as tuition fees, book fees or personal needs that support the implementation of education for students/I. For private schools, the School Operational Assistance Fund (BOS) has its own quota to be given to students. The organizing committee for the recipients of the School Operational Assistance Fund (BOS) is required to be fair and honest in the selection process. The error is because there is still no special provision used for the selection process or the assessment process carried out by the school. Decision Support System (DSS) is a system that has been integrated with a computer, where the decision support system is used to provide certain provisions that can be used to assist in providing recommendations in the decision-making process. TOPSIS uses the principle that the chosen alternative must have the closest distance from the positive ideal solution and the farthest from the negative ideal solution from a geometric point of view by using Euclidean distance to determine the relative proximity of an alternative to the optimal solution. By applying the TOPSIS method, Alternative 4 (A4) was selected as the beneficiary with a final score of 0.7251

Prediction of Education Level in Population Data Using Naïve Bayes Algorithm

Education is the key to improving human resources. The Ministry of National Education is implementing a curriculum that requires students to study it (MoNE) and as part of this program, all Indonesian citizens are required to attend three years of primary education, which includes SD, MI/Equivalent, three years for SMP/Equivalent, and three years for high school/equivalent level. This study aims to determine whether or not a government program that requires Indonesian citizens to study for 12 years is required, therefore it is necessary to test predictions of data on the level of education in Blitar Regency. This study conducted a prediction test by implementing the Naive Bayes algorithm on education-level data in Blitar Regency as of 2020 which was taken from the satudata.go.id website. In the data processing, there are values of precision, recall, f-measure, Weighted Avg, and also Confusion Matrix. The accuracy results of the Naive Bayes Algorithm on education level data in Blitar district show that the district has implemented government policies regarding the 12-year compulsory education program, this is based on the results of data processing which shows an accuracy value of 98.4848% and category good classification.

ANALISIS PENGELOLAAN ANGGARAN DANA BOS TERHADAP AKUNTABILITAS DAN TRANSPARANSI PELAPORAN PERTANGGUNGJAWABAN KEUANGAN SDN 2 GALUNGAN

This study aims to determine the accountability of BOS program fund management at SDN 2 Galungan. The focus of this research is on managing the school operational assistance budget for school financial reporting based on the principles of fairness and efficiency because these two principles are closely related to the stages in school financial management in the planning and budget realization stages. In this study used a qualitative approach with data collection techniques of observation, interviews and documentation. Research informants consisting of: principal, committee chairman, teachers, and school treasurer. Data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study indicate that the accountability of BOS fund management at SDN 2 Galungan in principle has been implemented quite well, although technical problems are still constrained

Foster Parents National Movement Services (An Analysis of the Needs of Tangerang Foster Children)

The foster parents' national movement is a movement that aims to provide service assistance to foster children so that they can successfully participate in the 9-year compulsory basic education program. Measurements made are based on respondents' answers using nominal, ordinal and interval scales. The method used is descriptive explorative and explanatory method, the population of Tangerang residents aged 7-17 years. The sampling technique is purposive stratified random sampling. The data used is in the form of secondary data, namely parents, class wail and existing reports, primary data derived from direct interviews with children. Data collection techniques were carried out using documentation, structured interviews, structured surveys and observations. The results showed that there was no visible relationship between family characteristics, which included age, gender and education level with the level of fulfillment of children's school needs, both between educated people and parents who were not educated at all, as well as between women and men. . For certain needs, children have the same needs with one another. for certain other needs children have different needs from one another for a period of one year. The level of family economic life is quite alarming, in general they work as casual laborers with very low incomes with a number of dependents between 4-6 people. Thus the existence of the National Movement for Foster Parents is necessary, but it has not been able to touch the problems of children and families, both in terms of type, quantity and priority of children's school needs. In a child's life, the family is the closest unit to the child and cannot be separated from one another.

Peran Dinas Pendidikan Dalam Wajib Belajar di Tinjau Menurut Fiqh Siyasah

This research discusses the Role of the Education Office in the Compulsory Education Program in the New Village of Batahan District, West Pasaman Regency, this research was motivated by the large number of children who Drop out of school and prefer to work while judging from the age of children aged 7-18 years should be eligible to sit in the pendidiment and complete their education until produce diplomas from elementary, junior high and high school so as to cause implementation that is not in accordance with existing rules. This type of research is field research (Field Researche) using qualitative descriptive analysis methods, this method of collecting data collection is by interview and documentation. The parties studied are the West Pasaman Regency Education Office, The Community and Children who dropped out of school in the NewVillage of West Pasaman Regency. The results of the study that said that the Role of the Education Officeinthe Compulsory Education Program in the NewVillage of Batahan District of West Pasaman Regencyhave been carried out. This is seen from the form of implementation that has been implemented by the Education Office by socializing to schools, UPTD and the community, but not yet maximal and still Many children drop out of school and prefer to work and do not produce a diploma.

Sustainability of Education for Children of Underprivileged Families through the Family Hope Program (PKH)

The sustainability of generational education is the responsibility of all parties, in the law it is affirmed that every citizen has the right to get a decent education. Therefore, the government of the Republic of Indonesia has set various policies to help the success of the compulsory education program, among the established programs is the Family Hope Program (PKH). In reality, the existence of this program has not been in accordance with the targets and targets expected by the government. Related to the problems described above, this study aims to reveal how the impact of the family hope program on improving education. The research was conducted with a qualitative approach, data were collected with interview techniques, observations and documentation studies. The results of the study are first, KPM Insights into the Family Hope Program, both Underprivileged families have understood and knew, the goals and rules contained in the Family Hope Program. Second, PKH's position to support the learning of students who come from underprivileged families is the provision of cash and non-cash assistance to PKH participants to meet the needs and administrative equipment in schools. Third, the assistance provided by PKH in supporting the learning of students who come from poor families with positive results is to ease the burden of expenditure for beneficiary families (KPM).

An Australian Case Study of Mandatory Education for the Bus and Coach Industry

The changing regulatory environment in which public transportation is provided has generated a need for different forms of bus operations and management. This article discusses the introduction and development of a compulsory education program for bus and coach operators in Victoria, Australia. The Victorian government introduced a new system of operator (manager or owner in U.S. terminology) accreditation through the Public Transport Competition Regulations (1999). The accreditation process requires individual managers and owners to successfully complete the transport management course in bus and coach operations.The development and introduction of the course is a significant change for the industry and exists in a challenging sociopolitical environment. The course is designed to help people make the best use of new opportunities, such as open entry and competition promoted by the legislation. The majority of operators who have already completed the course found it extremely helpful, useful, and enjoyable. On the other hand, a “fear of the unknown” for some operators has resulted in resentment and aggression in a few cases. The article describes the challenges of working with operators as they move away from a protected environment toward accreditation.

FAKTOR PENYEBAB ANAK PUTUS SEKOLAH DI DESA PONTANG KECAMATAN PONTANG KABUPATEN SERANG PROVINSI BANTEN

Development in the political field is significant in improving the quality of Human Resources. Therefore, the government established a 12-year compulsory education program to create quality human resources. However, participation at the senior secondary level needs to be reminded to reduce the dropout rate. This research was carried out in the Pontang sub-district, Serang district - Banten, using a descriptive qualitative method which is a way and an effort to put more emphasis on aspects of in-depth understanding of a problem. In this method, Creswell (2008) defines the approach is considered as an approach or search to explore and understand a social phenomenon. The data obtained will be analyzed qualitatively and described in descriptive form. To collect, compile, and analyze the results of research.

The Artificial Neural Network Predicts The Number Of Smart Indonesian Card Recipients Using The Backpropagation Algorithm

The Smart Indonesia Card is a form of implementing the Smart Indonesia Program which is the flagship program of President Joko Widodo. The Smart Indonesia Card program supports the realization of the 9-year compulsory education program for basic education and universal secondary education or 12-year compulsory education. However, in essence, in processing the Smart Indonesia Card, errors still occur in predicting the needs of students who really need the assistance. Unpredictable gifts include students per department. In dealing with the provision of Indonesia Smart Card assistance, predictions are needed in the distribution of funds so that the distribution can be carried out evenly according to students who need the Indonesia Smart Card funds.

SISTEM INFORMASI ADMINISTRASI PENGELOLAAN BOS DI SDN SENDANG KULON MENGGUNAKAN METODE LANGSUNG

The school operational fund or BOS itself is a government program to provide funding for non-personnel costs for primary and secondary education units as a means of implementing the 9-year compulsory education program. The BOS program aims to free all types of education costs for all public and private elementary, junior high school students in Indonesia from school operational costs. SD N 2 Sendangkulon is a public elementary school located on Jalan Dk Kacang Kidul Rt 01 Rw 03 Sendangkulon Village, Kangkung District, Kendal Regency. SD N 2 Sendagkulon was founded in 1982 until now. The problem that is still being experienced by the BOS Management Team at SDN 2 Sendangkulon is that there is no administrative information system for processing BOS funds that is relevant to the needs of SDN 2 Sendangkulon, resulting in the lack of participation and involvement of all education stakeholders at SDN 2 Sendangkulon. The lack of teacher participation is due to the absence of teacher access rights to obtain information regarding the BOS budget. This is the basis for the importance of designing an administrative information system for processing BOS funds that is relevant and accurate to assist in the management of School BOS funds, because information disclosure is one of the keys to implementing the principles of transparency and accountability related to BOS funds. Another problem that occurred at SDN 2 Sendangkulon was in the process of making reports and being responsible for the management and use of BOS funds. The BOS treasurer experienced difficulties because there were frequent changes in the reporting format for BOS funds, especially if the treasurer was new.Based on the background and some of the problems above, the authors conducted a study entitled "Administration Information System for Boss Management at Sdn 2 Sendangkulon Using the Direct Method". In making the application, the author will use PHP as the application program and MYSQL as the database.

The Effectiveness Of School Operational Assistance Program Implementation In Improving Teacher Performance And Education Quality In Elementary Schools

School Operational Assistance (BOS) is an Indonesian government program that aims to provide funding for operational costs for basic educations as a part of compulsory education programs. The research was conducted to analyze the effectiveness of the implementation of the BOS program in improving teaching performance and education quality. This study used a qualitative descriptive approach by using informants, including school principals, school treasurers, teachers, and school committees. Informants were selected by using purposive sampling technique and carried out to obtain data and produced an analysis of the field phenomena regarding the BOS program using the GOEM (Goal Oriented Evaluation Model) evaluation model. Indicator instruments include the preparation, structure, distribution, use, monitoring, reporting. The results showed that: (1) In general, the effectiveness of the implementation of the BOS program in the Kedu sub-district was appropriate in accordance with the BOS technical guidelines. (2) The effectiveness of the current use of the BOS fund program was less effective in improving teaching performance in pedagogic competence because BOS funds were not well targeted. In conclusion, innovative strategy is needed to improve learning programs as a the main targets.
