To evaluate the possibility and reliability of chemicals, addressing the issue of increasing the supply or refusal from them, elaboration of requirements for suppliers on the quality of the supplied reagents as well as the need to identify the supply of new kinds of reagents to address existing and emerging issues need to perform complex laboratory tests. This article presents the results of several studies of polymeric reagents and alternative stabilizers for drilling wells and the main trunk of a conductor. Much attention is paid to the management of structural and mechanical and rheological, filtration and special (moisturizing ability, inhibiting the ability of the surface tension) properties drilling fluids, both domestic and foreign agents. The experiments dosage and processing technology of artificial and natural bentopowders muds are accumulating in the composition of the wellbore reagents: Saipan, DC-Drill, emultal, uniflok, CMC SNPCH 6012, TSCHR, ERS 40, GORPO - 40. The use of low-quality reagents in combination with improving additives reduces consumption of reagents and high cost of chemical treatment of drilling fluids in general. These solutions have satisfactory properties for drilling under the production casing and the conductor. In order to improve the properties of drilling fluids, in addition to selecting the optimal concentration of chemical reagents effective measure is the hydrolysis of the polymer reactant, and to make these complex systems inhibiting, hydrophobic and lubricity must still add reagents for special purposes (hydrophobic and inhibiting supplements, emulsifier, etc.).
