The Geographical Components of Grain Milling Industry in Thi- Qar Governorate

This study aims to explore the geographical components of the grain milling industry in Thi- Qar Governorate in 2023. The research is divided into two main sections: the first section addresses the key indicators of the development of the grain milling industry in Thi-Qar Governorate for the period 2011-2021, while the second section examines the geographical components of the grain milling industry in Thi-Qar Governorate. The study concluded that the governorate possesses many natural and human geographical components that have contributed to the localization of the grain milling industry. However, the study's findings indicated that the industrial sector has not invested in these components. Furthermore, the grain milling industry holds economic importance by providing job opportunities and reducing unemployment. The study aims to understand the indicators of the development of the grain milling industry in Thi- Qar Governorate, as well as the role of geographical components in localizing this industry in the governorate.

Changes in cottonseed meal quality during post-harvest processing of cottonseed

This study investigates aflatoxin contamination levels during the post-harvest processing of whole cottonseed into defatted cottonseed meal, a critical feed component in the dairy industry. Whole fuzzy cottonseed, a byproduct of cotton gins, undergoes various processes to extract oil and produce meal and hulls. These are either used as animal feed or soil amendments. However, aflatoxin contamination poses significant challenges due to strict FDA action levels for dairy and beef cattle feed. This contamination occurs when Aspergillus flavus infects crops under specific environmental conditions or through improper handling during post-harvest processes. Our research aims to document aflatoxin levels during each stage of post-harvest processing, from cleaning to meal formation. Preliminary findings suggest that certain stages may concentrate aflatoxins akin to other agricultural products like dried distillers’ grains and solubles (DDGS). The implications of these findings could be profound for the dairy industry, where low allowable aflatoxin levels impact both economic and animal health outcomes. The cottonseed post-harvest process consists of cleaning, delinting, hull removal, kernel flaking, oil extraction, and meal formation. Understanding how aflatoxin levels change during these steps is crucial for ensuring safe and high-quality defatted cottonseed meal for livestock consumption. Microbial levels increased by 4 orders of magnitude during the acid delinting process, from 7.0× 105 to 5.2 × 109 CFU/g, and 5 orders of magnitude during the mechanical delinting process, from 7.3× 105 to 1.5 × 1010 CFU/g for the inoculated cottonseed samples. Higher microbial load was associated with lower protein levels and lower fat acidity levels. Further research will shed light on the effects of aflatoxin concentration on the nutritional value of the final product.

Investigation of Cavitation Flow and Entropy Production Characteristics in a Dual-Rotor Turbine Flowmeter

Flow meters are extensively utilized in fields such as chemical engineering, petroleum, and aerospace, and are an indispensable component of modern industry. This paper examines the metrological properties of a dual-rotor turbine flow meter within its measurable flow range through experimental approaches and investigates the cavitation flow dynamics within the flow meter using numerical methods. First, the flow characteristics curve of the dual-rotor turbine flow meter was established experimentally, and the accuracy of numerical simulation results was validated. Secondly, the transient characteristics of the cavitation cavity were revealed using the Z-G-B cavitation model and dynamic mesh technology. Finally, entropy production theory was applied to investigate the energy losses caused by cavitation, analyzing the contributions of different types of energy losses during the cavitation process. Flow calibration experiments and numerical simulations reveal an increase in the meter coefficient of the dual-rotor turbine flow meter in high-flow cavitation zones, indicating that the displayed flow rate is slightly higher during cavitation compared to non-cavitating flows. Transient cavitation flow undergoes three stages: attachment, development, and collapse. At 323 K, the volume fractions of upstream and downstream cavities increase by 38.9% and 48.3%, respectively, with the cavitation cycle duration being 1.21 times that at 298 K. At 343 K, these increases are 75.3% and 239.2%, with the cycle duration being 2.63 times that at 298 K. Among the various sources of loss, the contribution from losses due to pulsating velocity gradients is the most significant, with maximum proportions of 81.95%, 85.1%, and 87.11% at 298 K, 323 K, and 343 K, respectively.

A high-accuracy single-frame 3D reconstruction method with color speckle projection for pantograph sliders

The carbon slider of the pantograph is a crucial component in the high-speed rail power system, and regular maintenance is of great significance. 2D-based approach is susceptible to inaccuracies caused by defects, rainwater, stains, and other factors. Due to the weak texture and uneven reflectance of the slider, it is difficult to obtain accurate 3D information through a single-frame approach. To address this issue, this paper proposes a high-accuracy 3D imaging method for sliders, successfully resolving the long-standing problem of low reconstruction accuracy and limited generalization in pantograph reconstruction. Firstly, high-precision disparity maps of industrial component are generated using the binocular Gray Code phase-shifting method as the Ground Truth, and the color speckle pattern is subsequently utilized as the input for the model. Secondly, we propose a split-cost volume approach that achieves cost aggregation using only 2D decoding-encoding operations. Furthermore, disparity regression is utilized to provide the initial disparity for the GRU(Gated Recurrent Unit), thereby accelerating the convergence speed of the model. Quantitative experiments of optical standard sphere validated that the proposed method could achieve 3D reconstruction with a radius error of no more than 0.07 mm. The pantograph reconstruction results showed that the average absolute error of the carbon slider did not exceed 0.21 mm under reasonable exposure time and the working distance at which focus has been achieved, which meets the requirements of industrial inspection.

Knowledge Management Strategy of Advance Manufacturing Study Case in Automotive Component Industry

Advanced manufacturing enterprises are typically have implemented automation and digital technology, Just in Time production and system, and advanced product development. But all those advanced manufacturing implementations did not instantly give result as expected, because people within enterprise was not ready as important actors. Effective knowledge management strategy was needed to face this constraint. This research was show us the priority strategy of knowledge management at a manufacturing enterprise in which has implemented advanced manufacturing. This research involved 4 internal experts to formulate knowledge management strategy and then decide the most priority one. APO knowledge management assessment tool was used combined with Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). There were 4 alternatives of knowledge management strategy as the result, i.e (1) integrating knowledge management with performance management, (2) optimize information technology to support knowledge management process, (3) develop community of practice trough expert track career path, and (4) Implement learning review during project. The by using AHP, integrating knowledge management with performance management was decided as first priority strategy.

Analysis of Metoxyl and Galacturonate Contents from Pectin of Banana Peel Waste Combined with Sappan Wood

The production of banana plants (Musaceaea sp.) ranks first in agricultural output in Indonesia, but this is not balanced by the processing of waste from banana peels, which is a large amount. Therefore, an attempt is made to use banana peel waste as raw material for making pectin. Pectin is used as a functional component in the food industry because of its ability to form thin gels and stabilize proteins. Pectin is also used as a filler in the paper and textile industries, and as a thickener in the rubber industry. This research aims to determine the effect of extraction time and temperature on the quality of pectin from Kepok banana peels. The method used is extraction through Ultrasonic Assisted Solvent Extraction (UASE) in 40 kHz. Banana peels that had been dried and ground into powder were extracted with 0.1 N HCl at temperatures of 70 oC, 80 oC and 90 oC. The variables used in this extraction are variations in extraction time, namely 60 minutes and 80 minutes. The extracted solution is filtered and thickened to half the volume of the original filtrate by heating, then the pectin is thickened using acid ethanol. The pectin precipitate was washed using 96% alcohol until it was free of chloride and the precipitate was separated using a vacuum and then dried in an oven then to analysis of pectin using methoxyl and galacturonate as method to determine pectin quality form banana peel waste. The research results showed that the pectin quality was optimum at a temperature of 90 oC for 80 minutes with a methoxyl content of 4.12% (low methoxyl) and a galacturonic acid content of 79.96%.

Water Condenser Bed to Reduce Trichloroethylene Gas Emission and Air Quality

Purpose: The purpose of this research is how to reduce trichloroethylene emissions using a condenser and the efficiency of reducing trichloroethylene emissions before and after using a condenser. Theoretical Framework: Air quality is influenced by trichloroethylene emissions, condenser and efficiency, trichloroethylene emissions, and condenser. Method: The research carried out was quantitative descriptive research. Data Source: Literature Study; Field observation; Trichlorethylene gas recovery process in existing systems in the field such as dryer units, carbon bed units and added condenser units. Sampling method with Trichlorethylene, Gas Emission, Concentration Measurement. Results and Discussion: The efficiency value of reducing the trichloroethylene gas emission load before and after adding the condenser reached 68.16%. The emission load on the chimney before adding the condenser was an average of 223 kg/day and after adding the condenser an average of 71 kg/day. Research Implications: The efficiency of reducing the trichloroethylene gas emission load is influenced by several supporting factors, namely the temperature of the condenser cooling water and the surface area of the cooling water tube pipe. Originality/Value: The Electric Accumulator Component Industry with products in the form of sheet-shaped Electric Accumulator Separators made from polymer powder, silica powder, oil, and other supporting materials with the production capacity will affect the formation of the solution.

Prediction of case depth for deep carburising heat treatments based on the spatial gradient feature of the grain size profile

ABSTRACT Precise evaluation of carburising heat treatment is necessary to avoid failure and degradation of high-performance industrial mechanical components. In this work, a novel non-destructive detection method is proposed for the deep carburised case depth (>2 mm) combining spatial ultrasonic backscatter technique and linear regression model. To create various carburised case depths, three groups of cylindrical 20CrMnMo steel samples were heat-treated in various cycles (Carburising, diffusing, quenching at 850–870°C (holding in range of 2.5–3 h) and tempering). The carburising heat treatment results in a gradient microstructure within the surface region caused by changes in grain size. We employed a transverse-to-transverse scattering model to provide the gradient feature of the grain size profile in the depth direction. The extracted gradient profiles of different carburised case depths exhibit two overlapped growth rates with high- and low-slope factors, respectively. With the increase of the carburised case depth, the positions of the centre points increase and the slope factors decrease. Based on these observations, a modified double sigmoidal function was utilised to parametrise the gradient profile curve. The relationship among the selected gradient feature parameters and various carburised case depths has been established. The predicted results were compared to hardness measurements with good agreement.

RTV/GO-SiO2 anti-corrosion nanocomposite coating

Corrosion stands out as a leading factor contributing to the deterioration of industrial components, particularly in equipment utilized for oil and gas transmission and processing. Room temperature vulcanized silicone rubber (RTV) emerges as a promising solution for corrosion prevention due to its notable features including high hydrophobicity, adhesion, and thermal stability. This study focuses on enhancing anti-corrosion properties by applying coatings of RTV polymer with graphene oxide (GO) sheets (RTV-GO) or GO decorated with silicon oxide (RTV/GO-SiO2) onto X60 steel substrates. The investigation delves into the microstructure of the coating, surface hydrophobicity, adhesion to the substrate, and its efficacy in corrosion protection. Various techniques such as X-ray diffraction (XRD), atomic force microscopy (AFM), field emission scanning electron microscopy (FE-SEM), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) were employed to analyze the nanocomposites. Furthermore, corrosion resistance was evaluated through open circuit potential analysis, potentiodynamic polarization, electrochemical impedance spectroscopy, and salt spray testing. Results indicate that incorporating GO and hybrid GO-SiO2 into the RTV polymer matrix not only enhances the interface strength between the coating and steel substrate but also boosts corrosion resistance by up to 10-fold compared to uncoated substrates.

RESEARCH ON THE INFLUENCE OF SECONDARY HEAT TREATMENT PARAMETERS ON THE MARTENSITIC STAINLESS STEEL PROPERTIES

Heat treatments constitute an essential stage for the possibilities of improving the mechanical properties of metal materials, such as hardness, mechanical strength and corrosion resistance. Any change in the heat treatment parameters, such as temperature, holding time and cooling rate, can influence the structure of the steel and cause the formation of the martensitic phase, responsible for increasing the hardness. Moreover, if the temperature and time are correctly selected, they can help eliminate internal stresses and imperfections in the crystalline structure, thus improving the strength and ductility of the steel. The hardness of martensitic stainless steel needs to be increased to meet the performance requirements for the applications in which it is used, such as the manufacture of knives, surgical instruments or components for the aerospace industry. Martensitic stainless steel is valued for its corrosion resistance and relatively low cost, and the hardness increase is essential to ensure proper operation and durability of products manufactured from this material. Any change in the martensitic stainless steel heat treatment parameters has a significant impact on increasing the hardness and improving its mechanical properties, being essential for obtaining the desired performance in various industrial applications.

Coupled CFD-FEM analysis of the damage causes of the retention bunker: a case study at hard coal mine

Underground coal storage bunkers serve as crucial infrastructural components in the coal mining industry, providing secure and accessible locations for the storage of mined coal. The interaction between stored coal and underground water in coal storage bunkers indeed poses significant challenges due to the unpredictable nature of the resulting coal-water mixture. This phenomenon is particularly prevalent in coal mines operating under water hazards, where groundwater infiltration into storage areas can lead to the formation of coal-water mixtures, altering the physical properties of the stored coal. The interaction between coal and water can result in the formation of coal-water mixtures (hydromixture), which exhibit complex rheological properties. These mixtures may vary in viscosity, density, and particle size distribution, making their behavior difficult to predict. Underground water may exert hydrostatic pressure on the stored coal, influencing its mechanical behavior and compaction properties. Changes in pressure can result in coal compaction or expansion, affecting bunker stability and the integrity of surrounding rock strata. The main goal of the paper was to determine the values of pressure field variations exerted by the flowing hydromixture within underground coal storage bunkers. This objective reflects a critical aspect of understanding the dynamic behavior of coal-water mixtures (hydromixture) under varying conditions, particularly in environments where water hazards pose significant challenges to storage and operational stability. The paper utilized computational fluid dynamics (CFD) methods to examine the changes in pressure within underground coal storage bunkers induced by the flow of coal-water mixtures. The examination of damage to an underground coal storage bunker due to stress distribution was conducted using the finite element method (FEM). This computational technique is widely utilized in engineering and structural analysis to model complex systems and predict the behavior of materials under various loading conditions The results of the CFD numerical simulation were compared with the mathematical models.

Tribology-driven strategies for tool wear reduction and surface integrity enhancement in cryogenic CO2-cooled milling of laser metal deposited Ti64 alloy

Additive manufacturing (AM) is chosen for its ability to streamline production processes and design freedom. This reduces material waste, enables rapid prototyping, and facilitates intricate geometries, ultimately offering cost-effective and customizable solutions for manufacturing complex components in diverse industries. Overlapping melting trajectories result in a low-quality surface (Ra=∼13.34 µm) in the laser metal deposition (LMD) of the Ti64 alloy. Therefore, post-processing is often essential for AMed parts for engineering applications. Milling trials were conducted on AMed specimens under four environmental conditions: dry, flood, minimum quantity lubrication (MQL), and cryogenic medium. The machinability was evaluated in terms of the cutting temperature, machined surface roughness, tool wear, chip morphology, and microhardness. The flank wear under cryogenic CO2 condition is 52.78–54.29 % lower than dry condition, 33.86–36.24 % lower than flood cutting, and 23.64–26.86 % lower than MQL. The outcomes show that cryogenic cooling augments the tool life and the surface integrity of milling LMD parts. Moreover, the hardness under cryogenic CO2 was higher, indicating dimensional stability and maintenance of shape integrity under applied loads.

Microstructural and mechanical characterization of direct energy deposited 316L stainless steel developed using an evolutionary computational approach

Wire arc additive manufacturing (WAAM) is a technology that has revolutionized the fabrication of large metallic components in various industries. However, previous studies have predominantly relied on trial and error or statistical techniques to determine process parameters, neglecting the potential of evolutionary algorithms for optimizing. In the present work, detailed investigations were performed on the WAAM-based gas tungsten arc welding to predict and optimize the process parameters of the 316L austenitic stainless steel. The input process parameters viz., current, wire feed speed, travel speed, and wire feed direction play a significant role in determining the single bead geometry. The study investigated the influence of these parameters on bead characteristics (such as height to width ratio and percentage dilution) and surface roughness. Multiobjective optimization was carried out using both the response surface methodology-desirability approach (RSM-DA) and the non-dominated sorting genetic algorithm-II (NSGA-II). In the case of NSGA-II, the optimal parameters were determined through a fuzzy decision method and it was validated experimentally. The NSGA-II approach showed superior performance over the traditional RSM-DA model in predicting the responses. In addition, the thin-walled structure printed for the parameters suggested using RSM-DA and NSGA-II approach. In a comprehensive property-based comparative analysis, the NSGA-II optimized parameters demonstrated improved mechanical properties attributed to increased low-angle grain boundaries and kernel average misorientation values. This study highlights the effectiveness of evolutionary computation methods in achieving superior performance and mechanical characteristics in the fabrication of SS316L components.

Microstructure, property and high-temperature wear performance of Cr3C2-based coatings deposited by conventional and ID-HVAF spray torches: A comparative study

The durability of industrial components exposed to high temperatures can be increased by depositing high-velocity air-fuel (HVAF) sprayed Cr3C2-based coatings. The uniform embedding of wear-resistant Cr3C2 within an oxidation-resistant binder matrix allows HVAF-sprayed Cr3C2-based coatings to be widely used in high-temperature environments. However, consolidating these coatings demands an optimum particle velocity and temperature combination, primarily dependent on the spray torch design. Understanding the role of spray torch variants with altered combustion chamber and nozzle designs is essential, which might influence the coating (splat) formation mechanism and the resultant wear performance. Accordingly, Cr3C2–25NiCr and Cr3C2–30NiCrMoNb were sprayed using different HVAF torches (high-power AK06 and low-power AK05-ID (inner diameter): generate different energy (thermal + kinetic) output) to understand the role of the binder as well as the torch design. The deposited coatings were comprehensively compared based on splat morphology, microstructure, mechanical properties, room and high-temperature erosion and sliding wear behavior. Subsequently, a detailed post-wear analysis was performed to decipher the associated wear mechanism. As inferred from the results, Cr3C2–25NiCr coatings deposited through a high-power AK06 spray torch displayed preferable microstructure, properties and superior wear resistance. The study also offered new insights into HVAF-ID torch-deposited coatings.

Conceptual vision of the smart energy system

In modern scientific and political circles, the smart energy system is considered as an integral component of Industry 4.0, since in a broad sense it serves the purpose of increasing production efficiency due to the introduction of artificial intelligence technologies. However, currently there is no single, established vision regarding the meaning of the term "smart energy system". As a rule, it is viewed through the prism of separate, often unrelated technological processes, which complicates the development of consistent theoretical provisions and practical recommendations for the development of Industry 4.0. The purpose of the article is the systematization of scientific views on certain aspects of the application of digital technologies in the field of energy and the development of a holistic conceptual vision of a smart energy system. The key elements of the smart energy system consist of smart energy generation, as a set of digitalization measures for the control system of energy generating facilities, aimed at increasing the specific production of electricity, as well as adjusting the load within the nodes of electricity production from renewable sources with the aim of stabilizing the energy flow; smart synchronization, which is designed to distribute the load among the energy sectors on the basis of an intelligent assessment of system needs and capabilities; smart distribution, which optimizes the operation of distribution networks based on data analysis of temporal and spatial trends in the electricity transmission system; and smart consumption, which involves the implementation of technological measures that create conditions for economical consumption of electricity. The holistic vision of the "smart energy system" concept, which provides for the comprehensive implementation of measures provided for by the micro-concepts of smart energy generation, smart synchronization, smart distribution and smart consumption, is substantiated. It is argued that the implementation of the “smart energy system” concept will ensure a synergistic effect of economical utilization of energy resources.

Elastic constant ratio for fatigue evaluation on rubber isolators

AbstractIn this study, a new concept of the elastic constant ratio was introduced to derive an S‐N base function, which has removed the requirement of the shear modulus to be measured in previous work, allowing much wider applications in fatigue prediction with significant reduction in the costs involved in conducting experiments and acceleration of the design process in industries. In this approach, the damage parameter was the effective tensile stress verified for both positive and negative R ratios (the ratio between the minimum stress and the maximum stress). Existing work only provided a general description of the criterion without detailed explicit equations, which does not provide sufficient clarity to the reader and could lead to variable fatigue life predictions. Here, detailed equations are introduced on the calculation procedure to allow accurate results to be obtained for fatigue assessment. The applicability of the approach was validated using two industrial components, that is, the Metacone spring and the bush spring. The maximum values of the damage parameter corresponded to the same failure locations observed in the experiments. The suggested S‐N base function, correlated with different materials and failure cycles, could be applied in a fatigue design stage and failure analysis for rubber isolators.Highlights For the first time, an elastic constant ratio is introduced on different rubbers. There is no additional test required for the material constants to save cost. The approach is experimentally validated on two industrial isolators. Monitoring stiffness in tests cannot determine the crack initiation accurately.

Research on the Influence of Cold Drawing and Aging Heat Treatment on the Structure and Mechanical Properties of GH3625 Alloy.

With the development of the petroleum industry, the demand for materials for oilfield equipment is becoming increasingly stringent. The strength increase brought about by time strengthening is limited in meeting the needs of equipment development. The GH3625 alloy with different strength levels can be obtained through cold deformation and heat treatment processes. A study should be carried out to further develop the potential mechanical properties of GH3625. In this study, the GH3625 alloy was cold drawn with different reductions in area (0-30%) and heat treated, and its mechanical properties were tested. The microstructure of the alloy during deformation and heat treatment was characterized by methods such as optical microscopy (OM), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), and transmission electron microscopy (TEM) based on the principles of physical metallurgy. The strength increase caused by dislocation strengthening was calculated from the dislocation density, tested by X-ray diffraction (XRD). The calculated value was compared to the measured value, elucidating the strengthening effect of cold deformation and heat treatment. The results showed that the yield strength and yield ratio of the cold-drawn alloy significantly reduced after aging at 650 °C and 760 °C. Heat treatment can make a cold-deformed material recover, ablate dislocations, and greatly reduce the dislocation density in the microstructure of the GH3625 alloy, which was the main factor in the decrease in yield strength. The work-hardening gradient of the cold-drawn material varied greatly with different reductions in area. When the reduction in area was small (10%), the hardness gradient was obvious. When it increased to 30%, the alloy was uniformly strengthened as the deformation was transmitted to the axis. This study can provide more mechanical performance options for GH3625 alloy structural components in the petrochemical industry.

High-performance functional coatings manufactured by integrated extremely high-speed-rate laser directed energy deposition with interlayer remelting

Extremely high-speed-rate laser directed energy deposition has attracted considerable attention for large-scale industrial component manufacturing owing to its outstanding fabrication efficiency. However, interlayer metallurgical defects and thickness fluctuation stacking caused by the previous non-uniform rough surface layer hinder the preparation of customized thicknesses of large-scale components with high performance. Herein, an integrated extremely high-speed-rate additive manufacturing technology, that is, extremely high-speed-rate laser-directed energy deposition accompanied by extremely high-speed-rate laser remelting, is proposed to eliminate porosity and reconstruct the microstructure of multilayer parts. The remelted specimens exhibited uniform roughness and ultrafine grains when defocusing amount was less than zero. The relatively lower temperature gradient G and morphology factor G/R in the remelting process led to more favorable subcooling, which further promoted more nucleation sites and contributed to grain refinement and columnar-to-equiaxed transition. A multilayer 316 L stainless steel material with an interlayer remelting treatment was further prepared, and a typical heterogeneous structure dominated by ultrafine equiaxed grains was obtained. The multilayer specimen characterized by such a special structure exhibited a higher yield strength of 546 MPa, along with a ductility of 49.1 %. This novel integrated manufacturing technology highlights a new strategy that can expand the extremely high-speed-rate additive manufacturing window and achieve simultaneous improvements in the manufacturing efficiency and performance of large-scale components.

Improving the shelf life of minced beef by Cystoseira compressa polysaccharide during storage

A polysaccharide extracted from the brown alga Cystoseira compressa (CCPS) was evaluated as a food additive to extend the shelf-life of raw beef meat. The antioxidant potential of CCPS was demonstrated by its inhibition of β-carotene bleaching (64.28 %), superoxide radicals (70.12 %), and hydroxyl radicals (93 %) at a concentration of 10 mg/ml. The polysaccharide also showed antibacterial activity with MIC values between 6.25 mg/ml and 50 mg/ml against five foodborne pathogenic bacteria. Furthermore, CCPS exhibited excellent functional, foaming, and emulsifying properties. Furthermore, microbiological and chemical effects of CCPS at concentrations equivalent to 1 MIC (CCPS-1), 2 MIC (CCPS-2), and 4 MIC (CCPS-3) were conducted. Chemical analyses showed that treated beef had significantly reduced TBARS levels below 2 mg MDA/kg at day 14. The treatment also decreased carbonyl groups, improved heme iron transformation, inhibited microbial growth (p < 0.05), and kept MetMb levels below 40 % by day 14. Moreover, two multivariate approaches, principal component analysis (PCA) and hierarchical cluster analysis (HCA), were effectively used to analyze the results characterizing the main attributes of the stored meat samples. In conclusion, these findings demonstrated that CCPS could be employed as a functional and bioactive component in the meat industry.
