Optimalisasi Kurikulum Muatan Lokal Keagamaan untuk Meningkatkan Kualitas Pembelajaran PAI di Sekolah Umum

This study aims to analyse the optimisation efforts of local religious content curricula to improve the quality of Islamic Education learning at SMPN 1 Mojowarno Jombang. The research was conducted using a qualitative approach and descriptive design. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and document review. The results showed that schools had implemented local religious content in the form of Arabic and Javanese language subjects. However, its implementation still faces several challenges, such as time allocation, teacher competence, availability of teaching materials, completeness of infrastructure, and cooperation with stakeholders. Therefore, optimization must be done through increasing time allocation, teacher training, developing teaching materials, strengthening infrastructure, cooperation with related stakeholders, and regular monitoring and evaluation. With such optimisation, it is hoped that implementing local religious content can run effectively and contribute maximally to improving the quality of Islamic Education learning and internalising religious values in students. Theoretically, the results of this study have contributed to developing an Islamic Education curriculum contextual to local needs.

The Effect of the School Leadership Style and Completeness of Infrastructure Facilities on Teacher Performance

This study aims to determine the influence of the principal's leadership style and completeness of infrastructure on teacher performance. The location of this research was carried out in public junior high schools in Mesuji District. This type of research is quantitative research with research design using research design after the fact. The sample in this study was a total of all teachers in public junior high schools in Mesuji District, consisting of 89 respondents. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. Data analysis techniques using descriptive quantitative analysis techniques, and multiple regression. The results of this study state that 1) there is a significant influence between the Principal's Leadership Style on the Performance of State Middle School Teachers in Mesuji District; 2) there is a significant effect of Completeness of Infrastructure on the Performance of State Middle School Teachers in Mesuji District; 3) there is a significant influence of the Principal's Leadership Style and Completeness of Infrastructure together on the Performance of State Middle School teachers in the Mesuji District.

Patient Satisfaction and Characteristics of Maternity Room from April to June 2022 at Unggul Karsa Medika Hospital

Background Maternal Mortality Rate (MMR) is an indicator that reflects various aspects including the quality of healthcare from clinical standpoint, the quality of healthcare system, the quality of health insurance, the quality of referral systems and non-health aspects that related to healthcare such as economic, social, cultural, and education aspects. In order to reduce MMR, healthcare quality of maternity services should be increased. Patient satisfaction is one of indicators for healthcare quality. In this study, we aim to describe patient satisfaction in maternity room of Unggul Karsa Medika Hospital, Bandung, West Java, Indonesia. Methods This is a quantitative descriptive study conducted in Maternity Room, Unggul Karsa Medika Hospital, Bandung, West Java, Indonesia. The design of the study was cross-sectional. The research was conducted from April to June 2022. Minimal total sample of 97. Total sample that obtained in this study was 150 subjects. Sampling method used in this study was consecutive sampling. Results Percentage of total patient satisfaction of maternity room were slightly increasing from April to June 2022, with highest value was in June 2022 of 94,2%. Four out of six elements of patient satisfaction were increasing, which were speed of services, friendliness and responsiveness, clarity of information and instructions, and completeness of infrastructure and facilities. Conclusion Unggul Karsa Medika Hospital through its excellence service of maternity room has played a significant role to reduce maternal mortality rate in Indonesia, since good and increasing results in patient satisfaction of maternity room service from April to June 2022.

Analysis Of Inpatient Medical Record Management Based On Medical Record Service Standards At Government Hospitals In Medan

Inpatient medical records have an important role as a source of data and health information for inpatients related to treatment and care planning. The main factor that causes problems in inpatient medical records is the undisciplined factor of the person in charge who handles patients in filling out medical records. This can cause inpatient medical record management, not in accordance with medical record service standards. This study aimed to analyze inpatient medical record management based on medical record service standards. This research is a quantitative analytic study with a cross-sectional approach. The study was conducted at the Government Hospital in Medan. The research population was 126 people and all of them were used as samples. Sampling by means of total sampling. Data analysis used univariate, bivariate with chi-square test, and multivariate with multiple logistic regression at 95% confidence level (0.05). The results showed that inpatient medical record management implementation based on medical record service standards at the Government Hospital in Medan was influenced by work motivation (p = 0.001) and supervision (p = 0.000). While the variables that have no effect are length of work (p = 1,000), education (p = 0.848), teamwork (p = 0.241), and completeness of infrastructure (p = 0.760). The supervision variable is the most dominant variable or has the greatest influence with the value of Exp(B)/OR = 19,542. Medical record employees who state that supervision is carried out well by superiors will improve the implementation of inpatient medical record management well, compared to those who state that supervision is still not good. It is recommended that the leadership carry out inherent supervision (waskat) to all medical record employees and provide motivation through motivational seminars to improve the implementation of inpatient medical record management based on medical record service standards.

Revitalization of Management of Diniyah Takmiliyah Madrasah in Cirebon City

This study aims to describe the results of the revitalization of the management of the Diniyah Takmiliyah Madrasah in the City of Cirebon which includes the mission and mission, learning, curriculum, facilities, and infrastructure of the diniyah takmiliyah Awaliyah and its relation to Islamic life. In particular, this research analyzes the management of Madrasah DiniyahTakmiliyah, especially the Awaliyah level, and its relationship to the Islamic life of the citizens of the city of Cirebon. The method used is qualitative, evaluative analytic with the function of providing a very deep essence of meaning for facts, data, and news which is a research scheme containing an outline starting from statements, reasoning, and finalizing data. The results achieved in this study are that it is necessary to 1) be carried out by formulating a good curriculum and learning and adapt to the needs of each MDTA which refers to "Rahmatan Lil 'Alamin". As the basis for the basic philosophical concepts of Islamic education 2) Carrying out updates on its objectives, contents, and teaching materials, by followers the rules of use to be used as the basis for implementing guidelines to achieve Islamic education goals that refer to the vision and mission 3) Performing teacher skills, media learning, learning methods adapted to the vision and mission of each MDTA 4) Implementing MDTA management carried out using existing management patterns and characteristics in the community and the ability to adapt to the local socio-cultural environment, with a formulation that includes planning, organization, leadership, and supervision. 5 improve skills, commitment, qualifications, and professionalism. 6) Renewal of place, incentives for teachers, and completeness of infrastructure.

The holding of a child-friendly school with Islamic boarding school integrity because of the support from the community, government and foundations to uphold the rights and obligations of children in learning, and a pesantren program to provide provisions for students to socialize. This study uses a qualitative research type of data collection methods used in the form of observation, interviews, documentation. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of the Child Friendly School Program with Islamic Boarding Schools includes: school principals have provided special training to educators so that they can understand what must be done in implementing child-friendly schools with pesantren integrity, including planning, implementation and monitoring. (1) The planning of the Child-Friendly Schools with Islamic Boarding Schools program begins with a meeting between the Principal and the committee and staff related to the Child-Friendly School Program, the meeting discusses planning and evaluating the program. (2) The implementation of the policy for the Child-Friendly Schools with Integrity for Islamic Boarding Schools must meet several components, such as the completeness of infrastructure, children's participation, parental participation, and community participation. Therefore, the implementation of the Child Friendly School program policy really involves all school residents, and the completeness of adequate infrastructure, an appropriate curriculum and trained education personnel for children's rights. (3) It aims to obtain the results of the implementation of the Child Friendly School program and as a determinant of planning and subsequent programs. Supporting factors in the implementation of the Islamic Boarding School Integrity Child Friendly School program, namely in addition to adequate facilities, it also received strong support from the Government, donors and foundations. The inhibiting factor for the running of Child Friendly Schools is that there are still thoughts from students who feel insecure and also comfortable in learning.

The role of site development in sustainable city (Case study: Site of the noble house in Mega Kuningan, Jakarta)

The availability of open space has become increasingly limited. It is important to see how urban area is developed towards sustainability. At present, the completeness of infrastructure, urban networks, transportation, utilities, public and social facilities have been often developed to meet mostly commercial aspects related to human need without environmental consideration. This research aims to recognize the condition of site development in one case of office building in Jakarta through quality measurement using green building criteria. The green area of the site is the main aspect which become prerequisite for assessing the appropriate site development. In addition, site selection, community accessibility, and public transportation are also included as criteria for this study. The steps of this research can be generally implemented in many new building cases.

The method used is a Scalogram Analysis used to see an overview of the level of development of an area administratively using the completeness of facilities and infrastructure (infrastructure) in the region. questionnaire and interview to collect data, with resident respondents in Selumit Pantai village. The results obtained are categories that are included in the hierarchy of the availability of facilities and infrastructure such as There are three hierarchies in Selumit Pantai Village based on a scalogram analysis in which the RT (RT) reviewed is RT 17, 18, 19, 21, and 28 covering the hierarchy 3 with low development area.

FAKTOR-FAKTOR KEPUTUSAN PENDUDUK MASUK DALAM PEMILIHAN LOKASI PERUMAHAN DI KOTA BANDA ACEH

The housing complex in Banda Aceh City has been built up and spread to the suburbs. The condition of one housing with other housing is different. This study aims to identify consumer decision factors in choosing housing location, and identify dominant consumer decision factors in choosing housing locations in Banda Aceh City. Respondents in this study were residents entering the city of Banda Aceh. The number of samples in this study was set at 150 people. The sampling technique used was proportionate stratified random sampling. The factors evaluated are accessibility factors, completeness of infrastructure and facilities, facilities, environmental conditions, prices and services, and buildings. Data processing used validity test, and reliability test, while data analysis used descriptive analysis and principal factor analysis (PCA). The results showed that the dominant consumer decision factor in choosing housing locations is accessibility and service factors with a variance of 24.798%. Indicators of accessibility and service factors are proximity to the workplace, proximity to the main road, proximity to the city center, proximity to trade facilities, proximity to educational facilities, proximity to banking service facilities, proximity to government offices, proximity to recreational/ entertainment places, proximity to sports venues, proximity to terminals, ease of reaching locations without significant obstacles, prices according to facilities and infrastructure offered.

The Apparatus Performance of Public Administration in Education and Culture Field at Bone Bolango Regency of Gorontalo Province

The aims of this research: the first was to analyze the principle of the apparatus performance of public administration in education field at Bone Bolango regency. The second was to analyze the determinant factor of the apparatus performance of public administration in education at national education office of Bone Bolango regency. This research was a qualitative approach using case study. The data collection techniques were interviews and Focus Group Discussions (FGD). The results showed that the groove in the formulation of the apparatus performance of public administration in education field at Bone Bolango regency of Gorontalo has been implemented. It was suitable with the public administration at ministry of education and culture of the Republic of Indonesia and the constitution. The apparatus performance of public administration in education field at the Bone Bolango regency got a good support from the society. However, the society really needs professional apparatus of public administration in education field at Bone Bolango regency. The performance of professional apparatus of public administration in education field was to provide training of personnel knowledge, the mastery of technology in education services to the community, improvement of human resources and the completeness of infrastructure and facilities in education field and also the attitude of bureaucratic structures. They are all factors that affect the successful performance of the apparatus in qualified public administration in education field at Bone Bolango in Gorontalo province.
