This research investigated how profitability, a company's size, and its social responsibility practices (CSR) affect the financial health (firm value) within the property and real estate sector of the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) for the period 2019-2022. The research adopted a quantitative methodology, specifically a multiple linear regression model, to examine the relationships between the variables.. The property and real estate sector focusing on companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2019 to 2019, the study employed purposive sampling to select 60 data points. software SPSS was used as the analysis tool with books, journals, and websites as data sources with literature and documentation as data collection techniques. Our analysis of property and real estate firms on the BEI from 2019 to 2022 revealed that profitability is the primary factor influencing a company's value. Interestingly, company size and CSR practices were not found to be statistically significant factors.
