Analisis Rasio Keuangan Perusahaan Food and Beverage yang Tercatat di Bursa Efek Indonesia Periode 2019-2023

The purpose of this research is to evaluate the financial performance of the food industry, namely PT Nippon Indosari Corpindo Tbk, PT Mayora Indah Tbk, and PT Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Tbk using financial ratio evaluation from 2019 to 2023. The method applied is a descriptive quantitative approach by reviewing the company's financial statements within that period. The indicators analyzed are liquidity ratios, activity ratios, solvency ratios, and profitability ratios. The results of the study revealed that CBP has the best performance in terms of liquidity, while for the activity ratio, the company shows optimal effectiveness in managing receivables. In terms of solvency, Nippon Indosari Tbk recorded a lower debt-to-asset ratio than other companies. Meanwhile, in terms of profitability, CBP recorded the highest net profit margin, showing significant efficiency in managing operating costs.

Effectiveness Of Financial Performance Through Cash Flow Ratio Analysis (Study Case At PT Furniture Gresik)

This study analyzes the cash flow management of PT Furniture Gresik using a quantitative descriptive approach. The focus of this research is to evaluate the effectiveness of the company's fund management through the analysis of financial statements, including cash flow statements, balance sheets, and profit and loss. Data was collected through interviews with the Head of Administrative Manager and Finance Department Staff, documentation, such as the company's daily financial and cash reports. The results showed that PT Furniture Gresik has largely complied with the GENERAL SAK in the preparation of financial statements, with several appropriate components, such as the balance sheet, profit and loss, and cash flow. However, there are some shortcomings, such as unrecorded liabilities that require estimation and incomplete financial disclosures. The cash flow ratio analysis shows fluctuations between 2022 and 2023, with a decrease in the operating cash flow and fund flow coverage ratios, despite an increase in cash to interest. These findings provide an important insight into the company's financial condition and the importance of efficient cash flow management to support the continuity and growth of the company.

This study aims to examine the effect of Earnings Growth, Reputation of the Public Accounting Firm (KAP), and Company Size on Earnings Quality in companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2022. Using a quantitative approach and descriptive statistical methods, the data used was obtained from the company's financial statements, with saturated sampling techniques. Data processing is done using multiple regression analysis through the SPSS program. The results showed that Earnings Growth has no effect on Earnings Quality, while KAP Reputation and Company Size have a significant effect on Earnings Quality. This study has limitations in a quantitative approach that lacks depth, so it is recommended that future studies use a more comprehensive approach or add other variables to obtain more complete results.

This study aims to analyze the effect of capital structure, company size and capital intensity on tax avoidance. This study was conducted by analyzing the financial statements of companies in food & beverage listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2019-2023. The sampling technique in this study used the purposive sampling method, so that a research sample of 22 food & beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2019-2023 was obtained. This study uses panel data regression analysis and hypothesis testing with a significance level of 5%. The test tool used is e-views software version 12 Student Version Lite. Based on the results of the hypothesis test, the results show that capital structure, company size and capital intensity simultaneously have a significant effect on tax avoidance. Partially, only the company size and capital intensity variables have a significant effect on tax avoidance, while the capital structure does not show a significant effect on tax avoidance, this finding provides insight that company size and capital intensity have a greater effect on tax avoidance compared to capital structure.

The Moderating Effect of Accounting Conservatism on Managerial Ownership and Growth Opportunity Relationship

The application of the accounting conservatism method in the company's financial statements is essential for company managers in their consideration of strategy development. In uncertain global economic conditions, the application of the precautionary principle or accounting conservatism in financial statements is needed to maintain the stability of the company's financial condition. This study aims to test and analyze the effect of managerial ownership and growth opportunities on accounting conservatism with leverage as a moderating variable. This study uses secondary data in the form of annual financial reports on property and real estate sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) and Indonesian Capital Market Directory. This study used a purposive sampling technique. The results showed that managerial ownership affects accounting conservatism, while growth opportunity does not affect accounting conservatism. For leverage used as a moderating variable, it is unable to moderate the effect of managerial ownership and growth opportunity on accounting conservatism. This study can help investors and regulators understand the role of managerial incentives in shaping financial reporting behavior. Companies and regulators may want to consider ownership structure when evaluating financial transparency and risk.

THE INFLUENCE OF PRICE EARNINGS RATIO, PRICE TO BOOK VALUE, AND RETURN ON EQUITY ON STOCK RETURNS IN COMPANIES CONDUCTING INITIAL PUBLIC OFFERINGS FOR THE 2022-2023 PERIOD

This study aims to analyze the effect of financial ratios such as PER, PBV, and ROE on stock returns in companies that have just conducted an IPO in the 2022-2023 period. The research population consists of companies that conducted IPOs on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in the period July 2022 to July 2023. The study population was taken using the purposive random sampling method, which combines purposively sampling with a randomization process, to ensure valid representation. This study uses data on the financial statements of companies listed on the IDX during the period 2022-23. Based on the results of the research that has been conducted, it can be concluded that there is a significant influence between financial ratio and stock returns. The regression model developed was able to explain about 42.5% of the total variation in stock returns, showing that the independent variables used made a significantly contribution in explaining the fluctuations in stock return. This research could offer valuable implications for investors in evaluating IPO companies and assist companies in maintaining high profitability and good market reputation before going public. Moreover, findings could inform capital market regulators in developing policies aimed at enhancing investor protection and market efficiency.

Improving the Resilience of Freight Forwarding Companies Using Supply Chain Finance

The industrial revolution 4.0 makes business and economic transactions not only limited to the domestic sphere, but involves interactions between countries. A business entity capable of supporting the smooth process of international transactions is required. Freight forwarding as one of the businesses engaged in logistics has an important role in facilitating the movement of goods and services from one point to another that crosses the borders of a country. The challenge faced by freight forwarding is fluctuations in foreign exchange rates involving suppliers and consumers from various countries so that they are vulnerable to fluctuations in currency exchange rates. The purpose of this paper is to understand the financial business processes of freight forwarding companies by managing financial risks and dealing with currency exchange rate fluctuations. In addition, to explore information on how to minimize the negative impact of exchange rate fluctuations on the company's financial condition. The research methodology is descriptive by conducting surveys and interviews with freight forwarding companies and the logistics industry. Data triangulation analysis with relevant agencies in order to obtain more valid information about industry operations in the face of currency exchange rate fluctuations. Freight forwarding companies can minimize losses from exchange rate fluctuations by implementing hedging systems and supply chain finance on an ongoing basis.

Analisis Kinerja Keuangan Perusahaan Sektor Pertambangan yang Terdaftar di BEI Tahun 2020-2023

The financial performance of mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the 2020-20203 period was greatly influenced by fluctuations in global commodity prices and macroeconomic conditions that had an impact on the company's competitiveness and profitability. Therefore, it is important to assess how companies in this sector are managing their financial performance amid various challenges and opportunities. This study analyzes financial performance using several main financial ratios, including liquidity ratios (Current Ratio and Quick Ratio), solvency ratios (Debt to Equity Ratio and Debt to Asset Ratio), profitability ratios (Return on Assets, Return on Equity, and Net Profit Margin), and activity ratios (Total Asset Turnover and Inventory Turnover). The method used to conduct the analysis is the quantitative descriptive analysis method, using data that has been taken based on the annual financial statements of companies listed on the IDX during the period. Sample selection using the purposive sampling method, resulted in 3 companies being analyzed. The results of the analysis of 81 data observed using the Multiple Linear Regression method showed that environmental performance and environmentally friendly products had a positive impact on the company's financial performance, while environmental poroscope and environmental activities did not show a significant influence on the company's financial performance.

Leverage, Profitability and Tax Avoidance: Transfer Pricing as a Moderating Variable

This study analyzes the impact of leverage and profitability on tax avoidance, using transfer pricing as a moderating variable. The study focuses on manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the 2021-2023 period (3 years). Data were collected from the company's financial statements and analyzed using the Eviews application. The determination of the sample for this study was using the Purposive Sampling method and the analysis used panel data with the multiple regression method. The results of the study indicate that leverage has no effect on tax avoidance, profitability has a negative effect on tax avoidance, transfer pricing is able to positively moderate the effect of leverage and profitability on tax avoidance. The novelty of this study lies in the use of transfer pricing as a moderating variable in the relationship between leverage, profitability, and tax avoidance. This study provides a managerial contribution by identifying factors that influence tax avoidance and the role of transfer pricing in strengthening or weakening this influence. The results of this study are expected to be a reference for company management in formulating more effective and efficient financial policies in managing the company's tax burden.

This research method was carried out by analyzing financial reports using qualitative data analysis techniques. The results of the research show that PT Amman Mineral Intelranasiolnal has implemented PSAK 10 in a collaborative manner in presenting foreign currency transactions in its financial reports. The use of correct exchange rates as well as accurate recording in accordance with accounting standards allows the company to provide reliable and relevant information for users of police reports. spare. Pengaruh Pengendalian Internal dan Financial Distress terhadap Konservatisme Akuntansi

Financial statements are a description of the company's condition within a certain period of time. One of the principles that can be used to prepare financial statements is the principle of conservatism. The use of accounting conservatism in preparing financial statements can reduce information asymmetry in a company. This study aims to determine how the effect of internal control and financial distress on accounting conservatism. This study used 163 samples of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2017 to 2021. The results showed that internal control has no effect on accounting conservatism, while financial distress has a negative effect on accounting conservatism. This research is expected to increase knowledge on the topic of accounting conservatism in manufacturing companies in Indonesia. Suggestions for further research are expected to add other variables that may affect accounting conservatism.

This study aims to determine the influence of cash management, receivables management and inventory management on the financial stability of food and beverage sub-sector companies listed on the IDX for the 2021-2023 period. The type of research is quantitative descriptive with the type of data used in this study is seconds data and data sources in the form of company financial statements published annually by each company. The sampling technique of this study was carried out through purposive sampling with predetermined criteria. The data analysis technique in this study uses classical assumption tests and also multiple linear regression methods. In the hypothesis test, a partial test (t-test), a simultaneous test (f-test) and a determination coefficient were used. The results of this study show that the influence of cash management, receivables management and inventory management on the financial stability of food and beverage sub-sector companies listed on the IDX for the 2021-2023 period partially or simultaneously has a non-significant effect. The value of the determination coefficient that is still influenced by other variables. This research was assisted by using the Statistic for Social Science (SPSS) version 26 application to determine the level of significance of each hypothesis.

The management of a company tends to carry out earnings management or earnings engineering for a certain period and prepares financial reports to provide information that reflects a good company's financial condition so that the company's performance looks healthy because it will have an impact on the company's attractiveness in the eyes of investors. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of earnings management, liquidity, solvency and profitability on the Disclosure of Financial Statements in Building Construction Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2018-2020. The research method is quantitative research or verification research with a time series design. The population and research sample are the Building construction sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange with a total sample of 17 companies selected and taken by purposive sampling technique. Data collection techniques using documentation studies. The analytical tool used is to use data quality analysis and multiple linear regression analysis with the SPSS program. The results show that earnings management, liquidity ratios, solvency ratios have no effect on financial statement disclosures, while profitability ratios have a positive and significant effect on financial statement disclosures.

Pengaruh Good Corporate Governance dan Ukuran Perusahaan Terhadap Integritas Laporan Keuangan dengan Kualitas Audit Sebagai Pemoderasi

This study aims to evaluate the impact of institutional ownership, the presence of independent commissioners, and company size on the integrity of financial statements in companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the period from 2019 to 2023, considering the role of audit quality as a moderating variable. The analysis results show that independent commissioners and company size have a significant and positive impact on the integrity of financial statements, while institutional ownership does not have a significant effect. In addition, audit quality was not proven to moderate the relationship between institutional ownership, independent commissioners, and company size on the integrity of financial statements. This study has limitations, such as the sample being limited to manufacturing companies and the use of conservatism as the sole proxy for measuring financial statement integrity. Future research is recommended to expand the sample, extend the research period, and incorporate other variables such as profitability, leverage, managerial ownership, or audit fees.

Analysis of Corporate Governance Structure in Technology Enterprises: A Case Study of NIO's Dual-Class Share Structure

The equity structure could influence a companys control and decision-making efficiency, which is closely related to the stable operation and performance of various enterprises. Several technology enterprises in China's capital market have abandoned the traditional "one share, one vote" equity system, instead adopting a dual-class share structure. In order to further inform the differences that technology companies will experience after adopting such a particular ownership structure, we collect abundant corresponding information from companies and researches from scholars. NIO has great research value in the rapidly changing industry currently. This paper uses NIO as an example to analyze the company's operational conditions under its dual-class share structure, including financial status, management changes, and financing activities. Furthermore, we discuss both the practical and theoretical evaluations of the dual-class share structure nowadays and explore the concept of a sunset clause. Finally, we summarize the paper and provide an outlook on the future adoption of dual-class share structures by technology companies.
