Atrial septal defects (ASD) are the most common congenital heart lesion detected in adults and are uncommonlyassociated with pulmonary valve stenosis (PVS). Due to counteracting effects on the pulmonary circulation, thiscombination of congenital lesions may delay clinical symptoms until later in life, but increases the likelihood ofrapid decompensation. In this case report, we describe the presentation of a 43 year old female patient with bothASD and PVS. We then describe the correction of both lesions via transcatheter procedure.
