An Application of Data Mining Algorithms for Analyzing Psychological Researches

Computer science has evolved to become the basis for evolution and entered into all areas of life where the use of computer has been developed in all scientific, military, commercial and health institutions. In addition, it has been applied in residential and industrial projects due to the high capacity and ability to achieve goals in a shorter time and less effort. In this research, the computer, its branches, and algorithms will be invested in the psychological field. In general, in psychological fields, a questionnaire model is created according to the requirements of the research topic. The model contains many questions that are answered by the individuals of the sample space chosen by the researcher. Often, these questions are long and tedious, and some questions are repeated and not useful. In this research, we will work on summarizing these forms without effecting their research results; eventually, these steps in the proposed approach will produce better forms. However, it leads to building a method using the Apriori algorithm and Association rule mining which, consequently, applies to each questionnaire from which unnecessary questions are to be removed.

URBAN DEVELOPMENT OF RESIDENTIAL AREAS IN THE CITY OF CHERNIVTSI

The territorial development of the city is studied on the basis of town-planning documentation and full-scale researches of residential and former industrial territories, the factors which have formed the basis of the concept of the general plan of development of the city are resulted. Options for the transformation of territories occupied by industrial enterprises are considered. The integrated concept of city development is analyzed, in particular, conversion proposals of development and improvement and modernization of abandoned territories of non-functioning and partially functioning industrial enterprises, the concept of residential development is analysed. The city of Chernivtsi in its economic and geographical location is an industrial, administrative and cultural center of the region, with a large historical and architectural heritage. Due to the growing demand for living space and the diversification of forms of housing, the intensive development of the city is becoming more expressed. Aspects of land consolidation are not yet a priority, however, thanks to a quality planning policy, sustainable development of the city can still be achieved. Newly built areas are characterized by a high level of compaction.
 The study of the territorial development of the city can lead to a better balance in the use of land resources, options for the transformation of the territories of former industrial zones and enterprises that are partially functioning in these areas or abandoned and liquidated. The application of the principles of sustainable urban development according to the European model has been further developed, the integration of the housing function into industrial areas has been improved on the example of the town-planning proposal for the development of former industrial zones. The city is constantly expanding. There is a tendency to build large-scale buildings outside the old town and traditional suburbs, which are not typical for this area, especially multi-storey residential and retail facilities. Their inclusion in the general structure of the city by type (function) and size (form) in accordance with the context of urban development is not observed. At the same time, the territory of the city on the outskirts is constantly increasing, which leads to further use of natural spaces and maximizing the distance to public and commercial institutions, as well as workplaces, due to which the ammount of traffic increases.
 Territorial development of the city is a consequence of the general concept of the general plan of development of the city on the basis of the factors which have formed its basis. These include:
 
 The concept of economic development of the city, which is based on a market economy and private initiative, the priority development of the service sector, the development of the tourism and leisure industry.
 Population dynamics. Hence the output of the quantitative indicator of the required areas.
 Planning constraints, environmental protection and rational use of natural resources.
 Available territorial resources and efficient use of territories.
 The concept of three-dimensional composition, planning structure and functional zoning of the city.
 Rational system of resettlement in relation to places of employment.
 
 A number of territories, which have a very favorable position in relation to the places of employment, to transport connections due to one reason or another have not been developed - complex engineering training, lack of networks, the presence of other restrictions.
 All areas are partially occupied by individual manor buildings.
 The master plan envisages the development of these areas by 2032 without access to agricultural land.
 The article also discusses the options for the transformation of the territories occupied by industrial enterprises. These options can be as follows:
 
 Change in the functional purpose of the territory due to the removal or closure of industrial enterprises that adversely affect the environment.
 Technical re-equipment of the enterprise on new technologies (with preservation of a profile) for the purpose of reduction of harmful influence on environment.
 Replacement of the profile or functional use of real estate due to the bankruptcy of the enterprise.
 
 As a result of field surveys of residential and industrial areas of the city and research of urban planning documentation of the city of Chernivtsi and the Integrated Concept of Urban Development, the former industrial areas of the city were also analyzed.
 During the survey of all districts of the city, old industrial areas were identified, which today, due to significant use and a favorable location within the city, need to be improved and modernized.
 According to the Integrated Concept of City Development, conversion proposals for the development and improvement and modernization of abandoned areas of non-functioning and partially operating industrial enterprises were provided.

PROCEDURAL PARTICIPATION OF BANKS IN COVERT INVESTIGATIVE (SEARCH) ACTION «BANK ACCOUNTS MONITORING»

Abstract. The concept of financial monitoring as a set of measures carried out by the entities of primary and state financial monitoring in the field of prevention and counteraction to separatist funding (article 110-2 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine), legalization (laundering) of criminally obtained property (article 209 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine), and terrorism funding (article 258-5 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine) is developed and proved. The relationship between the categories of «terrorism» and «finance» is determined in the following areas: money paid to terrorists for refusing to commit violence acts; covert funding of terrorist organizations by certain states, non-governmental organizations, and criminal groups; «money laundering» and its introduction into legal circulation; creation of own groups in commercial, credit and financial institutions by terrorist organizations; ‘launderingof money’ obtained as a result of criminal activity. The risks in the system of prevention of terrorism and counteraction to legalization of criminally obtained proceedsare outlined. They were defined as the following: non-transparent funding of political parties; the share of cash resources addressed to the mentioned criminal activity; «outflow» of capital; absence of a clearly defined sectoral risk assessment of the entities of primary financial monitoring in the field of prevention and counteraction to legalization (laundering) of criminally obtained proceeds. It is offered to include the risk of terrorism and separatism funding through deposit-taking corporations tobanking risks. An attempt has been made to accumulate the majority of the latest achievements (as legislative, theoretical and research aswell as applied ones) on the issues of legal regulation of the studied procedural, financial and legal relations, on the basis of which scientific views are proved and proposals for improving regulations in this area are worked out. ACCESS TO PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICES FOR DIFFERENT GROUPS OF RURAL POPULATION IN RUSSIA

During the COVID-19 pandemic, the problems of accessibility of primary health care and quality health services for rural residents are exacerbated. The purpose of the article is to conduct comparative studies of the access to public health services of rural medical posts (RMPs), polyclinics, specialized medical facilities for different groups of the rural population of Russia. The results of the studies showed that the majority of rural residents living in small remote settlements request medical assistance at the RMPs. Among those who requested medical assistance, 70.7% were over 45 years old, and 43.9% were pensioners. Most of them have low requirements for medical assistance. They are primarily interested in the services provided for free. Younger rural residents (35.2% under the age of 45 years) request medical assistance at polyclinics, 47.8% of them are self-employed, and about 71.1% are low-income groups. The main reasons for applying for paid medical care, they call the lack of specialists in public institutions. Visitors to specialized centers have the highest requirements for the quality of medical services received. The maximum share belongs to young people (24.4% of people aged 16-30 and 20.3% aged 31-45), about 60.5% have jobs, 40.6% have incomes higher than the subsistence level. They are more likely than others to seek paid medical services. The main reason for choosing commercial institutions is the belief that paid medical services are of better quality. The construction of multidimensional distributions was performed using the statistical processing package STATISTICA Advanced for Windows 10.0.

Peranan Badan Usaha Milik Desa Sebagai Upaya Meningkatkan Pendapatan Asli Desa (Studi Kasus Bumdes Bumi Raharjo Kecamatan Bumi Ratu Nuban Lampung Tengah

ABSTRACT
 This research was used to determine the role of Village Owned Enterprises as an effort to increase village original income at Bumi Raharjo Village Owned Enterprises, Bumi Ratu Nuban District, Central Lampung. Village owned enterprises (BUMDES) are village business institutions managed by the community and village government in an effort to strengthen the village economy and are formed based on the needs and potential of the village. BUMDES is a pillar of economic activity in the village that functions as a social institution (social institution) and commercial (commercial institution). The type of research used is quantitative research with a comparative research approach with paired sample t-test which aims to determine the role of Village Owned Enterprises in efforts to increase village original income before and after the existence of BUMDES.
 After conducting the research, it shows that Village Owned Enterprises as an effort to increase village original income at Bumi Raharjo Village Owned Enterprises, Bumi Ratu Nuban District, Central Lampung, play a role in efforts to increase village original income. One new approach that is expected to be able to stimulate and move the economy in rural areas is through the establishment of Village Owned Enterprises (BUMDES) which are fully managed by village communities. This economic institution must be based on the desire of the village community, which departs from the potential that is managed properly in order to increase Village Original Income (PADES).

Принципы реформирования денежной системы в России в XIX в. (К 150-летию памяти Н. И. Тургенева)

The purpose of the study is to characterize the Russian model of monetary circulation during the transition from pre-capitalist forms of economy to a relatively developed capitalism in the late XIX century. The paper provides the analysis of theoretical ideas on the specifics of metal, paper and credit instruments of circulation. The key principles of the Russian model of monetary circulation are formulated in the programs of statesmen (M. M. Speransky, E. F. Kankrin, S. Yu. Witte), in the works of economists who presented alternative concepts of money, the theoretical provisions of which formed the conceptual «core» of the new monetary system. The article reveals the features of quantitative approach of N. I. Turgenev, who was the first to analyze the factors of inflation development associated with issue of banknotes, and possible scenarios of monetary reform aimed at its mitigation. The author identifies fundamental differences in the methods of reforming Russia’s monetary system in 1839-1843 and 1895-1897, considers the characteristic features of the new system of «state credit money», the concept introduced by M. M. Speransky, and the criteria for its stabilization. He then shows that the concept of «state credit money» arose at the intersection of the interests of market and state economy and reveals the role of state and commercial institutions in forming a new model of monetary circulation. The paper reveals the specifics of the domestic monetary system during the transition to capitalist production. The study contributes to the development of the theory of money, as it shows the relationship between the evolution of national economic system, the model of monetary circulation and the instruments of state regulation of the market situation. The author concludes that the changes that occurred in the theories of money are a reflection of changes in the monetary system itself and state monetary policy during the periods of economic transformation.

Exploitation on the Rise: Modern Slavery and COVID-19

The Media‟s involvement in several anti-trafficking efforts has been persistent through these years, worldwide as well as in the Philippines. Either as employed by the government or NGOs, or as an independent commercial institution, the Media has furthered campaigns against trafficking. Owing to its ability to educate the public by providing them new and easily available information, the Media was proven to be a very essential tool in eliminating this problem in the country – given that awareness is the first step in achieving this goal.

Monetary Policy and Domestic Private Investment in Nigeria

This paper empirically examined the effect of monetary policy on domestic private investment in Nigeria from 1981 to 2018. In other to achieve our objectives, annual time series data of the dependent variable – domestic private investment (DPI) and independent variables – money supply (MS), government domestic debt (GDD), government domestic savings (GDS), interest rate (INT) and consumer price index (CPI) were collected from secondary sources like CBN Statistical Bulletin and WDI. Thereafter, the data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and the econometrics technique of Vector Error Correction Mechanism (ECM) method of analysis. The results of analysis indicated that a long run relationship exists among the variables. Furthermore, the paper revealed that money supply (MS), government domestic savings (GDS). interest rate (INT) and consumer price index (CPI) have a negative and insignificant effect on domestic private investment in the long run but interest rate is significant at 5%, while government domestic debt (GDD), has a positive and insignificant effect on domestic private investment (DPI) in the long run in Nigeria within the period. Based on the above findings, the paper recommends as follows: Expansionary monetary policy should be formulated that will reduce interest rate, encourage borrowings and savings. This will expand commercial banks and other credit granting financial institutions which will encourage real investment in the economy.

1 Introduction: Urban Commerce in Ancient Mesoamerica

ABSTRACTNearly three decades of research have identified evidence of commercial institutions and exchange at cities throughout Mesoamerica. This introduction examines three major areas of investigation for commercial institutions in ancient Mesoamerican cities: marketplaces and urban geography; currencies, standards and credit; and the social dimensions of urban commerce. It discusses the different ways in which the contributing authors examine different commercial economies of ancient Mesoamerica through the prism of its urban centers, and the potential of this approach for further archaeological research.

Implementation of Management Information System Website-Based Letter Archives

The development of an institution currently requires Information Technology, at the level of commercial institutions and non-commercial institutions. The development of this technology is expected to support ongoing work so that it is easier and more systematic. One technology that is often used is the Management Information System. With this Management Information System Technology, it is hoped that users can store data easily and access it again quickly. In this study, the author tries to implement a Correspondence Management Information System with a case study at the Faculty of Informatics Engineering at Bhayangkara University Surabaya. This information system includes incoming and outgoing letters, with several supporting tools so that it can handle scanned and input data manually.

Economic culture as a factor in the financial behavior of Russians: the role of archetypes and modern context

In Russia, as in many countries, the state is showing increased attention to the topic of financial literacy of the population, which is connected, on the one hand, with the expansion of the financial market inherent in the modern world economy, involving ordinary people in its orbit, and, on the other hand, with the curtail of the welfare state, and the reorientation of citizens to self-financing their needs for pensions, medical care, education, etc. In the process of such pushing up people to become investors, borrowers, participants of funded pension schemes, the specific character of the economic culture of the population is not taken into account, while many observed phenomena, such as low level of financial literacy and massive distrust of financial institutions, are due exactly to it. The article presents analysis of the cultural archetypes and patterns of behavior characteristic of the Russians that make up the economic culture; they were correlated with the models of behavior of the population of interest to the state; the impact on the existing economic culture of the current socio-economic context is considered. It is shown that the natural-climatic, geographic, geopolitical and religious factors have shaped Russians' specific attitude towards savings, their own and other people's property, planning horizons, contractual obligations, separation of common and individual responsibility, financial discipline, work ethics, state and commercial institutions, interpersonal relationships, etc., which is far from that sought by the state. Meanwhile, the problem is that it is the socio-economic policy pursued by the state, the events of the economic life of the past thirty years that act as the factors of reproduction and consolidation of the formed cultural archetypes and patterns of behavior, but not their productive transformation.

The Moscow city government in the fight against epidemics (late XIX – early XX centuries)

Moscow, which in the post-reform period became the center of the largest commercial and industrial district and the main railway hub of the Russian Empire, was particularly vulnerable to epidemics. Since the second half of the XIX century, the solution of sanitary issues of urban life and the fight against epidemics were in the competence of the Moscow city government. The epidemic threat contributed to the rapid creation of a permanent organization under the Moscow city government, which included doctors of a sanitary profile. The city has developed a system for fighting the spread of infections, based on a card system for informing the sanitary doctor and investigating each case of the disease. Among the anti - epidemic measures, disinfection of premises, isolation of sick people and family members, and, if necessary, hospitalization were widely used. From expensive and ineffective sporadic actions caused directly by the epidemic, the sanitary organization of the city increasingly moved to broad measures of a preventive nature, which directed its development along the path of specialization, allowing it to cover the sanitary supervision of educational, commercial institutions, the work of urban communications-water supply and Sewerage, developed measures of specific prevention (against typhus, smallpox, etc.) and social support for the population. The high level of improvement of the city and extensive preventive measures, due to the large financial capacity of the Moscow city government, allowed in the early twentieth century. significantly reduce the incidence of infectious diseases and even prevent the widespread spread of cholera in 1908-1909.

The commercial establishment or the commercial store, or the store is regarded as one of the means used in the Trade and Business Law. Despite the importance of this institution as the window through which the merchant can perform his activity and discharge the product of his work, as well as the rights related to it, and contrary to the position of some comparative legislation, we find that the Iraqi legislator in light of the rules established under the effective trade law No. 30 of 1984, has not undertaken provisions related to this establishment and its concept except for some general indications when explaining the provisions related to the trade name as in the text of Article (24 / second). It only stipulates that (It is not permissible to dispose of the trade name independently of the commercial shop). In spite of the unity of the commercial institution, it differs from legal or legal persons such as companies in that the commercial establishment is a facility owned by one or more persons that do not have a legal personality. I do not have an independent legal entity, and therefore I have a financial liability independent of the receivables of the owners it has. Despite that the commercial establishment is a moral and movable property having a financial value that can be disposed of in all kinds of legal dispositions such as selling, mortgaging and renting, and a share in the company can be offered. The issue of research in the commercial establishment raises the question of the presence of clients in it and their legal adaptation and the extent to which this element in the commercial organization can be considered as an element of financial value, which is what the study used to deal with.

ECONOMIC ASPECTS OF PROVIDING PAID MEDICAL SERVICES IN RUSSIA DURING THE PANDEMIC

The article notes that the number of citizens who apply for paid medical services is growing all over the world. The main reasons for this growth are: an increase in the level of well-being of the population; an increase in the areas of care for their own health; the inability to get the necessary assistance in state (free) structures that provide medical care; the complete absence of a number of medical services in free polyclinics, etc. The paper also presents data on the conduct of the study, which determines that on the basis of surveys and statistical data, as well as when studying reviews, it can be noted that in their significant part, consumers of medical services note that, first of all, the poor quality of public medical services prompted them to turn to paid services, but a number of respondents note that public free services in the field of medicine, especially recently, have significantly increased the level of quality. It is also concluded that from the point of view of consumers, one of the main advantages of purchasing services in commercial medical institutions is the ability to visit a doctor without waiting lists and guaranteed on the day of the appointment. Among the general trends in the paid medical services market, we can mention measures to consolidate the format and expand the areas of multi-specialty in private clinics, as well as to create conditions and factors, especially in the situation of a pandemic crisis, to provide high-quality medical services, including overcoming the consequences of the coronavirus epidemic and preventing its spread in the network of medical institutions. Statistical data and conclusions on the main areas of multidisciplinary research in the current state of paid medical services in the context of the pandemic crisis are presented. The review of new directions of providing medical services on a daily basis under the influence of the current state of the pandemic is made.

Institutional Religious Freedom: An Overview and Defense

The idea of institutional religious freedom has become increasingly controversial, especially in the United States, and pressure for such freedom has been growing. The notion that institutions, including commercial ones, can have religious freedom rights has been described as unprecedented. However, the notion of such religious freedom has deep historical roots in a wide range of settings, is deeply intertwined with the growth of free societies, and is tied to the nature of religions themselves. This also applies to religious commercial institutions, which are far more widespread than commonly recognized. I focus particularly on what is it about such institutions that needs protecting and emphasize that what is central is the particular practice that typifies the organization. It needs the freedom to be what it is and to live out a religious commitment. If this calling is denied or subverted, then the institution loses its raison d’être. One of the principal reasons for forbidding government discrimination on matters such as religion is precisely so that private institutions will be able to appropriately employ staff and carry out policies according to their own particular beliefs as to what supports their distinctive mission. Governmental neutrality is intended to be a foundation for a lively and diverse societal pluralism, not for society to become a mirror of the government itself.

Peran Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDes) dalam Pengembangan Desa Wisata di Desa Ponggok Kecamatan Polanharjo Kabupaten Klaten

<em>Village-Owned Enterprise (BUMDes) is pillars of village economic activities that function is as social institutions and commercial institutions. An understanding of the role of BUMDes is useful for analyzing the role of BUMDes in the development of tourist villages. The role studied is in the form, the role of awareness (conscientization), the role of community organizing, and the role of delivery of human resources (resource delivery). The objective of the study is to analyze: (1) the process of forming a tourism village (2) the role of the BUMDes in the development of a tourism village. The basic method of research is descriptive qualitative. The research location was determined intentionally, Ponggok Village, Polanharjo District, Klaten Regency. Data analysis used data reduction, data display (data display), and drawing conclusions or verification. Data validity was done by source triangulation and technique triangulation. The results of the study showed that: (1) the process of the formation of the Ponggok Tourism Village began with a pennant in Ponggok Village which was previously only used for daily needs. Over time the village government of Ponggok was aware of the tourism potential in the area. To support the development of a tourism village, the Ponggok Village government collaborated with the academy, SAR (search and rescue) team, and diving team to explore tourism potential. (2) the role of BUMDes in the development of Tourism Village seen by three things, they were the conscientization role, which was carried out with socialization activities and proof of work, the role of community organizing, channeling aspirations and the division of labor into business units, and the role of delivery of human resources (resource delivery), which was training activities carried out together with other parties such as banking and other academics.</em>

Integration of banks and insurance companies activities in Ukraine

The article reveals the essence of modern bancassurance and new challenges and prospects for its development in Ukraine. The definition of “bancassurance” is theoretically substantiated and the general financial and economic characteristics of Ukrainian banks is given. The normative indicators of commercial institutions are analyzed along with the main risks affecting banking and insurance activities, the possibility of their leveling are determined. The study provides theoretical and practical information on the process of banks capital of and insurance companies merging, financial and economic analysis of JSC PrivatBank – one of the largest banks in modern Ukraine, and the assessment of the financial stability of its insurance partners. The insurance Ukrainian market study concerning the detection of possible prospects for cooperation with the studied bank was done. The calculations suggest that PrivatBank can cooperate with the leading insurance companies, such as AXA Insurance and Providna recommended as new partners. It is established that bancassurance technologies have a significant place at the current stage of development of the domestic financial market. Using a large customer base and a wide network of branches and outlets, banking experts expect that revenues from the sale of insurance products in 2021 may amount to 15% of total bank revenues, as the volume of bank insurance in JSC CB PrivatBank is growing quite rapidly. The activity of banks in market conditions is subject to its general laws, and therefore requires the development of a viable mechanism for managing financial activities, aimed at increasing the competitiveness of banks. Thus, the ability of bank managers to determine the degree of financial stability of their bank as well as that of the competing banks and counterparties is essential in making decisions. Therefore, the search for ways to optimize the financial condition of the bank is one of the principles of further rapid development of the banking system in Ukraine.

The specifics of working with “big data” in modern media

As of today, Big Data is the source of information that journalists can no longer neglect. Data sets, databases, unstructured data on the official websites of the government or commercial institutions are a resource for the work of journalists. Big Data is not only the source of information, but also the evidence base. Using quantitative and statistical indicators as the arguments for their theses, the journalists increases the level of audience loyalty and trust to the publication. Data analysis, establishment of correlations, making forecasts and ratings allows creative exclusive, attractive and reliable content that attracts the audience and improves reputation of the publisher. This article is dedicated to determination of the role of “big data” in the work of information and analytical departments of the publisher, as well as in coverage of the socially relevant topics and outlining trends in further work of the journalists with such information. Over the study period (from 2017 to the present) the author employed the methods of description, comparative analysis, and generalization. In conclusion, the author notes that the collection and processing of the data requires a strong approach and utmost attention of the journalists.

Organizational environment as a factor of physicians’ psychological well-being

IntroductionThe importance of ensuring the well-being of physicians is determined by the serious changes in medical organizations that transform the traditional “doctor - patient” relationship and set different indicators of the medical care quality (Melnyk et al., 2020; Sandy et al., 2019; Tawfik et al., 2019).ObjectivesThe main objective was to study the characteristics of the well-being of physicians working in public and commercial medical institutions. The difference in these “environments” is the degree of independence and responsibility in the course of diagnosis and treatment.MethodsThe study involved 102 people: 66 of them are employees at public hospitals, 36 –at commercial medical centers. The respondents were offered a methodic package aimed to diagnose: career orientations; the degree of satisfaction with various work aspects; severity of burnout symptoms; subjective assessment of their work.ResultsThe estimating factor analysis identified 3 factors (73% of the total variance of the data) –such as emotional acceptance of one’s work, stress and tension, intellectual workload. The indicator of emotional exhaustion among physicians of commercial centers is significantly higher than that of doctors of public hospitals, which indicates a greater emotional involvement in the situation of providing paid services (p≤0.007).ConclusionsThe main direction of psychological work with physicians of commercial institutions is teaching them to regulating the emotional state and to master communicative techniques. An important part of psychological support of physicians in public hospitals is to provide a favorable psychological climate that ensures the professional growth and adherence to humane principles of working with patients.DisclosureNo significant relationships.
