Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) Method As Environmental Law Enforcement In Green Economic Development

Apart from having the impact of rapid economic growth, rapid economic growth will optimize production factor inputs and generate abundant national income, but it also leaves negative effects on the environment due to residues in the economic process which have an impact on environmental degradation and damage. To find out the existence of Life Cycle Assessment in environmental preservation and Life Cycle Assessment to encourage environmentally sound development. The method used is descriptive qualitative by collecting literature studies and basing it on data analysis literature using systematic literature review techniques. Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) is a methodology used to assess the environmental impact of all stages in the life cycle of a product, from raw material extraction, production, distribution, use, to final processing or recycling. This method provides a comprehensive picture of the total environmental footprint of a product or service. Environmentally sound development is a conscious and planned effort to use and manage resources wisely in planned and sustainable development to improve the quality of human life. This perspective on sustainable development must be understood as an ethic in development politics, namely a moral commitment to organizers in development, carried out to achieve goals without sacrificing other aspects.

THE PURSUIT OF AVIATION SECURITY AND SAFETY: DALIL NAQLI AND AQLI

Aviation security and safety are crucial aspects of the aviation industry that require serious attention from various parties. Along with technological developments and increasing air traffic, the challenges in maintaining aviation security and safety are increasingly complex. This research aims to examine the role of naqli and aqli postulates in improving aviation security and safety. The research methodology used a qualitative approach with a case study method, involving in-depth interviews with aviation experts, religious experts, and aviation regulators, as well as analysis of policy documents and official reports using data collection literature study and interview. The results showed that the principles of dalil naqli, such as justice and social responsibility, significantly shape aviation safety policies. Meanwhile, the dalil aqli approach, based on rationality and modern technology, effectively reduces accident risk and improves operational efficiency. This study concludes that integrating naqli and aqli arguments can create a more comprehensive aviation safety policy that various parties accept.

Implementation of carbon tax policies to encourage the use of public transportation in cities

The use of public transport is one of the concepts of sustainable transport. However, people prefer to use private vehicles, which causes various problems, one of which is the high carbon emissions produced. This research aims to encourage programs to use passenger public transportation through a carbon tax. The method in this research is descriptive quantitative with primary data and secondary data. Secondary data was developed in the research by collecting literature study sources on the concept of sustainable transportation development as well as primary data carried out by analyzing calculations regarding the implementation of the carbon tax. There are several proposals that can significantly accelerate the achievement of goals, namely a collaborative approach through collaboration between local government agencies, a policy of progressively implementing a carbon tax as a coercive policy and supported by a program to provide supporting facilities for public transportation. Decision making in this research was carried out by looking at the percentage increase in public transportation use based on the application of a carbon tax or carbon tax.

Pengaruh Rasio Profitabilitas dan Rasio Solvabilitas terhadap Return Saham pada Sektor Pertambangan yang Terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) Tahun 2019-2023

This research was conducted to test and analyze the effect of the Profitability ratio represented by ROE and ROA while the Solvency ratio represented by DER and DAR on Stock Returns. This research uses secondary data derived from financial and annual reports of companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The population in this research is metal and mineral mining sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX), which publish financial and annual reports during the 2019-2023 period. The number of companies used for the sample in this research is 10 companies and the period is 5 years. The study used a purposive sampling data collection method by conducting a selection stage with certain criteria, so that the total sample in this study was 50 samples. This research is quantitative research while collecting literature study data through various sources, namely books, journals, and the internet. For hypothesis testing in research is multiple linear regression analysis, classical assumption test, and hypothesis testing with the help of SPSS version 29 software with a significance level of 5%. The results of this study indicate that the Profitability ratio represented by Return on Equity and Return on Asset has no effect on Stock Returns, while the Solvency ratio represented by Debt to Equity Ratios and Debt to Asset Ratios has no effect on Stock Returns.

New southern policy as South Korea's defence diplomacy in the Southeast Asia Region

President Moon Jae In announced the New Southern Policy as South Korea's foreign policy in 2017. The policy aims to strengthen the special relationship between South Korea and India and countries in the Southeast Asian region. The New Southern Policy has three pillars (3P) People, Prosperity, and Peace which are the direction of South Korea's foreign policy. In carrying out this policy, South Korea also carries out defense diplomacy through military assistance, sales, and transfer of weapons technology to countries in the Southeast Asian region. This article explains why South Korea uses the New Southern Policy as South Korea's defense diplomacy to Southeast Asian countries through arms sales and transfers. This study uses the velvet challenge framework from Gregory Winger with a qualitative approach and methods of collecting literature study data from books, journals, official government websites, scientific reports/papers, and online news media. The results of this study indicate that South Korea's economic strength through its defense industry has succeeded in introducing weapons products and acquiring new purchasers as indicated by the increasing volume of weapons sales to countries in the Southeast Asian region.

This article aims to analyze Indonesia's diplomatic strategy in optimizing the potential of the internet of things on the global digital economy map. Public Service is an activity to meet service needs in accordance with laws and regulations. Supervision of the delivery of public services is carried out by internal supervisors and external supervisors. Internal supervision is carried out by direct superiors in accordance with laws and regulations. Meanwhile, external supervision is carried out by the ombudsman, the community, the DPR, the DPRD, and the District/City DPRD. The research method in this paper uses normative legal methods. The normative legal method is a scientific research procedure to find truth based on scientific logic from the normative side through a statutory approach (statue approach), supported by secondary data by collecting literature study data using qualitative descriptive analysis. The Ombudsman was first born in Indonesia based on Presidential Decree Number 44 of 2000 and became a demand of the reform era to create a clean, transparent and corruption-free government .

North Sumatera Cultural Center with Neo Vernacular Approach

The interest of young generation towards traditional arts especially in North Sumatera is fairly low. This is affected by the globalization of medias and the lack of attention the government give for arts and culture despite the fact that this sector can bring more visitors to North Sumatera since the area are famous for their multi-cultural nature. Therefore it is required for North Sumatera to have a proper platform for the youth to better and prosper North Sumatera’s culture such as a Cultural Center. This cultural center can help to accommodate people needs for Art and Cultural platform. The location for this project is located at the old building of ‘Taman Budaya Sumatera Utara”. Qualitative methods are used in this research including collecting literature studies and buildings as a reference. Located in North Sumatera, a multi-ethnic province, the design of this building will focus on aspects of culture that can be applied in the design using the approach of Neo Vernacular Architecture. Having multi-cultural citizens, using neo vernacular architecture can be a way for architect to connect new art and old art. This building will be a new landmark for North Sumatera to describe it’s beautiful and rich cultures while also providing any needed facilities for arts and culture activities.

Implikasi Normatif Undang-Undang Cipta Kerja terhadap Perseroan Perorangan sebagai Reformasi Hukum Bisnis di Indonesia

It is clear that Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are the most common type of business among other types of businesses, but being able to register as a Limited Liability Company legal entity is by far the most popular form of business entity in Indonesia. As a result, Law Number 11 of 2020 concerning Job Creation was passed with the aim of improving the business climate and creating the widest possible employment opportunities. This regulation stipulates a new type of company, namely a sole proprietorship company. This sole proprietorship is an expression of changing laws in Indonesia, combining world regulations and economic demands for Indonesian society. This paper aims to find out the normative implications of the Job Creation Law for individual companies as a business law reform in Indonesia. The approach used in this article is normative juridical, with the methodology of collecting literature study materials. The conclusion of this paper is that the implementation of the individual company concept as a legal entity in Indonesia opens up the possibility of establishing and owning a company by one person with a concept that takes the form of a limited liability company.

PENETEPAN TERHADAP BATAS USIA DEWASA MENURUT PERATURAN PERUNDANG-UNDANGAN DI INDONESIA

Setting the age limit for a person is important because it will determine whether or not a person is legal to take a legal action and a person's ability to take a legal action. In the laws and regulations there is a stipulation of 18 years and 21 years. The purpose of this study is to determine the determination of the age limit according to the laws and regulations in Indonesia. This research method uses normative law approach legislation, supported by secondary data by collecting literature study data using qualitative descriptive analysis.The conclusion is the determination of the age limit for adulthood, namely 18 years and 21 years. As for efforts to overcome the diversity of maturity arrangements, the publication of Circular Letter Number 7 of 2012 concerning the Legal Formulation of the Results of the Supreme Court Plenary Meeting. Society does not feel ambiguous about the age limit of adulthood.

Cities are currently facing many difficulties and challenges from the effects of climate change, population growth, infrastructure, cyber attacks, to disease outbreaks. The Malioboro area is a tourist, cultural, and economic center in Yogyakarta. The Malioboro area is also one of the cultural heritage areas in the Special Region of Yogyakarta based on the Governor's Decree No. 186/2011. The Covid-19 pandemic is a newly discovered type of coronavirus which is a new virus and disease that was previously unknown before the outbreak in Wuhan, China, in December 2019 and did not take long to spread to all corners of the world (WH0,2020)., including in the cultural heritage area. This paper raises research on the resilience of cultural heritage to hazards in cultural heritage areas with the aim of research as an effort to preserve cultural heritage areas with the method used is Content Analysis by collecting literature studies related to the extent to which Urban Heritage Resilience has developed to date. especially in the face of the Covid-19 pandemic. Demitologi Bultmann Ditinjau Dari Sudut Pandang Teologis Antropologis dan Peran Pendidikan Agama Kristen

Demythologization is a method that was born by Bultmann with the aim of making it easier for humans to understand God. Discussing supernatural events and the story of Jesus' life which are considered myths results in damage to the foundation of Christian faith in terms of the inerrancy of the Bible and the figure of Jesus as the Savior who redeems human sins. Bultmann uses an anthropological point of view in his demythological process. When man speaks of God, man speaks of himself. And when humans talk about themselves, if they are not based on the word of God, then humans align with the existence of God which is spoken of as humans. Through qualitative methods by collecting literature study data, human beings are described from an anthropological point of view from their spiritual and rational dimensions. Likewise, the role of Christian Religious Education (PAK) encourages people to understand themselves through learning resources and ways of learning that are based on the Bible which is the word of God.

IMPLEMENTATION OF SPRINT LIFE CYCLE FROM AGILE METHODOLOGY WITH KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT CYCLE

Companies in almost every industry are adopting Agile techniques to improve IT projects, manage marketing initiatives, and manage their businesses. With the sprint life cycle implemented in the company, knowledge management can always be updated. The research was conducted by collecting literature studies, conducting literature review analysis and proposing a theory of the results of the study analysis. Through this research, it is known that by implementing the sprint life cycle of Google Ventures in the Knowledge Management process that adopts the analysis of the framework initiated by Evans (2014), Wee and Chua (2013) , Akhavan (2009), Lettieri (2004), Chyi Lee (2000) can produce a basic theory regarding the application of the sprint life cycle in knowledge management, namely: (1) Identify, Create, and Understand, (2) Sketch and Innovation, (3) Decide and Organize, (4) Prototype and Codification , (5) Test, Use, Share, and Learn. With the ideas from the results of this study, it is possible to expand the previous KMC model by integrating the sprint framework pattern by linking several initiatives within the existing KMC. Produce KMC Sprints that have advantages based on the nature of the Agile methodology, namely speeding up change/knowledge creation time and adaptability.

Training Design in Reducing Social Anxiety in Introverted Personality Students with Behavioral Techniques Rehearsal

Students who have social anxiety will affect lecture activities as well as daily activities. Students who experience social anxiety while undergo lectures could weaken memory skills, have difficulty focusing and have poor academic performance. This study wanted to examine how training design reduces social anxiety in students with introverted personalities using behavior rehearsal techniques. This study used the research and development methods. This study developed a training design using behavior rehearsal techniques with predetermined steps, namely potential and problems, collecting literature study data, product design, design validation, design revision, and product/design trials. The design validation process was carried out by 3 experts validators who are competent in the field of guidance and counseling. The participants in this study were 10 students of IAIN Palangka Raya with the criteria of having social anxiety with an introverted personality. The result of this study was acceptability/acceptance of expert validators obtained an assessment score of 88% with very good criteria with slight revisions. The training design developed to reduce social anxiety in introverted students was decent and could be used with some revisions.

Tak terkecuali mahasiswa Sosiologi angkatan 2021 Universitas Negeri Malang. Maka dari itu kami mengambil judul penelitian Gaya Hidup Konsumtif sebagai Dampak Hadirnya Online Shop di The presence of an online shop application is one of the impacts of globalization. This online shop application makes it easy for many people to shop, especially teenagers. No exception for Sociology students batch 2021, State University of Malang. The purpose of this study was to find out changes in student lifestyles as a result of the online shop among students majoring in Sociology batch 2021, State University of Malang. This study uses descriptive qualitative methods with open interview data collection techniques and literature study. After interviewing several students, it can be concluded that online shopping is very popular because it is easy and has many choices. Besides that, online shopping can also save time. However, this shopping habit has a negative impact among students, namely a consumptive lifestyle that is difficult to avoid. The emergence of a consumptive lifestyle as a result of the existence of an online shop is in line with Jean Baudrillard's theory of consumption society, where current consumption is not based on need but based on desire.

Analisis Sistem Utilitas pada Bangunan Bandar Udara Suvarnabhumi Bangkok, Thailand

The purpose of the research entitled Analysis of the Utility System at the Bangkok Suvarnabhumi Airport Building, Thailand to provide an overview of the utility system applied to the Bangkok Suvarnabhumi Airport Building, Thailand using a descriptive method by direct observation to the research location, collecting literature studies taken from books, articles that are accessed from the internet and then analyze the data. The results show that Suvarnabhumi Airport Bangkok, Thailand has a fairly good utility system, but some of them need to improve their utility systems such as the Design System for Fire Prevention. Because the better the utility system, the visitors will feel comfortable when in the building and the Architect has succeeded in designing a building where from an architectural point of view, the structure and utility are in accordance with the standard design criteria.

This research is motivated by employment that tends to be difficult when looking for work in companies. In other words, applicants still use the usual methods to find information about job vacancies. They go to companies to look at job vacancies notice boards, and look in print media such as newspapers, magazines, brochures, or person-to-person information. Companies that want to open job vacancies also do the same thing. This method has the disadvantage that it is not effective and efficient, because it requires time and money. Therefore, this researcher built a web-based job vacancy provider system using the waterfall model with observation data collection techniques and literature study. This will increase effectiveness in finding work according to their respective fields or abilities. The purpose of this system is to provide convenience for job seekers and companies. Job seekers can obtain job search information online, companies can provide job search information through the website and assist companies in finding prospective applicants according to the desired criteria. Change Management Strategy in Islamic Organizations

Change management is a process of managing change in order to make the best use of it by applying the knowledge, strategies, tools, and resources needed to achieve certain goals. Change management is aimed at providing the business solutions needed successfully in an organized manner and with methods through managing the impact of change on the people involved in it. The purpose of this study is to determine the change management strategies and the causes of making changes so that the changes can be utilized as well as possible. This study uses a positive post approach with the method of collecting literature study data (literature review) of several previous journals that contain research data on change management in English and Indonesian. In this study discusses the strategies and causes of managing change in organizations.
