Artificial intelligence and other new technologies not only have a wide application prospect in civil field, but also have very important application value in national defense and military field, especially in electronic countermeasures. In order to adapt the teaching ability and scientific research and innovation ability of young backbone teachers to the development of new technology, with the help of the Ministry of Education industry-university cooperation and collaborative innovation platform, local superior companies and enterprises to adopt the school-enterprise cooperation mode of industry-education integration, carry out the training of young backbone teachers in technological innovation ability. This project can improve the team members' scientific research and innovation ability and professional teaching level, and achieve a virtuous circle of joint improvement of the level of teachers, scientific research ability and talent cultivation.

Collaborative Innovation and New Ideas for Talent Training in Local Normal Universities

The purpose of this paper is to explore the new ideas of collaborative innovation and talent training in local normal universities and to promote the reform of the training model of high-quality and skilled applied undergraduate talents by building a collaborative innovation platform for schools, enterprises, and social organizations, to meet the needs of local economic and social development. This paper proposes the idea of cultivating new talents based on collaborative innovation, including interdisciplinary integrated education, practical project-driven learning, innovative technology integration, and collaborative innovation platform construction. Through the chapters of literature review, correlation analysis between collaborative innovation and talent training in local normal universities, and construction and practice of new ideas, the theoretical basis and practical operation of the new ideas are comprehensively discussed.

Effect of digital transformation on enterprises' green innovation: Empirical evidence from listed companies in China

Digital transformation could potentially promote enterprises' green innovation through optimizing resource allocation, innovation, and network effects. However, few empirical studies explore the mechanism of the promotion effect of digital transformation on enterprises' green innovation. In this context, this study explores this mechanism based on technological innovation effects, the learning-by-doing effect, innovation cooperation networks, and financial constraint alleviation. Based on microdata from Chinese A-share listed companies for a time period ranging from 2011 to 2020, this study adopts a multidimensional fixed effects model to conduct empirical analyses. The benchmark results suggest that digital transformation significantly promotes enterprises' green innovation. The findings remain robust after a series of robustness tests and an endogeneity test. Mechanism analysis confirms that digital transformation can facilitate enterprises' green innovation by promoting innovation effects, the learning-by-doing mechanism and spillover effects, innovation cooperation network formation, and financial constraint alleviation. Finally, we suggest that the government should implement a series of support policies, establish collaborative innovation platforms and organizations, explore the application scenarios of digital technologies in green innovation, and increase the construction of and investment in digital infrastructure to promote enterprises' green innovation.

The impact of industrial-university-research collaborations on innovation output in China’s petroleum and petrochemical industry

Abstract To increase the capacity and production of the petroleum and petrochemical industries, it is helpful to investigate the features of industry-university-research collaborative innovation networks. Using the DEA model as a research object, listed companies in China’s petroleum and petrochemical industries are assessed for their innovation output, Moreover, we examined the structural holes in a Co-innovation network between industry and university. We have also assessed the network’s density, the strength of its connections, and the quality of its links. The strength of network relationships was negatively correlated with innovation output, but network density was positively correlated with structural holes. As a result of the research, relevant policy recommendations are made, including actively building industry-university-research collaborative innovation platforms, improving the depth and breadth of collaboration between innovation entities within the industry-university-research network, by connecting industry and universities to collaborate on innovative projects, petroleum and petrochemical companies can better compete.

Decentralized multi-agent collaborative innovation platform for new energy vehicle core technology breakthrough with digital empowerment: From the perspective of prospect theory

Under the background of digital economy and energy crisis, based on the theory of digital empowerment and prospect theory, aiming at the problems of inefficient collaborative innovation mode, long principal-agent chain, imperfect collaborative innovation mechanism and insufficient digital collaborative innovation degree of the core technology of new energy vehicles, this study constructs a decentralized multi-agent collaborative tripartite evolutionary game model with the participation of government building platform, new energy enterprises and academic research institutions, analyzes the evolution law and key factors, and finally compares the examples of the United States, China and European countries. Results show that: (1) Government subsidies should meet the sum of the strategic income difference and the credibility income is greater than the subsidies to enterprises and research institutions; (2) The subsidy structure and innovation performance show an inverted U-shaped structure. The management mechanism of platform should be optimized; (3) Government should improve the threshold for innovators to enter the decentralized new energy vehicle core technology breakthrough platform, and the contract maintenance strength is conducive; (4) The innovation subject has a dynamic income cost distribution coefficient, and reasonable control of the income and cost sharing coefficient is important; (5) Digital empowerment can make the above four mechanisms achieve dynamic optimization iteration and achieve better equilibrium solutions. Finally, practical countermeasures for the government are put forward, which improves the theoretical research and practical exploration.

Construction of School-Enterprise Cooperation Practice Teaching System under the Big Data Internet of Things Industry Collaborative Innovation Platform.

The school-enterprise cooperation practice teaching system has increasingly become the core of the field of education research on the basis of the Internet and mobile communications. Based on the big data IoT theory and relying on the industrial collaborative innovation platform, this study designs and implements a general service platform for school-enterprise cooperation practice teaching for IoT applications. The platform is divided into two parts: the IoT data transmission part and the Web practice teaching service section. On the Internet of Things big data transmission platform, after the big data processing provided by the intelligent industry collaborative innovation end is completed, it disguises as a web practical teaching service platform built by the Internet of things framework based on B/S architecture. It solves the problem of data transmission on the order of millions. During the simulation process, the platform realizes flexible deployment and automatic integration of online upgrades. The code management script module based on scripts such as SQL, Python, and shell can complete the online platform. The automatic upgrade finally achieves the goals of the platform being easy to maintain, simple to deploy, and flexible in business logic. The experimental results show that starting from the actual situation of a digital intelligent collaborative innovation platform in a university, the practical teaching system designed and implemented adopts the object-oriented development method, and has a three-tier architecture of the collaborative innovation platform. In addition, the functional modularization and standardization reach 88.7% and 79.4%, respectively, effectively improving the performance of the practical teaching system.

The Construction of Ecosystem and Collaboration Platform for Enterprise Open Innovation.

In the era of the knowledge economy that is filled with intense competition, formal closed innovation can no longer meet the market demand. The enterprise needs to implement open innovation involving external resources. The concept of open innovation emphasizes both the use of internal and external resources in the process of enterprise innovation and the use of internal and external markets to promote the commercial application of innovation achievements. In particular, it is necessary to guide users and related resources to the innovation platform, realize the maximum effect of resource aggregation, and promote customer demand-oriented new product development. Through building an open innovation ecosystem and a collaboration platform, it is helpful for enterprises to seek all kinds of technical and resource support, enhance their ability of independent innovation, promote the emergence of many innovative achievements, and realize value co-creation and win-win cooperation with partners.

Research on Collaborative Innovation of Animation Specialty in Colleges under Digital Technology

Digital technology plays an important role in promoting the development of the animation industry. With the rapid development of digital technology in China, the wide application of digital technology in the animation field has become a new method of animation production, which also is an important way for the development of animation major in colleges. This paper studies the collaborative innovation of animation majors in colleges under digital technology, combined with the driving effect of digital technology on animation major, and a collaborative innovation system of animation major based on digital technology is constructed. Based on this, a collaborative innovation platform for animation projects is designed, which is dominated by universities and supplemented by governmental enterprises. The basic functions of animation knowledge integration, animation knowledge maintenance, animation knowledge retrieval, and animation knowledge sharing are implemented. The platform not only innovates the teaching mode of animation major in colleges but also promotes the development of the animation industry, which has practical applicated value.

Research on Dynamic Design of Ideological and Political Education Based on Intelligent Algorithm

The digital civilization of human-computer coexistence has become a reality, thanks to the intelligent era. The widespread application of artificial intelligence technology in education has paved a new road for the collaborative and innovative development of ideological and political science teachers in universities and schools. In response to the problems of irregular, unprofessional, and unified resource sharing channels, duplicated, inverted, and disconnected teaching contents, and uncoordinated, insufficient, and unbalanced scientific research linkages in the integration process of university and college civics courses, the B/S three-layer architecture framework is used to build a university and college civics course teachers’ collaborative innovation platform that supports both PC and cell phone use by using jQuery, my structured query language (MySQL), hypertext preprocessor (PHP), juvenile sex offender assessment protocol (J-SOAP) crawlers, and other technologies. Teachers of civics courses can use the platform as a collaborative innovation tool. The goal of integrating resources, teaching, and scientific research of university and college civics courses is achieved, and the collaborative innovation development of university and college Civics teachers is promoted from theory to practice, thanks to the development of three major functions of the platform, namely, resource sharing, scientific research exchange, and teaching mutual assistance.

Research on the Promotion Strategy of Scientific and Technological Innovation Ability in Guangdong Vocational Colleges from the Perspective of “Double High” Construction

Improving the technological innovation ability of vocational colleges is a necessary condition for more precise docking of industrial needs and deeper development of school-enterprise integration, which is of great significance for deepening the connotation of “double high” construction. After investigating the mode of improving the scientific and technological innovation ability of vocational colleges in Guangdong, the experience and practice are refined and summarized, and the factors affecting the development of the mode, such as the backward basic conditions of scientific research, the weak consciousness of teachers in scientific research, and the lack of effective mechanism to guarantee the continuous innovation ability of the school-enterprise collaborative innovation platform, are clarified. Some suggestions are put forward that vocational colleges should increase the investment in scientific research and the education of scientific and technological talents, create a good scientific research atmosphere and innovate the cooperation mechanism of scientific research between universities and enterprises.

Zhuang Brocade Technology and Its Inheritance

It can be speculated based on the archaeological relics unearthed in Guangxi that the textile technology in Guangxi reached maturity during the Qin and Han Dynasties. These relics include pottery spinning wheels and linen fibers from the Warring States Period, hemp fabrics, brocade fragments and loom fragments from the early Western Han Dynasty, and relevant historical documents, which laid the technical foundation for the emergence of Zhuang brocade. The Zhuang brocade, from the Zhuang region, features national and regional technologies. Zhuang brocade weavers, involved in different social production practices, have created a variety of brocade machines. They inherited and innovated related brocade techniques, producing many works withunique brocade characteristics. Research on Collaborative Innovation Platform of Internet of Things Industry Based on Data Mining Technology

The Internet era has entered a new historical development stage, and the technology and application of Internet of Things have become the new core of the future development of information society. Information technology has been integrated into every corner of production and life, and various information industries are constantly undergoing transformation, facing new opportunities and challenges. This paper focuses on collaborative innovation of Internet of Things and smart service industry, and studies the combination mode of collaborative innovation of Internet of Things and smart service industry in China based on data mining technology, in order to provide valuable theoretical basis for the development of smart service industry and the improvement of collaborative innovation of Internet of Things in China.

Research on Model, Mechanism and Policy of Regional Collaborative Innovation Platform Under Computer Network Environment

With the strengthening of the trend of economic globalization, science and technology, especially the development of information technology by leaps and bounds, the acquisition of production tools, regional collaborative development and product marketing range is expanding, social production, material circulation, commodity trading and its management mode is and will continue to produce far-reaching changes. For various reasons, there are information islands and data islands between many regional collaborative development, and information systems are often designed and developed for different departments. With the intensification of competition, it is urgent for rCA to eliminate information islands and data islands so that each application can work together independently and effectively, integrate different applications into a complete RCA information environment, and realize the integration of RCA with other regions.

Topology, typology, and dynamics of commons‐based peer production: On platforms, actors, and innovation in the maker movement

In this paper, we aim to present a comprehensive analysis on the emerging phenomenon of distributed innovation in commons‐based peer production (CBPP) platforms. Starting with the exploration of the widely held belief on value‐creation confined to industrial settings, we raise several questions regarding the feasibility of, and a need for, an inclusive innovation process that can tap grassroots capacity into both traditional (industrial research and development) and emerging (peer‐to‐peer) innovation models to yield sustainable solutions. In particular, we explore the emergence and structuration of digital innovations in the maker movement, as it presents an alternative construct of innovation wherein access to and sharing of knowledge is predominantly distributed. With innovation outcomes often freely revealed, its very structuration could pose a principal challenge to our conceptualizations of value creation and competitive advantage in the current economic model. Drawing from responses received from 200 collaborative innovation platforms, six semi‐structured interviews focusing on socio‐technical innovation cases, as well as four in‐depth narrative interviews with maker turned entrepreneurs, we present a detailed analysis on the topology of network, typology of actors, as well as the underlying innovation ecosystem in CBPP networks in Germany. In doing so, we contribute to the conceptualization of peer‐to‐peer distributed innovations in collaborative platforms.

Polymeric Industry Incubation Synthesis and Application from the Perspective of Collaborative Innovation

Open collaborative innovation and digital platforms

This study uses contract theory to analyse the relationship between open collaborative innovation strategies and digital platforms. We argue that a collaborative mechanism and governance of the platform affect how operations are run and impact firm ambidexterity. We also explain how the twofold revealing strategy, both selective and free occurs via the platform and how governance positively impacts the coordination mechanism. A case study analysis on TIM OPEN draws a ground-breaking framework for future investigations. The analysis suggests that the combination of digital platform and collaborative innovation can facilitate the creative process and be a driver of operational synergies. Results confirm that the adoption of digital platforms for collaborative innovations reduces transaction costs.

Disaster management, crowdsourced R&D and probabilistic innovation theory: Toward real time disaster response capability

General agreement exists effective disaster management faces constraints related to knowledge sharing and a need for real-time research responses. Extreme case examples of disasters especially vulnerable to these challenges are global pandemics, or disease outbreaks, in which data required for research response are only available after the start of an outbreak. This paper argues the developing field of probabilistic innovation (innovation increasing probability of solving societal problems through radically increasing coordination of volumes of problem-solving inputs and analysis), and its methodologies, such as those drawing from crowdsourced R&D and social media, may offer useful insights into enabling real time research capabilities, with important implications for disaster and crisis management. Three paradigms of disaster research are differentiated, as literature is related to theory offered by post normal science, Kuhnian ‘normal science’ and Lakatosian ‘structural science,’ and the goal of achieving real time research problem solving capacity in disaster crisis situations. Global collaborative innovation platforms and large-scale investments in emerging crowdsourced R&D and social media technologies together with synthesis of appropriate theory may contribute to improved real time disaster response and resilience across contexts, particularly in instances where data required to manage response is only available after disasters unfold.

Cities as Collaborative Innovation Platforms

In this article, we focus on the role of a city as an orchestrator for innovation. We argue that cities should establish active dialogue with their citizens, and private and public sectors actors to co-create, develop, test, and offer service innovations that utilize diverse sets of platforms such as living labs. Our research contributes to the discussions of open and user innovations from the perspective of cities as communities that involve and integrate citizens and companies to collaborative innovation activities. While acknowledging that cities are platforms for simultaneous and divergent innovation initiatives, we identify four principal types of collaborative innovation. Cities serve as platforms for: i) improving everyday life; ii) conducting consumer and citizen experiments; iii) experimenting and implementing new technologies and services; and iv) creating new innovations and economies. Finally, we offer guidelines for fostering collaborative innovation activities between the public and private sectors. The life of our city is rich in poetic and marvelous subjects. We are enveloped and steeped as though in an atmosphere of the marvelous; but we do not notice it.
