So that every educational institution is obliged to provide services under any conditions, including in emergencies such as Covid-19. One solution to overcome this problem is to develop all learning media such as e-learning. With the existence of learning media through e-learning, it is hoped that the learning process will continue to run normally. The problem as mentioned certainly occurs in MTs. Negeri Bumiayu is one of the schools in Musi Banyuasin Regency. To achieve the goal to overcome these problems, namely developing e-learning using the Codeigniter framework and Prototyope model. The results of the development show that the e-learning produced has features that can overcome the learning process well as evidenced by e-learning features such as materials and tasks in the learning process.

And the media is Digital Library, a digital library application equipped with a Text to speech feature to attract readers. This research aims to design and build the digital library application on a website basis. The application is built with the Codeigniter framework while the database used is the MySQL. And from the User side of either Author or Reader, they can easily publish their work and they can also enjoy the work easily.

Business To Business To Customers is part of E-Commerce which is a process of buying and selling transactions and distribution to consumers. Distribution of wet cakes from producers on Jl. Panglima Minal Senggoro is still manual by recording and monitoring products that run out from partners. Distribution from producers to retailers uses a profit-sharing system that has been agreed upon by both parties. The design of this system is designed using the Waterfall method and the Codeigniter Framework (CI) as well as with the design of the E-commerce Framework, namely B2B2C which produces information about cake manufacturers, knows the available products, and also helps producers in recapitulating sales to partners. The features in this system are Approval in user registration, the input of cake products, selection of payment methods, uploading proof of payment, updating of remaining products on the partner side, and dynamic reviews and ratings. So that producers can compete with other wet cake.

The results of observations made, there are several factors that hamper the sales system of stamps and prisms because they still use manual means using notes and then the sales report is entered into the sales report file that is considered less effective and efficient, therefore, there are often errors at the time of recording transactions. Therefore, in this study created a postage stamp and prism sales system using Unified modeling language and implemented it using codeigniter framework with PHP programming language and MySQL database. The results of this study are a website-based network complaint application which is expected to provide a solution so that service and data processing of network complaints can be handled more quickly.

This research was conducted with a two-method approach, namely a field study conducted by direct analysis of the system that is currently running where the system will later be integrated into a three-theme information system and literature study. which is done by collecting informationrelated to the forest area management system including Amdal.net. The result of the research is the application of the Three Themes Information System which is an integration of: Forest Area, Licensing and Deforestation Themes. The Ministry of Environment and Forestry can benefit from this three-themed system, namely the integration of mapping of several forest areas that is integrated with permits and deforestation. This web-basedsystem was built using the PHP 7.4 programming language with the Code Igniter framework and the MariaDB database.

While the client/user uses Android which is built with the Flutter Framework which uses the Dart programming language. The resulting application is in the form of a Client Server. Adam uses the WEB Service view while the client/user uses the Android version. This application will exchange information between the community and the village and between the village and the community. Application of Waterfall model in development of family planning participants information system

The purpose of the family planning program is to improve the welfare of mothers and children, which is the basis for the realization of a prosperous society by controlling birth control as well as controlling population growth. The Department of Population Control and Family Planning in Labuhanbatu Regency has the task of carrying out family planning programs in the Labuhanbatu Regency area whose implementation is assisted by Family Planning Extension Officers in 9 existing sub-districts. District officers record and report family planning data in each sub-district every month. Recording and reporting of family planning data is still done manually. This manual system resulted in the process of submitting reports being delayed due to distance problems between sub-districts and districts. The delay in submitting this report has an impact on the performance of the institution itself. This study aims to overcome these problems with the solution of making a web-based family planning participant data collection information system. The system development method used is the Waterfall model. From the results of the implementation and testing of the system, it is found that the Codeigniter framework can be implemented in a family planning participant data collection information system quickly and easily. Tests using the Blackbox testing method also show valid results. From the results of this study, it can be concluded that to apply the waterfall method in designing and developing a KB participant data information system in Labuhanbatu Regency, it must go through five stages, namely, analyzing system requirements, designing systems using UML, implementing systems with a codeigniter framework, conducting trials with blackbox testing methods, and perform system maintenance. With this system, it is hoped that it can become a recommendation and reference for the Labuhanbatu Regency Population Control and Family Planning Service to implement it so that the problem of delays in reporting family planning data can be handled properly.
