Competence of Islamic Religious Education Teachers from The Perspective of the Quran

This study aims to obtain a map of the pedagogic, professional, and personality competencies of Islamic religious education teachers from the perspective of the Koran in the city of South Tangerang and their development strategy. This type of research is library and field research using a qualitative descriptive research design. The methodology used in this study is a mixed-method research approach. The object of this research is the teacher of Islamic religious education in South Tangerang. The research data were obtained through questionnaires, observation, interviews, and documentation techniques. Data were analyzed using an interactive data analysis model carried out descriptively. Based on the results of the study shows that the personality competence of Islamic religious education teachers in South Tangerang City on several achievement indicators shows a low level of competence, including; lack of innovation in learning, lack of activating students, lack of self-development, lack of discipline in assignments, not completing assignments thoroughly and improving the quality of personality competence of Islamic religious education teachers, including coaching Islamic religious education teachers, fostering Islamic religious education curricula at the kindergarten, junior high, and high school/vocational school levels, collaboration with the South Tangerang city government in developing Islamic religious education, conducting studies, research and mock studies, holding competitions for students and teachers.

The Correlation between Knowledge and Compliance with Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) Use in Construction Workers at EMC Alam Sutera Hospital, South Tangerang City

Construction work has a high-risk workplace. Construction workers are often faced with difficult and dangerous working situations. One of the efforts to protect workers in Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) is by supplying Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). This study analyzes the correlation between knowledge and compliance with personal protective equipment (PPE) used in construction workers. This paper correlated quantitative research with a cross-sectional approach. The study population was all construction workers at EMC Alam Sutera Hospital, South Tangerang, totaling 70 people. There were 70 respondents with a total sampling technique. The instruments were PPE compliance observation sheets and PPE knowledge questionnaires. Data analysis was univariate and bivariate analysis. Results showed that most respondents were 40 or older (60%). In addition, half of them had secondary and tertiary education (54.3%). Most also had good knowledge about PPE (65.7%). Of the 46 construction workers with good PPE knowledge, 42 complied with PPE use (91.3), and only four were not compliant (8.7%). Meanwhile, of the 24 construction workers with poor knowledge of PPE, 11 were not compliant with PPE use (45.8%), and 13 were compliant (54.3%). The statistical test results obtained were p=0.001. Thus, there was a significant correlation between knowledge and compliance with PPE use in respondents. In conclusion, knowledge correlates compliance with PPE uses among construction workers in EMC Alam Sutera Hospital, South Tangerang City. The hospital should provide recommendations to construction companies at EMC Alam Sutera Hospital, South Tangerang City, regarding using full PPE for construction workers.

Exploration of Increasing Students’ Critical Thinking in the Guided Discovery Learning Model on Light Waves

This study explored increasing students' critical thinking in the guided discovery learning model on light waves at one of the high schools in South Tangerang City. The research design employed a quasi-experimental nonequivalent control group design with students from class XI IPA 3 as the experimental group and class XI IPA 5 as the control group. Data was collected using a pretest and posttest instrument comprising ten essay questions and was analyzed using the n-gain method. The N-gain analysis indicated a significant improvement in critical thinking skills, with a score of 0,60 for the experimental group and 0,25 for the control group. This study concludes that using the guided discovery learning model effectively enhances students' critical thinking skills in light waves at one of the high schools in South Tangerang City. The implications of this study indicate that implementing the guided discovery learning model in teaching light wave material is highly relevant for enhancing students' critical thinking abilities. This approach enables students to actively engage, analyze information, and solve problems, thereby fostering the development of their critical thinking skills. By acquiring critical thinking skills through guided discovery learning, students become better prepared to tackle complex challenges and support integrating critical thinking development into diverse subjects within the curriculum.

Dinamika Penggunaan Sistem Rujukan Terintegrasi (SISRUTE) di Puskesmas Kota Tangerang Selatan

South Tangerang City is a city that has used the Integrated Referral System (SISRUTE) in 29 Health Centers and 30 hospitals. However, the use of SISRUTE in the referral process at the South Tangerang City Health Center had decrease in 2019-2021. Meanwhile, in 2022 the use of SISRUTE in the referral process began to increase. The Puskesmas officer stated that they still found several obtacles in the use of SISRUTE such as the understanding of officers, facilitating conditions, the quality of the SISRUTE application and the absence of SOP’s related to the use of SISRUTE in the referral process. The purpose of this study was to related factors to the use of SISRUTE in South Tangerang City Health Centers. This research is quantitative study with cross sectional approach that which was carried out on February-August 2022 at South Tangerang City Health Centers. There are dependent variables (performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence, dan facilitating conditions) and independent variable (use behavior) used in this research. The research sample was 58 people from 15 South Tangerang City Health Centers with kuota sampling technique. The results obtained are the most (62.1%) respondents use SISRUTE well. In conclusion, performance expectancy (p-value = 0.004), effort expectancy (p-value = 0.005), and facilitating conditions (p-value = 0.005) are related to use of SISRUTE. Meanwhile, social influence is not related to use of SISRUTE (p-value = 0.098).

The Influence of Social Media and Equity on the Loyalty of Generation Z Shopee Users in Tangerang City

Generation Z is a generation that is proficient and knowledgeable about the internet and is accustomed to information and digital applications. This research aims to determine the influence of social media and equity on the loyalty of Generation Z Shopee users in Tangerang City. This study employs an explanatory quantitative method and utilizes an empirical research model, collecting data through an online questionnaire with 124 respondents. The research findings indicate that social media does not have a significant influence on Shopee user loyalty, as evidenced by the original sample size. On the other hand, equity factors such as brand trust, brand awareness, and perceived value significantly influence Shopee user loyalty, as demonstrated by the original sample size. The results of this study can contribute to enhancing the quality of Shopee and its marketing through social media to make it more effective in attracting and retaining users' loyalty.

Implementation of Multicultural Education Values in Senior High School

This research aims to describe and analyze the implementation of multicultural education values at Kharisma Bangsa Global Education High School in South Tangerang City and know the obstacles and challenges of implementing multicultural bathing there. This research uses a qualitative approach with this type of case study research. Data sources are obtained from primary data sources (Principals, PAI Teachers, Academic Staff, and Kharisma Bangsa Learners) and secondary data sources from several books and others that support primary data. Data collection techniques are used through observation, interviews, and documentation. Then from some of the data that has been obtained the author performs data analysis techniques. The results of this study show that 1). The implementation of multicultural education values at Kharisma Bangsa Global Education High School in South Tangerang City is the value of democracy, humanism, and tolerance, and the learning of multicultural Agama Islam (PAI) Education. These values are implemented through a whole school approach, dan 2). Obstacles and challenges in the implementation of multicultural educational values at Kharisma Bangsa High School are the adaptation of early learners into school, digital multicultural literacy, and awareness of understanding of multicultural education.

Unraveling Communication Barriers in Preventing Sexual Violence Against Children: A Case Study of the Patbm Program in Tangerang City Amidst the Covid-19 Pandemic

Objective: This study aims to explore the prevention of sexual violence against children in Tangerang City through the PATBM program by focusing on the communication barriers faced by facilitators during their preventive efforts. Method: Using a case study approach, data were collected through in-depth interviews with five participants, including two Child Protection Division individuals and three PATBM program facilitators. On-site observations of the PATBM program's implementation were conducted, and NVivo 12 plus was utilized for data analysis. Result: The study identified communication barriers within the PATBM program, including suboptimal coordination during program execution, underutilization of communication technology tools, and limited facilitator resources in effectively conveying the message of preventing sexual violence against children. Conclusion: Addressing these communication barriers is crucial to enhancing the effectiveness and impact of the PATBM program, thus strengthening its capacity to protect children from sexual violence in Tangerang City.

FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG MEMENGARUHI KEPATUHAN WAJIB PAJAK ORANG PRIBADI DI KOTA TANGERANG

This research aims to analyze and obtain empirical evidence on the factors that influence taxpayer compliance, such as the modern tax administration system, tax knowledge, tax service quality, tax socialization, attitude, awareness, and tax sanctions. This study uses the object of individual taxpayers in Tangerang City. The sample used in this study was 107 respondents with data collection by distributing questionnaires through Google Forms Link. This study uses purposive sampling and uses a 4-point Linkert Scale. This study provides results that the variables of modern tax administration systems, tax knowledge, tax socialization, attitude, awareness, and tax sanctions have an effect on taxpayer compliance. While the variables of tax service quality and attitude have no effect on taxpayer compliance. This indicates that the higher the implementation of the modern tax administration system, the level of knowledge, the implementation of tax socialization, the level of awareness, and the application of tax sanctions can increase taxpayer compliance. 

THE INFLUENCE OF PROFESSIONAL ETHICS, EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE AND PROFESSIONALISM ON THE DECISION MAKING OF GIVING AUDITOR OPINION

In the current business landscape, the credibility of financial reporting relies heavily on the integrity of auditors and their decision-making processes. This study aims to examine and analyze about the effect of professional ethics, emotional intelligence and professionalism on the decision making of giving auditor opinion. The type of research used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The research was conducted using primary data obtained through distributing questionnaires to independent auditors who work at Public Accounting Firms registered with the Ministry of Finance and having an address in Tangerang City. The sampling method in this study used convenience sampling with the sample result obtained in this study as many as 4 Public Accounting Firms. Data analyze using descriptive statistics, classical assumption test and hypothesis testing. Based on the testing result was found professional ethics, emotional intelligence and professionalism simultaneously influence the decision making of giving auditor opinion. Calculation of R2 yields 75,4%, it means there are 24,6% who explain by other variables outside this study. Based on the partial test result, it was found independent variable (professional ethics, emotional intelligence and professionalism) had an effect on the dependent variable, the decision making of giving auditor opinion.

The Influence of Demographic Factors and Financial Literature on Students' Investment Perceptions

Several factors influence how these decisions are made in making investment decisions, such as demographic and financial literacy. Financial literacy can provide insight into managing personal finances and give the public about formal financial institutions and financial services. Demographic factors such as age, gender, and education can also influence investment decisions. The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of demographic characteristics, namely gender, faculty and cumulative achievement index (GPA), and financial literacy, on student investment decisions in the city of Jakarta, Bogor, Depok Tangerang, and Bekasi. We conducted this research by distributing questionnaires through Google forms and social media to active students from all universities in Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Tangerang, and Bekasi. The number of samples in this study amounted to 130 respondents. The research method uses descriptive statistics, validity, and reliability tests. Then proceed with the classical assumption, normality, heteroscedasticity, and multiple regression analysis tests, namely T-test and F test. The data processing results indicate that gender does not affect student investment decisions while faculty, cumulative achievement index (GPA), and financial literacy significantly influence student investment decisions.

Relationship Between Student Perceptions of Teacher Creativity with Student Learning Achievement in Tangerang

This study aims to determine student perceptions of teacher creativity in managing class (X). Student achievement of Islamic religious education in Cipondoh District, Tangerang City (Y). Whether or not there is a relationship between students' perceptions of teacher creativity in managing classes and student achievement in Islamic religious education at State Junior High Schools in Cipondoh District, Tangerang City. This study uses a quantitative approach. The research subjects totaled 32 respondents, using a stratified random sampling technique. Data collection uses a questionnaire instrument (X) and a report card value documentation instrument to collect data (Y). The collected research data were analyzed using descriptive statistical analysis techniques. Testing the hypothesis shows a positive relationship between student perceptions of teacher creativity in managing classes and student achievement in Islamic religious education at Cipondoh District Public Middle School, Tangerang City. This can be seen from the recount (observation ratio value) of 0.641, greater than the rtable (correlation table value) at the significance level of 5%:0.349 and 1%:0.449. This shows that the teacher's creativity determines 64% of the variation in Islamic religious education learning achievement scores. From the results of this study, it was concluded that there was a positive relationship between students' perceptions of teacher creativity in managing classes and student achievement in Islamic religious education, in the sense that the higher student perceptions of teacher creativity in managing classes, the better student achievement in religious education.

The Effect of Customer Relationship Marketing Commitment, Communication, and Satisfaction on Customer Loyalty

This research is motivated by low communication in the retail business in terms of service from employees to customers. This affects the decline in customer satisfaction and causes customer loyalty is at a very low level. The research aims to find out and analyze how significant the influence of Commitment (X1) , Communication (X2), and Satisfaction (X3 ) on Customer P Loyalty (Y) . The research was conducted in October - November 20 22 in the city of South Tangerang. The research method used in This research is quantitative using a questionnaire filled in directly by Scarlett Whitening users with a total population of 19,920 people and a sample of 111 people calculated using descriptive (demographic) test , data instrument test , validity and reliability test , classical assumption test , normality test, multicollinearity , multiple linear analysis , hypothesis test , coefficient of determination test (R-square - adjusted R-square), F test (anova), t test (coeffients) were performed in this study using data processed using the SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution) version 16.0. The results of this study indicate that Commitment has significant influence on Customer Loyalty , Communication has influence significantly on Customer Loyalty , and Satisfaction _ have a significant influence . Thus, this study shows that Communication, Commitment , and Satisfaction have a significant effect on Customer Loyalty .

ANALISIS KEMAMPUAN MEMBACA CEPAT DAN PEMAHAMAN PADA SISWA KELAS IV SD NEGERI KARANG TENGAH 12 KOTA TANGERANG

This study aims to determine the speed reading skills and comprehension of fourth grade students at Karang Tengah 12 Public Elementary School, Tangerang City. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. Data collection techniques used are tests, observations, interviews and documentation. The subjects of this study were fourth grade students at Karang Tengah 12 Public Elementary School, Tangerang City. The results of this study indicate that almost all students' speed reading skills and comprehension are good, but there are some students whose reading skills are still lacking, namely in reading fluency, reading intonation, sentence use, punctuality, confidence, not being able to read text correctly and clearly, answering questions related to the text, explaining the meaning contained in the reading, interpreting difficult words in the reading text and transcribe information in reading.

Penilaian dan Pemetaan Status Keberlanjutan Kota di Provinsi Banten

The world population is proliferating, and the proportion of people living in urban areas is also increasing. It is challenging to achieve the SDGs, especially SDG 11, which aims to make cities and communities more inclusive, safe, resilient, and sustainable. Meeting the needs of urban residents, such as housing, public infrastructure, a clean environment, security, jobs, and other basic needs to live comfortably in a city with limited resources, is a problem. Sustainable cities are becoming increasingly important today to facilitate the growth of sustainable cities that integrate economic, sociocultural, environmental, ICT/transverse, and urban dimensions. Effective evaluation of urban sustainability is essential for sustainable development. Banten Province is one of the regions that has committed to achieving the SDGs. This commitment is contained in Banten Governor Regulation Number 47 of 2019 concerning the Regional Action Plan for the Sustainable Development Goals of Banten Province for 2020‒2022. Therefore, this study aims to assess and map the sustainability status of cities in Banten Province using Multi-Criteria Decision Analysis (MCDA) analysis and processed with PROMETHEE (Preference Ranking Organization METHods for Enrichment Evaluation). The number of criteria for a sustainable city in 2012 was 82 criteria and 109 criteria in 2022, where the highest number of criteria is on the sociocultural and economic dimensions. The PROMETHEE results show that the cities in Banten Province with the best sustainability levels are Tangerang City and South Tangerang City. City governments with low sustainability status or experiencing a decrease in sustainability status need to improve the performance of sustainable city indicators so that development can be sustainable.

An Analysis of Instagram Live Performance for Health Promotion Strategy: a Case Study of @iakmitangsel

There is a growing interest in leveraging social media platforms for health education and health promotion. This study focuses specifically on Instagram Live, a feature that allows real-time video streaming, to assess its effectiveness in disseminating health-related information and engaging the audience. This research employs a quantitative analysis of engagement metrics of @iakmitangsel’s Instagram Live performance from March to June 2023. The results revealed that Content J had the highest number of views (323) and likes (53). Content I had the lowest number of views (132), while Content B and H had the lowest number of likes (13 each). Content G had the highest number of accounts reached by followers (224), content J had the highest number of accounts reached by non-followers (241), while Content D received the highest number of impressions (561). On the other hand, Content H had the lowest number of accounts reached by follower (118) and Content B had the lowest number of accounts reached by non-follower (27) and the lowest number of impressions (239). The findings of this research will contribute to the knowledge base surrounding the use of Instagram Live as a health promotion strategy, specifically within the context of South Tangerang City.

Factors Affecting The Implementation of SAK EMKM In MSMEs with Environmental Uncertainty as Moderation Variable

This study aims to examine the effect of educational background, understanding of accounting and understanding of information technology on the implementation of SAK EMKM in SMEs with environmental uncertainty as a moderation. The population in this study was 11,746 SMEs in Tangerang City and a sample of 99 SMEs was obtained by calculating using the Slovin formula. Research data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to the 99 SMEs. Testing the data in this study was carried out using Partial Least Squares (PLS). The results of this study indicate that educational background has a significant effect on the implementation of SAK EMKM in Tangerang SMEs, while accounting understanding and understanding of information technology have no significant effect on the implementation of EMKM SAK in Tangerang City SMEs. Meanwhile, environmental uncertainty moderates the effect of educational background, understanding of accounting, and understanding of information technology on the implementation of SAK EMKM in SMEs in Tangerang.

The Right Man in the Right Job: Evaluation of Employee Placement Policy in South Tangerang City

This study aims to determine the evaluation of employee placement policies in South Tangerang City. The method used in this study is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach which is collected through documentation, observation, and interview methods. The results of this study indicate that this policy succeeded in achieving the expected results. Several Mayor Regulations have been issued to regulate the placement of employees, so that there is a clear legal basis in South Tangerang City. Efforts such as employee assessment and merit application design programs have made staffing more efficient, helping to apply the principle of "the right person in the right position" more effectively, therefore this policy has sufficient alternatives and is able to solve problems, but still has problems which is still influenced by the political element in policy making.

PENERAPAN ALGORITMA K-MEANS UNTUK KLASTERISASI PENDUDUK MISKIN DI PROVINSI BANTEN

Abstract— People with low incomes are unable to obtain education and other government services. The problem of poverty faced by the government is closely related to people with low incomes who cannot meet their basic needs. The Central Bureau of Statistics describes poverty as the inability to meet basic food and non-food needs as measured by expenditure. This study aims to classify Banten province based on poverty levels, by dividing the number of poor people into high, medium, and low categories. The K-Means clustering method is very fast and easy to use in the K-Means algorithm clustering process. Where the grouping results are formed, namely group one has a moderate number of poor people in three districts/cities, Pandeglang Regency, Lebak Regency, and Tangerang Regency. The second group has the lowest population in one district/city, namely Tangerang City. The third group has the highest number of poor people in the four districts/cities, namely Serang Regency, Cilegon Regency, Serang City, and South Tangerang City. The clustering results show that the Provincial Government of Banten will give priority and special attention to poverty alleviation efforts in the district/city. This will allow for increased revenues and earnings, as well as improved livelihoods and the economy in the area. the K-Means algorithm can classify the poor based on the number of people per district or city in Banten Province.

Pengolahan Sampah Organik Dengan Metode Budidaya Maggot Di Kelurahan Larangan Indah

The increasing volume of waste generated by the community is a common problem that we often encounter in almost all big cities in Indonesia. Because it is necessary to process organic waste into goods that are useful and have economic value. Partners for Community Service Activities are the PKK group in Larangan Indah Village, Tangerang City. The purpose of this activity is to provide knowledge and understanding of the environmentally friendly movement through socialization activities and the practice of processing organic waste into compost and Maggot cultivation media for catfish food. The activity is carried out in 3 stages, namely (i) the first stage is theoretical debriefing and visual enrichment; (ii) the second phase of field practice to partners; and (iii) the third stage is in the form of guidance and assistance to partners. The target of this Community Service activity is to increase partners' knowledge and interest in processing organic waste, reduce the volume of organic waste in landfills, and provide business opportunities to partners. The results of the questionnaire assessment showed that training activities were able to increase partners' knowledge of the process of processing organic waste into compost and maggot cultivation, by an average of 85%. From the results of Community Service it can be concluded that processing organic waste using maggot is a very potential business opportunity, because in addition to reducing the volume of waste it can also provide added economic value.

Studi Kelayakan Bisnis Umkm Kota Tangerang (Studi Kasus Usaha Soto Daging Sapi “Mbah Man” Kondang Rasa)

UMKM Soto Beef "Mbah Man" Kondang Rasa is one of the MSMEs in Tangerang City engaged in culinary. In business development, it is necessary to analyze the feasibility of investment with a financial aspect approach and technical feasibility with a technical aspect approach which will ultimately produce an assessment or decision whether this business should be developed or not. Data collection method with direct observation and interview and data processing by tabulating data that refers to the calculation of aspects of investment feasibility analysis, namely Net Present Value (NPV), Payback Period (PP), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), and Profitability Index (PI) as well as technical aspect approach analysis. The results of the technical aspect approach are declared feasible in determining the location, layout and readiness of machines, the best inventory methods, and the need for labor. Meanwhile, the feasibility from the financial aspect shows that the business is feasible to run with eligibility criteria that produce a Payback Period (PP) for 2 months 27 days, a Net Present Value (NPV) value of IDR 1,285,373,578, an Internal Rate of Return (IRR) value of 7.68% > 7% (interest rates), and a Profitability Index (PI) value of 14.60 >1 Keywords: MSMEs, Business Feasibility, Financial Aspects, Technical Aspects
