PEMBERDAYAAN IBU RUMAH TANGGA PADA PROGRAM ECO BUSINESS INDONESIA (EBI) DALAM MENINGKATKAN KESEJAHTERAAN (STUDI KASUS KEL. KEDAUNG KEC. PAMULANG KOTA TANGERANG SELATAN)

The empowerment of a community group with the aim of improving self quality so that the life and economy quality can also improve has to be done collaboratively such as using the principle of quadruple helix applied by Eco Business Indonesia. This study aims to elaborate the empowerment process that happens to the women and community of Kedaung. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method and was conducted in November 2021 to February 2022 in Kedaung village, Pamulang district, South Tangerang city. It was found that the empowerment process done by Eco Business Indonesia is in accord with what has been explained by experts; hence, provides positive impact which can be enjoyed by the program reciever and the local community so that their quality if live improves due to the enhancement of their knowledge and income.

Komunikasi Pemasaran Politik terhadap Keputusan Memilih Calon Legilastif DPRD Kota Tangerang Selatan pada Pemilu Legislatif 2019

The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of political marketing communications on the decision to elect candidates in the Legislative Elections in South Tangerang City. This type of research is quantitative. The data source for this research is primary data derived from the sample, namely voters in the 2019 Legislative Elections in South Tangerang City. Data collection was carried out using random sampling by spreading to 100 respondents. This study uses the Multiple Linear Regression analysis method. The results showed that the results of multiple linear regression analysis obtained the coefficients of each variable from advertising (0.164), personal selling (0.966), public relations (0.215), sales promotion (0.413) and direct marketing (0.652). In conclusion, advertising, personal selling, public relations, sales promotion, and direct marketing have a significant effect on the decision to choose a candidate. Simultaneously, political marketing communications (promotion mix) has a significant effect on the decision to elect candidates.

The Optimization of Teacher Performance Through The Quality of Principal Leadership in Public Senior High School.

The purpose of this study is to describe teacher performance, to describe the leadership of the principal, to describe efforts to optimize teacher performance through the leadership of the principal in one of the public high schools in South Tangerang City. This research uses a type of qualitative research with descriptive methods. Descriptive method is a type of research that describes and answers the problems of a phenomenon or event that is happening at this time. The focus of this research is to explain the optimization of teacher performance through the principal's leadership. In accordance with the nature and characteristics of qualitative research, this study produces qualitative data that reveals phenomena in the environment through the speech and behavior of people or study subjects. This research is not intended to examine variables so that the approach used in this technique uses interviews, observations, and document studies. Data analysis is changing the processed data into something that has meaning for researchers and readers of research reports. Teacher performance, which includes learning, implementation of guidance, and professional development, has shown good quality. Teachers have high awareness to carry out their duties and roles in school. In the learning aspect, each teacher develops and owns learning tools, such as annual programs, semester programs, syllabus, and lesson plans (RPP). In the implementation of learning, of course, it refers to the learning plans that have been made and learning assessments, of course, looks at the process and learning outcomes, as well as students' knowledge and skills. In the aspect of guiding abilities, each teacher guides students.

The Consumer Protection on Access to Information on Sugar, Salt, and Fat

Around 70 percent of deaths in Indonesia are non-communicable diseases (NCDs) due to excessive consumption of sugar, salt, and fat. This study aims to determine consumer protection over sugar, salt, and fat information access. This research used a descriptive qualitative approach. Data were collected in March 2022 through Focus Group Discussions with informants from regulators, business associations, and consumer protection activists, as well as field observations in South Tangerang City and Semarang. The sampling method used was purposive sampling. Government regulations, business compliance, and supervision influence consumer rights to access sugar, salt, and fat information. Government regulations are still limited, and there needs to be an explanation of the implementation and standards. Many modern and traditional retailers still need to include information about sugar, salt, and fat, as well as health messages, in their product packaging. The government needs to intensify socialization and educate business actors regarding the obligation to include nutritional value information and health messages. Consumers also need to be educated about the dangers of excessive sugar, salt, and fat consumption and the nutritional literacy of their products.

Housing Regulations for Low-Income People in Indonesia

Indonesia had 11 million home backlogs in 2020 and 93% of this number are low-income and poor people. South Tangerang is one of the cities in Indonesia where 80% of the area is built by private developers, and 50% of which is developed by three major companies. The existence of large-scale housing they’ve built has caused local people to move to the peripheral of the housing or to places on the outskirts of the city. This paper analysis how the regulations give companies the authority to control large land area and how its impact to low-income people. By using the socio-legal method, this study aims to reveal the implication of law in society. The results showed that the existence of large-scale housing did not contribute to fulfilling the housing needs of low-income people in South Tangerang City. Regulations in the housing sector have not had any implications for the fulfilment of housing needs for low-income people. There are no small houses that the local people can afford.

ICS Effectiveness, Application AIS, HRC on Good Governance and Impact Quality FS

This study aims to determine the effect of the effectiveness of the internal control system, the application of accounting information systems, and the competence of human resources on the implementation of good governance and its impact on the quality of regional financial statements. This research was conducted at the Regional Organization (OPD) in South Tangerang City using the purposive sampling method and conducted a survey of 30 OPD as a research sample. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents. The data analysis method uses descriptive statistical analysis using SEM PLS as an analytical tool in this study. The results showed that: the effectiveness of the internal control system has a positive and significant effect on good governance, the application of the accounting information system does not have a significant effect on good governance, Human resource competence does not have a significant effect on good governance, the effectiveness of internal control does not have a significant effect on the quality of financial statements, the establishment of accounting information systems has no significant effect on financial statements, human resource competence has no significant effect on financial statements, and good governance has a positive and significant impact on the quality of financial statements.

Edukasi Gizi Seimbang Lansia dan Pemeriksaan Kesehatan pada Lansia Komunitas Olahraga Woodball

Elderly is a group susceptible to non-communicable diseases due to a decrease in the function of the body's organs and a decrease in the body's immune system. Education related to balanced nutrition and health & nutritional status checks of the elderly are carried out to reduce the risk of non-communicable diseases such as obesity and hypertension in the elderly. The targets involved are elderly people from the Pamulang WoodBall Club (PWbC) Community, South Tangerang City. Education related to balanced nutrition for elderly is provided by lecture and discussion methods using leaflet. Meanwhile, a health & nutritional status checks was carried out by measuring weight, height and blood pressure. The percentage increase in target knowledge related to balanced nutrition is 41.4%, so it can be concluded that there was an increase in knowledge of balanced nutrition in the elderly. Most of the elderly were overweight (30.4%) and obese (30.4%) and had pre-hypertension (43.5%) and hypertension (26.1%).

Efektivitas Penyaluran Dana ZIS pada Sektor Pendidikan di Masa Pandemi Covid-19

The covid-19 pandemic has had an impact on all sectors, one of which is the education sector, causing the dropout rate to increase. Zakat instruments also help to accelerate recovery from the impact of covid-19. The distribution of ZIS funds in the education sector by ZIS management institutions will have an effect if they are used effectively, on target, and optimally. This study aimed to determine the effectiveness of the distribution of ZIS funds in the education sector during the covid-19 pandemic at the South Tangerang City Baznas. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative analysis through case studies. The data used are qualitative data sourced from primary data through interviews, observations, and secondary data collected through library research, and documentation. The validation technique used is triangulation, and the researcher reduces the data and draws conclusions. The results showed that the distribution of ZIS funds in the education sector during the covid-19 pandemic at the South Tangerang City Baznas had run effectively using four indicators in measuring effectiveness, namely targeting accuracy, program socialization, achievement of program objectives, and program monitoring.

Comparative Study of Curriculum 2013 Implementation and Independent Learning Curriculum on Islamic Religious Education Learning at SMAN 2 South Tangerang City

According to Law No. 20 of 2003, a curriculum is a set of plans and arrangements regarding the objectives, content and learning materials, as well as the methods used as guidelines for organizing activities to achieve certain educational goals. The curriculum's function in education is to create lesson plans, design and compile learning materials and objectives, as well as to ensure that learning is carried out effectively. To make learning effective, it is necessary to have the best formula in terms of curriculum content and substance. It will be relatively simple to implement when the curriculum's content and substance are easily digested by teachers and students. Islamic religious education has been a subject in every school, so its existence will be considerably complex, particularly on the material side and adjusting to the curriculum that has been applied. The Curriculum 2013 is a competency-based and character-based curriculum that is expected to improve learning and educational outcomes that are precisely targeted to students' character and morality, knowledge, personality, and implementation in everyday life. The 2013 curriculum includes at least three Islamic education values: Morals, Adab, and Exemplary. The Merdeka Curriculum is a response to the Covid-19 pandemic's missing lessons, often known as loss learning. According to the Ministry of Education and Culture's pocketbook, the Merdeka Curriculum is a curriculum with diverse intra-curricular learning where the content will be more ideal so that students have adequate time to explore concepts and strengthen competencies. Teachers have the freedom to select numerous teaching tools so that learning can be adapted to students' learning needs and interests. Projects to enhance Pancasila student profile success are designed based on government-determined themes. The project is not directed to achieving certain learning achievement targets, so it is not tied to subject content. Islamic education is available in both public and private schools. Islamic religious education aims to provide students with knowledge and understanding of faith, worship, morality, and muamalah. As a result, Islamic religious education provides guidance and attitudes toward religious practice in accordance with Islamic law. Islamic religious education develops individuals with character and excellent morality in students that can be implemented in everyday life. This study aims to compare the implementation of the 2013 Curriculum with the Merdeka Belajar Curriculum (Independent Learning Curriculum) in Islamic religious education learning. Case studies were used in this qualitative study. The sources used and the data collection techniques employed were library research, observation, and interviews. This study focused on Islamic religious education teachers at SMA Negeri 2 Tangerang Selatan City.

The Influence of The Fun Game Method on the Effective Communication of Children with Special Needs on the Learning Of Islamic Religious Education In Special Schools Al-Ihsan 01 Tangerang City South

This research was conducted at Al-Ihsan Special School 01 South Tangerang City, the research conducted aimedto determine the influence of the fun game method on the effective communication of children with specialneeds. In this study, the population was the students of Al-Ihsan Special School 01 South Tangerang City at theelementary, junior high, high school levels, with a total sample of 56 out of 65 populations, the researchersused field research methods and in collecting research data using quantitative methods and this study used adescriptive research approach. Meanwhile, research using the prodict moment correlation formula is to obtainor collect data, facts and information related to vaiabel which is the discussion of the research (X and Y). Whilethe research instrument uses a questionnaire (Quesioner) where for variable X as many as 10 statement itemsand variable Y 10 statement items. Based on the results of the trial, it was obtained that there was an influenceof the fun game method on the effective communication of children with special needs (ABK) The correlationcoefficient is 0.62 and the coefficient of determination is 38.44%, which means that there is an influence of thefun game method on the effective communication of children with special needs (ABK). With the proof that itis greater than Thitung Ttabel 5.8032 ≥ 2.004). Thus Ha which states the influence of the fun game method onthe effective communication of children with special needs in Al-Ihsan Special School 01 South TangerangCity was accepted and the H o hypothesis was rejected. This shows that there is an influence of the fun gamemethod on the effective communication of children with special needs (ABK) at Al-Ihsan Special School 01South Tangerang City

Implementasi Penyaluran Dana Bantuan Langsung Tunai bagi UMKM pada Masa Pandemi di Kota Tangerang Selatan

Direct Cash Assistance (BLT) is one of the government's efforts to save the society's economy. This is not a new thing that the government uses as a policy solution that can be issued quickly when the economy is in an emergency. As during the COVID-19 pandemic that has hit Indonesia since March 2020, the government has implemented one of the BLT programs, namely Assistance for Micro Business Entrepreneurs (BPUM) through the Regulation of the Minister of Cooperatives and Small and Medium Enterprises of the Republic of Indonesia Number 2 of 2021 concerning Amendments to Regulation of Minister of Cooperatives, Small and Medium Enterprises Number 6 of 2020 concerning General Guidelines for Distribution of Government Assistance for Micro Business Entrepreneurs to Support National Economic Recovery in Facing Threats That Endanger the National Economy and Rescue the National Economy during the Corona Virus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) Pandemic. The program, which runs from 2020 to 2021 and is planned to be continued in 2022, is expected to be able to maintain the people's economy starting from micro-enterprises which will have an impact on the national economy. This research journal was written to study the effectiveness of the BPUM program procurement in South Tangerang City by analyzing the regulations in force and interviewing with the Head of the Technology and Innovation Section of the Innovation and Technology Data Division of the Cooperatives and Small and Medium Enterprises Office of South Tangerang City. The result is that the program has not run effectively due to the lack of coordination between the center and the regions in implementing the BPUM program.

Analysis of Applying of Sustainability Business for Cooperative Reputation

The cooperative has been occurring poor performance, low competitiveness, lack of professionalism, unresponsiveness to changes in the business environment, inefficient management of the economy and business sector and the fragile banking system are fundamental weaknesses in cooperatives in Indonesia. The reputation of the Cooperative is a factor that Corporate Governance is one of the factors that can be analyzed as a lack of good relations between various stakeholders. The city of South Tangerang as a relatively new city has about 5 cooperatives that have been maintained by the Dinas Koperasi and have constraints such as reputation and cooperative governance. This research is qualitative research with a case study approach based on predetermined criteria. The results of this study are in the form of an overview of the cooperative management in South Tangerang and its recommendations.

The Traffic Characteristic Analysis of Jalan Ciater Raya South Tangerang, Indonesia

Jalan Ciater Raya Serpong, South Tangerang City, has criteria for a 4/2 D road with a width of 3.5 m per lane. During peak hours, this road experiences congestion with a length of more than 1.5 km. LHR Jalan Ciater Raya = 25296 pcu/day with peak peak peak hours at 07:00-08:00 am and 6:00 pm-8:00 pm. The research data were obtained from surveys and direct traffic observations. By analyzing road characteristics using the Greenshield and Greenberg models, the relationship between the volume, speed, and density of road traffic can be found, so optimal values of Vm, Qm, and Dj can be found.

Factors Affecting Budget Absorption at Regional Apparatus Organizations

This study aims to analyze the factors that influence the absorption of expenditure budgets at the Regional Apparatus Organization in South Tangerang City. The research sample is respondents who hold positions in areas related to the budget, including commitment-making officials, technical implementation officials, officials who sign pay warrants and expenditure treasurers at Regional Apparatus Organization in South Tangerang City. The research method used is quantitative method with multiple linear regression analysis tools. The variables in this study are five independent variables and one dependent variable, namely: budget planning (X1), administrative processes (X2), human resources (X3), goods and services procurement documents (X4), budget changes (X5), while one dependent variable is budget absorption (Y). The results showed that simultaneously budget planning, administrative processes, human resources, goods and services procurement documents, budget changes had a significant effect on the absorption of revenue and expenditure budgets at Regional Apparatus Organization s in South Tangerang City. Furthermore, partially budget planning and human resources have a significant effect on the absorption of revenue and expenditure budgets at Regional Apparatus Organization in South Tangerang City. However, partially administration, goods and services procurement documents, budget changes have no significant effect on the absorption of revenue and expenditure budgets at Regional Apparatus Organization in South Tangerang City. In this study the regression equation is as follows Y=5,964+0,246X_1-0,1X_2+0,239X_3-0,62X_4+0,176X_5.

The Influence of Original Revenue and Transfer Revenue on Capital Expenditure in South Tangerang City

The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the effect of own-source revenue and transfer revenue on capital expenditure in South Tangerang City. The data used is time series data regarding local own-source revenue and transfer revenue on capital expenditure in South Tangerang City 2012-2021. Data analysis methods include Multiple Regression Analysis, t test, and coefficient of determination analysis. From the Multiple Regression Analysis, the regression equation Y=1.03819 + 0.521X2-0.612X3 is obtained. The constant of 1.03819 means that the increase in capital expenditure allocation is 1.03819 percent if there is no increase in local revenue and transfer revenue. The regression coefficient of the local own-source revenue variable shows a positive influence on capital expenditure of 0.521. From the t-test results, it can be explained that local own-source revenue has a significant effect on capital expenditure, where the t-count> t-table value is obtained (2.701> 2.306). The regression coefficient of the local own-source revenue variable shows a negative effect on capital expenditure of 0.612. From the t-test results, it can be explained that transfer revenues have a significant effect on capital expenditures in South Tangerang City, where the t-count value is obtained < t-table (1.259 < 2.306). From the coefficient of determination analysis, it is known that local revenue and transfer revenue affect capital expenditure by 47.4%, while the remaining 52.6% is influenced by other variables outside this research model. Increased capital expenditure has an important role because it has a long-term benefit period to provide services to the public because infrastructure development and the provision of various facilities are carried out to increase investment attractiveness. Industrial infrastructure development has a real impact on the increase in local revenue. So that if the Regional Government wants to improve public services and people's welfare by increasing capital expenditure, then the Regional Government must strive to explore as much local revenue as possible.

Application of Markov Chain to Prediction Poverty in Banten Province

The number of poor people in Banten Province is in the third lowest position in Java Island under the Special Region Province of the Capital Jakarta and Yogyakarta Special Region Province in 2018-2020 until finally it is in the second lowest position in 2021. However, this does not mean that the problem of poverty is no longer a top priority. This study aims to apply the Markov chain in predicting poverty in Banten Province. According to Marli et al. (2018) The Markov chain is a method that studies the properties of a variable in the present based on its past properties to estimate the properties of these variables in the future. In this research, the type of research used is applied research and used secondary data sourced from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) Banten Province. The poverty prediction results for Pandeglang Regency in 2022, 2023 and 2024-2025 will increase by 2%, 0.46%, and 0.02%, respectively. Lebak Regency in 2022 will increase by 2%, in 2023 and in 2024-2025 it will decrease by 0.66% and 0.01%, respectively. Tangerang Regency in 2022 will decrease by 4%, in 2023 it will increase by 0.99%, and will fall back in 2024-2025 by 0.01%. Serang Regency in 2022 will increase by 1%, in 2023-2025 it will decrease by 0.83%. Tangerang City in 2022 remains, in 2023 and 2024-2025 it will increase by 0.53% and 0.01%, respectively. The city of Cilegon in 2022 remains, in 2023 it will increase by 0.18% and 2024-2025 will decrease by 0.01%. Serang City in 2022 remains, in 2023-2025 it will decrease by 0.71%. South Tangerang City in 2022 will decrease by 1%, in 2023-2025 it will increase by 0.04%. The steady state probability of Pandeglang Regency is 17.48%, Lebak Regency is 17.33%, Tangerang Regency is 27.98%, Serang Regency is 10.17%, Tangerang City is 15.54%, Cilegon City is 2.17%, Serang City is 5.29% and South Tangerang City is 4.04%..

FULFILLMENT OF THE CONCEPT A LIVABLE CITY IN TERMS OF PHSICAL ASPECTS IN THE CITY OF SOUTH TANGERANG

South Tangerang Cityranked 5th ofthe Most Livable City Index (MLCI) 2017 in Indonesia based on IA Presearch. However, problems were found in terms of equal distribution of urban facilities and infrastructure. The purpose of this study is to examine the physical aspects of South Tangerang City (the sub-districts of Pamulang, Setu, and Ciputat) to ensure whether or not they evenly meet the requirements of a livable city. This is a comparative analysis study by contrasting the facts of the availability of infrastructure with those of required in the Minimum Service Standards. Availability indicators comprise the provision of livable houses, provision of educational facilities (elementary, junior high, and senior high schools), provision of health facilities (public health and hospitals), provision of green openspace (public and private), road conditions, drainage network, waste management(drinking waterand waste water). The findings show that the priority programs need to be developed to accomplish South Tangerang City as a livable city on anequal basis.The programs among thers are; the provision ofl ivable houses, the provision of public and green open spaces,as well as waste, drinking water, and waste water management

Implementasi Kebijakan Rencana Tata Ruang Wilayah (RTRW) Dalam Mewujudkan Ruang Terbuka Hijau (RTH) Publik di Kota Tangerang Selatan

This research focuses on the Implementation of Regional Spatial Planning Policy in Fulfillment of Green Open Space in South Tangerang City. The aim of the research is to find out how the Implementation of Regional Spatial Planning Policy in Creating Green Open Space in South Tangerang City. The theory of policy implementation from Van Metter and Van Horn, namely policy standards and objectives, resources, characteristics of implementing organizations, inter-organizational communication, dispositions or attitudes of implementers and the social, political and economic environment. The research method used is descriptive qualitative method. The results of the research show that (1) the standards and policy objectives are not optima, (2) the resources are quite optimal, (3) the characteristics of the organization implementing the green open space policy are less than optimal, (4) the communication of implementing organizations is good, (5) the disposition or attitude of the executors is still not optimal, (6) the social, political and economic environment of green open space policies is less than optimal marked by the lack of support from the political elite for regional spatial planning policies in fulfilling green open spaces in South Tangerang City.

Pelatihan Penulisan Naskah Ilmiah Jurnal Investigasi Volume 3 Nomor 2 September-Februari 2023 Bagi Guru-Guru se Kota Tangerang Selatan

Community service activities Training for Scientific Manuscript Writing of Investigative Journals Volume 3 Number 2 September-February 2023 for Teachers throughout South Tangerang City aims to assist elementary / junior high school / junior high school / high school / vocational school teachers in South Tangerang City in writing scientific manuscripts that will be published in ISSN journals. The training method is carried out using the method of assistance, discussion, workshops and technical guidance (bimtek) for writing scientific manuscripts in accordance with journal manuscript standards. The results of the training were obtained as many as 8 elementary school teacher manuscripts (57%), 4 junior high school teacher manuscripts (29%), 1 high school / vocational teacher manuscript (7%), and the P& K 1 manuscript (7%) published in the journal INVESTIGATION Volume 3 Number 2 September 2 September 2023. The publication of teacher scientific manuscripts in the journal INVESTIGATION is certainly very helpful for teachers in fulfilling the obligation to journal their scientific manuscripts, so that they are not constrained in class or position promotion.

Pengaruh Pelayanan Pengelola Terhadap Kepuasan Nasabah Bank Sampah

Waste banks are increasingly important to assist government programs in reducing household waste. The government has recognized the existence of waste banks as community-based waste management organizational entities through various laws and regulations. As an organization, waste banks must also adhere to sound management principles, including how to serve service users/customers (in this case, people who save their waste). However, research on waste banks focuses a lot on their role in the environment and how their members participate. Here, research related to management services functions is rarely carried out by researchers. Therefore, this study examines the effect of management services on the satisfaction of waste bank customers. We use the service and customer satisfaction theory and break it down into measurable indicators. This study looked at the Hibiscus Waste Bank in South Tangerang City. To answer the formulation of the problem, we surveyed more than 30 customers purposively through a questionnaire instrument. Then we examined it with the Structural Equation Modelling. We found strong evidence that physical evidence, responsiveness, empathy, assurance, and service reliability significantly affected waste bank customer satisfaction. Further elaboration of the findings we present more fully in this article.
