The Impact Of Covid-19 On Operational Costs At Communication And Informatics Services In Parepare City

The purpose of this study was to analyze the impact of the operational costs at Communication and Informatics Services in Parepare City before and during the Covid-19 pandemic. This type of research was a comparative qualitative descriptive study by conducting analysis to look for existing phenomena. The results of this study indicate that the amount of expenses increases. Judging from the amount of expenses that are large compared to the allocated budget, the Communication and Informatics Serviceswas experiencing a deficit. One reason is that part of the budget has been diverted to the handling of the Covid-19 disaster. This was done to align with regional financial capabilities in anticipating and strengthening programs deemed capable of tackling Covid-19. To overcome the deficit, it can be done by reducing subsidy expenditures, saving every routine expenditure, evaluating expenditures based on priorities and reducing costs for ineffective programs.

The Effect Of Regional Financial Efficiency Level On Budget Performance Of Regional Original Income In Parepare City For 2014-2018 Period

This study aims to determine the effect of regional financial efficiency level on the budget performance inRegional Original Income in the City of Parepare for 2014-2018 period. The data collection techniques used in this study are observation and documentation. The subjects in this study were the research samples, namely the regional financial documents of Parepare City for 2014-2018 period. This study uses quantitative analysis. The results of the study concluded that: regional financial efficiency affects the budget performance of Regional Original Income in Parepare City. Regional financial efficiency for 2014 – 2018 period, the successive valuesare: 15.20%,17.24%, 14.67%, 13.07% and 12.82%. Meanwhile, the budget performance of Regional Original Income as measured based on the effectiveness ratio for 2014 - 2018 period, the valueswere: 130.12%, 94.42%, 98.77%, 99.74% and 89.07%. Both of these ratios depend on the realization of Original Regional Income received by the regions.

Strategi Komunikasi Polres Menangani Hoax di Media Sosial melalui CPR

This study on Parepare Police Communication Strategy in dealing with the spread of fake news (Hoax) on Social Media through CPR (Cyber Public Relations). This research is based on the increasing number of hoax reports that occur in cyberspace, it is necessary to have an action from the apparatus and law enforcers, especially the police, to overcome this. One of the innovative steps that have been taken by the public relation s division of the Parepare Police, is to carry out severly stages of handling hoaxes. In the midst of an era of digital communication and information exchange, the use of online communication media in the public realtions process is an absolute must. In implementing good cyber public relations, it is necessary to have the right strategy which is considered effective and efficient which can be the key to the success of prorgams related to opinion management in cyberspace, including regarding fake news (Hoax). The purpose of this research was to provide a detail description of the communication startegies used by the Police of the City of Parepare in the context of Communication Studies, espesially cyber public relation in the dealing with hoaxes on social media. This research used a qualitative approach with a case study method. The findings of this study were that the Public Relations of Parepare Police in handling hoaxes used four public relations processes from Cutlip which consist of Fact, Finding, Planning Communication and Evaluation.

Dispentation of Underage Marriage in Islamic Societies in Parepare City (Case Study at parepare Class 1B Religious Court 2022)

According to fuqoha and jurists, they agreed to stipulate that people who are mature enough will be held accountable for each and have the freedom to determine their lives. By referring to the applicable law, the prospective bride and groom who are under 19 years of age are considered not old enough to marry and are not yet competent in the eyes of the law. There are three factors that cause marriage dispensation, among others, namely the factor of getting pregnant before marriage, economic factors, and educational factors. And what is the basis for the judge's consideration in making a marriage dispensation decision is the law but requires ijtihad based on the benefit of mursalah.

Mediation Guidance In Avoiding Divorce In Parepare City Religious Courts (Islamic Counseling Guidance Perspectives)

The Parepare Religious Court has its own meaning in the Mediation Guide, in the mediation orientation process, the Parepare Religious Court refers to Supreme Court Regulation No.1 2016 regarding mediation procedures. In the mediation orientation process, things are done at the Parepare religious court, such as introduction, explaining the purpose of mediation orientation, calculating the problem, providing advice and finally providing a solution, where the mediator (advisor) provides a solution (management advice) or two parts that provide solution (no management), sometimes also a combination of the two focus techniques. If the success of the mediation guidelines is used as a reference to determine the effectiveness of the mediation orientation program in managing divorce cases, then in the Parepare religious court, mediation is not effective. However, the mediation guidance process has been carried out optimally and maximally.
 This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach and when collecting data using observations, interviews and documentation methods. The data analysis technique used is inductive analysis technique, which means that the data obtained in the field are specifically explained in general words.

Implementation of Law Number 8 of 1999 concerning Consumer Protection: The Relationship of Beauty Care Products in the City of Parepare

Implementasi UU Nomor 8 tahun 1999 tentang Perlindungan Konsumen mengenai penjualan Produk Perawatan Kecantikan di Kota Parepare masih belum maksimal karena masih banyaknya ditemukan produk-produk perawatan kecantikan yang berbahaya. Tentunya hal ini mengakibatkan kerugian kepada pihak konsumen. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Yuridis Normatif, pendekatanYuridis yaitu penelitian hukum yang dilakukan dengan cara meneliti bahan pustaka atau data sekunder sebagai bahan dasar untuk di teliti dengan cara mengadakan penelusuran terhadap peraturan-peraturan dan literature-literatur yang berkaitan dengan permasalahan yang diteliti. Adapun tehnik pengumpulan datanya menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi sedangkan tehnik analisis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah teknik analis data yang digunakan peneliti menggunakan model Miles and Huberman, bahwa ada tiga alur kegiatan, yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data, serta penarikan kesimpulan atau verikasi.
 Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: 1) . Posisi Konsumen dianggap rentan karena tidak dapat terlepas dari kegiatan jual beli dan sering kali mengalami penipuan yang mengakibatkan kerugian. Jadi untuk melindungi konsumen pemerintah membuat peraturan tentang perlindungan konsumen UU Nomor 8 tahun 1999 yang di dalamnya menjelaskan tentang asas-asas perlindungan konsumen, tujuan perlindungan konsumen, hak-hak konsumen, dan kewajiban sebagai konsumen, 2) Implementasi peraturan penjualan produk perawatan kecantikan di kota Parepare sudah lama berlaku, namun kenyataan yang terjadi di lapangan tidak sesuai dengan penerapan aturan karena masih banyaknya ditemukan penjual yang memperjualbelikan produk-produk yang masih menggunakan bahan-bahan yang cukup berbahaya bagi kesehatan, 3) Tinjauan Hukum Ekonomi Islam mengenai penjualan produk perawatan kecantikan di kota Parepare yang dimana hal tersebut tidak sesuai dengan hukum Islam yang ada. Karena, dalam proses jualbelinya tidak sesuai dengan aturan yang ada di dalam syarat sah Hukum jual beli yaitu Ma’qud Alaih dan Syara’.

MANAJEMEN PENGELOLAAN WILAYAH PESISIR DALAM MENUNJANG KEPARIWISATAAN DI PANTAI MATTIROTASI KOTA PAREPARE

Based on the results of research in the management of coastal areas in increasing tourists visiting Mattirotasi Beach, it is known that the results of the analysis of the coastal tourism environment are known to have a coastal height of 0-3 meters above sea level with a slope of 0-8%, coastal bathymetry in the city of Parepare, wind speeds ranging from 173.4 m. /min to 117.6 n/min can generate sea waves with a height of 0.5-1.2 meters. Meanwhile, in the East monsoon, which has a range of wind speeds between 133.2-45 m/s, it is able to generate waves that reach a height of 0.4 – 1.4 meters. up to 0.1852 m/s. With wave intervals ranging from +1.1 meters to 1.5, and seeing the potential for attraction, there is the Nusantara Port which functions as one of the main gates as access to Tanjungpinang City. This area stretches for ± 5 Km and is directly adjacent to the waters, so it has the potential to be developed as a recreational area with the potential to present a sunset view by the beach and Suppa Bay. This condition is also supported by the strategic position of the City of Parepare as a Madya City which is a connecting node in the central part of South Sulawesi Province towards West Sulawesi and the northern part of South Sulawesi Province. Therefore, the Mattirotasi coastal area is a coastal tourist attraction that has quite a variety of attractions. This beach tourism activity is included in the recreational category, which is the type of activity that is most dominantly carried out by tourists.

PENGARUH BEBAN KERJA DAN LINGKUNGAN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN DI KOTA PAREPARE

This study aims to determine the effect of workload and work environment on employee performance in Parepare City. The data collection techniques used in this study were interviews and questionnaires. The population in the study amounted to 46 people and a sample of 46 people. The data analysis technique in this study used multiple linear regression analysis techniques. From the results of this study, it is stated that the Workload variable (X1) has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance (Y). And the Work Environment variable (X2) has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance (Y). The research method used is distributing questionnaires to 46 employees who are respondents. This research is quantitative because the data generated is in the form of numbers, from which the data is processed using SPSS software.

PENGARUH PENGETAHUAN DAN LOKASI TERHADAP MINAT MENABUNG PADA BANK MUAMALAT INDONESIA CABANG PAREPARE PADA MASYARAKAT KELURAHAN LABUKKANG

This study aims to determine whether there is an effect of knowledge and location on the interest in saving partially and simultaneously at Bank Muamalat Indonesia Cabang Parepare. This research was conducted in Labukkang Village, Parepare City using quantitative descriptive analysis. The method used is a quantitative method with data collection techniques used are questionnaires, observations and literature studies, questionnaires are distributed to the people of Labukkang Village, while the number of samples is 100 people, the data analysis techniques used are descriptive analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, validation test and reliability, regression analysis assumption method and hypothesis testing. Public knowledge and strategic locations can increase public interest in saving at Bank Muamalat. Based on the test results, it is known that knowledge has a positive and significant effect on the interest in saving. Based on the test results, it is known that the location has a positive and significant effect on the interest in saving. The results of this study indicate that knowledge and location partially and simultaneously has effect the interest in saving.

PENGARUH PENENTUAN HARGA DAN KUALITAS PELAYANAN TERHADAP KEPUASAN KONSUMEN OJEK ONLINE GRAB DI KOTA PAREPARE

This study aims to determine the effect of pricing and service quality on consumer satisfaction of ojek online Grab in Parepare City (Case Study in Ujung District). The data collection techniques used in this study were questionnaires, observations, and literature studies. The sample in this study amounted to 147 respondents. The data analysis technique in this study used multiple linear regression analysis with the help of a computerized system (computer program IBM Statistics SPSS 26). The results of the study indicate that partially Pricing (X1) has a positive and significant effect on Consumer Satisfaction (Y). Partially, Service Quality (X2) has a positive and significant effect on Consumer Satisfaction (Y). Simultaneously, Pricing and Service Quality have a positive and significant influence on Consumer Satisfaction.

Discipline, Motivation, Local Wisdom, And Work Environment On Performance Through Job Satisfaction

This study is intended to examine the effect of discipline, motivation, local wisdom, and work environment on employee performance through job satisfaction as an intervening. This research is in the form of an explanation pattern approach that uses primary data and secondary data collected using interviews, observation, questionnaires, and documentation. The population in this study was echelon Officials in the Regional Apparatus Organizations (OPD) within the Parepare City Government, consisting of echelon II, III, and IV officials with a total of 532 people. The research sample amounted to 84 people generated through the Slovin formulation. Data analysis was performed using descriptive and inferential statistical analysis (applying Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using the Smart PLS Version 3.0 program). The results showed that discipline, motivation, local wisdom, and work environment had a positive and significant direct influence on job satisfaction. Discipline, motivation, local wisdom, and work environment positively and significantly affect employee performance. The impact of job satisfaction as an intervening variable cannot strengthen the relationship between discipline and employee performance. The impact of job satisfaction as an intervening variable can enhance the relationship between motivation, local wisdom, and work environment on employee performance. Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

Analysis Of Economic Growth and Income Disparity Of Grdp Per Capita Regencies/Cities In South Sulawesi Province In 2016-2020

This study aims to determine the classification of economic growth and the disparity in GRDP income per capita regencies/cities in South Sulawesi Province. The type of research used in research is the research of case studies with a quantitative descriptive approach. The data processed is secondary data obtained from the Central Statistics Agency of South Sulawesi Province in 2016–2020. The analytical methods used are the class typology for grouping economic growth and the Williamson Index for measuring development inequality. The results of this study show that the classification according to Klassen Typology which is included in the fast-growing and fast-growing areas is Pinrang Regency and Makassar City, the rapidly developing areas are Selayar Regency, Bantaeng Regency, Jeneponto Regency, Takalar Regency, Gowa Regency, Sinjai Regency, Barru Regency, Bone Regency, Soppeng Regency, Luwu Regency, Tana Toraja Regency, North Luwu Regency, North Toraja Regency and Palopo City, The developed but depressed areas are Maros County, Pangkajene and Islands Regency, Wajo County, East Luwu County, and Parepare City. Then, the relatively underdeveloped areas are Bulukumba Regency, Sidenreng Rappang Regency, and Enrekang Regency. The average level of inequality of the Williamson Index in the period in 2016-2020 in regencies/cities in South Sulawesi Province was 0.621.

Stunting Risk Factor in Toddlers 6-59 Months

The number of toddlers experiencing stunting was still quite high and can have an impact on their growth and development. This study aims to analyzed the factors that influence the incidence of stunting in children aged 6-59 months in Parepare City. This type of research was observational with a cross-sectional study approach. The sample that became the subject of this study were children aged 6-59 months in Parepare city. Sampling was done by simple random sampling method as many as 49 people. Data were analysed using Chi-square test and Fisher Exact Test. The results showed that 49% of children under five were stunted. Birth length (p=0,425), low birth weight (p=1,000), mother's education (p=0,889), socioeconomic (p=0,667), age of complementary feeding (p=0,680) and type of food (p=0,951) were not significant effect on the incidence of stunting in children under five in the City of Parepare. It was suggested the need for education in increasing the knowledge of mothers of toddlers, especially in preparing first 1000 days of life .

Stunting Prediction Model in Parepare City

One of the big problems regarding nutrition in Indonesia is stunting. A condition known as stunting occurs when a person is shorter than other people. Stunting is caused by a number of things, including malnutrition, a lack of mothers' knowledge about nutrition, a lack of access to health services, a lack of nutritious food, and a lack of clean water and sanitation. The aim of this research was to predict model the incidence of stunting based on the risk factors for children. The cross-sectional design and observational analytical study method were utilized in this research. In the City of Parepare, there are 97 samples of children under the age of five. Interviews, questionnaires, and a length board were used to collect the data. The incidence of stunting was influenced by socioeconomic status (p-value=0,008) and immunization status (p-value=0,032), according to the Chi-square test. According to the results of the multivariate analysis, the most significant determinant of the prevalence of stunting in Parepare City was socioeconomic status.

The data collection techniques used are Observation and Questionnaire Division. The population in this study was all employees who worked in the Agriculture, Marine and Fisheries Service of Parepare City which amounted to 107 respondents. The analysis technique used is the SEM-PLS (Structural Equation Modelling-Partial Least Square) analysis technique using the WarpPLS 7.0 application. Theresearch objectives are 1) Independence does not have a Significant effect on Employee Performance, 2) Work Schedule Has a significant effect on Employee Performance, 3) Independence has a significant effect on Job Satisfaction, 4) Work Schedule has a Significant effect on Job Satisfaction, 5) Independence does not have a significant effect on employee performance and is not mediated by Job Satisfaction, 6) Work Schedule on Performance has a significant effect on Performance and is mediated by job satisfaction and experiences partial or partial mediation.

The Effectiveness of Giving Moringa Oleifera Formulation to Increase Hemoglobin Levels in Pregnant Women

Pregnancy accompanied by anemia was still a public health problem in Indonesia in recent years. This study aimed to determine the effectiveness of the formulation of Moringa oleifera on increasing hemoglobin levels in pregnant women. This type of research was quasy experimental with the One-Group Pre-Post test approach. The study was conducted for 6 months in Parepare City with a total sample of 33 pregnant women. Data was collected by measuring hemoglobin levels 2 times and filling out a questionnaire. Data analysis used paired sample t-test. The results showed that 33 subjects had hemoglobin levels of 10,86 mg/dl before treatment and after being given the formulation, the subjects' hemoglobin levels were 12,25 mg/dl with p value = 0,002. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the administration of Moringa leaf formulation is effective in preventing the incidence of anemia in pregnant women.

Preparation of Financial Statements Based on SAK EMKM In Small Micro Enterprises And Menengah (MSMEs) Fostered By The Department of Agriculture, Marine Affairs and Parepare City Fishery

MSMEs are economic activities that play an important role in economic growth, maka if the MSME sector is disturbed then the national economy is also disturbed, As for the purpose ofthe study is 1). To find out the process of preparing financial reports for small and medium enterprises based on SAK EMKM on MSMEs "Coastal Tavern Group" Assisted by the Parepare City PKP Office. This research uses a qualitative type of research with a descriptive approach. The descriptive qualitative research used in this study is to describe and describe the Preparation of Financial Statements for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) based on Financial Accounting Standards for Micro, Small and Medium Entities (SAK EMKM) in MSMEs "Coastal Tavern Groups" Assisted by the Parepare City PKP Office. The results of the study are 1). UMKM Kedai Pesisir Group does not have real or good financial recording reports because both employees and business owners do not understand about recording financial statements based on applicable Financial Accounting Standards, 2). UMKM Kedai Pesisir Group is known that the employees taken are housewives who do not have a job and do not understand about recording, lack of knowledge of the owner of the Coastal Tavern Group MSME regarding accounting standards in the preparation of financial statements. 3). MSME activities still focus on other activities as well as production and sales only, so the time to make financial reports is still very lacking.

STRATEGI PENGELOLAAN OPERASIONAL OBYEK WISATA KEBUN RAYA JOMPIE, PARE-PARE

Jompie Botanical Garden is located on Pare-pare City, South Sulawesi, serves as a conservation area for coastal flora and flora of Wallacea and is a tourist destination. The lack of Management Plan of tourist area causes the decline of Environmental Quality which has an impact on the decline of quality of tourist facilities, environmental pollution, and threats to plant diversity. The purpose of this study is to describe the operational management conditions that are currently applied to the Jompie Botanical Garden, analyze the inhibiting and supporting factors in the management, and develop operational management strategies of Jompie Botanical Garden Tourism objects. The method in this research is descriptive method with qualitative approach. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews and literature studies. Data analysis techniques using strength, Weknees, Opportunity, Threats (SWOT) analysis. The results showed the acquisition of eight alternative strategies for operational management of Jompie Botanical Garden Tourism objects, namely promoting and selling flora, fauna and nature tourism programs, re-evaluating the jompie Botanical Garden Tourism Management Plan in an integrated manner, selection of labor in accordance with the field of management expertise, improving the quality of security of Jompie Botanical, strengthening the institutional system, re-evaluation of the jompie botanical garden hygiene system, improving the quality and quantity of Jompie Botanical Gardens.
