Analysis of Morphological Characteristics and Growth Patterns of Uceng Fish Nemacheilus fasciatus (Valenciennes, 1842) on the Setail River, Banyuwangi, East Java

Indonesia's. Setail River is one of the longest rivers in Banyuwangi Regency. Setail River has high potential for fishery biodiversity. One of the fish that is often found in Setail River is Barred loach or known locally as Uceng Fish (Nemacheilus fasciatus). The purpose of this study was to determine the morphological characteristics and determine the relationship between length, weight and condition of Uceng fish in Setail River. Observation of color patterns and special characteristics of sample fish morphologically Nemacheilus fasciatus with characteristics including Having a brown body color, a small elongated body (fusiform). On the body there is a longitudinal black spot pattern, a dorsal pattern resembling a saddle, a homocercal tail fin type, an emarginate tail morphology (slightly concave). The type of mouth is subterminal inferior and has 3 pairs of barbels. Meristic observations of uceng fish have pectoral fins, pelvic fins, dorsal fins, tail fins and anal fins. In this study, an analysis of the relationship between length and weight showed that the growth pattern of the uceng fish was negative allometric and the condition factor obtained the range of condition factor values for male uceng fish during the study at each station for male uceng fish 0.68-1.35 and female uceng fish 0.68-1.40.

Cdc42 is crucial for the early regulation of hepatic stellate cell activation.

The activation of hepatic stellate cells (HSCs) from a quiescent state is a cause of liver fibrosis and a therapeutic target. HSCs are resident mesenchymal cells located in the space of Disse, exhibiting specialized morphological characteristics such as a stellate shape, large lipid droplets, and direct adhesions to hepatocytes via microprojections called HSC spines. Morphological alterations in HSCs play a crucial role in initiating their activation. However, the mechanisms regulating these changes remain unexplored. In this study, we analyzed the morphological alterations associated with HSC activation in vivo using carbon tetrachloride treatment and identified the key factors regulating these changes in vitro. Following carbon tetrachloride treatment, HSCs exhibited shortened cell processes and HSC spines, adopting an oval shape. Subsequently, the HSCs underwent further morphological changes into two activated forms: flattened and complex shapes. In vitro, activation of cell division cycle 42 (Cdc42) maintained the morphological characteristics of quiescent HSCs. Cdc42 activation in HSC cell lines inhibited the expression of markers associated with activated HSCs. Cdc42 inhibitor treatment in vivo prevented quiescent HSCs from maintaining their morphological characteristics and hindered activated HSCs from reverting to the quiescent state. Additionally, HSCs around fibrotic areas in the human liver exhibited morphological alterations indicative of early activation. These findings demonstrate that Cdc42 is a crucial regulator of morphological and molecular alterations associated with HSC activation, identifying it as a novel target for the development of therapeutic agents against liver fibrosis.

The Effect of Sulphur Atoms on the Structure of Biomolecule 2-Thiocytosine in the Gas-Phase, Solid-State, and Hydrated Forms and in DNA–DNA Microhelices as Compared to Canonical Ones

This study is focused on the effects of the sulphur atom in position 2 of the cytosine molecule, 2-thiocytosine (2TC), on the molecular structural parameters in the isolated state, as well as in the hydration, solid state arrangement, Watson–Crick pairs, and DNA–DNA microhelices, as compared to the canonical form. The main six tautomers were optimised at the MP2 and CCSD levels, and the sulphur atom does not show any effect on the stability trend of cytosine. The energy difference between T2b and T2a tautomers is twice as low in 2TC (1.15 kJ/mol) than in cytosine (2.69 kJ/mol). The IR and laser Raman spectra of 2TC were accurately assigned using DFT computations and solid-state simulations of the crystal unit cell through several tetramer forms. The results notably improve those previously published by other authors. The effect of explicit water molecules surrounding 2TC up to 30, corresponding to the first and second hydration shells, on geometries and tautomerism was analysed. The Watson–Crick base pairs’ stability (ΔECP = −97.458 kJ/mol) was found to be less than with cytosine (−105.930 kJ/mol). The calculated dipole moment was also lower (4.205 D) than with cytosine (5.793 D). The effect of 2TC on the 5′-dG-dC-dG-3′ and 5′-dA-dC-dA-3′ DNA–DNA optimised microhelices was evaluated through their calculated helical parameters, which indicates a clear deformation of the helix formation. The radius (R) with 2TC appears considerably shorter (6.200 Å) in the 5′-dA-dC-dA-3′ microhelix than that with cytosine (7.050 Å). Because of the special characteristics of the 2TC molecule, it can be used as an anticancer drug.

Mechanical behavior of HTS tapes in highly flexible REBCO cable under torsional and tensile loads

Abstract Different cables composed of high-temperature superconducting (HTS) tapes (REBCO) have been developed for the generation of high magnetic fields and the transmission of large currents. Among the different HTS cables, the conductor on round core (CORC®) cable has become a promising candidate structure. In order to improve the flexibility of CORC® cable, a new kind of cable called HFRC (highly flexible REBCO cable) has been proposed, which has a similar configuration to CORC® cable. During the production of HFRC, REBCO tapes are wound on the surface of a spiral tube layer by layer. Compared to the solid core of traditional CORC® cable, the spiral tube is more prone to complex deformation under external loads, which results in special characteristics of REBCO tapes. In this paper, we analyze the deformation processes of spiral tubes under tension or torsion. Based on the geometrical relationship between the tapes and the cable core, the strain in REBCO tapes is predicted. Finite element models of HFRC/traditional CORC-like cable are built and verified by experiments. Through simulations, the variation of the strain and local creases of the tapes with the design parameters of the core is investigated. Relevant findings provide a reference for the structural optimization of HFRC.

This paper compares the key ideas of regional policy for leveling regions based on various paradigms of its development. The concepts based on various approaches to regional development are considered. When forming regional policy in Russia, it is important to take into account the vast size of the country, cultural characteristics and traditions of the population, as well as the specifics of everyday life in different regions. For further effective functioning of the Russian economy, it is necessary to create a special classifier of theoretical systems that would be based on the individual characteristics of the regions. An analysis of the characteristics of the economic crisis through the prism of regional development leads to the conclusion about the need to distribute the powers of government bodies (both federal and local) in the structure of regional development management. Currently, the issue of carrying out structural reforms is one of the key aspects of the country's socio-economic development. The solution to this issue is actively discussed by government bodies and scientists. To stabilize the current situation in the domestic markets of the Russian Federation, it is necessary to formulate a strategy that would focus on building special characteristics of the regions

Exploring Research Trends in Thai Learners Studying Korean via Topic Modeling and Keyword Network Analysis

Background and Objectives: The Korean language education in Thailand has increasingly spread. Research on Thai learners studying Korean has also been continually conducted. The number of students majoring in Korean at the undergraduate level and subsequently pursuing graduate studies in Korean, Korean literature, and Korean culture has also increased, leading to the dissemination of master’s and doctoral theses. This study aims to study the trends and current situation of research on Korean language teaching and learning for Thai learners using Topic Modeling and Keyword Network Analysis. By doing so, the study aims to present important information and suggest guidelines in developing Korean language teaching and learning in Thailand. Methods: This study examined 283 research papers and theses on Korean language education for Thai learners published between 1998 and September 2024. The dataset includes 149 theses, 93 KCI-indexed articles, and 41 TCI-indexed articles. The data were collected using the keywords relating to Korean language education for Thai learners from RISS (Research Information Sharing Service) and Thai Journals Online. Then Topic Modeling and Keyword Network Analysis was used to analyze topics and research patterns. Results: The Topic Modeling Analysis revealed that the research topics about curriculum and textbook development have consistently been of interest until now. In addition, the topics about language skills, including pronunciation, grammar, and pragmatics have been raised as research issues in various aspects. Especially, after 2020, there has been an increase in publishing the research papers on teacher training and learner-related factors such as anxiety and learning strategies. The Keyword Network Analysis showed the words "comparison," "use," "pattern," and "process" were used in many research topics. Application of this study: The continuing interest in curriculum and textbook development from the above study results highlights the need for diverse educational information tailored to the characteristics of Thai learners. Additionally, the growing focus on individual learner factors reflects the necessity of addressing learners' challenges and creating learning environments and effective teaching methods. In addition, the results of the Keyword Network Analysis suggest the necessity of conducting more cross-cultural studies that align with the special characteristics of Thai learners and applying these findings in educational settings. Conclusions: This study examined trends in Korean language education research for Thai learners, highlighting the importance of adapting to Thailand’s changing educational landscape. As Korean language education progresses in secondary and higher education, continued research and practical applications are essential. The rising interest among Thai students emphasizes the need for tailored instructional materials, innovative strategies, and learner-centered approaches. Integrating digital learning and addressing specific linguistic challenges will enhance the learning experience. Bridging theoretical research with classroom practice can ensure that Korean language education remains effective and responsive to the diverse needs of Thai learners better.

Optimizing Cs2CuBiBr6 double halide perovskite for solar applications: the role of electron transport layers in SCAPS-1D simulations.

Perovskite solar cells are commonly employed in photovoltaic systems because of their special characteristics. Perovskite solar cells remain efficient, but lead-based absorbers are dangerous, restricting their manufacture. Therefore, studies in the field of perovskite materials are now focusing on investigating lead-free perovskites. The SCAPS-1D simulator is used to simulate the impact of lead-free double perovskite as the absorber in perovskite solar cells. The research examines how the effectiveness of solar cells is impacted by a hole transport layer (CBTS) and several electron transports layers (WS2, C60, PCBM, and TiO2), using Ni and Al acting as the back and front contacts metal. This work explores the impact of a Cs2CuBiBr6 perovskite as a solar cell absorber. The effectiveness of these device structures depends on defect density, absorber thickness, ETL thickness, and ETL combination. With WS2, C60, PCBM, and TiO2, the device's power conversion efficiency (PCE) is 19.70%, 18.69%, 19.52%, and 19.65%, respectively. This research also highlights the impact of the absorber and HTL thickness. This investigation further included the analysis of the valence band offset (VBO) and conduction band offset (CBO). We also investigated the current density-voltage (J-V), quantum efficiency (QE), series and shunt resistance, capacitance-Mott-Schottky characteristics, and photocarrier generation-recombination rates and effective temperature. This study provides crucial structural design guidelines for a lead-free double perovskite device and highlights solar energy optoelectronic developments.

Formulation and Evaluation of Capsaicin Transemulgel for the Treatment of Arthritis

Capsaicin (CAP)is a non-narcotic analgesic and anti-inflammatory drug used to relieve pain and inflammation associated with rheumatoid arthritis. Transemulgel is a new approach with combination emulsion and gel base having special characteristics dual controlled release for the treatment of various conditions arthritis. The present research work, a novel transemulgel with CAP (F1-F6) was formulated by using different concentration of gellan gum (GG) and xanthan gum (XG) as gelling agents with oil in water emulsion base. No significant drug-excipient interactions were observed in FT-IR studies. To evaluate various characterizations of transemulgel such as pH, spreadability, viscosity, gelation time, drug content, Invitro drug release of gel was examined in phosphate buffer pH-7.4 by Franz diffusion cell technique. The optimized transemulgel of (F5) showed pH of 5.8 ± 0.52 and viscosity of2840 ± 0.65cps. The percentage of drug content in the formulated transemulgel (F1-F6) was observed in the range of 84 to 96%w/w respectively. The optimal transemulgel spreadability was found to be 22.23 ± 0.25g·cm/s. The percentage of cumulative drug release from the formulations (F1-F3) were found to be in the range between 72.85 to 62.18% w/w and the batches (F4-F6) were observed in the range 76.85 to 70.66%w/w at the end of 6h.By considering all the investigated data while increase in concentration of GG and XG were influenced rheological properties, drug content efficiency, the Invitro drug release of transemulgel. The present investigate suggest that the CAP loaded transemulgel can be a promising topical delivery to relieve pain, inflammation and provided greater bioavailability to improve therapy. CPR related injuries of the chest wall: direct and indirect fractures

BackgroundRib and sternum fractures are common injuries associated with cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR). The fracture mechanism is either direct by application of force on sternum and anterior ribs or indirect by bending through compression of the thorax. The aim of this study was to determine morphologies of rib fractures after CPR and to reevaluate prior findings on fracture localisation, type and degree of dislocation.MethodsThe present study was based on all inpatients treated for chest wall fractures after non traumatic cardiac arrest at a Level 1 Trauma Centre from 2010 to 2016 who had received CT scans. Each fracture was analyzed for location, degree of dislocation and fracture type classified according to AO/OTA and CWIS. We also analysed Fracture Line orientation.ResultsWe enrolled 40 patients with a total of 423 rib fractures. We found most fractures anterolaterally between the 3rd to 6th rib symmetrically on both sides of the thorax. We found sternum fractures in 30% of the patients, 50% being located at the at the corpus sterni between rib 3 and 4. All patients with sternum fractures suffered from rib fractures and most had fractures of the cartilage or osteochondral junction. All cartilage fractures were straight, undisplaced type A fractures. Most indirect fractures occurred anterolaterally between 50 and 60° in the axial plane. More than 90% of those fractures were classified as type A, 70% showed a straight fracture line and 60% were undisplaced. There was no difference in degree of dislocation between straight and oblique fracture lines. We found 143 incomplete fractures.ConclusionWe confirmed prior findings regarding fracture patterns in CPR related injuries. We observed approximately 2–3 times as many straight-lined fractures as oblique ones following indirect trauma. One third of all fractures are incomplete, these highlights the special characteristics like high elasticity of ribs.

Research on vehicle scheduling for forest fires in the northern Greater Khingan Mountains

In the face of forest fire emergencies, fast and efficient dispatching of rescue vehicles is an important means of mitigating the damage caused by forest fires, and is an effective method of avoiding secondary damage caused by forest fires, minimizing the damage caused by forest fires to the ecosystem, and mitigating the losses caused by economic development. this paper takes the actual problem as the starting point, constructs a reasonable mathematical model of the problem, for the special characteristics of the emergency rescue vehicle scheduling problem of forest fires, taking into account the actual road conditions in the northern pristine forest area, through the analysis of the cost of paths between the forest area and the highway, to obtain the least obstructed rescue paths, to narrow the gap between the theoretical model and the problem of the actual. Improvement of ordinary genetic algorithm, design of double population strategy selection operation, the introduction of chaotic search initialization population, to improve the algorithm’s solution efficiency and accuracy, through the northern pristine forest area of Daxing’anling real forest fire cases and generation of large-scale random fire point simulation experimental test to verify the effectiveness of the algorithm, to ensure that the effectiveness and reasonableness of the solution to the problem of forest fire emergency rescue vehicle scheduling program. It enriches the solution method of forest fire emergency rescue vehicle dispatching problem in Great Khingan area, which is of great significance to improve the emergency rescue capability in case of sudden forest fire. Through simulation experiments, the proposed Improved Genetic Algorithm (IGA) achieved an average rescue time reduction of 8.5% compared to conventional Genetic Algorithm (GA) and 3.5% compared to Improved Artificial Bee Colony (IABC) algorithm, with an average solution time of 9.4 ms.

DNA methylation-induced suppression of PRDM16 in colorectal cancer metastasis through the PPARγ/EMT pathway.

PR/SET domain 16 (PRDM16) is an important transcription factor in the differentiation process of brown adipocytes, which plays an important role in maintaining the special morphological characteristics and cellular function of brown adipocytes. However, the role of PRDM16 in human colorectal cancer (CRC) is currently unknown. Methylation sequencing, methylation-specific PCR (MSP), multiple bioinformatics analyses, Co-Immunoprecipitation (Co-IP) assay and Immunofluorescence (IF) staining, in vitro and in vivo functional experiments were performed to study the biological role of PRDM16 in CRC progression. Our study found that methylation level of PRDM16 was associated with CRC and lung metastasis of CRC by DNA methylation sequencing. Furthermore, we identified methylation sites within the promoter region of PRDM16. PRDM16 expression was significantly lower in human CRC tissue samples and dramatically associated with tumor size, T stage, overall survival rates and disease-free survival rates of CRC patients. Down-regulation of PRDM16 significantly promoted proliferation, migration, and invasion of CRC cells by regulating EMT pathway in vitro and in vivo. Decitabine which was a methylate inhibitor increased PRDM16 expression and inhibited CRC progression in vitro and in vivo. Further study showed that PRDM16 interacted with PPAR γ in nucleus and upregulated its expression in CRC. PPAR γ expression was lower in CRC tissues compared with the adjacent colorectal mucosal tissues. PPAR γ suppressed CRC progression including proliferation, colony formation, migration and invasion via EMT pathway, but not affect PRDM16 expression. Decitabine treatment could reverse the biological effects caused by PPAR γ down-regulation in CRC cells. Our study first shows that DNA methylation-mediated suppresser role of PRDM16 in CRC progression via PPAR γ/EMT pathway.

Cas12a is competitive for gene editing in the malaria parasites.

Malaria, caused by the Plasmodium parasites, has always been one of the worst infectious diseases that threaten human health, making it necessary for us to study the genetic function and physiological mechanisms of Plasmodium parasites from the molecular level to find more effective ways of addressing the increasingly pressing threat. The CRISPR (Clustered regularly interspaced short palindromic repeats)-Cas (CRISPR-associated protein) is an RNA-guided adaptive immune system, which has been extensively developed and used as a genome editing tool in many organisms, including Plasmodium parasites. However, due to the physiological characteristics and special genomic characteristics of Plasmodium parasites, most of the tools currently used for genome editing of Plasmodium parasites have not met expectations. CRISPR-Cas12a (also known as Cpf1), one of the CRISPR-Cas systems, has attracted considerable attention because of its characteristics of being used for biological diagnosis and multiple genome editing. Recent studies have shown that its unique properties fit the genetic makeup of Plasmodium parasites making it a promising tool for gene editing in these parasites. In this review, we have summarized the relevant content of the Cas12 family, especially the frequently used Cas12a, its advantages for gene editing, and the application prospects in Plasmodium parasites.

Molecular insights into the unique properties of the blood-circulating proteasome.

Proteasomes are essential for protein degradation and maintaining cellular balance, yet their roles in extracellular fluids are not well understood. Our study investigates the freely circulating proteasome in blood, to uncover its unique molecular characteristics, compared to its intracellular counterparts. Using a transgenic mouse model, mass spectrometry, and biochemical tools, we show that the predominant proteasome in serum is the free uncapped 20S particle, which seems to assemble intracellularly before entering the bloodstream. This serum proteasome is composed of constitutive and immuno subunits and exhibits all three catalytic activities. Moreover, the complex displays distinct post-translational modifications, indicating specialization for extracellular roles, as demonstrated by its enhanced caspase-like activity. We also found that physiological stress significantly upregulates serum 20S proteasome levels, paralleling human data. This research highlights the specialized characteristics of circulating proteasomes, offering new insights into protein turnover in the blood with significant implications for understanding proteostasis beyond the intracellular environment.

Application of ultra-high performance concrete in the marine environment

The development and utilization of marine resources are becoming the focus of all countries. However, the special characteristics of the marine environment pose severe durability challenges to traditional concrete materials. Ultra-high performance concrete (UHPC) has gradually been widely used in marine engineering due to its excellent durability and corrosion resistance. This paper discusses the basic concept of UHPC and its mechanism of action, evaluates its current application in marine engineering, and analyzes the challenges of its application in the marine environment. On this basis, this paper looks forward to the future development direction of UHPC in marine engineering, pointing out that with the progress of material science and construction technology, UHPC will play a greater role in the research and development of new types of structures and the improvement of construction technology, and promote its wide application in marine engineering.

Thermal enhancement using variable characteristics and tripartite diffusion features of solar aircraft wings in context of Reiner-Philippoff hybrid nanofluid passing through a parabolic trough solar collector

The application of solar energy to manufacturing processes and thermal power has changed dramatically. This time, the analysis of solar radiation and the possible combination of solar radiation and nanotechnology to increase the efficiency of solar-powered aircraft becomes a significant area of research. Solar-thermal applications often use parabolic trough solar collectors (PTSCs) to achieve high temperatures. This is a theoretical study that discuss the effects of hybrid nano-solid particles on the parabolic trough’s surface collector which is located inside the solar aircraft wings. For this investigation, the non-Newtonian Reiner-Philippoff model; a renowned and cutting-edge type of thermally efficient fluid as well as the stability triple diffusive boundary layer natural convective flow contained in a Darcy-Forchheimer porous medium have been taken into consideration. To verify the thermophysical behavior of the suggested model, unique hybrid nanoparticles copper along with zirconium dioxide with engine oil as base fluid (Cu+ZrO2/EO) has been added to the solar aircraft wings to improve the heat transfer performance. Scientists are currently investigating how to use solar radiation and nanotechnology to increase aircraft manufacturing. To investigate the phenomenon of heat transfer rate, a hybrid nanofluid stream is traveling in the direction of a parabolic-shaped trough found inside solar airplane wings. Solar thermal radiation was the term used to describe the heat transfer process. Heat source/sink phenomena, various slip boundary conditions, thermal radiative, chemical reaction, variable thermal conductivity, and variable molecular diffusivity are some of the special characteristics that are taken into account while assessing the heat transfer efficiency of airplane wings. With the utilization of the appropriate similarity transformations, partial diferential equations that represent the mathematical model can be decreased to ordinary diferential equations. To address the obtained dimensionless ordinary diferential equations, MATLAB’s Lobatto IIIA numerical technique was employed. By comparing the obtained results with the current literature, the credibility of the numerical results is ascertained. It’s vital to remember that velocity reduces as the Bingham number parameter increases. Elevation of thermal radiation enhances the functionality of aircraft wings that are exposed to heat transfer. Moreover, the rate of heat transfer is enhanced by positive variations in heat source and thermal conductivity effects.

A Study on the Application of Data Mining-based Crime Prediction Models in Criminal Justice

With the social progress and technological development, China’s criminal activities gradually show the characteristics of specialization, networking, and hotspotting, which leads to the phenomenon of high incidence but low detection rate, and the prediction of the criminal phenomenon is particularly important. In this paper, we construct a graph self-encoder, and derive the formula of the GAE loss function from the corresponding reconstructed neighbor matrix and node feature loss function of GAE. The spatial channel attention mechanism is introduced to improve the performance of the model, and the time window dimension is mapped to the perceptual self-attention module, and the objective function is constructed by generating a collection of crime matrices for future time windows. A multi-raster layer analysis model is added to optimize the model, generate a risk map of criminal activities, quantify the risk value of each element, and form a spatio-temporal prediction effect. Comparison experiments are used to analyze the optimization effect of the model, and the absolute error of the optimized model is no more than 0.05 for four types of cases. The prediction results of the cases of property invasion in different time periods show that the number of cases occurring in the early hours of the morning is 508, and the average PEI index is 0.19, which is smaller compared with other time periods.

두 지역의 IB 인증학교와 IB 후보학교 근무 경험에 대한 자문화 기술지 연구: 세 가지 측면의 갈등을 중심으로

This study aims to provide an understanding of how the introduction of the International Baccalaureate (IB) Primary Years Programme affects the operation of the curriculum and teachers’ lives through the experience of one teacher. The researcher worked as an elementary school teacher at an IB world school and IB candidate schools in different regions. The autoethnographic research method was applied to reveal the researcher’s unique experience and explore its meaning, and conflicts were described with a focus on three aspects: relational, structural, and internal conflicts. First, the researcher experienced relational conflict, wherein teachers competed with or were alienated from each other depending on their expected roles in the IB school. Second, the researcher experienced structural conflict that arose from the formation of different commun ities between schools depending on the IB accreditation stage. Third, the researcher experienced internal conflict because of the burden of having to inform and persuade about the effectiveness of the IB along with the desire to be recognized as an IB education expert. On the other hand, the researcher experienced that the special characteristics of elementary schools can be expressed by restructuring the curriculum centered on transdisciplinary topics, which increased the actual cooperation of teachers and improved the quality of education. Therefore, indicators for teachers to develop their professionalism and a practical system for managing the quality of school education should be established.

Review of research on the vibration and buckling of functionally graded spherical shells

Spherical shells are important components in many aerospace and engineering structures. A functionally graded material (FGM) spherical shell can have its material distribution varied with the change of the radius direction, which can enhance the bearing capacity and the stability of the thin-walled shells. However, due to the special geometric characteristics of the spherical shell, the simplicity of its geometry will lead to great complexity in its vibration and buckling analysis processes. This paper mainly reviews the previous analytical and numerical research on the vibration and buckling of the FGM spherical shell. The shell's middle plane equilibrium equations are derived from plate theory. The Galerkin method, the Ritz method, the power series solution method, and other methods are introduced to carry out the vibration and buckling analysis. The frequencies, mode shapes, and the critical buckling load of the FGM spherical shells, which are under various boundary conditions and external pressure.

This paper deals with the education of prisoners in penal institutions. Prisoners are a vulnerable group with some special additional characteristics. While the existing legal framework provides for and strengthens training programs, unfortunately many similar efforts encounter serious difficulties. An adult educator has to overcome a series of obstacles and develop special techniques in order to be able to offer them the inalienable good of education, either in the form of basic knowledge or in the form of vocational training. The essential value of education in prison is emphasized as perhaps the basic resource that can disengage prisoners from the vicious cycle of incarceration and also offer an alternative to the problems that they experience every day.

There has been growing needs to encourage competing thoughts, debates, cooperation and research works that support critical thoughts, ideas, concepts, approaches, doctrines, and philosophies on development of education in Mongolia.Nowadays, system inquiry is often regarded as systematic approach for educational development. System inquiry consists of three inter-related components including system theory, system philosophy, and system approach. System philosophy explains the universe from system view and employs system thinking as an approach to theoretical and real life problems.Itgel and his colleagues (2018, 2023, 2024) published serial articles, which put forward solutions to develop education in system approach. One of the main findings of these articles identified Mongolian education vision, values, learners’ profile employing qualitative and quantitative approach. Hence, the current article attempts to give a philosophical explanation to the above-mentioned findings. We Mongolians place greater emphasis on the beginning and root of anything as we attempt to identify its true meaning and nature. This can be easily observed in our language, culture and way of thinking. As it is traced back to the beginning of philosophy, we can find three concepts namely “ethos, eidos, praxis”.This study identified 47 possibilities for interactions of these three concepts. As it is conceptually mapped, “Mongolian education vision” can be coined as “ethos”, “Mongolian education values” can be coined as “eidos” and Mongolian learners’ profile can be coined as “praxis” as they are structured to contain one another. Although Mongolian education vision, values, and learners’ profile are identified having their own special characteristics, they are exactly consistent with the topological structure of the global education paradigm. Finally, the article offers three possibilities to expand the ideas of this study.
