Design of Mobile-Based HR Management Application in Pekanbaru Army Hospital

Pekanbaru Army Hospital as a health institution that has a strategic role in health services for military personnel and the people of Pekanbaru city still faces challenges in carrying out human resource management (HRM). This research aims to build a mobile-based medical HR management application using Flutter technology. This software development applies the Rapid Application Development (RAD) methodology which allows application development to be carried out in stages and iteratively, focusing on speed and flexibility, and for application testing using the black box testing method. This research produces a mobile-based HR management application with location-based online attendance features, medical performance monitoring for medical clusters, online leave applications, and e-file management. This application has been tested with Blackbox Test to ensure all functionality runs well and as expected. User Acceptable Test also shows that this application gets a satisfaction percentage of 84%, so it can be concluded that this application can be well received by users and is suitable for use.

Improving the Functionality of the Electronic Health Record System through the Development of the Anesthesia Module

Background: With the advancement of healthcare technology, the use of Electronic Health Records (EHR) has become more effective, providing benefits such as cost reduction, improved healthcare quality, and enhanced data recording and mobility. To remain effective, EHRs must meet requirements such as data completeness, failure resilience, high availability, and security. Pekanbaru army hospital has adopted EHR since 2022 for several main services, except for the anesthesia service. The anesthesia service still uses paper records, which are inefficient and lag behind other services. The anesthesia process, involving extensive information and coordination, greatly requires an EHR system. The development of an anesthesia module is expected to facilitate anesthesiologists and nurse anesthetists in managing patient medical information and assist in the execution of surgical procedures. Objective: This study aims to improve the functionality of the electronic health record system (EHRS) in managing medical records in the anesthesia installation service by developing an anesthesia module at the Pekanbaru Army Hospital. Method: The software development methodology used in this research is Agile Methodology where the process of analyzing user needs, collecting data, implementing the system, and evaluating and validating the system. Result: The Anesthesia Module that has been built has various features including: anesthesia patient registration, pre-anesthesia patient data recording, anesthesia induction, post-anesthesia, anesthesia reports, and integration with laboratory and radiology systems. Through testing carried out with the black box test technique, 98% of the system functionality runs well and with the user acceptance test technique, 94% of the system functionality can be accepted by users.

Development of Electronic Health Record System for Mobile-Based Medical Service Application in Pekanbaru Military Hospital

Pekanbaru Military Hospital has implemented an Electronic Health Record System to improve the health service system to patients. Currently, the registration process available at the hospital is still offline, this will cause a buildup of waiting time due to patients who arrive at the same time in the morning. In addition, the absence of information regarding the ongoing queue at the polyclinic causes patients to not know the queue number at the polyclinic where the patient is treated. This research aims to develop a multiplatform mobile-based medical service application using Flutter technology. The software development methodology used in this research is Rapid Application Development (RAD) where the development process is carried out in stages and iteratively, with a focus on speed and flexibility. The testing technique is carried out using the Black Box Testing method to ensure that all application functionality runs according to predetermined specifications and the User Acceptance Test technique to evaluate the extent to which this application can be accepted and used by users. The result of this research is a multiplatform mobile-based medical service application with several features including: online registration for polyclinic services, polyclinic running queue information for patients to find out the queue number and estimated waiting time, visit history for presenting service history information and patient medical resumes, and running bill info for providing general patient transaction information during inpatient services. Black Box Testing results show that all functionality runs well and as expected. The results of testing with the User Acceptance Test show that this application gets a satisfaction percentage of 84%, which indicates that this application can be well received by users and is suitable for use.

PPH 21 Tax Calculation Application for Permanent Employees at The Bandung Regency Fire Service

This study aims to create a software application that can accurately compute PPh 21 (income tax) for full-time employees at the Bandung Regency Fire Department. The development process will utilize an Object-Oriented Analysis and Design (OOAD) System Development approach. The primary aim of this study is to mechanize the computation of PPh 21 in compliance with relevant tax statutes while streamlining tax and payroll administration at the organization. The development methodology comprises five primary phases: requirements analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and assessment. During the requirements analysis phase, data is gathered through interviews, observations, and literature research to comprehend the system's functional and non-functional requirements. The system design step entails developing a system architectural design that includes class, use case, and interaction diagrams to guarantee that the system fulfills the given requirements. Implementation involves creating program code based on the design and integrating system components. The testing phase encompasses unit, integration, system, and acceptance testing to verify that the system operates as intended and is error-free. The evaluation phase incorporates the participation of end users to gather input on the system's usability, efficiency, and precision and introduce enhancements prior to its complete implementation. The research findings demonstrate that using this internet-based application can enhance the effectiveness and precision of tax computations, mitigate the likelihood of data loss, and facilitate heightened job efficiency at the Bandung Regency Fire Department. This application is anticipated to favorably impact tax and payroll management at the agency while also enhancing the quality of public services through digitalization and technological innovation.

Development of Electronic Health Record System Functionality through the Creation of a Central Surgery Module

With the advancement of health technology, the use of Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems has become crucial in improving the efficiency and quality of services in various hospital units. However, the adoption of EHR systems is still uneven, especially in developing countries, including Indonesia. At the Pekanbaru Military Hospital, several departments have successfully implemented EHR systems, but the surgical department still uses a paper-based system for medical record keeping. Challenges faced include a lack of infrastructure and technical support. Therefore, the development of a central surgery module within the EHR system at Pekanbaru Military Hospital is necessary to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of medical record-keeping. This study aims to enhance the functionality of the EHR system in managing medical records in the surgical department by developing a central surgery module at the Pekanbaru Military Hospital. The software development methodology used in this study is the Agile model, which includes user requirements analysis, data collection, system implementation, as well as evaluation and validation. The Central Surgery Module that has been developed includes various features such as patient registration for surgery, recording of pre-operative, intra-operative, and post-operative patient data, surgical reports, and integration with laboratory and radiology systems. Through testing conducted using the black box testing technique, the results showed that 93.48% of the system functionality worked well, and using the User Acceptance Testing technique, it was found that 92.5% of the system functionality was acceptable to users.

Gaya Hidup, Persepsi, dan Pengaruhnya Terhadap Keputusan Penggunaan E-Wallet (Studi Pada Mahasiswa Prodi Ekonomi Syariah IAIN Kediri Angkatan 2019-2022)

This study evaluates the influence of lifestyle and perception on the decision to use the electronic wallet ShopeePay among students of Islamic Business 2019-2022 IAIN Kediri. Quantitative methods are used with a population of 642 students. In this study, 215 respondents were selected through purposive sampling. The analysis conducted includes descriptive statistical tests, instrument tests, classical acceptance tests, multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis tests. The results show that lifestyle has a positive influence of 0.320 on the decision to use the ShopeePay e-wallet. Perceptions also have a positive influence on the decision to use the ShopeePay e-wallet (0.838). The T-test shows that lifestyle has a significant influence on the decision to use the ShopeePay e-wallet, with a t-value of 3.311, which is greater than the t-table of 1.971. In addition, the Pearson correlation value between lifestyle and the decision to use the ShopeePay e-wallet is 0.607. The effect of lifestyle on the use of ShopeePay wallets shows a strong correlation (r = 0.723, t = 9.098> t-table = 1.971). The effect of perception on the decision to use ShopeePay e-wallet is significant (p <0.05) among 2019-2022 Islamic economics students. Based on the determination analysis, lifestyle and perception have a significant influence on the decision to use the ShopeePay e-wallet at 54.6%. The remaining 45.4% is influenced by other variables not investigated in this study.

What Are the Sensory Attributes Associated with Consumer Acceptance of Yellow Oyster Mushrooms (Pleurotus citrinopileatus)?

The oyster mushroom is cultivated globally, renowned for its unique texture and umami flavor, as well as its rich content of nutrients and functional ingredients. This study aims to identify the descriptive sensory characteristics, assess the consumer acceptability of new superior lines and cultivars of yellow oyster mushrooms, in addition to exploring the relationship between these descriptive characteristics and consumer acceptability. Statistical analyses were performed using one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA), principal component analysis (PCA), and partial least squares regression (PLSR). Twenty attributes were delineated, including three related to appearance/color (gray, yellow, and white), four associated with the smell/odor of fresh mushroom (oyster mushroom, woody, fishy, and seafood smells), three pertaining to the smell/odor of cooked mushrooms (mushroom, umami, and savory smells), four describing flavor/taste (sweet, salty, umami, and savory tastes), and five for texture/mouthfeel (chewy, smooth, hard, squishy, and slippery textures). Consumer acceptability tests involved 100 consumers who evaluated overall liking, appearance, overall taste, sweetness, texture, savory taste, MSG taste, smell, color, purchase intention, and recommendation. The general oyster mushroom (548 samples) scored highest in acceptability. Seven attributes, namely fresh mushroom smell, seafood smell (fresh), fishy smell (fresh), umami smell (cooked), nutty smell (cooked), salty taste, and MSG taste with the exception of appearance showed significant differences among samples (p < 0.001). The three yellow oyster mushroom samples were strongly associated with attributes like hardness, softness (texture), sweet taste (745 samples), MSG taste, salty taste, squishy texture, and fishy smell (483 and 629 samples). The development of sensory lexicons and increasing consumer acceptance of new superior lines and cultivars of yellow oyster mushroom will likely enhance sensory quality and expand the consumer market, aligning with consumer needs and preferences.

Study of Pineapple Juice Addition Towards Physicochemical Characteristics and Consumer Acceptability of Soyghurt

Purpose: This study aims to analyze the effect of adding pineapple juice at different concentrations on the viscosity, total solids, total dissolved solids, color, and consumer acceptance of soygurt. Methodology: A Completely Randomized Design (CRD) was used in this study, with the independent variable being the variation in the concentration of added pineapple juice (0%, 5%, 10%, 15%). Results: The results show that viscosity, total solids, total dissolved solids, and color are significantly influenced by the addition of pineapple juice. Findings: The consumer acceptance test indicated that the treatment with 10% pineapple juice had the best organoleptic value and was well accepted by consumers, with an average score of 4.11. Novelty: This research explores the enhancement of soygurt by adding pineapple juice, a novel approach to improving its taste and consumer appeal. Originality: The study provides a detailed analysis of the physicochemical and sensory characteristics of soygurt enhanced with pineapple juice. Conclusions: Adding pineapple juice to soygurt significantly improves its viscosity, total solids, total dissolved solids, and color, with 10% being the most favorable concentration for consumer acceptance. Test of Acceptance and Iron Content of Dimsum "Lori" as an Alternative Snack to Prevent Anemia in Adolescent Girls

Anemia is a problem today, if it’s not treated it will have a bad effect. Anemia can be prevented by consuming animal protein foods that are high iron content, namely anchovies with a content of 3.9mg/100g and vegetables that have a high in iron content, namely Moringa leaves. The aim is to determine the acceptability and iron levels of Dimsum Lori as an alternative snack to prevent anemia for Adolescents Girls. Methods, experimental research. There are 3 formulations, namely the formulation ratio between chicken meat: anchovy: moringa leaf flour, namely 100g:0g:0g, 0g:97g:3g, 0g:94g:6g. Acceptance test as many as 25 people, somewhat trained category. Test for iron levels, ICP-OES method. Data analysis technique, Kruskal Wallis statistical test and continued with the Man Whitney test. Research results, acceptability test F1; 3.86 (likes), F2; 3.37 (likes), and F3; 3.03 (regular). The results of the iron content test of the control formulation; 1.96mg/100g. Meanwhile, the most preferred formulation; 2.32mg/100g. In conclusion, the dimsum treatment formulation meets the needs of Fe in one snack of 2.3mg (F2); 2.5mg (F3) of the RDA requirement for Adolescents Girls for one snack of 1.27mg.

Acceptance Testing of Sate Lilit PAHU (Patin Fish and Tofu) Modification According to Infant and Child Feeding Principles as an Alternative to Prevent Stunting

Stunting for children under the age of 5 years is caused by long-term protein deficiency and it is a public health problem in Indonesia. Patin fish is rich in protein, selenium and taurine, which help stimulate the growth and development of children. The aim of study was to assess the acceptability of thigh skewers (made with Patin fish and tofu) as a potential alternative to prevent stunting in infants and children, based on the principles of proper nutrition. Experimental study was conducted on a control group and three treatment groups. Organoleptic test was conducted among 25 panelists by using indicators of color, taste, aroma and texture. The average distribution of formulas for SLT 0 (3.73), SLT 1 (3.91), SLT 2 (3.57), SLT 3 (2.85). The most preferred formula was SLT 1. The SLT 1 consisted of 70 grams of Patin fish and 30 grams of tofu. The protein content of one serving of Sate wrapped around the thigh (Patin fish and tofu) is adequate to meet the protein requirements of toddlers. It providing 7.55 g of protein per snack, with a protein energy ratio of 24.61% and energy density of 3.62.

Analisis Website Siakad Universitas Janabadra Menggunakan Metode UAT

This research aims to comprehensively investigate and analyze the Janabadra University Academic Information System (Siakad) Website by applying the UAT (User Acceptance Testing) Method. This method is used as a framework to evaluate the level of user satisfaction with various aspects of the functionality, security, reliability and responsiveness of the Siakad website. The research involved collecting data through various approaches, including participant observation, in-depth interviews with active Siakad users, and distributing structural questionnaires. The results of an in-depth analysis of the usability dimensions include navigation, information structure, and user interface, while the security and reliability dimensions highlight aspects of data security and system availability. Website responsiveness is also analyzed to ensure optimal accessibility. The findings of this study provide a detailed picture of the strengths and potential for improvement in Siakad. The implications of the findings can serve as a basis for decision makers and developers to make specific improvements, ensuring that Siakad not only meets user expectations but also adheres to high security and performance standards. This study makes a significant contribution in the context of developing academic information systems in higher education institutions, illustrating the importance of the UAT Method approach as an effective evaluation tool. The findings of this research provide a detailed picture of the strengths and potential for improvement in Siakad. Accuracy and Functionality of Select Continuous Glucose Monitoring Systems Are Not Impacted by Implantable Cardioverter Defibrillator Devices.

Increasing numbers of individuals with diabetes are adopting use of continuous glucose monitoring (CGM) in their daily self-management. Many of these individuals have advanced heart disease. Implantable cardioverter defibrillator (ICD) devices can effectively reduce arrhythmic death and all-cause mortality in individuals with advanced heart disease. However, the potential impact of ICD devices on CGM system accuracy and functionality has not been well studied. This evaluation assessed whether FreeStyle Libre (FL) CGM systems can coexist and function within the same patient in the presence of wireless interference devices, including current ICD devices. Interferer sources included Wi-Fi devices, Bluetooth devices, cellular mobile devices, implantable medical devices, Bluetooth Low-Energy (BLE) devices, BLE accessory devices and BLE mobile devices, and ICD-programmer interferers. Five testing methodologies were used to evaluate the accuracy and functionality of the CGM systems when exposed to ICD functions: high-energy emergency shocking, pacing modes, anti-tachycardia pacing mode (ATP), and DC Fibber mode. All acceptance criteria and testing requirements were met for the CGM and ICD system for wireless coexistence evaluation. Our findings demonstrated that coexisting ICD devices and FL CGM systems provide safe and effective wireless communications with functional and accurate transfer of data during scenarios expected in clinical use.

Technological and sensory characteristics in development of innovative symbiotic boneless dry-cured lamb meat snack

Novel shelf-stable and high-protein meat products that are affordable, convenient, and healthy are hot topic in current food innovation trends. To offer technological databases for developing new functional lamb meat products, this study aimed to evaluate the technological and sensory aspects of dry-cured lamb meat snacks incorporated with the probiotic culture Lactobacillus paracasei and the prebiotic lactulose. Four formulations were analyzed: control (without prebiotic or probiotic); PREB (with 2% lactulose); PROB (with 107 CFU/g of L. paracasei); and SYMB (with 2% lactulose and 107 CFU/g of L. paracasei). Fitted curves revealed that weight-loss behavior during snack ripening was not affected (P > 0.05) by treatments. Snack moisture, water activity, pH, titratable acidity, lipid oxidation, and residual nitrite were affected (P < 0.05) only by ripening time. The target probiotic strain stood out against competitive flora and was detected at 107 CFU/g in the snack-supplemented formulations (PROB and SYMB). In snacks supplemented with prebiotics (PREB and SYMB), the lactulose content was maintained at 2.17%. Significant differences were not observed in the chemical composition, texture profiles, and CIE color indices between the proposed functional snacks and the control. In addition to texture, flavor, and overall impression evaluation, only color attributes were positively impacted (P < 0.05) in the acceptance and multiple comparison tests against the control. The proposed formulation and bench process parameters produced potential nutritionally and sensory-appreciated, microbiologically stable, and safe (multi-hurdle perspective) functional high-protein restructured lamb snacks.

Data collection method using interviews and the study of literature. Research results of a web application system that has an alternative menu, criteria, subcriteria, rating match and results. Smart decision support system based on black box testing and user acceptance testing successfully shows menus according to land criteria that will be used according to stakeholder needs.

Development of an Application for The Management of ZISWAF at LazNas PHR

The advancement of information technology has revolutionized the way institions and agencies operate. To keep up this progress, LazNas PHR needed to develop an application for ZISWaf Management. The conventional reception process was inefficient and did not use the internet, resulting in delayed reports and distributions. A website based ZISWaf management application was created to streamline the acceptance, data collection, distribution, and report generation process. The development process included needs analysis, design, development, testing and conclusion drawing. The application was developed using the single-page application system development method and was tested through user acceptance tests. Results of the tests showed positive evolution, indicating that the application successfully assisted officers in managing the ZISWaf. Application has successfully integrated the use of information technology into the management of ZISWaf at LazNas PHR, contributing to the advancement and modernization of the institution

One-Stop-Shop Cancer Screening Clinic: Acceptability Testing.

Cancer screenings aid in the early detection of cancer and can help reduce cancer-related mortality. The current model of care for cancer screening is often siloed, based on the targeted cancer site. We tested the acceptability of a new model of care, called the One-Stop-Shop Cancer Screening Clinic, that centralizes cancer screenings and offers patients the option to complete all their recommended cancer screenings within one to two visits. We administered surveys to 59 community members and 26 healthcare providers to gather feedback about the One-Stop-Shop model of care. Both community members and providers identified potential benefits (e.g., decreased patient burden, increased completion of cancer screenings) and also potential challenges (e.g., challenges with workflow and timing of care) of the model of care. The results of the study support the acceptability of the model of care. Of the community members surveyed, 89.5% said, if offered, they would be interested in participating in the One-Stop-Shop Cancer Screening Clinic. Future studies are needed to formally evaluate the impact and cost effectiveness of the One-Stop-Shop Cancer Screening Clinic.

Nutritional Content and Acceptability of Vegetable Sausage as an Alternative Source of Protein and Fiber

Nutrition problems in Indonesia are still relatively high. SSGI results (2021) show that malnutrition is 17.1% and stunting is 24.4%. Lack of food consumption, especially protein, is one of the causes. Utilization of tofu dregs is still very low, as is banana blossom. Tofu dregs and banana blossoms have quite a high protein and fiber content. Tofu dregs and banana blossoms have the potential to become a high-nutrient food product that is suitable for consumption and has economic value. This research is a follow-up research from organoleptic tests, finding that vegetable sausages have organoleptic qualities that are no less than commercial sausages. This research aims to conduct laboratory tests for protein and fiber content and tests for the acceptability of vegetable sausages. This type of research is experimental, by design of two groups with control. Test acceptability with the method Visual Comstock by looking at leftovers. The acceptability test was conducted on 51 children in grades IV and V at SDN Pamitran-Cirebon who met the screening criteria. The treatment group consisted of 24 children, and the control group consisted of 27 children. Sample assignment was carried out randomly. Analysis of crude protein content using the IK-03/LAKP/SOP.10 method. Analysis of oil fiber content IK-13/LAKP/SOP.10. Analysis of the difference in receptivity test using the t-test of unpaired data. The research results showed that the protein content of vegetable sausages was (7.54%), slightly lower than commercial sausages (9.29%). The crude fiber content of vegetable sausages (3.48%) is higher than commercial sausages (2.10%). Vegetable sausages have the same acceptability as commercial sausages, with a good acceptability value of 100%. It has been proven that vegetable sausages can be used as an alternative food source of high protein and fiber at a relatively cheaper price.

Development of Plant-Based Burger Patties Using Vegan Staples Like Tofu and Tempeh: An Exploration Study Among the Young Adults

ABSTRACT This study aims to develop plant-based burger patties using tofu and tempeh with young adults as the targeted consumers. Samples consisted of different amount of tofu and tempeh were formulated with chicken breast meat as the control. All samples were subjected to consumer acceptance tests and physical and proximate analyses. Results show that panelists preferred patties with tofu to tempeh formulated at a 70:30 ratio. The plant-based patties and meat control had significantly different (p < 0.05) proximate composition from each other, with a notably high calcium content present in the plant-based sample. Sensory acceptance test showed that the developed plant-based burger patties were less appreciated than meat control by the consumers in overall acceptability, which can be alleviated through communication on the sustainability and health benefits.

Comparison Between Usability and User Acceptance Testing on Educational Game Assessment

User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Usability Testing are two methods commonly used in evaluating software or systems. UAT is concerned with overall system acceptance, while Usability Testing is specifically aimed at assessing the user's experience in interacting with the product. These two testing methods play an important role in ensuring the quality and user satisfaction of software and systems. Including being used to evaluate the Little Panda's Forest Animals game against 106 respondents consisting of two different campuses. The purpose of this research is to see the comparison between Usability Testing and User Acceptance Testing. With the research stages of literature review, questionnaire creation, data collection, data processing, and conclusions. The results of data processing show that there are differences in results where Usability Testing gets a lower score than User Acceptance Testing. Usability Testing results received an assessment range of 65 - 84 with the Usability statement being acceptable to users, while User Acceptance Testing received a range of 81% - 100% with the score interpretation criteria being very good.
