RISK-ORIENTED APPROACH TO THE ASSESSMENT OF WORKING CONDITIONS OF WORKERS WITH INCREASED THERMAL EXPOSURE

Problem statement. The issue of studying the working conditions of workers with increased heat exposure is considered. Diseases provoked by harmful working conditions have a rather long incubation period, so their manifestation is not always easy to recognize and there are difficulties in establishing the root cause of occupational disease. The purpose of the article. Development and implementation of risk assessment methodology based on the joint action of harmful and hazardous industrial factors and regularities of their intensity decrease with distance from the source. Methodology. The impact of occupational and heterogeneous industrial factors on the employee's health, taking into account the time of action and the impact of their joint action in quantitative form, can be fairly objectively assessed on the basis of the Weber-Fechner law through the calculation of the integral index of potential risk. Structural analysis was used to determine the structure and causes of occupational diseases. Correlation analysis was carried out to find out the nature of relationships between the levels of influence of factors of the industrial environment to assess the conditions and nature of labor at the workplaces of workers, at whose workplaces the increased thermal stress was installed. Probabilistic-statistical methods were used for data processing - to determine the algorithm of transformation of environmental parameters into an indicator of occupational risk for workers with harmful working conditions. Development of a model for determining the zones of transformation of occupational risk through mutual influence on the industrial risk of the processing of research results needed the application of formalization methods. A software system for the formation of aggregated for multivariate analysis of information was used, which made it possible to build a three-dimensional model of changes in the values of the indicator of occupational risk in the space between the workplaces of employees located in the welding department. Scientific novelty. The applied risk-oriented approach using the methods of occupational and industrial risk assessment for electric welders' workplaces allows to take into account the harm to the worker's organism from the factors of the industrial environment. The established regularities allow to determine the zones of transformation of occupational risk through mutual influence into production risk, which is the justification of measures to reduce injuries and occupational diseases. Practical value. On the example of labor conditions at the workplaces of electric welders the methodology of risk assessment is developed and tested taking into account the joint action of harmful and hazardous industrial factors and regularities of their intensity decrease with distance from the source. The given risk-oriented approach allows to fulfill all the requirements and recommendations set forth in ISO 45001: its application to the working conditions of workers of hot professions (welders) allows to carry out a quantitative assessment of occupational and industrial risk at their workplaces, in particular for preparation for certification under ISO 45001. Conclusions. An effective tool for theoretical analysis of pollution zones formed during an extreme situation at gas stations has been created. The results of computational experiments are presented. The methodology of risk assessment based on the fundamental Weber-Fechner law for objective assessment of the impact of occupational and heterogeneous industrial factors on the employee's health in quantitative form through the calculation of the integral index (potential risk), which will allow to assess the working conditions at workplaces and objectively determine the class of working conditions, has been developed and implemented.

Specialists Training for the Radiation Type of Non-Destructive Testing Based on Digital Technologies

The purpose of research is the development of application software, including VR-technologies, to increase the number of trained specialists in radiation type of nondestructive testing by reducing the per capita load on radiographic laboratories while maintaining the amount of practical training, acquired competencies and formed relevant professional skills.Methods. Prerequisites for virtualization of the process of training specialists in nondestructive testing of structural materials and fabricated products are defined. The main factors of demand for industrial radiography simulator in relation to the practical part of the educational cycle on radiation type of nondestructive testing are considered. As a result of the analysis the most significant aspects of practical training, available for their virtual realization, are singled out. The results of software implementation of mathematical models of physical and physicochemical processes of ionizing radiation, attenuation and absorption of penetrating radiation within the scope of digital twin of radiographic image generation as a result of simulation of the technological process of radiation type of nondestructive testing are presented.Results. Performed practical implementation of didactic materials in the form of hardware and software VR-simulator as part of digital educational environment to solve the problems of training, retraining, preparation for certification of personnel and providing admission of specialists to work on radiation type of nondestructive testing at facilities. Physical and technological aspects are analyzed, modeling, algorithmization and software implementation of VR-simulator are performed. A comprehensive approach to the creation of a learning environment with the use of digital technologies is presented. Considered are the main components, their goals and objectives. The structure of a practical lesson and illustrations of the training process in a virtual environment are given. The results of approbation of training programs with integration of classes in VR-simulator of industrial radiography have shown that the total time of practice of trainees increases by 40-55% with simultaneous reduction of per capita radiographic laboratory load by more than 25%. The main directions of development and scaling of software and hardware solution using VR-technologies are given.Conclusion. The developed and tested hardware-software solution together with the results of scientific research suggests the possibility of application and development directions of the digital educational system with VR-environment. The proposed approach application will allow to reduce environmental and biomedical risks by reducing the requirements to safety of training with the use of software and hardware solution. Automation of testing task generation and knowledge control procedures on the basis of software tools and mathematical models application, including methods of artificial intelligence, will allow to achieve training term reduction and will contribute to further increase in the number of trained specialists in various types and methods of nondestructive testing. With the functional capabilities expansion and evolutionary development of hardware-software solution (industrial radiography simulator) on the basis of unified modular approach, software libraries and hardware-software interfaces, virtual simulator simplifies organization of the process of specialists training and knowledge control. Practical value of the digital virtual environment (VR-environment) development is revealed due to the transfer and scaling of the obtained hardware-software solution to other types and methods of nondestructive testing according to GOST R 56542-2019 " Non-destructive testing. Landscape of board certification preparation in pharmacy residency programs

AbstractIntroductionBoard certification among pharmacists is increasing in prevalence, accompanying expanded practice opportunities and exam availability to broader specialty areas. Residency training is one common prerequisite for board certification. Although there are documented benefits, board certification preparation (BCP) has yet to be evaluated among the American Society of Health System Pharmacists (ASHP)‐accredited residency programs.ObjectivesThe objectives of this study were to determine the status of BCP among ASHP‐accredited residency programs and corresponding attitudes of residency program directors (RPDs) regarding BCP.MethodsThis study is a mixed methods cross‐sectional survey of RPDs from United States (US) states. Eligible RPDs were identified through the ASHP residency directory. A 33‐item survey was developed in REDCap® and distributed via email. Those with missing or invalid emails were excluded. The survey was open for 6 weeks and responses were anonymous. Descriptive statistics were applied for data evaluation.ResultsOf the 1601 RPDs emailed, 360 survey responses were received, a 23.3% response rate when excluding invalid email addresses. Among the survey respondents, 313 (86.9%) were board certified. Respondents served as RPDs of Postgraduate Year One (PGY1) (175, 48.6%) or Postgraduate Year Two (PGY2) (177, 49.2%) programs. Structured BCP was offered by 33 (9.2%) programs and 49 (13.6%) financially support residents' BCP. Among programs that offer structured preparation, 12 (36.4%) use institution‐specific materials. Among programs that do not currently offer BCP, 142 (57.3%) indicated they were “somewhat” or “very” interested in implementation, identifying the top barriers as cost and time.ConclusionsA small proportion of programs offer structured BCP, although interest appears high among RPDs to consider implementation. The likelihood of implementation would presumably increase if associated barriers were addressed. Further qualitative evaluation may assist interested programs in efficient, cost‐effective implementation of BCP through institution‐specific or commercially available products.

This paper aims to understand the important role of lecturer certification in improving the performance and professionalism of lecturers at the Tabgha Theological College Batam. Lecturer performance is the output of the process carried out by the lecturer through work presentations, work implementation, work achievements, work results and work performance. Lecturer certification is a relevant instrument for assessing the professionalism of lecturers in order to determine the eligibility of lecturers, protect the teaching profession as agents of learning in tertiary institutions, and improve educational processes and outcomes to support the realization of national education goals. Lecturer performance can be seen from his enthusiasm in carrying out the duties of higher education tridarma assigned to him. This research uses qualitative and quantitative approaches by collecting data through surveys, interviews, and document analysis related to preparation for lecturer certification. It is hoped that the results of this research can provide valuable insights for other higher education institutions in an effort to improve the quality and professionalism of lecturers.

Interdisciplinary integration in the context of preparation for the license exam

Higher-educational institutions have the task of preparing innovatively trained specialists who can ensure and continue the development of the pharmaceutical industry. To achieve this goal, it is important not only to create a fundamental base of knowledge and skills but also to form a system of monitoring and evaluating educational achievements, one of which is the licensing integrated exam. The aim of the work: is to reveal the peculiarities of the implementation of interdisciplinary integration in the context of preparation for the licensing integrated exam on the example of teaching the disciplines of pharmacognosy and general and pharmaceutical chemistry. One of the professionally oriented disciplines is pharmacognosy, the study of which contributes to the formation of the necessary outlook on the rational use of natural plant resources. The foundation of the theoretical basis of pharmacognosy is the accumulated knowledge of chemistry. To improve learning results and systematize knowledge in preparation for state certification, some activities are carried out, the first step of which is the systematic study and repetition of educational material using educational and methodological literature and information and communication technologies; the second stage is self-monitoring, in which tasks based on the principles of interdisciplinary integration are applied. The next stage in self-monitoring of knowledge is the use of the “pyramid” algorithm, which consists of the fact that questions to which students give incorrect answers appear several times during the testing process. Successful certification depends on the systematization and ordering of students' knowledge, the creation of training conditions, appropriate control, as well as the successful contact of the teacher with the student. Conclusions. The proposed mechanisms of integration in the educational sphere ensure the implementation of interdisciplinary connections that affect both the quality of specialized training and the results of preparation for the licensing integrated exam.

Tourism, which is starting to revive at this time, is a momentum that is welcomed by tourism actors in the Borobudur Super Priority Tourism Destination area. Seeing opportunities for revival, the Candirejo tourism village community who are members of the SPPB (Borobudur Tourism Workers' Union) need trainings in preparation for competency certification as legal evidence of related competence. The intended preparation is endeavored to fulfill the elements of attitude, skills and knowledge of a tour guide contained in the competency unit of the tour guide scheme. This paper aims to measure the competence of SPPB Tour Guides in preparation for competency certification. The training method is carried out through lectures, discussions, pre-tests and post-tests. The results of the training show an increase in competence as measured by the results of the post-test compared to the results of the pre-test.

ChatGPT’s quiz skills in different otolaryngology subspecialties: an analysis of 2576 single-choice and multiple-choice board certification preparation questions

PurposeWith the increasing adoption of artificial intelligence (AI) in various domains, including healthcare, there is growing acceptance and interest in consulting AI models to provide medical information and advice. This study aimed to evaluate the accuracy of ChatGPT’s responses to practice quiz questions designed for otolaryngology board certification and decipher potential performance disparities across different otolaryngology subspecialties.MethodsA dataset covering 15 otolaryngology subspecialties was collected from an online learning platform funded by the German Society of Oto-Rhino-Laryngology, Head and Neck Surgery, designed for board certification examination preparation. These questions were entered into ChatGPT, with its responses being analyzed for accuracy and variance in performance.ResultsThe dataset included 2576 questions (479 multiple-choice and 2097 single-choice), of which 57% (n = 1475) were answered correctly by ChatGPT. An in-depth analysis of question style revealed that single-choice questions were associated with a significantly higher rate (p < 0.001) of correct responses (n = 1313; 63%) compared to multiple-choice questions (n = 162; 34%). Stratified by question categories, ChatGPT yielded the highest rate of correct responses (n = 151; 72%) in the field of allergology, whereas 7 out of 10 questions (n = 65; 71%) on legal otolaryngology aspects were answered incorrectly.ConclusionThe study reveals ChatGPT’s potential as a supplementary tool for otolaryngology board certification preparation. However, its propensity for errors in certain otolaryngology areas calls for further refinement. Future research should address these limitations to improve ChatGPT’s educational use. An approach, with expert collaboration, is recommended for the reliable and accurate integration of such AI models.

The relevance of the article is due to the low productivity of scientific certification procedures in the higher education system for the branches of the national economy. The purpose is to substantiate the project of transformation of the management mechanism of higher education to improve the quality of scientific certification procedures. The authors analyze methodological approaches to solving the problem and come to the conclusion that it is advisable to differentiate obtaining a degree depending on the goals of the scientist’s subsequent activities, including academic work and professional activity. Obtaining a professional scientific degree will make it possible to bring the competencies formed during the preparation for scientific certification closer to the requirements of employers. A professional academic degree is considered as one of the forms of training highly qualified personnel for the development of research and methodological competencies. The research work on the dissertation is considered as a contribution to the subject area, the research topic is formed in the course of understanding and solving practical problems.

Justice of the Peace and the Formation of County Militias in England in the End of the 16&lt;sup&gt;th&lt;/sup&gt; and Beginning of the 17&lt;sup&gt;th&lt;/sup&gt; Century (on the Example of Norfolk County)

The article examines the activities of the justice of peace of the English county of Norfolk Nathaniel Bacon on the formation of the county militia in the late 16th and early 17th centuries. Analysis of his “notes”, correspondence with representatives of the central government and other documents shows that the justice of peace was involved in many issues of the formation and armament of the county militias. He reported regularly on these matters to the Privy Coun cil. In the center of his attention was the collection of monies from the population for the acquisition of weapons, the preparation and conduct of military reviews of the militia, the preparation of certificates of military commands, the procedure for conducting military inspections of militias, etc. Bacon had constant contact with both the lordlieutenant of the county and with the captains of military commands, sheriffs and constables of hundreds. One of the difficult tasks that he had to solve was the collection of funds from representatives of various classes for the needs of the military teams of the county militia. In general, the magistrate managed to achieve a good level of provision of firearms for the county militias. The material of the article clearly illustrates, using the example of a separate county, some of the complexities and nuances of the “military revolution” of the early modern times in England and the role of justices of the peace in this.

THE STEPS OF PRODUCTION RISK IDENTIFICATION AT THE INDUSTRIAL ENTERPRISE TO PROVIDE OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY

Problem statement. The development and implementation of key provisions to harmonize principles, methods, and risk assessment criteria for workers’ health with international approaches is a necessary condition for social and economic development of the state in order to integrate into global community. Moreover, the internal audit of occupational safety for the departments of the enterprise, according to the law of Ukraine «About occupational safety», should provide quantity assessment of professional and production risks for workers’ safety and health, taking into account the effect of hazardous factors for the workplace with harmful working conditions, as well as for production departments and the enterprise in general. The purpose of the research is to develop an algorithm to identify the level of production risk step by step for the workplace with admissible working conditions, for production departments with harmful working conditions and for the manufacturing enterprise in general. Conclusions. The research conducted has shown that the importance of professional and production risks should be taken into account to characterize not only occupational safety in the workplace with harmful and admissible working conditions, but also in the production departments and the manufacturing enterprise. The algorithm was developed to identify the level of production risks for the workplace with harmful and admissible working conditions, for the production departments considering all working places in order to compare accurately the risk level among production departments. The methods suggested for the annual internal audit of occupational safety at the enterprise departments allow taking high-priority actions for providing occupational safety, as well as developing enterprise policy in the field of occupational and production safety, and arranging necessary preparation for production certification according to the requirements of DSTU ISO 45001:2018 standard.

Specific functioning of a mixed aikido group for adults

The purpose of the presented study is to investigate and analyze the specifics of the functioning of an aikido group for adults in conditions of mixed composition, both in terms of gender and different age categories, and to determine the positive impact of the specified form of work on the preparation for aikido certification at all the levels.&#x0D; To achieve the specified goal, the following research methods were used: theoretical analysis, generalization of data from literary sources and statistical information, system-structural analysis and the method of comprehensive research of historical data and practical experiences.&#x0D; Work in a mixed group, which united aikido athletes not only of both sexes, but also of different levels of fitness, weight categories, and adult age groups, proved the most effective for preparation for the certification. In addition, it became an important condition for physical development and psycho-emotional stability of each member of the group during martial law conditions. It was Aikido and the fundamentals of mastering one’s physical and mental state laid in training, laid the foundation for effectively overcoming stress and negative emotional states, provided the possibility of performing social and economic roles to support the country's economy and the nation's mental health.&#x0D; The joint work of men and women on the tatami proved to be effective in teaching the use of the center of gravity when performing techniques and the use of the partner's strength. In addition, mutual adoption of the manner of working on the tatami mat and adapting to a partner who has a different height or weight contributes to the formation of the ability to effectively learn and cooperate with any partner. While stress resistance and the ability to focus on a problem without limiting the options for its solution are significantly increased.&#x0D; The main motivation of adults practicing aikido is preparation for certification, as well as improvement of psycho- emotional state, physical fitness, maintenance of special physical training, intellectual development.&#x0D; During the martial law, aikido classes showed that such training has not only a physical and health-improving effect, but also a recreational and therapeutic one, because it helps to overcome stress and negative emotional states. An important role in this process is played by the composition of the group, which is both women and men, in the first and second periods of adulthood, as well as representatives of the elderly. Through mutual influence and encouragement, they overcome the difficulties of the training process more effectively, and taking over each other’s behavioral decisions contribute to the emotional healing of both the group and each participant in the sports-educational process.

Quels freins à l’établissement du certificat de décès à domicile ? Enquête auprès de médecins sur le territoire de Normandie

IntroductionDrafting a death certificate is an obligation for any physician called upon to note a death. It has a legal and epidemiological impact. The objective of this study is to highlight the obstacles encountered by professionals when this process takes place in a home setting. MethodA study was carried out by means of a questionnaire sent to doctors in the Normandy region. ResultsOne fifth (20%) of the general practitioners (GPs), 25% of the SAMU practitioners (intervening in mobile emergency throughout the country), 27.3% of SOS doctors (intervening 24 hours a day in the deceased person's home in the absence of a GP) stated that they had at least once refused to establish a death certificate. Only 36.4% of SOS doctors, 62.5% of emergency physicians and 41% of GPs considered the drafting of a death certificate to be one of their mandatory missions. No less than 17% of GPs, 25% of SAMU doctors and 9% of SOS doctors stated that due to lack of time, they were occasionally unable to travel to fill out a death certificate, a factor causing delays that were detrimental, especially for the surviving relatives. We highlighted several other obstacles to the completion of death certificates: the difficulty of completing them accurately without knowledge of the deceased person's history, possible inability of professionals on tight schedules to deal with unforeseen requests and, more rarely, the issues raised by an absence of remuneration. ConclusionOur study highlights major obstacles in the preparation of death certificates, obstacles that should be taken into consideration insofar as they affect the quality of the data collected, and entail ethical challenges.

Board-certified pharmacy specialties: Growth from 2008 to 2020 and projections to 2025.

To track and analyze the growth of 12 Board of Pharmacy Specialties (BPS) specialties from 2008 to 2020 and, subject to criteria, to project specialty numbers through 2025. The analysis considered residency data and Bureau of Labor Statistics projections. BPS data were used to determine numeric growth, growth rates, and trends for 12 BPS specialties from 2008 to 2020. Specialties begun after 2008 were analyzed from their start date. For specialties with more than 2 data points and coefficients of determination greater than 0.80, we calculated projections through 2025. We also estimated the percentage of BPS-certified pharmacists with postgraduate year 1 training. BPS-certified pharmacists grew in number from 3,004 (2008) to 41,802 (2020), an over 13-fold increase. Currently, 4 of the 5 largest specialties (pharmacotherapy, ambulatory care, oncology, and critical care) continue to grow at a fast rate. Pharmacotherapy experienced the largest numeric growth (20,624) despite the ongoing introduction of new specialties. Critical care and infectious diseases had the highest growth rates (both 32%). We were able to make projections for 10 of 12 specialties, with greater than 62,000 certifications projected by 2025. Growth to these projected levels will require more residencies and more certification preparation opportunities. Residency-trained BPS specialists currently constitute slightly less than 50% of the BPS-certified population. Specialization in the pharmacy profession is growing at a rapid pace. As more clinical privileges are approved, the demand for more specialized pharmacists will likely continue to increase. Data from this study document the growth of the pharmacy specialty workforce. The data and analysis can be used to estimate potential pharmacist contributions across the healthcare spectrum in clinical areas where BPS-certified pharmacists practice.

The Role of Simulation Training in the Formation of Practical Skills of Medical Students

A prerequisite for the formation of skills and abilities is the training of students in the implementation of individual skills and abilities on simulators. The results of a differentiated test for summer industrial practice of students of the medical faculty are given. According to 96.62% of respondents, preparation for certification using simulators improved practical training in nursing skills, increased confidence in the possibility of independent professional activity.

Proposals for Lexical Consolidation in Preparation for Latin Language Certification

This article aims to investigate new possibilities in order to consolidate the Latin vocabulary in preparation for linguistic certification. Starting from some considerations regarding how to properly select and divide vocabulary, a methodological reflection is presented on how to structure the exercises. Lastly, a series of proposals realised through H5P is offered – focusing on the functioning and how they can help learners.

THE PECULIARITIES OF KYU DEGREE CHILDREN’S ATTESTATION IN AIKIDO

The article analyzes the peculiarities of the approach to the certification of children in aikido at the level of kyu. It is determined that the lack of regulations for attestations and the use of outdated programs does not allow to fully unleash the potential of children and leads to their loss of interest in aikido classes and further development.&#x0D; The state of physical culture and sports activities of children in terms of preparation for certification at the children’s level is revealed. It is determined that the absence of a competitive factor is not an obstacle to the formation of a special attitude to certification, but cultivates a special attitude to the partner on the tatami, based on respect for physical characteristics and psychological comfort and mental balance of the partner. All these factors teach to build competently not only the training process, but also the skill of social connections and relationships both on the tatami and in society.&#x0D; It was found that the proposed optimization of children’s physical culture and sports activities has a positive effect on the results of certification, the attitude of athletes and their parents to the training process, as well as improves the psycho- emotional and physical condition of children.&#x0D; It is established that the traditional approach to the certification of children in aikido, assumes that the child is admitted to practice, and, accordingly, to the exam, from the age of eight. Under such conditions, the child reaches the first kyu and moves to adult certification levels at the age of fourteen, which is fully consistent with the conditions of the start of certification for adults. But the realities show that, today, more and more children begin to practice aikido at 6-7, and even at 4- 5 years. It seems impossible for such children to wait 2-4 years to be admitted to the exam, because there are no competitions in aikido, and other forms of motivation, except for the exam and participation in children’s educational seminars are not provided.&#x0D; The authors of this article, based on their own experience and urgent needs of the organization, provide recommendations on the rules of aikido certification for children, as well as amendments to the provisions on certification requirements for children’s Aikido athletes. In addition to the above, we consider important the fact that, given the age and level of prior training of children, we emphasize safety in performing both general and special physical training, which is especially important during the certification, because every exam is accompanied by a high level of nervous and emotional stress.&#x0D; The presented article is based on the principles of work underlying the Eurasia Aikido Organization, but this technique can be used for any school and federation, because in the foreground – features of physical and psycho-emotional age development of children in oriental martial arts.

Automated system for collecting and processing of organizational data of a student scientific conference

The development of a web-platform for the collection and processing of organizational data of a student scientific conference was carried out. The results of software solutions for automation of organizational stages of the conference are presented: acceptance of submissions, formation of the conference program, preparation of certificates of participants, acceptance of abstracts, formation of reports, statistics, publication of the program, collection of abstracts, certificates on the conference web-site. The developed web-platform of the student scientific conference and related software solutions are made taking into account the features and needs of users. The testing of the web-platform was carried out for three years from 2019 to 2021. As a result of the approbation, technical shortcomings were eliminated and software solutions were finalized. The automated system for collecting and processing of organizational data of a student scientific conference is a subject to further development to form a common portal integrating other student activities.

THE PROBLEM OF PREPARATION OF AIKIDO ATHLETES OF THE SECOND PERIOD OF ADULTHOOD FOR THE FIRST AND SECOND DAN DEGREE ATTESTATION

The article analyzes the peculiarities of the organization of physical culture and sports activities of athletes of the second period of adulthood in aikido in preparation for certification for the first and second dan degree. The state of physical culture and sports activity in the conditions of preparation for the exam for the master level is revealed. It is determined that aikido classes are recommended for adult athletes, especially of the second period of adulthood, regardless of their level of previous training. This fact corresponds to the age characteristics of this age group, and, due to individual and multifactorial approach, not only serves as a stimulus for physical exercises, but also gives the opportunity to continue active sports activities in the second period of adulthood and in subsequent periods. It was found that the optimization of physical culture and sports activities and in particular the preparation and the process of dan degree certification has a positive effect on psycho-emotional and physical condition of the athlete, reduces risk of injury during the training, aikido demonstration or certification performance. It is established that the use of division of athletes into groups according to their weight and physiological characteristics, adopted in other martial arts, is effective for aikido, reduces the risk of injury during the certification and more effectively practice and consolidate new skills. At the same time, it gives a very isolated vision of technology and its forms, because classical aikido involves working with a partner of any age, weight category and level of physical fitness.&#x0D; This article identifies the problems of preparing aikido athletes of the second period of adulthood for attestation for the first and second dan degree. The features of the integral training of athletes of this age category are firstly, they are non- professional athletes who, as a rule, started practicing aikido already in adulthood that entails a number of age-related physiological aspects; often they have no any sports experience before doing aikido, or have some experience in other martial arts or kind of sports. Secondly, the dan exam (black belt, master’s degree) is preceded by a series of attestations at the qui level (student’s degree), which is a preparatory stage during which aikidoka develops his technical level, endurance, the ability of effective interaction with a partner of any level of physical preparedness and without reference to the nature of his technical and tactical actions. However, the duration of the dan exam (1-1,5 hours), the variety of techniques that are to be demonstrated at the same pace of work (manual techniques in different sections and work with weapons). A high level of psychological, emotional and physical stress during the examination often cause a low level of quality of the technique execution, numerous mistakes during the implementation, and, as a result, injury to both uke (the one on whom the technique is performed) and nage (an athlete demonstrating the aikido techniques). Sometimes such a stress leads even to a refusal of further attestations or practicing aikido. The author, an aikido trainer, basing on the personal experience, as evidenced by the results of the research, as well as the experience of Ukrainian and foreign colleagues, gives recommendations on how to increase the efficiency of training athletes for aikido and other types of martial arts at high levels attestation. Proposes methods of increasing the training effectiveness, improving the endurance of athletes, developing the ability of psychological self- control, and offers new approaches to the organization of certification, seminars and the training process, in which athletes will receive the most favorable conditions for demonstrating their knowledge, skills and abilities.
