The natural plant extract were extracted from the three medicinal plants, leaves of Eucalyptus globulus (Mirtaceae), Ocimum basilicum (Lamiaceae) and seed of Syzygium aromaticum against toxicity activity investigated against the major lepidopteran pest Corcyra cephalonica adults in laboratory condition. The results indicated that the maximum toxicity (LC50) assay was recorded from S. aromaticum against C. cephalonica was 14.365 after 48 hr. followed by O. basilicum and E. globulus 16.234 and 17.336 respectively. These observations confirmed that the natural plant extract which were extracted from the three medicinal plants leaves and seed have insecticidal activity against the insect C. cephalonica pests in laboratory and will be used for insect pest management in place of synthetic pesticides..
