Implementation of Hots Based (High Order Thinking Skill) Physical Education Learning to Learning for Physical Education Teacher In Masohi Central Maluku

The aims of this research are: 1). To find out the description of implementation, obstacles, and solutions from HOTS-based learning, 2). To find out how teachers implement HOTS in the learning process. The subjects of this study were 21 PJOK teachers in Central Maluku District, Maluku Province at the senior high school level. This research is a type of experimental research using a quantitative descriptive approach to the survey method. Instruments used for data collection namely Questionnaire with a rating scale in a rubric using a Likert scale.Based on the results of the research and data analysis, it shows that: 1) In the implementation of PJOK learning in high schools in Central Maluku district, Maluku Province, there are several obstacles in the application of learning. 2) The implementation of HOTS-based PJOK learning in junior high schools in Central Maluku Regency was in the adequate category with a score of 71.43% or only 15 teachers implemented HOTS-based learning with all the limitations.

Study of Damage to Residential Buildings, Soil Geophysics and The Relationship Between the Epicentrum Distance and the Level of Damage Caused by Earthquake

The earthquake that occurred on September 26 2019 caused considerable damage to residential buildings in Ambon City, Central Maluku District and West Seram. This research was carried out in the villages of Liang, Tulehu and Waai, Salahutu District, Central Maluku Regency, which experienced the most damage, namely 5,406 houses were lightly damaged, 1,483 were moderately damaged, and 866 were heavily damaged. This study examines the characteristics of residential buildings, and analyzes the relationship between the level of damage to residential buildings and the distance from the epicenter. Coordinates and data on the level of damage to residential buildings (slight, moderate, very heavy) were obtained from BPBD Maluku Province, data on building characteristics including building construction, basic building conditions, building materials, building age were collected through field surveys and interviews with building owners based on damage level data building. The results showed that the level of damage to residential buildings was related to age/length, structure/construction, and materials used for building walls. The damage is even more severe if the building is old (> 20 years), the construction is boneless and unbuttoned (only the bricks are stacked), and the brick material is made of sea sand. Meanwhile, houses built with plastered masonry walls are more resistant to earthquakes. There is a relationship between the level of damage to residential buildings and the epicenter, the closer to the epicenter the damage is more severe, while the farther from the epicenter the level of damage is mild to moderate.

Morphological Character of Clove “Raja” (Syzygium aromaticum L.), Endemic to Maluku, Indonesia

Clove “Raja” is one of the local Maluku clove germplasm, which has characteristics similar to cultivated cloves and wild types. Until now, very limited information that are available on the morphological character of clove “Raja”. This study aims to provide basic information on the morphological diversity of “Raja”. The study was conducted at the location of the distribution of cloves “Raja” in Mamala village, Leihitu sub-district, Central Maluku district, Maluku province, in June-August 2022. The descriptors used referred to Tropical Fruit Descriptors, with some modifications. The clove “Raja” that were characterized belonged to the farmers and consisted of 30 accessions of cloves that were over twenty years old. The characterization variables included the characters of trees, stems, branches, leaves, flowers, fruits, and seeds. The results of Hierarchical Cluster Analysis (HCA) on 30 plant samples based on 54 morphological characters obtained two accession groups with a dissimilarity coefficient of 41%. The results of the Principle Component Analysis (PCA) got a total diversity of 70.5% where the first group consisted of accessions of cloves “Raja” group I having identifiable characters in the form of leaf area, leaf length, leaf width, and leaf tip shape; while the second group of clove accessions of “Raja” group I in the form of stem circumference, petiole length, flower length, fruit length, fruit width, and fruit weight. Characteristics of accession of “Raja” cloves group II had distinctive morphological traits in the form of crown shape, upper surface of leaves, lower surface of leaves, leaf thickness, leaf texture, old leaf color, shoot color, leaf tip color, leaf aroma, leaf spiciness, flower stalk length, and seed color.

Pengaruh Motivasi Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Penyuluh Pertanian Lapangan

This study aimed to identify the characteristics of PPL in the Salahutu sub-district and to analyze the effect of work motivation on the performance of agricultural extension workers in the Central Maluku district. The study consisted of 9 variables, namely the Performance of Extension Officers X1 Leadership, X2 Work Environment, X3: Intensive or Operational Costs X4 Work Culture, X5 Communication, X6 Salary, X7 Training, X8 Awards, X9 Age factor, which was analyzed using the Multiple Linear Regression Method with assistance SPSS Version 23.0. The study results show that all of these variables jointly affect the performance of agricultural extension workers (PPL). seven variables have a positive and significant effect on paddy rice production. In contrast, the training and reward variables have a positive and insignificant relationship to the performance of field agricultural extension workers (PPL).

PENGEMBANGAN MODUL PEMBELAJARAN BAHASA INGGRIS BERWAWASAN EKOWISATA DAN KEARIFAN LOKAL PADA KOMUNITAS RUMAH BAMBU DESA TANAH RATA MALUKU TENGAH

This study aims to develop an English language learning module with ecotourism and local wisdom insights in the Bamboo House Community of Tanah Rata Village, Pulau Banda District, Central Maluku Regency. The development research carried out was intended to find out the needs of students for learning modules that have an ecotourism and local wisdom perspective, obtain data and conclusions about the modules that have been used, compile and develop modules that emphasize the concept of ecotourism and local wisdom in accordance with the characteristics of Banda Island as well as one of the tourism icon in Maluku province, get the validity of the test results from media and material experts, get the results of field tests on the modules that have been developed, and get the feasibility results of the modules. The method used in this research is Research and Development (R&D). The development procedure used is the ADDIE development model, namely analysis (needs analysis), design (designing learning modules), development (developing learning modules), implementation (implementing learning modules in small groups and large groups), and evaluation (evaluating the use of existing modules). developed). The modules that have been developed include ecotourism-oriented English materials and local wisdom that support the Banda Island tourism sector. Topics raised included Ecotourism and Local Wisdom, Beach Watersport, Enjoy Your Stay, Marine Tourism, Water Transportation, Lawataka Festival, Historical Tourism, Natural Resources. The results of the validation carried out by media experts and material experts fall into the "very good" category so that the module developed is suitable for use in the Bamboo House Community of Tanah Rata Village, Pulau Banda sub-district, Central Maluku district.

PERSEPSI PESERTA DIDIK TENTANG PENTINGNYA BELAJAR BAHASA JERMAN DI ERA GLOBALISASI

The purpose of this virtual outreach activities at SMAN 4 Masohi, Central Maluku district, with the theme "The Importance of Learning German in the Era of Globalization." This activity drew a total of 28 participants, including 1 German teacher, 19 science students, 1 alumni who were in Germany, 3 alumni who had passed to work in Germany, 1 German Language Study Program student who had achieved, and 3 German Language Study Program lecturers. The method used in the socialization activity is interactive, namely, the presentation of material is delivered alternately by all members of the socialization team of the German Language Education Study Program by creating interactive and educative situations in the form of discussions and questions and answers. In addition to providing students with an understanding and awareness of the importance of learning German in the age of globalization.This activity was enthusiastically welcomed by the students. It can be seen from the results of the answers given that this socialization activity has changed the perception of students who previously did not know what to know and increased students' insight about the importance of learning German in the era of globalization

Peran Masyarakat Adat Dalam Mempertahankan Eksistensi Hukum Sasi

The purpose of this research is to analyze and find out the function and role of Sasi Law in the management of the environment, natural resources and ecosystems in it by the people in Negeri Seith and Negeri Ouw, Central Maluku district, and regulations in Seith and Ouw countries in maintaining the existence of Sasi law. This research method is empirical law, which is a research based on field data by taking data according to the sample and conducting an assessment of positive legal provisions and legal principles. The results of the study show that the implementation of Sasi is currently experiencing degradation because it has not been carried out as the implementation of Sasi was originally, even though Sasi has been considered as part of customary law in each Negeri. The regulation of Sasi is not regulated in a Negeri Regulation so that it binds the community and people in each Negeri, as well as being a guide for the next generation to be maintained.

The Gait of BTKLPP Ambon in Efforts to Eliminate Filariasis in Eastern Indonesia

Filariasis is one of tropical diseases that can lead to permanent disabilities and social stigma in society. Indonesia has chronic cases up to 9354 people by 2021, and Papua is the province with the most chronic cases, namely 3629. This paper aims to expand the work of BTKLPP Ambon to describe his efforts to eliminate filariasis in eastern Indonesia. The elimination effort took the form of a survey to assess the prevalence of microfilariasis conducted in Maluku Province, West Papua and Papua. The population was 1,413,367 individuals, while the sample studied was 4,999. This survey was conducted using 2 methods, namely Finger Blood Test and Rapid Test (FTS). The results are a step for the districts/cities to eliminate filariasis: Central Maluku District, West Seram District, Tual City and Southwest Maluku District passed the Pre TAS (mf rate 0%); South Sorong Regency passed the mid-term poll (Mf rate 1.6%); Jayapura City failed Pre TAS (mf rate 4.8%), Yapen Islands District passed Pre TAS (mf rate 0.98); Mamberamo District failed the pre-TAS (MF rate 6.1% in sentinel village and 6.7% in spot-check village). The conclusion is that BTKLPP Ambon participated in efforts to eliminate filariasis in Maluku Province, West Papua, and Papua.

KONDISI LAMUN DI PERAIRAN DUSUN ORY PULAU HARUKU KABUPATEN MALUKU TENGAH

Research on the condition of seagrass communities in the waters of Ory village is important to do as a basis for management strategies and data on seagrass meadow conditions. The purpose of this study is to find out the current seagrass conditions (2021) and to find out the structure of the seagrass meadow community formed and the biota associated with seagrass in Ory waters. This research was conducted in June-August 2021 in the waters of Ory village of Haruku Island, Central Maluku District. The sampling technique in this study is based on the use of the square transect line method. Seagrass sampling is done at low tide using a square of 0.5 x 0.5 m with the size of each plot of 0.1 x 0.1 m as much as 25 plots. The data analysis method for occurence frequency calculation, type coverage, while to know seagrass conditions. Based on the results of the study, there are 5 types of seagrass in the waters of Ory village, namely Thalassia hemprichii, Enhalus acoroides, Cymodocea rotundata, Halophila ovalis, and Halodule pinifolia. The density value of seagrass in the waters of Ory village is 322 shoots / m2 (very tight), the frequency of Enhalus acoroides species is more widespread than other types, and the covering value of seagrass is 98.45% (good, healthy / rich). The highest INP is in the Enhalus acoroides, and the biota species associated with seagrass are A. granosa, Linckia laevigata, P. nododsus, and Holothuria scabra

Introduction: The non-compliance of the state administrative body or official with the TUN Court decision can be in the form of not revoking the disputed State Administrative decision, not revoking the TUN decision, not issuing a TUN decision, not complying with the obligation to pay compensation set by the court and not complying to rehabilitate the good name plaintiff.Purposes of the Research: The purpose of this study is to examine and analyze the payment of forced money and administrative sanctions against state administration officials who do not comply with the state administration's decisions and legal actions due to non-compliance of state administration officials to the application of forced money (dwangson) in the execution of state administration decisions.Methods of the Research: The writing method used is sociological juridical research. The location of this research is the Ambon State Administrative Court, the Ambon City Government Legal Division, the Maluku Province Law and Human Rights Bureau and the Central Maluku District Government Law Department.Results of the Research: The results of the study indicate that the disobedience of State Administrative Officials in implementing decisions that already have permanent legal force because there are no regulations and or legal provisions regarding forced payment of money to be implemented if the State Administrative Officials do not implement decisions that already have permanent legal force, and there is no special agency or executive body

Introduction: Maluku Province has a patrilineal customary law community, whose blood ties follow the father's line. The rights and obligations of the child are determined by the father and his relatives.Purposes of the Research: The research was conducted using an empirical juridical approach, which is a descriptive study of qualitative analysis.Methods of the Research: This research tries to describe the justice for the female heirs over the land of the dati in Leihitu, Central Maluku district. The results of collecting, finding data and information through a literature study on the assumptions used in answering the problems in this research, will be tested inductively-verificatively on the latest facts found in the community.Results of the Research: Boys have an important position in the family, while girls don't really benefit. In the distribution of land inheritance, women are not given full rights, because it is considered that women will marry and then leave with their husband's family. This reason is not to limit women's rights, nor is it because of following patrilineal kinship, but this is because during the Hongi Cruise the men take a long voyage with tough challenges, which a woman cannot do. Women in Leihitu, Central Maluku Regency, do not get inheritance rights, they only have the right to enjoy as long as they are not married. If they are married, then they do not have the right to enjoy it again, but they will have the right to enjoy dati in their husband's family

Analysis of the Attitudes of Coastal Communities in Sasi Management in Leihitu District, Central Maluku Regency

Sasi is a belief system, rules, and rituals that involve temporary prohibitions on the use of specific resources or areas. Social, economic-political, and ecological pressures are the background for the dynamics of Sasi. This study aimed to explain the impact of the Attitudes of the Coastal Community on Sasi Management in Leihitu District, Central Maluku Regency. This research used a descriptive qualitative method, and it was conducted in the Leihitu sub-district, Central Maluku district. The research location was selected by purposive sampling. The results showed that most of the coastal communities in the Leihitu sub-district accepted/supported Sasi's implementation. The knowledge about Sasi and communication affects the coast in the Leihitu sub-district, Central Maluku District. At the same time, the closing of the Sasi distinguishes the implementation of Sasi. The opening of the Sasi is carried out by traditional, religious, or a combination. The monitoring, accountability, and enforcement mechanisms carried out in traditional coastal resource management are generally carried out within the community, with the community observing the violations that occur.

Soil Chemistry Character, the N, P, and K Uptake, and the Growth and Yield of Corn (Zea mays L.) Due to the Application of Ela Sago Palm Waste Compost and Liquid Organic Fertilizer in Ultisols

Application of organic matter (compost Sago Ela palm waste and Liquid Organic fertilizers (LOF)) to the soil could have major benefits, such as to improve the soil physical condition (soil structure, water retention), and soil chemical properties (binding and providing nutrients, increasing CEC). The purpose of this study are (1) to improve the soil chemical properties of Ultisols, and (2) to increase plant uptake of N, P, and K, and the growth and yield of corn (Zea mays L.). The research was conducted in the field, namely in Telaga Kodok Village, Leihitu Sub District, and Central Maluku District. The experiment was designed in a factorial, and arranged in a randomized completed block design (RCBD). The first factor was the provision of compost Sago Ela palm waste (K) and the second factor was the provision of liquid fertilizer (C). The results showed that the compost combined with LOF could improve pH, Al-exchangeable, Total-N, P-available soil, Uptake-P, Uptake-K, and the dry weight of seed corn. While the treatment of sago Ela palm waste compost and LOF can independently raise the K-available soil, N-uptake, and affect corn’s plant growth (height and trunk diameter). The treatment doses of sago Ela palm waste compost of 60 Mg ha-1 and LOF of 20 mL L-1 solution can increase the exchangeable Al, Total-N, and P-available soil, respectively 0.56 cmol(+)kg-1, 0.21%, and 31.00 mg kg-1; also able to increase the uptake of P, K, and weight dry seed corn respectively 0.21% and 1.26%, and 121.33 g plant-1. The treatment doses of Sago Ela palm waste compost of 60 ton ha-1 and liquid organic fertilizer of 10 mL L-1 solution can increase the soil pH by 5.70.

<em>Diabetic ulcers are long-term complications in people with diabetes mellitus, so foot care is needed as a preventive measure. Patients with diabetes mellitus in Tulehu village, Salahutu sub district, Central Maluku district, have never received information about foot care, so foot care is never done except for nail cutting. This study aims to determine the effect of health education on knowledge of people with diabetes mellitus in foot care in Tulehu Village, Salahutu District, Central Maluku Regency in 2021. This study used a pre-experimental research design with a one-group pre-test-post-test design approach. by using a simple random sampling method, amounting to 64 people. The research instrument used a questionnaire. Data analysis used bivariate analysis and the significance level was 0.05. The results in this study obtained that there was an effect of health education on the knowledge of people with diabetes mellitus in foot care in Tulehu Village, Salahutu District, Central Maluku Regency in 2021</em>

Profile and Mapping of Tourism Destinations in Oma Village (Applied Research 1st Year)

The tourism sector is a service sector that contributes significantly financially to the country's economy. Maluku province has tourism potential. Including a tourist attraction in Oma village, one of the villages in Central Maluku district, Ambon City, Maluku Province. This research is a multi-year study (4 years) and aims to: 1. create a profile and mapping of tourist objects, 2. create easy access and facilities, 3. implement integrated marketing communications and digitization of tourism marketing and 4. collaborate on tourism marketing in Oma village with Maluku tourism & investment industry. For the first year of research, the research objective is number 1, which is to create a profile and mapping of tourist objects in Oma's Country. This type of research is applied research and qualitative methods. The results of this first year's research were successfully profiled and mapped tourist destinations. From the results of the research, it is known that there are still many things that must be addressed, and continued in the second research stage and so on.

Plantation Economic Potential for enhancing Community Income

In Assilulu village, Central Maluku district, the goal of this research was to determine the economic potential of plantations and approaches for increasing farmers' income. Qualitative methods and SWOT analysis tools also applied. The analysis indicated that the economic potential of plantations based on classical production factors was not maximized in terms of quantity of vegetable produce, and that the revenue earned from production could meet the demands of farmers. Farms are in quadrant II of the SWOT analysis, indicating that they have strength but have significant obstacles, so the recommendation is to implement a strategy.

In-situ kuskus conservation strategy in Wakasihu Village, West Leihitu District, Central Maluku District

Kuskus, a marsupial species belonging to the Phalangeridae family that is vulnerable in the IUCN Redlist, is one of the endemic animals whose survival is currently very concerning due to habitat destruction and poaching, so conservation activities need to be carried out immediately. This study aims to identify the characteristics of the habitat, type of feed, and in situ conservation strategies in the Wakasiu forest, Leihitu Barat sub-district, Central Maluku district. This research was conducted in October 2020. Habitat characteristics were identified using vegetation analysis, forage types were identified using direct and indirect observations, and insitu conservation strategies using SWOT analysis. The highest index of importance at the tree level in the line of observation is the type of gayam (lnocarpus fagifer) (20.19%), at the level of weaning is the langsat species (70.32%) the level of the pole type of brown (69.27%). The diversity level of plant species is high and the level of evenness of plant species is even. There are 24 types of plants recorded as potential for special feed. The in-situ conservation strategy that is carried out is planting the type of feed preferred by the specialists, so as to provide a stable feed availability during the successive fruiting period. Apart from that, the restriction of hunting for specialties is through written regulations and the imposition of sanctions.

COMPARISON OF THE POLITICAL DYNASTY IN BANTEN PROVINCE WITH THE POLITICAL DYNASTY IN CENTRAL MALUKU DISTRICT

The article of this study tries to explain political dynasties by making a comparison between political dynasties in Banten province and political dynasties in Central Maluku district. The political dynasties in these two regions have similarities in the basic framework of kinship relations, but the political dynasties in Central Maluku also show the dominance of the Hatuhaha Group in a strategic position in the social life of the people in Central Maluku and Maluku. This study also produces findings that local officials who carry out political dynasties focus on the economic and political interests of their groups and cause corruption in the management of power. In collecting data using library research method. The result showed that Political dynasties also show the weakness of political parties in the recruitment of regional leaders so that democracy at the local level is trapped by the interests of groups from the political dynasty.
